Financing is an important component in providing education. Education costs are the amount of money generated and spent on various educational equipment which includes teacher salaries, facilities and infrastructure, administrative activities, education management activities, procurement of tools and textbooks, extracurricular activities and so on. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of utilizing financing sources in Ta'miriyah High School Surabaya. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and observations. Financing is the most crucial thing that must be faced by education providers. In order for educational goals to be achieved, the management of education funds must be carried out properly and appropriately. This research was held at Ta'miriyah High School Surabaya, because researchers wanted to know the sources of education financing in private schools and their utilization. The results showed that the utilization of funding sources for Ta'miriyah High School Surabaya, both from School Operational Assistance funds, Operational Support Costs for Education Implementation, and Education Development Contribution funds were quite effective both in terms of personnel and non-personnel

Human trafficking is an organized crime that violates human rights relating to freedom, security and has the potential to use acts of violence against victims. This research uses empirical juridical research methods by examining a phenomenon that occurs in society associated with the applicable laws. The research was conducted to find out the law enforcement against the crime of trafficking in persons, the obstacles in the implementation of law enforcement, and how the police efforts as law enforcers who act to handle obstacles at the level of investigation and investigation. The results showed that law enforcement of trafficking in persons was dominated by trafficking in persons with sexual utilization and trafficking in Indonesian migrant workers. Case handling begins with a public report then submitted to the unit handling human trafficking cases for a series of investigations, investigations, and submission of files to the prosecutor's office. There are different methods in handling cases tailored to the needs of cases of trafficking in persons with sexual exploitation or exploitation and migrant workers. Based on the research, it is known that investigators find various obstacles caused by internal factors or the investigation process itself and external factors or from the community. Law enforcement is carried out with the aim of restoring the law itself so that evaluation is needed so that the handling of human trafficking crimes runs effectively.

In this article we include material related to cyber counseling media which is useful for shaping the character or attitude of each student, in this case the development of information and communication technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of human life, including in the field of education . Students in today's digital era tend to be more accustomed to using technology and the internet in everyday life, so it is important to utilize this technology in education. Schools as educational institutions have an important role in shaping students' attitudes and personalities. One aspect that is important to note is the mental health of students. However, there are limitations to conventional counseling services provided by schools, such as limited time and counselors, and the difficulty of student access to counseling locations. Utilization of cyber counseling media can also shape students' modernization attitudes. Students will be accustomed to using technology in everyday life, including in obtaining counseling services. This can help students to improve digital literacy and technology skills which are important in today's digital era

The approach method used in the preparation of this thesis is normative juridical research (normative legal research method). The normative juridical research method is a legal research library conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. By using the deductive method of thinking (a way of thinking in drawing conclusions from something general that has been proven true and that conclusion is aimed at something specific). Based on the analysis that the author conducted regarding the Recognition of Ulayat Rights in the Republic of Indonesia, the district/city government is the first line to provide recognition and protection of customary rights over customary law community lands. Regional autonomy, which forms local governments that are close to the people, is expected to increase legal recognition and protection of the customary rights of customary law communities which are often neglected in state life.   Key Word: Oil Palm, Law Protection, Customary Land.

The misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers is a serious concern in counseling services at MAN 4 Medan. This study aims to identify the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers, the impacts of misdiagnosis, and appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were three guidance counselors or BK teachers and ten students from grades X and XI. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers consisted of three types, namely errors in identifying problems, errors in evaluating problems, and errors in determining actions. The impact of misdiagnosis was the incorrect handling of student problems, resulting in problems not being resolved well and potentially worsening the situation for students. Appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan include improving the quality of training and supervision for guidance counselors or BK teachers, increasing collaboration between guidance counselors or BK teachers and subject teachers and parents, and increasing the utilization of information and communication technology in counseling services. In conclusion, misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers has a significant impact on students and requires appropriate handling efforts in BK services. Therefore, there needs to be serious attention to the implementation of BK services at MAN 4 Medan to avoid misdiagnosis that can harm students.

