Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan dan kompetensi  baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kualitas pelayanan pada pegawai Dukcapil Kabupaten Pekalongan. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja di Dukcapil Kabupaten Pekalongan dengan jumlah 67 orang pegawai, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh, jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 67 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dapat memediasi pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan kualitas pelayanan dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to examine the activity of ginger (Zingiber officinale) on metabolism and digestion through a laboratory experimental approach. Metabolism and the digestive system play a crucial role in maintaining physiological balance, and disturbances in these systems can affect nutrient utilization and overall health. Ginger has long been used as a traditional herbal remedy and is known to contain bioactive compounds such as gingerol, shogaol, and zingerone, which are believed to support digestive and metabolic functions. The research was conducted using ginger extract prepared through an extraction process under controlled laboratory conditions. Observations focused on changes in metabolic responses and digestive activity following the administration of ginger extract. The study employed a descriptive experimental design to provide an objective overview of ginger’s biological activity. The results indicated a gradual improvement in digestive activity and metabolic responses after treatment with ginger extract. These changes suggest that ginger extract has the potential to enhance digestive efficiency and support metabolic processes. The findings provide scientific support for the traditional use of ginger as a natural ingredient in maintaining metabolic and digestive health and may serve as a preliminary reference for further research using quantitative and clinical approaches.

Leaf springs serve as vehicle weight supports and vibration dampers from uneven roads. Reducing vehicle weight can support fuel consumption reduction. The use of composite materials allows for a reduction in leaf spring weight without reducing load capacity and stiffness. The purpose of this study was to find the composition of composite leaf springs with a polyurethane matrix that were resistant to tensile and flexural tests using e-glass, epoxy, and polyurethane materials. This study used an experimental method, in which specimens were tested using a tensile and flexural testing machine. The variations included polyurethane matrices of 10%, 20%, and 30%. The data was statistically analyzed using Excel to determine the significant effect of the variables. The results showed the effect of polyurethane variation on the composite. The tensile test showed that the greatest tensile stress was on the 30% polyurethane specimen at 1.574 N/mm² and the smallest was on the 10% specimen at 7.007 N/mm². In the flexural test, the greatest effect on flexural strength was observed in the 30% specimen at 14.36 MPa and the smallest in the 10% specimen at 25.82 MPa. Without the addition of polyurethane, the tensile stress was 39.678 N/mm² and the flexural strength was 157.09 MPa. Conclusion: The addition of polyurethane reduces the mechanical strength of composite leaf spring material without polyurethane addition.

Acne (Acne vulgaris) is one of the most common skin problems, affecting 80–85% of adolescents aged 15–18 years, with some cases persisting into adulthood. One of the associated bacteria is Staphylococcus epidermidis, a normal skin flora that can become an opportunistic pathogen. Bay leaves (Syzygium polyanthum) are known to contain secondary metabolites such as alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and essential oils with antibacterial activity. This study aimed to formulate ethanol extract of bay leaves into ointments with concentrations of 10%, 20%, and 30%, test their antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus epidermidis using the disc diffusion method, and evaluate their physical quality (organoleptic properties, homogeneity, pH, adhesion, and spreadability). Results showed that the ethanol extract of bay leaves contained alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, and tannins. The ointments met topical quality standards with pH 5.8–6.9, adhesion time 36–41 seconds, and spreadability 6.9–8.1 cm. Antibacterial activity increased with higher concentrations: 7.8 mm (10%), 12 mm (20%), and 15 mm (30%), although still lower than the positive control (clindamycin, 34 mm). In conclusion, ethanol extract of bay leaves has potential as an active ingredient in topical anti-acne ointments, but further studies with higher concentrations, in vivo testing, and optimized formulations are needed to achieve efficacy comparable to synthetic antibiotics.

