the external environment has an important influence on the sustainability of an organization. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the role of the external environment in educational institutions. The research method used in this research is a literature study approach, in other words, the research was conducted without a research location, but all data was taken through previous studies in the form of books and scientific articles relevant to the research theme. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, with data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results found that the external environment helps educational institutions to understand external factors that can affect their performance and success. SWOT is used as a tool to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of educational institutions. The external environment in organizations is divided into two: micro (small scope) involving competitors and partnerships, and macro (general scope) involving economic, political/legal, socio-cultural, technological, and global factors. The steps used in the analysis process involve scanning, monitoring, forecasting, and assessing.

This research was conducted to observe the life of the church at the Tangkiling Station in the light of the Church as the Mystical Body of Christ. People in the Tagkiling Station are less actively involved in church life. Through this study, it is hoped that the people of Tangkiling station will be able to realize the meaning of themselves as the Church of the Mystical Body of Christ which is realized in the life of church. The method used in this research is qualitative method with data collection technique in the form of literature study, observation, front of interview and documentation. The research steps include conservations with informants, informant profiles, theme determination, reflection, implications, syhthesis, prospects or possibilities that will occur. The results show that the people at Tangkiling Stastion have a good church life and it is in accordance with the Church as the Mystical Body of Christ but they do not understand deeply about the meaning of the Church as the Mystical Body of Christ because it has never been given a prior understanding. The inhibiting factors for civic engagement are the lack of people understanding about the meaning of the Church as the Mystical Body of Christ, occupation, transportation and distance and dissent. So the pastoral step that is expected to be able to answer the problem is by conducting continuous catechesis, active involment of pastoral partners anda approaches through visits.

This research examines the accounting analysis of partnership liquidation due to changes in membership, both from the entry of new members and the departure of existing members. The main focus of the study is to understand the concept of partnership liquidation, the procedures involved, and the required accounting records.The research background emphasizes the importance of accounting in providing accurate financial information for decision-making. This study also discusses conditions that can lead to the dissolution of partnerships, such as the death of a member or changes in membership composition.The research methodology includes analysis of literature related to partnership liquidation. The main objectives of the research are to explain the definition of partnership liquidation, outline the liquidation procedures, and describe the accounting recording process in the context of partnership liquidation.This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the partnership liquidation process and its implications for accounting practices, as well as contribute to the development of student competencies in the field of accounting.

This study aims to analyze the influence of income, knowledge, promotion, and gold prices on the investment decisions of bank partners in investing in gold at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Jambi City. The population used in this research consists of BSI partners who invest in gold in Jambi City, with a sample of 90 respondents. It can be concluded that the respondents in this study are predominantly female, totaling 63 respondents, while males amount to 27 respondents. Based on age, the majority are aged 30-39 years, with 40 respondents. In terms of education level, 70 respondents hold a bachelor's degree. Data collection techniques employed include questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all examined variables, both internal factors (income and knowledge) and external factors (promotion and gold prices), significantly influence gold investment decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.827 indicates that 82% of the variation in the dependent variable can be explained by the variables studied. This research provides a broader understanding of the factors influencing gold investment decisions and suggests strategies for more effective promotion and better financial education.

This research aims to analyze marketing strategies and factors that influence the success of SMEs in the martabak business in the Sukatani area, Bekasi Regency, which coincides in Sukadarma Village, Kampung Serengseng Jaya. MSMEs play an important role in the local economy, but often face challenges in competing with larger businesses. To identify effective strategies, we conducted a qualitative study using in-depth interviews with Martabak MSME owners and used SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced. The research results show that the use of social media as a marketing tool, product innovation and service quality are the main factors that contribute to the success of martabak MSMEs. Additionally, partnerships with local suppliers and a deep understanding of consumer preferences have also proven important. The challenges faced include intense competition, fluctuations in raw material prices, and limited capital. Thus, this research provides insight into the best practices that can be implemented by martabak MSMEs to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their businesses. The proposed strategic recommendations include increasing digital skills, product diversification, and developing customer loyalty programs