Forests have a production function, namely economic value, such as wood, rattan, agarwood and so on. Forests have an ecological function because forests are very important for the survival of human beings, animals and plants. Ecological functions include absorbing carbon dioxide and then producing oxygen for life, a source of water, preventing erosion and flooding, habitat for animals, and a source of biodiversity. The purpose of planting tree seedlings is a form of making a production forest where it retains water during floods, secondly as an increase in the economy of the people of Balaroa Pewunu Village. The author uses a descriptive observational method using a persuasive approach to the community by interviews and field observations. By planting candlenut, avocado, jackfruit and petai trees. Implementation of tree seed planting activities on holidays, namely Sundays and trees planted around the river area, with the involvement of village government officials and Risma youth. The planting was carried out in stages considering that there were 850 trees planted including: 500 candlenut seeds, 200 avocado seeds, 100 jackfruit seeds, and 50 petai seeds. The target achieved in planting tree seedlings is expected to become community income in the future. From the community service activities it was concluded that the land in the production forest was used by the community for gardening and farming, then utilizing forest products. The types of forest products that are widely used are candlenut, tamarind, jackfruit, guava, and pineapple.

Bamboo waste is a type of waste or waste generated by development projects that still has the potential to be utilized, one of which is as a raw material in the manufacture of handicraft products. The use of bamboo waste as a raw material in the manufacture of handicrafts is still not optimal. The potential of bamboo waste as a raw material for making handicrafts is still wide open. The method used in this journal is first, an initial survey by identifying the potential for bamboo waste in the Kepanjenkidul Village. Second, collecting data through observation and interviews. Third, data analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods. Fourth, product development which aims to develop handicraft products from product waste. Fifth, evaluation of results to evaluate the success of implementing bamboo waste utilization. The MBKM 25 Thematic Community Service Group provides assistance and development of MSMEs in the form of implementing community service activities. Natural resources are the main component in building a biological culture system in the span of the earth. Efforts to manage natural resources, especially plants, are characterized by utilization according to their characteristics. The Arecaceae family (palm) belongs to the plant family of the oldest among flowering plants. This research was conducted through an exploratory survey on plants of the Arecaceae family in the area of Campus 1, Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University, Bandung. There were nine plant species found with a total number of individuals of all species totaling 148. The diversity index of palm plants in the Campus I area of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung obtained a result of 1.59. The utilization of Arecaceae plants is very diverse for each organ, namely fruits, roots, flowers, leaves, roots, and stems which are divided into five categories of needs, food sources, traditional medicines, building materials, handicrafts, and other uses.

In addition, it can have an impact on business development, business actors do not develop because income does not increase, the marketing area is not wide(Hidayati, Triajeng Pungkasanti, and Wakhidah 2020a). This becomes self-introspection in increasing mastery of digital marketing in this digitalization era. There are many kinds of marketing strategies, one of which is the use of quite a lot of digital marketing. In accordance with the title of this community service program "Utilization of Information Technology to Increase Student Creativity". Skills training activities are supported by lectures, questions and answers and of course direct practice in the computer laboratory. Training modules will be provided to participants as a tool for practical activities in the laboratory. The aim of implementing this community service program is to improve students' skills in using the internet and the benefits and activities that can be carried out using the internet, so that it can increase students' creativity in using the internet, especially to have a positive impact on internet use for students. This form of training is a very effective form of providing refreshment and additional insight and new knowledge in the field of information technology outside of the learning process received at each school.

This study aims to determine the effect of top management support (X1), utilization of information technology (X2) and work experience (X3) on the effectiveness of accounting information systems (Y). The population used in this study were 47 KSPPS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera employees in the Semarang area. The sampling method used is saturated sample (census). The data in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to KSPPS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Semarang Region employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 software. The results showed that top management support (X1), utilization of information technology (X2) and work experience (X3) were significant for increasing the effectiveness of accounting information systems (Y).  

This study aims to determine the information system service certificate for Jalatrang Village, Ciamis Regency using data collection techniques through field research, namely observation and in-depth interviews with 8 informants who were selectedqualitatively descriptively. The results show that the service information system for village certificates in ciamis district provides positive things to the village. This research was contuted by a library study, namely the collection of data and information through books and other reading sources that are relevant to the problem to be studied. Field research is data obtained by observation. The purpose of this final project is a web-Based Village Certificate Service Information System in Jalatrang Village” aims to design a database that accommodates all information about Jalatrang Village so that this information can be provided and presented more effective in terms of time and energy utilization.

