Indonesia is a country rich in useful biodiversity, such as red galangal (Alpinia purpurata K.Schum). The antibacterial and antifungal activity of the compounds isolated from the red galangal rhizome is the beginning of a new innovation to implement the concept on plants. The content of 1,8 sineol and eugenol in it makes red galangal rhizome can be used as a fungicide on lettuce plants. The widespread use of chemical-based pesticides can harm farmers and the environment with repeated exposure and over a long period of time. So biofungicide innovation is needed that can support the concept of Green Chemistry. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of red galangal rhizome extract as a fungicide on lettuce plants, as well as to analyze and determine under what conditions the fungicide from red galangal rhizome extract is optimal in eradicating Rhizoctonia Solani fungus on lettuce plants. This research was conducted experimentally using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 10 treatments. All data were tested for normality followed by homogeneity test and all data were found to be normally distributed and homogeneous. Data were analyzed with parametric statistical tests using one-way ANOVA tests and further tests using Tukey with an error rate of 10% to determine whether there was an effect of the treatment tested on the material. The results of this study indicate that red galangal rhizome extract is effective in eradicating Rhizoctonia Solani fungus on lettuce plants with an optimum concentration of 50%.

This paper discusses the principle of bank secrecy as an important instrument in legal protection for customers, as well as its relevance in maintaining public trust in the banking sector in Indonesia. Based on the legal framework stipulated in Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking and Law Number 4 of 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector (PPSK), this study highlights the obligation of banks to protect customer data, including exceptional situations regulated by law. Normative legal research is used to analyze legal principles, laws and regulations, and related literature. The principle of bank secrecy is considered a pillar of customer trust and the main capital in the financial ecosystem. However, challenges arise when this principle conflicts with the interests of law enforcement, such as criminal investigations. The regulations strengthened by the PPSK Law provide a foundation for customer data protection while also regulating administrative and criminal sanctions for violations. On the other hand, the application of this principle also contributes to financial stability by increasing literacy and compliance with regulations. This paper recommends harmonization between the protection of customer privacy rights and the effectiveness of law enforcement to maintain the sustainability of trust in the banking sector.

The phenomenon of Indonesian labor migration abroad is an important strategy for improving community welfare and contributing to national economic growth. Every year, thousands of Indonesian migrant workers (TKI) leave for various countries in hopes of finding better job opportunities. However, the reality they face often falls short of expectations, as many migrant workers experience discrimination, exploitation, and violence. Law Number 18 of 2017 on the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (UU PPMI) serves as a legal framework to provide comprehensive protection, yet its implementation still faces significant challenges. This research employs a normative legal method to analyze the effectiveness of UU PPMI in providing legal protection for migrant workers. The analysis reveals that structural, technical, and legal obstacles hinder the effectiveness of protection. Therefore, a comprehensive approach is needed, including strengthening institutions, enhancing human resource capacity, and fostering collaboration among government, private sector, and civil society. This study aims to contribute to improving the conditions of Indonesian migrant workers and promoting more effective protection.