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs have an important role in the economy in Indonesia. Business legality that is officially recognized by the government, such as a Business Identification Number, is the main prerequisite for gaining consumer trust and access to various other business opportunities, including financing and partnerships. The aim of this activity is to provide assistance to Bu Suwarti Semen Tape MSMEs regarding NIB creation, starting from the registration process to NIB processing so that the business is recognized as legal by the government, and by developing branding for the Bu Suwarti Semen Tape product, it can increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of its products. on the market. The MSME assistance work program is carried out using several methods including surveys, observations, interviews and discussions, as well as mentoring. This assistance is carried out in two stages, namely assistance in creating a Business Identification Number which starts from the registration process to processing the NIB so that the legality of the business is recognized by the government. Next, the second stage is assistance with MSME branding through creating a visual identity which aims to increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of this tape product on the market.

Literacy is an individual's ability and skills in language i.e. reading, writing, speaking, calculating and problem solving at a certain level of expertise required in daily life. Bullying is as unwanted aggressive behaviour of another young person or group of young people who are not siblings or current dating partners involving an observed or perceived imbalance of power and repeated several times or very likely to be repeated. To prevent bullying, efforts are made to conduct reading and writing literacy activities. The purpose of this study is to see how often students of the Faculty of Medicine, Gorontalo State University do literacy reading and writing, especially about bullying. This study uses a qualitative method, namely an observational survey conducted on the management of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Medicine, Gorontalo State University. The results obtained from 15 respondents who were interviewed found that all respondents knew about bullying. Only 2 people have never read about bullying, while 13 have. Writing literacy there are only 2 people who have done about bullying and 13 others never. From the results of the research conducted, it was concluded that all respondents knew about bullying, most had done reading literacy about bullying, and only a small proportion had done writing literacy about bullying.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are very important to the Indonesian Economy, but often MSMEs face problems in terms of marketing and management. In an effort to increase consumer buying interest, this Service Activity investigates effective marketing, branding, and employee performance strategies for MSMEs. Cheesecuit Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face key challenges related to marketing, branding, and performance that can impact consumer awareness and interest in purchasing products. This service identifies factors that influence consumer buying interest and analyzes what marketing, branding, and management strategies are appropriate to increase consumer buying interest for cheesecuit businesses. The proposed solutions include building an integrated marketing strategy, utilizing digital marketing, improving product quality, building partnerships and distribution networks, training and mentoring for MSMEs, as well as improving Resource Management in improving employee performance. This service activity is expected to have a positive impact on business actors in order to increase consumer purchasing power and provide benefits for business owners.

The research results show that perpetrators of criminal acts of dating violence in the jurisdiction of the Gorontalo City Police are subject to criminal liability as regulated in Article 351 of the Criminal Code as simple assault or Article 466 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Code of Laws. Criminal law as the latest Criminal Code. So the perpetrator commits a violation of norms that is against the law. Factors that cause violence in dating in the Gorontalo City Police jurisdiction are: personality factors, violence in dating can be caused by the personality of the perpetrator himself; the factor of the victim being dependent on his partner, the victim being dependent on the perpetrator, the perpetrator naturally feels that whatever the perpetrator does will still be forgiven by the victim even if it is an act of violence; the influence of the family environment, when children witness aggression perpetrated by their parents, this can increase the likelihood of dating violence perpetrated by that individual; social influence, that being friends with friends who are often involved in violence can increase the risk of being involved in violence because there is the influence of social characteristics and motivation to commit violence itself; The influence of the place where violence occurs, the environment where violence occurs, which is mostly carried out in closed and quiet places, is a driving factor for this violence to continue to occur because the situation and conditions allow for violence to occur and the factor of gender inequality, violence in dating where the victims are more women, this is related to socio-cultural aspects that instill gender roles that differentiate men and women.

