The rapid development of information and communication technology has created a complex virtual environment known as cyberspace.  In this digital era, cyberspace has become the main arena for various activities, from communication, business, to social interaction.  However, this growth also poses serious challenges in managing these virtual spaces effectively.  The role of law is very important in responding to this challenge.  This study aims to explore the role of law in regulating cyberspace, as well as the associated challenges and opportunities.  The role of law in this context includes establishing regulations, law enforcement, and protecting individual rights in the digital environment.  The main challenges faced include the complex transnational nature of cybercrime, conflicting regulations between countries, as well as rapid legal adaptation to new technological developments.  However, there are also emerging opportunities in regulating cyberspace.  For example, the ability to apply a collaborative approach between states, the private sector and civil society in developing regulations that suit the unique characteristics of the digital environment.  Additionally, technology can also be used as a tool to improve law enforcement and empower individuals to protect their privacy and security online. This study uses a descriptive analysis approach to evaluate relevant literature and case studies in order to understand the dynamics of the role of law in regulating cyberspace. By understanding these challenges and opportunities, we can develop a more holistic and adaptive framework for governing cyberspace, thereby ensuring the sustainability and security of the digital environment in this digital era.

This study aims to determine the application of good governance principles at the Wajo Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPM-PTSP), the research informants consist of staff and employees along with the public who want to take care of licensing letters at the Wajo Regency DPM-PTSP Office. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach.The results of this study show that the application of Good Governance principles at the Wajo Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPM-PTSP) has been running well, including accountability that has been effective and efficient in terms of achieving strategic objectives that contain vision, mission, goals and objectives, and activities that are equipped with performance indicators and targets to be achieved,  Transparency with the accountability of staff and employees in carrying out their respective duties which are quite professional, Participation shows that the community feels very satisfied with public services, and the Rule of Law is also very good because it is carried out fairly without discriminating against the social status of the community. The conclusion is that the application of the Good Governance Principle at the Wajo Regency DPM-PTSP office has been realized and implemented well.    

Fraud is often committed by certain individuals to gain instant personal profit. The purpose of this research is to prevent fraud in various sectors by involving the role of internal auditing based on existing theories and research, enabling early identification and prevention of fraud. The research method applied in this study is qualitative descriptive method using literature review. Based on the discussion, internal auditors play a potential role in managing risks and ensuring proper governance. Effective internal audits can reduce unhealthy accounting practices that lead to fraud. Effective internal auditing is crucial in the mechanism of good governance.  

Humans are creatures created specially by Allah, Allah created humans to be the same as Himself. This means that humans were created to live according to God's will. Humans try to find God in various ways and efforts but it is completely difficult to find the truth. So that makes people tend to think wrongly. Theology itself not only shows interesting facts related to the Christian Scriptures, but in the theological context, long debates often occur regarding certain topics within the scope of theology. Philosophy tends to use reason (logic) as a basis for carrying out arguments. Philosophy brings people to be able to think logically, straight and precisely. This is the case with the history of philosophy, so that seminarians, while studying the basic principles of various systems, can maintain elements that are proven to be true and find the roots of errors and refute them. Human life is a complex reality because in life, humans have no other choice but to always do something to maintain their existence. Before acting, each individual must decide, given certain risks, what to do.        

This article discussed the important role of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in the learning process. Critical thinking skills, creative, and problem-solving skills in the 21st century is essential to prepare competent young generation. Despite the rapid development of technology, Indonesia's PISA score is still very low. Improving the curriculum by prioritizing the development of HOTS-based skills can be a solution to deal with this phenomenon. The method which used in conducting this article is the literature study method. This method is used in collecting data, analyzing, and synthesizing the findings by specifying the topic of the role of HOTS in the learning process. The conclusion is that the integration of HOTS in learning is the key to preparing students who are able to think critically, creatively and solve problems that encountered in their environment.