Inflammation is a physiological response to tissue injury, infection, or harmful stimuli, characterized by redness, swelling, heat, and pain. However, excessive or chronic inflammation may lead to tissue damage and degenerative diseases. Long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is associated with gastrointestinal and cardiovascular side effects, highlighting the need for safer natural alternatives. Taro leaves (Colocasia esculenta) are traditionally used to treat swelling and wounds and contain bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, saponins, and triterpenoids with potential anti-inflammatory effects. This study aimed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity of ethanol extract of taro leaves and determine the most effective dose. An experimental study was conducted using male white mice (Mus musculus) divided into five groups: negative control (Na-CMC), positive control (sodium diclofenac), and three treatment groups receiving extract doses of 25, 50, and 75 mg/kg BW. Inflammation was induced by 1% carrageenan injection. The extract significantly reduced inflammation, with the highest inhibition (84.13%) observed at 75 mg/kg BW, comparable to diclofenac.

Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan (AI) mendorong inovasi dalam analisis keuangan, termasuk prediksi harga saham yang fluktuatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi harga saham PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk menggunakan model ARIMA dengan penanganan Outlier sebagai pendekatan awal menuju sistem prediksi yang lebih adaptif. Data harga penutupan harian dari Yahoo Finance dianalisis melalui uji stasioneritas, identifikasi model ARIMA, deteksi Outlier berbasis log-return, serta evaluasi performa menggunakan RMSE, MAE, dan MAPE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ARIMA Outlier memberikan performa lebih baik dibandingkan ARIMA dasar. ARIMA standar menghasilkan MAPE 1.32% dan AIC –899.46, sedangkan ARIMA dengan tiga dummy Outlier mencapai MAPE 1.16% dan AIC –900.37. Peramalan 14 hari ke depan menunjukkan pola yang stabil pada kisaran Rp 370–371. Pada data uji, ARIMA dasar memberikan akurasi terbaik pada pertengahan Agustus, sedangkan ARIMA Outlier mencapai akurasi tertinggi pada akhir Agustus dengan prediksi Rp 370.2 yang sangat dekat dengan harga aktual Rp 370.4. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penanganan Outlier meningkatkan ketepatan model, sehingga ARIMA Outlier dapat digunakan sebagai fondasi awal menuju pengembangan sistem prediksi keuangan berbasis AI.

Social support is defined as an individual’s perception of the availability and presence of assistance derived from three primary sources, namely family, friends, and individuals considered significant others. This concept emphasizes the subjective evaluation of the quantity and quality of support perceived by individuals, rather than the actual support provided. This study aims to examine the construct validity of the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) developed by Zimet et al. (1988), which has been adapted into the Indonesian language. The MSPSS instrument is designed to measure the extent to which individuals perceive social support received from family, friends, and significant others in their lives. Research participants were selected using a purposive sampling technique, with inclusion criteria consisting of active university students aged between 18 and 27 years. A total of 279 students participated in this study. The research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through an online questionnaire administered via Google Forms and distributed through various social media platforms. Data analysis was conducted using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with the assistance of Jamovi software.

Salah satu jenis kuliner yang banyak digemari masyarakat adalah kue kering. Kastengel, sebagai salah satu jenis kue kering warisan Belanda. Kastengel adalah salah satu jenis kue kering yang populer di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan keju dangke terhadap hasil jadi produk kastangel ditinjau dari uji organoleptic meliputi warna, aroma, tekstur dan rasa, serta daya terima masyarakat terhadap olahan produk kastangel dengan tambahan keju dangke. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan tiga perlakuan konsentrasi keju dangke, yaitu 50%, 100%, dan 150% dari jumlah keju yang digunakan dalam resep standar.Data diperoleh melalui uji organoleptik oleh panelis terhadap lima parameter: rasa, aroma, tekstur luar,tekstur dalam dan warna. Selain itu, dilakukan uji daya terima untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaan terhadap produk. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji One Way ANOVA untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan terhadap masing-masing parameter yang diuji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Penambahan keju dangke memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan (p < 0,05) terhadap parameter rasa dan aroma, namun tidak signifikan terhadap tekstur dan warna. 2). Perlakuan dengan penambahan keju dangke 100% merupakan yang paling disukai berdasarkan hasil uji daya terima masyarakat, dengan skor rata-rata tertinggi pada semua parameter.