Technology in learning is increasingly experiencing development along with the times. Often we see in the world of education a lot of use of technology as a means that can facilitate the learning process. Apart from technology education, it can also be used by the public to introduce Indonesian to foreigners. Technology can be a skill related to knowledge. This expertise can make it easier for Indonesian people to develop Indonesian. However, besides the many positive impacts that technology provides, it can also have negative impacts. The negative impact that we often encounter, for example on social media, is that many people use the Indonesian language incorrectly and not according to the rules. In fact, it is often found that young people use language immorally and ethically. Therefore this research discusses the impact of technology on language education which aims to find out what impact can be obtained from this technological development so that it can awaken many people to use Indonesian properly and according to the rules or even develop Indonesian so that it can be recognized by many. society in the world.    

The background of this research is that the activities of Class VIII students of SMPN 31 Semarang in the learning process are not enthusiastic, students only focus on using books as learning aids. Therefore, in the learning process we need a media-based learning aid that can attract students' attention in order to improve student performance and understanding. It is important to apply TikTok-based learning application innovations to involve students in learning so that the material being taught is easy to understand.    Based on this background, the problem arises How to Use the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023? This study aims to identify the Utilization of the Tiktok Application as a Learning Media in Writing Explanatory Text Writing Skills for Class VIII Students of SMPN 31 Semarang Academic Year 2022/2023. This type of research is mixed method . Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, test and documentation methods.    The results of this study indicate that students in class VIII use the media using the social media application TikTok above, it can be seen that the average score of students in class VIII SMPN 31 Semarang in the 2022/2023 academic year when writing explanatory texts in general is at the moderate level (50- 74). The average score of the students on the explanatory text writing test performance was 66.71 at the sufficient level.

Zakat has developed as a significant source of state revenue used to help the poor, as well as to advance Islam, science, other fields of study, build infrastructure, and provide other forms of support. The role of zakat is in line with the economic conditions of the poor and of course they still need several types of assistance services, but they are still dealing with the right to access services in order to increase people's prosperity. This study aims to find out how the form of collecting zakat, the form of the role of the national amil zakat agency, and what factors influence the collection of zakat. This study uses a qualitative methodology. This method is explained to be able to understand what phenomena the research subject is experiencing, in this case includes actions, motivations, perceptions, behaviors and so on, through verbal and linguistic descriptions, in the unique environment experienced, and by applying various scientific techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) The forms of zakat collection include the establishment of zakat collection units, zakat reception counters, opening of bank accounts, consultations about zakat, zakat pick-up programs, infaq, and shadaqah, household donations, teacher donations. These aspects play an important role in increasing the success rate of zakat collection. (2) The role of the national amil zakat agency in Pinrang Regency includes outreach, the zakat utilization program, and the zakat distribution system. (3) The factors that influence the collection of agricultural zakat in Kaballangang Village are internal factors and external factors

The use of information and communication technology (ICT) in education has become an important topic in optimizing human resources in schools. This article aims to provide an overview of the benefits and challenges of utilizing ICT in education, and how ICT can improve the quality of human resources in schools. The research method used in this article is a literature review conducted by studying references related to the use of ICT in education. The results and discussion show that the use of ICT in education can provide significant benefits, such as facilitating teachers in presenting teaching materials, providing access to more diverse information and learning materials, and improving interactions between teachers and students. However, there are challenges and barriers in utilizing ICT, such as accessibility problems to ICT infrastructure and difficulties in operating ICT devices. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the accessibility and infrastructure of ICT in schools, as well as providing training and developing the competencies of teachers and students in operating ICT devices. In conclusion, this article presents useful information for the development of education in Indonesia, especially in terms of the utilization of ICT as a means to improve the quality of human resources in schools. With appropriate efforts, the use of ICT in education can provide more optimal and sustainable benefits for the improvement of human resources in schools.

