Tourism is a crucial economic sector for a region, so it needs attention and development. One of the tourism sectors in East Java is Wisata Tambuh Raya Idaman which is located in Condro Village, Pasirian District, Lumajang Regency, East Java. This tourism is one of the potentials in Condro Village, but public awareness of this tourism is still lacking, so that the community's interest in visiting is also small. In addition, young children prefer to play with their mobile phones rather than playing traditional games or socializing with their friends. Therefore, group 174 of the KKN UMD UNEJ has a work program called PISAO (Tourism Promotion and Preservation of Traditional Games). The methods of this work programs are observation, discussion, practice and evaluation. This study discusses the legal responsibility of children against perpetrators of serious crimes. The question of the extent to which children can be held accountable for their criminal acts has been controversial in the juvenile justice system. Some countries apply a strict legal system, where children can be subject to the same sanctions as adults, while other countries adopt a rehabilitation and reintegration approach. The impact of the approach applied to the legal responsibility of children as perpetrators of serious crimes can affect the future of these children. An approach that focuses on rehabilitation and reintegration provides opportunities for children to find recovery and a second chance in society. However, an approach that promotes punishment can potentially harm children and hinder their rehabilitation process. In this context, it is necessary to have a balanced and comprehensive approach in treating children as perpetrators of serious crimes. Protection of children's rights, moral development and an approach that is based on the best interests of the child must be the cornerstone of the juvenile justice system.

Description of Mother's Attitudes About Stunting During the COVID-19 Pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center (supervised by Ayatullah Harun & Hukmiyah Aspar). Stunting is a condition of failure in child growth and development (body and brain growth) caused by malnutrition for a long time. Thus, children who experience this condition tend to be shorter or shorter in body shape than normal children of their age and have delays in thinking. The purpose of this study was to describe the mother's attitude towards stunting during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center. This study used an observational analytic method, namely a descriptive approach, to describe the mother's attitude towards stunting during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center with a total population of all mothers who had babies aged 0-12 months at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center who visited the January 2022, namely 37 people and a total sample of 30 people using the Accidental Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the description of the mother's attitude regarding the incidence of stunting during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center with a good attitude was 12 people (40.0%) and a bad attitude was 18 people (60.0%). It can be concluded that the picture of the mother's attitude regarding the incidence of stunting during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center was not good by looking at the results that had been obtained. So it is suggested that there is a need for education by health workers to the community, especially to mothers regarding the impacts or risks that will occur in children who are stunted.

Habituation is a very effective way to educate children in matters of worship. During the process of teaching children to pray five times a day, the attitude of children who are so busy with their play world is a common obstacle felt by parents. Youth is the future asset of a nation. But nowadays a lot is happening to teenagers, such as drugs and motorcycle gangs. This is a familiar problem. Juvenile delinquency includes all behaviors that deviate from the norms of criminal law committed by juveniles. There are so many internal and external factors that cause juvenile delinquency that need to be considered. To overcome this, guidance from parents and also a good environment can be a determinant for the development of the teenager. Based on the results of several studies, it was found that one of the causes of juvenile delinquency is the lack of functioning of the role of parents as role models for their children. The atmosphere in the family that causes discomfort for children is also one of the causes, including the divorce of their parents. Often they commit crimes because they feel they are not cared for by their parents who work too often without paying attention to the child's development. Teenagers who commit crimes generally lack self-control, or actually abuse that self-control, and like to enforce their own rules without paying attention to the presence of other people around them.

The current development of information technology issued by both individuals and business entities through social and electronic media when it has been sent and read by many people can affect the emotions, feelings, thoughts and even the actions of a person or group. It is very unfortunate if the information conveyed is inaccurate information, moreover the information is false information (hoax) with very provocative titles leading readers and recipients to negative opinions. Negative opinions, slander, hate speech that are received and attack parties or make people afraid, threatened and can harm the party being reported so that they can damage reputation and cause material losses (Aan erlansari, 2020). Many people use the internet as a daily necessity in finding information on social media, especially children who are still in their teenage phase. On the other hand, the spread of HOAX on social media has resulted in hate speech and negative elements in people's social life. In this case the government formed the Anti-Hoax Momentgas, but to counter HOAX the government is not strong enough to work alone, so in this service the author wants to make socialization to prevent HOAX information on people's social life, (SMAN 3 Tidore Kepulauan).
