This study aims to describe the Accessibility of Management Information System Services at the Library and Archives Service of Gorontalo Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the Accessibility of Management Information System Services at the Library and Archives Service of Gorontalo Regency has not been running well, where of the three indicators measured there are two indicators that are not fully optimal, namely data access time and data accuracy, this can be seen from the many complaints from service users about the slow responsiveness of data or information needed by service users and frequent errors or inconsistencies between the data or information needed by service users and what is presented by the Management Information System. While one other indicator, namely access flexibility, is considered optimal, this can be seen from the time and method of the information access process which can really adjust to the conditions of service users, namely it can be accessed anytime and anywhere and in any way such as accessed via laptop, computer or smartphone.

The Kanjuruhan tragedy on October 1, 2022, marks one of the deadliest disasters in Indonesian sports history, resulting in the deaths of over a hundred spectators during a post-match riot. This study explores the tragedy through the lens of sports sociology by examining how crowd behavior, institutional failures, and the use of excessive force reflect deeper socio-political dynamics. Using a library research method, this paper analyzes academic literature, official reports, and sociological theories—particularly those of Gramsci, Bourdieu, and Foucault—to understand the normalization of violence, the exercise of hegemonic power through sport, and the systemic weaknesses in match organization. The study finds that the convergence of commercial interests, inadequate crowd management, and institutionalized violence created the conditions for this disaster. The findings call for structural reforms in sports governance and advocate for a sociologically informed approach to fan education, crowd control, and ethical media representation.

The rapid development of the business world has driven increased complexity in competition, particularly in the retail sector which has experienced significant growth in various regions, including Tuban. In this context, the partnership between suppliers and department stores (toserba) becomes a strategic aspect that plays a crucial role in maintaining business continuity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the patterns of relationships between suppliers and department stores in Tuban, as well as to identify factors that support the success of such partnerships and their impact on operational performance and customer satisfaction. Using a qualitative descriptive approach based on library research, data were collected from various secondary sources such as scientific journals, books, and relevant publications. The results indicate that effective partnership relationships are characterized by open communication, high trust and commitment, close collaboration, and adaptation to digital transformation. Furthermore, a solid partnership between suppliers and department stores contributes to improving supply chain efficiency, reducing logistics costs, optimizing inventory management, and enhancing customer satisfaction through product availability and responsive service. This study provides valuable contributions to formulating sustainable collaborative strategies for local retail businesses to face increasingly competitive markets.

The role of job training, self-efficacy, and human resource development (HRD) in improving employee performance is discussed in this study. The problem raised is how these three components can synergistically influence employee work efficiency, considering the many challenges faced by organizations in optimizing their human resource potential. The library method and literature review approach are used in this study. This involves the analysis of primary and secondary data from reliable international journals indexed by Scopus and national journals indexed by Shinta. These data were collected through a review of relevant literature covering theories and empirical research on self-efficacy, job training, HRD, and their effects on performance. The results of the study indicate that increasing employee motivation and confidence to complete assigned tasks is very important. Technical skills and adaptability to changes in the work environment are improved through competency-based job training. Meanwhile, an innovative and productive work culture is generated through continuous learning and mentoring programs. When used together, these three components can contribute to improving individual and organizational performance. Manipulation of public data in criminal policy is a strategic practice that selects and frames information to cover up institutional violations, and legitimizes repressive policies that ignore the principle of justice. Unfortunately, the development of communication technology has accelerated the circulation of information, leading to the birth of repressive policies based on popularity and distorted narratives. This study uses a qualitative research method with a conceptual approach. The data collection method was collected using library research, then analyzed using qualitative methods and presented descriptively. The results of the study indicate that manipulation of public data in criminal policy shifts the orientation of policy from fact-based rationality to biased emotional responses, so that it not only widens inequality and creates selective law enforcement, but also damages institutional legitimacy and erodes public trust in the criminal justice system. A transformative mitigation strategy is needed institutionally and culturally, through the implementation of comprehensive transparency in the entire data management cycle, strict and enforceable regulations, increasing public data literacy as a bulwark against misleading narratives, and the ethical use of digital technology, in order to return policy to a basis of evidence that is fair, accountable, and relevant to the social complexity faced.