Mutu dalam pengolahan pangan menjadi hal penting untuk menjamin produk yang aman, higienis, dan berkualitas. Suatu produk dikatakan bermutu apabila mampu memenuhi standar mutu yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak terkait dalam hal ini adalah Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas kimia dari produk kupang krispi yang dihasilkan oleh UD. Bunda Foods, dengan menitikberatkan pada tiga parameter utama yaitu kadar air, kadar abu, dan kadar protein. Kupang krispi dipilih sebagai bahan uji karena merupakan inovasi olahan hasil laut yang memiliki nilai gizi tinggi serta daya simpan yang baik, sehingga potensial dijadikan produk camilan unggulan. Metodologi penelitian mengacu pada Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 8272:2016 tentang kerupuk ikan, mengingat belum tersedia standar khusus untuk kupang krispi. Pengujian kadar air menggunakan metode gravimetri, analisis kadar abu dilakukan melalui proses pembakaran pada suhu 550°C, dan pengukuran kadar protein menggunakan metode Kjeldahl. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kadar air berada pada rata-rata 6,75%, kadar protein mencapai 19,20%, dan kadar abu sebesar 2,5%. Jika dibandingkan dengan ketentuan dalam SNI, kadar air dan protein telah memenuhi standar mutu yang ditetapkan, namun kadar abu jauh melebihi batas maksimal yang diperbolehkan sebesar 0,2%. Kupang krispi memiliki mutu kimia yang baik dari sisi nutrisi dan ketahanan produk, namun masih diperlukan perbaikan terutama dalam mengendalikan kadar abu yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan sanitasi dalam proses produksi dan pemilihan bahan baku yang lebih bersih menjadi penting agar produk dapat memenuhi standar nasional secara menyeluruh dan mampu bersaing secara optimal di pasar.

Indonesia merupakan negara yang kaya akan sumber daya alam, termasuk berbagai jenis umbi-umbian yang berpotensi dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pangan alternatif, salah satunya adalah umbi ganyong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh substitusi tepung pati ganyong terhadap rasa dan tekstur brownies, serta tingkat kesukaan konsumen terhadap brownies. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Perlakuan yang diberikan berupa substitusi tepung pati ganyong dengan konsentrasi 0%, 25%, 50%, dan 75% terhadap total tepung dalam adonan brownies. Data dikumpulkan melalui uji organoleptik oleh 73 panelis tidak terlatih yang menilai dari aspek rasa, tekstur, tingkat kesukaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, homogenitas, ANOVA satu arah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh signifikan antar perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subtitusi tepung pati ganyong memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap atribut rasa brownies pada konsentrasi penambahan tepung ganyong sebanyak 25%,  atribut tekstur brownies pada konsentrasi penambahan tepung ganyong sebanyak 75%. Tingkat kesukaan konsumen terhadap brownies tertinggi pada konsentrasi penambahan tepung ganyong sebanyak 50%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tepung pati ganyong berpotensi menjadi bahan baku alternatif dalam pembuatan brownies sekaligus mendukung pemanfaatan sumber daya pangan lokal yang lebih luas.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini: Mengetahui pengaruh komunitas online terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Mengetahui pengaruh promosi digital terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yakni peneliti dengan sengaja menentukan sampel yang dipilih sesuai dengan jumlah komunitas di grup Facebook dan persyaratan sampel yang ditentukan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jenis kelamin berusia 18 – 30 tahun dan sampel pada penelitian ini ada 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala dengan variabel terikat Keputusan pembelian online dan variabel bebasnya yakni, komunitas online dan promosi digital. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 22.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Komunitas Online paling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online. Promosi Digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Online.

Aritmia merupakan gangguan irama jantung yang umum terjadi pada lansia dan dapat menimbulkan risiko kesehatan serius jika tidak terdeteksi secara dini. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi aritmia pada lansia menggunakan algortima K- Nearest Neighbor (KNN) berdasarkan data elektrokardiogram (EKG). Data yang digunakan berjumlah 105 data EKG lansia yang diperoleh dalam format CSV. Proses awal melibatkan pembersihan dan normalisasi data menggunakan metode StandardScaler, serta pelabelan awal menggunakan algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan data ke dalam dua kelas: Normal dan Sangat Berpotensi Aritmia. Data kemudian dibagi menjadi 70% data latih dan 30% data uji dengan metode stratified split untuk menjaga proporsi label. Model KNN dilatih dengan parameter k = 3, dan dievaluasi menggunakan confusion matrix serta classification report. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi model sebesar 97% dengan nilai precision dan recall yang tinggi pada kedua kelas. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma KNN efektif dalam mengklasifikasikan kondisi aritmia pada lansia dan memiliki potensi untuk diterapkan dalam sistem pendukung diagnosis berbasis data EKG.