Youth play a strategic role in national economic development because their creativity, innovation, and energy can drive the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at both local and national levels. However, many youth groups face challenges in developing their businesses due to limited capital, managerial knowledge, marketing skills, and restricted networking opportunities, which hinder optimal profit generation. Business incubators provide a strategic solution to empower youth groups by offering mentorship, training, and facilities to expand networking and access to capital, enabling sustainable profit generation. This community service program was implemented by creating a business incubator for youth groups, including business management training, marketing strategies, financial management, and direct field mentoring. The results indicate improvements in managerial skills, business productivity, and actual profit generation, along with enhanced marketing networks and digital technology utilization to broaden market reach. The conclusion emphasizes that business incubators serve as an effective mechanism to create independent, productive youth entrepreneurs who contribute meaningfully to local and national economic growth.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors related to the utilization of posyandu visits. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely the formulation of the problem that guides research to explore or photograph the social situation that will be examined as a whole, broad and in -depth.1 Research Results That Posyandu for the community is still less understood and important for health. It is recommended that routine toddlers can be made examples of models to mothers who are not routine so that cadres must provide fractures for toddlers who routinely so that mothers of toddlers continue to routinely use posyandu visits, cadres are expected Puskesmas officers, provide health promotion to young mothers who are young to increase mothers' knowledge about the importance of the use of posyandu and comprehensive approaches and provide motivation to mothers under five to routinely visit Posyandu, provide health education through health education to mothers under five.

Efforts to increase income, provide employment, contribute to the availability of animal protein and increase production activities are part of food security in the aquaculture sector. Based on data reported from the DGT KKP Statistics, (2021) aquaculture can increase production activities, where in 2020 the third quarter of fish farming production reached 11.5 million tons and increased to 12.25 million tons in 2021 in the third quarter.  Alternative techniques that can be done as an effort to increase fish farming production results are optimizing the use of biofloc system technology (Pramono et al., 2018; Faridah et al., 2019 and Permana et al., 2021). This biofloc system is a union of living organic substances into the form of blobs, where this biofloc is composed of the word bio which means life while floc means blob. Tilapia is classified as a type of freshwater fish that is in great demand in the market. The advantages of implementing a biofloc system in tilapia farming are environmentally friendly so that it is easy to carry out advanced cultivation, there is efficiency in water utilization, short maintenance period, and maximizing stocking density. In addition to the advantages, there are also obstacles faced, fish farming with a biofloc system such as lack of understanding of fish farming with the biofloc method, directly providing feed without paying attention and lack of water quality control. Furthermore, the research conducted implemented the observational descriptive method. 

Semakin meningkatnya penggunaan sampah plastik di Kabupaten Wonosobo khususnya di Desa Binangun, Kecamatan Watumalang membuat permasalahan baru. Di satu sisi lain penggunaan plastik bisa membantu masyarakat dalam menjalankan kegiatan sehari-hari penggunaan plastik yang banyak juga akan memiliki dampak yang buruk bila tidak diimbangi dengan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pembuangan sampah yang tepat dan pengelolaan sampah yang mumpuni.Apalagi saat ini sampah plastik menjadi salah satu sumber polusi dengan tingkat pencemaran yang tinggi. Sampah plastik yang semakin lama semakin banyak dapat menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan yang serius baik itu di darat, laut, maupun di udara. Pencemaran lingkungan yang terjadi di darat sendiri akan berdampak pada tingkat peresapan air dan matahari yang berdampak terhadap kesuburan tanah sekaligus dapat menyebabkan banjir. Selanjutnya pencemaran di laut sendiri akan berdampak terhadap ekosistem laut. Sampah-sampah plastik dilaut akan terpapar sinar matahari yang semakin lama akan menyebabkan fotodegradasi pada sampah plastik itu sendiri yang mengubah sampah-sampah tersebut menjadi ukuran yang lebih kecil. Bahan beracun dari plastik yang telah terpecah-pecah itu, seperti bisphenol A (BPA), masuk dalam rantai makanan karena termakan oleh makhluk hidup di laut. Manusia, yang mungkin berada dalam urutan teratas rantai makanan, tentunya mendapatkan efek akumulasi dari bahan-bahan beracun tersebut. Dan kemudian pencemaran udara dari sampah plastik biasanya terjadi karena pembakaran sampah plastik yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Komponen plastik yang bertebaran di udara dapat berbahaya bagi kesehatan dan lingkungan. Mikroba di Darat dan Laut Berevolusi Memakan Plastik Misalnya, plastik jenis polyvinyl chloride (PVC) yang mengandung halogen dapat memproduksi dioksin apabila dibakar. Dioksin yang mencemari udara, terhirup oleh manusia, dan masuk ke dalam sistem pernafasan dapat menyebabkan banyak masalah kesehatan. Beberapa efeknya adalah dioksin dapat memicu kanker, bertindak sebagai pengacau hormon, dan membahayakan sistem reproduksi.