Despite the potential for higher engagement, challenges like privacy concerns and platform saturation must be addressed to optimize marketing effectiveness.

As environmental concerns grow, companies are increasingly adopting green innovation and sustainable business practices to meet both regulatory requirements and consumer demand. This paper investigates the drivers of green innovation in Indonesian manufacturing firms and assesses its impact on environmental performance. Using survey data from 100 firms, the study finds that government incentives and consumer pressure significantly influence companies' sustainability strategies. However, the research also identifies challenges in implementing sustainable practices, particularly related to costs and limited technical knowledge. Policy implications include strengthening incentives for green technology and creating partnerships for knowledge sharing.

Single mother are women who are supporting their children alone due to divorce, death of a spouse, or the decision to give birth without a partner. They face huge challenges in managing finances and household responsibilities. BPS 2013 data shows that there are more single mothers in Indonesia than single fathers (14.84% vs. 4.05%). This research examines the case of Mrs. Kiki, a single mother in Pondok Pinang, South Jakarta, who runs a stall after her husband passed away. The parenting style provided by a child's parents influences the quality of their life, thereby enabling them to grow into socially mature individuals. Parental parenting styles have a significant influence on the lives of their children. The development of independence is an important characteristic that prepares young people for their future lives. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) this time aims to provide knowledge about childcare practices to parents who have young children (aged 4-6 years). PKM events were attended by 52 persons. The PKM team's health education for parents of early childhood children (4-6 years) through question and answer lectures was shown to be effective in increasing parents' knowledge about parenting patterns, factors that influence the success of parenting patterns, independence formation, and other factors that influence the success of independence.

The Srikandi group is a group of women who have concerns about the Prevention of Trafficking in Persons (TPPO). Therefore, the Kita Institute packages TPPO as a strengthening of the women's economy, namely by empowering the women of the Srikandi Group through training in making various chili sauces. This study aims to describe the implementation process, success, supporting factors and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach with research subjects including Kita Institute managers, Srikandi Group Managers, and Srikandi Group Members. The data validity technique uses source triangulation with data analysis technique using data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the research that have been carried out show that 1) The process of implementing women's empowerment in the Srikandi Group consists of three stages. The first stage is awareness through socialization and motivation. Then, the ability transformation stage is to increase knowledge and skills in making various chili sauces. The last stage is capacity improvement, where the women of the Srikandi group have been able to produce various chili sauces independently. 2) Women's empowerment of the Srikandi group succeeded in producing a variety of quality chili sauce with a durability of two months and increasing income 3) Supporting factors for empowerment are the availability of human resources, natural resources, infrastructure, high motivation of participants, female participation, and work partners. Meanwhile, the factors that inhibit empowerment are difficulties in adjusting the time and lack of confidence of Srikandi group women to start their own business.

Cross-cultural communication in marriage involves understanding and adapting to the different norms, values, and traditions between partners from different cultures. Addressing differences in language, attitudes, and expectations is essential to establish effective communication, build trust, and minimize conflicts. This study aims to explore cross-cultural communication in interethnic marriages in Sweden. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants were married couples from different countries: a woman from Indonesia and a man from Sweden. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach, and the researcher connected the research object to Face Negotiation Theory. The results showed that the couple from two different countries tended to avoid conflict and displayed cooperative attitudes (obliging) in responding to differences and conflicts arising in daily interactions. Consequently, a harmonious marital relationship was established.

This research aims to analyze the form of protection for joint assets and the rights of each party in the marriage agreement as well as the implications of the marriage agreement for husband and wife in limited partnership (CV) businesses. The research method used by the researcher is normative research with prescriptive research characteristics whose research approach is a statutory approach and a case approach. The data collection technique used is literature study, with the syllogism method and deductive thinking as an analysis technique. The results of the research highlight the role of marriage agreements as a form of protection not only for joint assets but also the rights of husband and wife business actors, especially CVs. Apart from that, it was also found that the marriage agreement was a form of protection from the risks associated with the CV business.