This research aims to examine self-efficacy as a measure of improving nurse performance through literature review. Literature review is the collection and analysis of data from various written sources such as books and relevant scientific journals on the topic. Data was obtained by utilizing Google Scholar without conducting field research, but rather by reviewing previously published data to support the discussion about self-efficacy and nurse performance. The results of the study indicate that self-efficacy has a significant impact on career development, work effectiveness, and stress management. Nurses with high self-efficacy tend to be more confident, assertive, and resilient in facing pressure, including during the pandemic. Competence and career development supported by self-efficacy also enhance the quality of nursing services. Although there are insignificant results, the majority of studies show that good self-efficacy plays an important role in improving the performance and professionalism of nurses.

This study aims to comprehensively examine the role of women in agricultural economic development through three main focuses: women's real contribution in agricultural economic activities, structural and socio-cultural barriers that limit their participation, and empowerment strategies to realize a more inclusive agricultural economy. The background of this research stems from the reality that although women play a significant role in various aspects of agricultural production and resource management, recognition of their contribution is still structurally and culturally limited. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a library research approach, which utilizes primary sources such as official government documents and reports of international institutions, as well as secondary sources in the form of relevant scientific literature. Data were collected through a systematic search of digital databases, then analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify key themes related to the roles, barriers and strategies for empowering women in the agricultural economy. The results show that women have concrete contributions in production activities, processing of agricultural products, and financial management of farm-based households. However, their participation is still hampered by patriarchal structures, limited access to resources (such as land, capital, and training), and social norms that tend to marginalize women's role in decision-making. Effective empowerment strategies include strengthening women's capacity through education and skills training, forming women's farmer groups, and advocating for policies that support gender equality in agricultural development. In conclusion, the role of women in the agricultural economy is not only relevant but also crucial in promoting food security and sustainable rural development. Therefore, the integration of gender perspectives in agricultural policy is an urgency that cannot be ignored.

The role of school administration is very important in carrying out the basic functions of Islamic educational institutions. School administration as the center for managing teaching and learning activities also covers various fields ranging from resource management, financial management, to planning and implementing academic policies. This research aims to identify the role of school administration in improving the operational effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. The method used in this research is library research, which aims to collect, analyze and compile information from various literary sources in order to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the topic being researched. The data analysis technique used is descriptive-qualitative, with the aim of describing and interpreting information obtained from the literature. This research shows that the role of school administration is very important in improving the operational effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. Good administration includes technical management, creating an environment that supports the moral and spiritual development of students. With effective implementation, it is hoped that schools will be able to provide Islamic education that is not only of academic quality, but can also shape students' character in accordance with Islamic values. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for policy makers and Islamic education practitioners in formulating better management strategies, so as to improve the overall quality of Islamic education.

Library Management in Efforts to Improve Students’ Literacy Skills at SMK Negeri 2 Panyabungan, aims to examine library management, students’ literacy abilities, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in enhancing literacy. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected from librarians, students, the principal, and teachers. The findings show that library management consists of planning (goal setting, forming a literacy team, and planning programs such as morning assemblies), implementation (reading before lessons and searching for additional materials in the library), and evaluation (monitoring library visits, book loans, and the book collection). Students' literacy skills are considered good, as demonstrated through morning assembly activities, reading before classes, and active participation. Supporting factors include well-organized book collections, adequate facilities, and collaboration between the school administration, teachers, and librarians. On the other hand, inhibiting factors include poorly managed library visitation schedules, limited technological facilities, and an insufficient number of computers compared to the number of students. The study concludes that effective library management plays a significant role in improving students’ literacy, although further support is needed to overcome existing challenges.