This research is based on the fact that there are still OSIS administrators at SMPN 1 Ulakan Tapakis who have not been able to reflect good morals, this is because the OSIS supervisor teachers heve not provided provisions and approaches to OSIS administrators at SMPN 1 Ulakan Tapakis and there is a lack apptoach to OSIS administrators. This research aims to describe the role of the OSIS supervisor teacher in forming the moral character of the OSIS administrators at SMPN 1 Ulakan Tapakis. The research was conducted at SMPN 1 Ulakan Tapakis, Padang Pariaman regency. This research uses descriptive  research methods with a qualitative approach. The key informant in this research is the OSIS teacher, while the supporting informant is the OSIS administrator. Data collection techniques by means of beservation, interviews and documentation. The role of the OSIS supervisor teacher is very important in forming the moral character of the OSIS administrator. The role of the coaching teacher is as a guide (preceptor), providing motivation (Motivator) and providing evaluation (evaluator). Through various activities carried out by the OSIS in order to form moral character and be able to instill commendable values that exist in OSIS activites throught the form of IMTAQ development and good manners or noble morals. In order for the formation of akhlakul karimah character in OSIS administrators, it is not solely on the shoulders of religious teachers, but requires the role of the supervisor teacher as well as cooperation between the supervisor teacher and the OSIS administrators.

Peranan UMKM di Indonesia termasuk salah satu yang terpenting karena UMKM dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan yang akan mengurangi pengangguran yang ada di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan UMKM dalam perekonomian nasional dilakukan dengan mendorong intensitas kewirausahaan kepada para pelakunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas, inovasi dan lingkungan eksternal terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM Sekarwangi Snack di Kelurahan Pudakpayung. Penelitian ini merupakan kausalitas studi, dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh pelaku UMKM Sekarwangi Snack di Desa Pudakpayung dengan total sampel yaitu 51 responden. Sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan keberhasilan usaha. Inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Lingkungan eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. The role of MSMEs in Indonesia is one of the most important because MSMEs can create jobs which will reduce unemployment in Indonesia. One of the efforts to increase and develop MSMEs in the national economy is to encourage entrepreneurial intensity among the perpetrators. This research aims to determine the influence of creativity, innovation and the external environment on business success at Sekarwangi Snack MSMEs in Pudakpayung Village. This research is a causality study, with data collection carried out by distributing questionnaires to all Sekarwangi Snack MSMEs in Pudakpayung Village with a total sample of 51 respondents. The sample obtained in this research used the census method. Analysis technique using multiple linear regression method. The results of this research show that the creativity variable has a positive and significant effect on business success. Innovation has a positive effect on business success. The external environment has a positive and significant effect on business success.

Dating violence is an act of violence against a partner who is not yet married, including physical, psychological and sexual violence.  The facts behind the occurrence of cases of violence during the dating period occur due to various causal factors, one of the factors that can cause these acts of violence can be caused by the victims themselves. The impact of violence in courtship is of course that there are parties who suffer both physically and psychologically and are entitled to their rights in the fulfillment and protection of their lives, as well as from psychosocial aspects that greatly affect the psychology and life of individuals and are very influential and reciprocal in the lives of victims, with the fulfillment of victims' rights such as medical treatment, counseling, therapy and rehabilitation, victims can be restored to normal. This study aims to determine the role of victim factors in the occurrence of violence in the dating period, as well as the form of legal protection for victims of dating violence. This research uses empirical legal research methods sourced from data obtained directly in the form of statements and opinions from respondents, namely the perpetrator, the victim, the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, and the PPA Polresta Kupang Kota. The results showed that the occurrence of violence during the dating period was also caused by the role of the victim, namely the provocation of the victim and the dependence of the victim on the perpetrator, then the results also showed that there was a form of legal protection for victims in the form of providing legal assistance, providing health assistance, spiritual assistance and rehabilitation.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha pada Pabrik Kerupuk Barokah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Legalitas usaha ini masih belum lengkap, tetapi hal ini umum untuk usaha kecil. Aspek keuangan melibatkan biaya produksi, omset harus lebih tinggi dari biaya produksi agar mendapat keuntungan. Usaha ini memanfaatkan alat produksi, dan usaha ini dikelola oleh Bapak Sutrisno dan dibantu 5 karyawan. Adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menyadarkan pemilik akan pentingnya legalitas hukum.