This study focuses on the analysis of traffic density in Jember City, particularly at the Wirolegi Intersection, which is known to have a high density level. This condition often triggers congestion that hinders public mobility, so that appropriate and data-based handling efforts are needed. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the level of density at critical congestion points through a statistical approach using the One Way ANOVA method. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a descriptive observational approach. Primary data was collected directly through a field survey in 2025 at the Wirolegi Intersection as one of 3 intersections in Jember City. The data obtained were then processed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and One Way ANOVA with the help of SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that the traffic flow density on the three routes studied, namely Jalan Gunung Haryono, Jalan Brigjen Katamso, Jalan Yos Sudarso, does not show a significant difference. The significance value of the ANOVA test is greater than 0.05 which indicates the similarity of density levels between routes. Further testing (post hoc testing) also strengthens this finding. The conclusion of this study shows that handling congestion at the Wirolegi Intersection needs to be done comprehensively through traffic control and evaluation of the transportation system to improve smoothness and mobility in Jember City.

Traffic performance on urban road segments is strongly affected by vehicle volume and travel time, particularly during peak periods. This study analyzes the relationship between travel duration and the total number of vehicles passing along Otto Iskandar Road as an illustration of urban traffic conditions. Data were collected through field surveys, focusing on two main variables: average vehicle travel time and total traffic volume. Statistical analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics, including normality testing and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to identify potential differences between the observed variables. The results show a difference in average values between travel duration and vehicle volume; however, this difference is not statistically significant at the 95% confidence level (p = 0.180). These findings indicate that increases in traffic volume do not always lead to proportional increases in travel time, although they can still influence the stability and efficiency of traffic flow. The results are consistent with previous studies, such as Halim (2021), who reported that U-turn movements affect speed and traffic performance, and Handayani et al. (2024), who found that parking activities and vehicle maneuvers reduce road capacity. Other studies also highlight the impact of side friction and traffic flow variations on speed and saturation levels. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of managing vehicle flow and monitoring travel time in urban transportation planning and traffic management.

The increasing demand for paper has led to a shortage of wood-based raw materials, thus requiring environmentally friendly alternatives. This study aims to analyze the physical, mechanical, and morphological characteristics of paper made from cassava peels (Manihot esculenta Crantz) and oil palm fruit fibers (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) as eco-friendly paper raw materials. The research method involved pulp preparation through delignification using 3.5% HNO₃ and 3% NaOH, bleaching with 10% H₂O₂, paper sheet formation with varying compositions (A = 70:30, B = 50:50, C = 30:70, D = 10:90), followed by grammage testing and tensile strain testing. The results showed that the grammage values ranged between 96.3–99.7 g/m², while tensile strain ranged between 2.6–4.4%. The study concluded that the best composition was found in sample C (30% cassava peel : 70% palm fiber) with a grammage of 98.5 g/m² and tensile strain of 3.2%. The implication of this study is that cassava peel and palm fiber waste have the potential to serve as alternative paper raw materials that meet the quality standards of A-grade printing paper (SNI 7274:2008), while also supporting the reduction of dependence on wood.