This research examines tourist perceptions of the Sendangdalem rafting attraction in Kebumen Regency as a developing adventure tourism destination. Nature-based tourism, particularly adventure tourism, has experienced significant growth in line with the trend of tourists seeking authentic and challenging experiences. Through a qualitative approach with library research design, this study analyzes tourist perceptions across four main dimensions: physical aspects of the attraction, service quality, experience value, and sustainability practices. The results show that tourists positively perceive the varied and challenging river characteristics, although supporting facilities still need improvement. The experience value is formed through the integration of adventure, aesthetic, social, and educational values, with adventure value as the dominant dimension. Sustainability practices through local community involvement and conservation efforts are appreciated, but waste management and sanitation infrastructure still require improvement. The research implications emphasize the importance of infrastructure development with an environmentally friendly approach, capacity building for local guides, diversification of tourism products, and strengthening ecotourism narratives in marketing.

Improving the quality of education in madrasahs is a strategic issue in enhancing the competitiveness of Islamic education in the global era. However, the implementation of quality management in madrasahs is often not yet systemically and sustainably integrated. This article aims to examine the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in madrasah quality management and to formulate a conceptual model suited to the context of Islamic education in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, with data collected from a range of relevant and up-to-date academic literature. The data were analyzed using content analysis to identify key concepts, theoretical relationships, and best practices in applying TQM within the madrasah environment. The findings reveal that the success of TQM implementation is influenced by transformational leadership of the madrasah principal, participation of all stakeholders, adoption of the CIPP evaluation model, and the internalization of Islamic values. This article proposes a TQM-based madrasah quality management model that is both contextual and applicable. It offers a theoretical contribution to the development of quality systems in Islamic education and recommends further field research to empirically validate the proposed model.

This study aims to analyze the causes of data duplication in companies, its impact on operational efficiency, and the solutions that can be implemented to prevent and address it. Using a qualitative method with a library research approach, this study examines various literature related to data management. The findings indicate that data duplication is caused by a lack of standardization, input errors, and weak integration systems. The recommended solutions include the implementation of database management technology, regular data audits, and strict data governance policies. With the right strategies, companies can enhance efficiency and ensure data accuracy in business decision-making.  

Islamic education has a very important role in shaping the character and morals of individuals, as well as in developing quality human resources. Evaluation of Islamic educational institutions is one of the most crucial aspects in efforts to improve the quality of Islamic educational institutions as a whole. This article discusses the importance of institutional evaluation in Islamic education to measure the extent to which institutions can fulfill the vision, mission, and goals of Islamic education. Evaluation does not only cover academic aspects, but also character, morals, management, curriculum, human resources, facilities, and relations with the community. In addition, this article also identifies the basic principles in evaluating Islamic educational institutions, namely objectivity, transparency, and justice. This study uses a library research method by collecting and analyzing related literature, such as books, scientific journals, and academic articles. The results of the study indicate that evaluation of Islamic educational institutions functions as a tool for continuous improvement, supports accountability, and adapts the curriculum and learning methods to the needs of the times. In addition, the role of leaders in the evaluation process is vital to ensure the successful implementation of the evaluation. It is hoped that this article can contribute to the development of an effective and efficient institutional evaluation system in Islamic education.    

This study aims to analyze the concept of Islamic public finance according to Abu 'Ubaid al-Qasim bin Salam in Kitab al-Amwal and its relevance to the implementation of zakat-based fiscal policy in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach and library research method, the study reveals that Abu 'Ubaid emphasized three main principles in public finance management: justice, transparency, and public benefit (maslahah). He viewed zakat as a public financial instrument that must be managed by the state to ensure fair and equitable distribution of wealth. The implementation of zakat-based fiscal policy in Indonesia still faces challenges such as low public awareness, lack of integration into the national and regional budgets, and uneven zakat distribution. Based on Abu ‘Ubaid's thoughts, the proposed solutions include strengthening regulations, improving transparency in zakat institutions, and optimizing the use of technology. Integrating zakat into the public financial system can be an effective strategy to reduce social inequality and promote sustainable public welfare.