In this paper, we try to reflect on one of the important aspects of the Church's faith, namely the essential belief in the Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. In particular, we will reflect on the universal Church's faith in the Holy Spirit. Although this article is very limited, we would like to make an important contribution to the relationship between the Holy Spirit in the life of the Trinity and the life of the Church. Therefore, the author tries to analyze the works of Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger (Pope Benedict XVI) on the relationship of the Holy Spirit as the Spirit of the Communion of the Father and the Son and the relationship of the Holy Spirit with the Church. In other words, we will find an unbroken continuity, an inseparable, organic dynamic between the Holy Spirit as the Spirit of the Trinity and the role of the Holy Spirit as the Principle of Communion in the Church.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Pada saat sekarang perkembangan teknologi serta digitalisasi di berbagai bidang, UMKM merupakan jenis usaha yang memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam perkembangan perekonomian juga perlu mengalami kemajuan dibidang teknologi khususnya dalam memasarkan prodak. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan UMKM dalam hal digital marketing juga memperluas jaringan pemasaran UMKM. UMKM Salome Bunda Som merupakan salah satu contoh UMKM yang membutuhkan pendampingan digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat terbafi menjadi empat tahapan yaitu tahapan survei, sosialisasi digital marketing,   pendampingan digital marketing, serta tahapan pemeliharaan dan evaluasi. Bentuk pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan tujuan mengembangkan dan turut serta dalam pendampingan digital marketing terhadap UMKM Salome Bunda Som agar dapat memiliki jaringan pemasaran yang tidak terbatas pada pasar lokal saja.

Deddy Corbuzier is a public figure and also the owner of a well-known YouTube channel which provides podcast content for his followers. Deddy Corbuzier's podcast content entitled SOMASI (Stand On Mic Take It Easy) presents standup comedians as guest stars to convey people's complaints about government policies which are packaged casually and funny so that they are easy for subscribers to understand. In this context, content that discusses government policy is predicted to influence a certain point of view for the audience so that in the current research context the focus and aim is to determine the influence of the role of podcast content on Deddy Corbuzier's channel on subscriber behavior in determining the pros and cons of government policy. This research uses a quantitative approach using descriptive methods used in the current study. Data collection techniques are carried out online with the help of Google Forms while data management techniques use Validity Tests and Reliability Tests while data analysis will be carried out using simple Linear Analysis techniques using IBM SPSS 26 software. The results of this research prove that the Ha hypothesis is accepted and Ho is rejected in the current research context. In other words, there is an influence on the role of podcast content on Deddy Corbuzier's channel on subscriber behavior in determining the pros and cons of government policy

This study aims to determine the condition of the Role of the Village Consultative Body in Optimizing Village Development Planning in Riit Village, Sikka Regency and to find out the efforts of the Role of the Village Consultative Body in Optimizing Village Development Planning. This study uses a qualitative method. while the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the study show that the role of partners between village consultative bodies within the village government apparatus, moreover, the relationship between the Village Consultative Body (BPD) is compatible and well-established, transparent, and there is no cover-up from the two parties. All matters of government and The problems faced together in village deliberations (MUSDES) are seen from the community's point of view, the role of village consultative bodies has been going well but not optimal because of the lack of socialization from members of the village consultative bodies.

This research uses a hermeneutic method to deepen understanding of the story context. The main focus of research is the character of AI, Technology, Robots and Aliens which play a central role in facilitating communication between humans and aliens. In this case it explores how the presence of AI supports human efforts to understand very alien culture and technology. In the process of analysis, we also explore the ethical and moral aspects that arise along with the use of AI in the context of intersex relationships. With a hermeneutic method, highlighting how contextual interpretation and understanding enriches the analysis of the complex dynamics between humans, AI, and aliens. This research provides in-depth insight into the concepts of artificial intelligence, technology, robots, and aliens in the narrative "Only Human," which is expected to stimulate further thinking about the future of human interaction with artificial intelligence and extraterrestrial life.