Weight gain can be a concern for some women, with some considering a body conforming to specific beauty standards as an ideal or desired goal. The use of progesterone hormone injections, which affect the appetite control center in the hypothalamus, can increase appetite and potentially lead to weight gain. This research employs a descriptive-analytical method with a quantitative approach conducted at the Independent Midwife Practice in the working area of the Kragilan Serang Community Health Center, Banten, using secondary data from medical records. Data collection involved 96 respondents divided into 48 samples of 1-month injectable contraceptive (KB Suntik) users and 48 samples of 3-month injectable contraceptive users. The total research sample size is 96 respondents, with the majority falling in the 20–40 age group and the remainder aged >40 years. The results indicate that among the 48 respondents using the 1-month injectable contraceptive, the average weight gain is 0. 938 kg, while for the 3-month injectable contraceptive, the average weight gain is 4. 251 kg.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal dan inflasi terhadap nilai perusahaan pada PT Bank Mandiri Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan Bank Mandiri serta data inflasi nasional dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) selama periode penelitian. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal Bank Mandiri relatif stabil dengan rata-rata sebesar 6,40 dan standar deviasi 0,043, mencerminkan kebijakan keuangan yang konsisten serta pengelolaan risiko yang baik. Tingkat inflasi juga berada pada kondisi rendah dan stabil (rata-rata 0,03; standar deviasi 0,015), menandakan tekanan eksternal makroekonomi yang ringan. Nilai perusahaan memiliki rata-rata 3,18 dengan standar deviasi 0,026, menunjukkan kepercayaan investor yang tinggi terhadap kinerja Bank Mandiri. Hasil uji asumsi klasik memperlihatkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal (Sig. 0,200 > 0,05), tidak terdapat multikolinearitas (VIF 1,639 < 10; Tolerance 0,610 > 0,1), tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas (Sig. X1 = 0,934; X2 = 0,202 > 0,05), dan tidak terdapat autokorelasi (Durbin-Watson = 1,513). Dengan demikian, model regresi yang digunakan dinyatakan layak untuk menguji pengaruh struktur modal dan inflasi terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Program KIP Kuliah bertujuan memperluas akses pendidikan tinggi yang adil, namun seleksi manual di tingkat kampus kerap subjektif dan sukar diaudit. Penelitian ini menawarkan dukungan seleksi berbasis data menggunakan klasifikator Naive Bayes untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan di Universitas Sepuluh Nopember Papua. Tujuan penelitian adalah: (1) merancang dan mengimplementasikan model yang transparan dan replikabel untuk memprediksi kelayakan beasiswa, serta (2) mengevaluasi kinerjanya dengan metrik klasifikasi standar. Metode yang digunakan mengikuti alur KDD di RapidMiner, mencakup impor data, kendali mutu, imputasi nilai hilang, penetapan peran atribut, dan penyandian fitur; pelatihan model menggunakan smoothing Laplace. Dataset berisi 543 pendaftar periode 2024–2025 dengan atribut sosioekonomi (pekerjaan dan penghasilan orang tua, jumlah tanggungan, status DTKS, desil P3KE), sementara label target berupa kelayakan historis. Evaluasi dilakukan pada himpunan uji berukuran 50. Hasil menunjukkan akurasi 94% dengan matriks kebingungan TP=45, FP=2, FN=1, TN=2; untuk kelas Layak, presisi 95,74% dan recall 97,83%; AUC 0,891 mengindikasikan pemisahan kelas yang kuat. Temuan ini membuktikan pendekatan mampu mengenali kandidat layak secara andal, seraya menyoroti keterbatasan sensitivitas pada kelas Tidak Layak yang minoritas. Kontribusi penelitian adalah rancangan pipa analitik yang ringan dan dapat diaudit, yang mempercepat penyaringan, mengurangi subjektivitas, serta memperkuat akuntabilitas melalui keluaran terukur. Implikasinya, model dapat berperan sebagai filter tahap awal untuk memfokuskan telaah komite; peningkatan ke depan mencakup penyeimbangan kelas, penyetelan ambang, dan pelatihan ulang berkala demi menjaga keadilan dan efisiensi.

Anxiety is an excessive state of tension characterized by feelings due to a response to stress or conflicting conditions. This study aims to investigate the relationship between anxiety disorders and sleep quality among nursing students during the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) in the Diploma III Nursing Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Abulyatama University. This study consisted of 168 individuals. The sample was 65 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research was conducted from July 25th to 29th, 2025. This study employed a descriptive analytical method with a cross-sectional approach. The research instruments were the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS) and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The data was analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The research results indicated a significant relationship between anxiety disorders and the sleep quality of students during the OSCE at the Diploma III Nursing Program, Abulyatama University, with a p-value of 0.025 (p < 0.05). Based on this finding, this study proves a relationship between anxiety disorders and sleep quality among the Diploma III students during the OSCE preparation. This study suggests that students and the university provide counselling sessions before the test to reduce the effects of anxiety disorders in students. Therefore, this study serves as a resource to raise awareness on how to manage emotions during exam preparation.