Archives management plays a crucial role in ensuring the accountability of an organization, as proper management of archives can enhance transparency and operational effectiveness. Based on observations made at the Maluku Province Regional Library and Archives Office, several issues were identified within the current archiving system. One of the key problems is the lack of knowledge about proper archives management, which causes significant barriers during the archiving process. The office employs two archivists with high school and diploma (D3) education backgrounds. Although they have attended archives management training, the current system remains ineffective, which in turn affects work efficiency, particularly in the process of searching for archives. In many instances, the required archives are either difficult to locate or entirely missing. This study aims to assess the impact of archives management on work efficiency at the Maluku Province Regional Library and Archives Office. The research employs quantitative analysis with a sample size of 42 employees. Data were collected through a survey method, using a questionnaire to capture relevant information from the participants. Simple linear regression analysis conducted using SPSS 24 revealed that archives management accounts for 35% of the variance in work efficiency, while the remaining 65% is influenced by other factors. The findings suggest that effective archives management has a positive and significant impact on employee work efficiency. Based on the results, several practical implications are suggested: (1) the current archiving system should be maintained and improved for better performance, (2) training and development programs should be implemented to enhance the skills of archivists, (3) archivists should be equipped with specialized skills in archives management to improve overall efficiency, and (4) ongoing coaching and mentorship for archivists should be provided to ensure continuous improvement.

This study aims to explore the implementation of expository teaching strategies in enhancing students' communication competencies in the digital era. Using a qualitative research method with a library research approach, this study analyzes various literatures related to expository teaching, communication competencies, and the use of digital technology in education. The findings reveal that expository teaching supported by digital technology can enrich the learning experience by increasing interactivity, accessibility, and understanding of the material. However, challenges such as the digital divide, digital distractions, and the need for adequate digital literacy skills were also identified. In conclusion, while the implementation of expository teaching based on technology offers numerous benefits, proper management and adequate training support for both teachers and students are crucial to maximize learning outcomes.

Caliph Umar bin Khattab was one of the greatest leaders in Islamic history who succeeded in building a fair and transparent economic system through the establishment of Baitul Mal. This institution became the center of state financial management that accumulated funds from various sources such as zakat, kharaj, jizyah, and fa'i, then distributed them for the welfare of society. Umar applied the principles of justice, honesty, and prudence in managing the economy, including progressive fiscal policies such as pension systems, social security, and equitable budget allocation. This study uses a library research method to analyze Umar bin Khattab's economic policies and their relevance to public financial management in a Muslim-majority country like Indonesia. The results of the study show that Umar's economic principles, such as transparency, equity, and community empowerment, can be a solution to overcome the challenges of corruption, social inequality, and budget inefficiency in the modern era.

The alignment of budget planning with funding sources is a crucial aspect of financial management in Islamic educational organizations to ensure operational sustainability and improve the quality of educational services. This study aims to analyze strategies that can be implemented in drafting and adjusting budget plans with various funding sources, such as government funds, zakat, infaq, waqf, community donations, and student contributions. This research employs the library research method, which involves collecting and analyzing various literature related to Islamic educational financial management. The results indicate that the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, and accountability must be applied in managing educational funds to ensure optimal budget utilization. One of the key indicators for maintaining financial balance is the budget balance ratio, which measures the extent to which an organization’s revenue can cover its expenditures. If the ratio reaches or exceeds 100%, it indicates a surplus that can be allocated for institutional development. However, if the ratio is below 100%, a deficit occurs that must be addressed immediately through cost efficiency strategies, diversification of funding sources, and optimization of productive waqf assets. This study emphasizes that a systematic and sustainable financial strategy is essential for maintaining the financial stability of Islamic educational organizations. By implementing well-structured budget planning, strict supervision, and diversified funding sources, organizations can ensure financial sustainability and enhance the overall quality of Islamic education. 

Strategic decision-making ability is an important skill that must be possessed by the leaders of Islamic educational institutions to support the achievement of educational goals, improve the quality of learning, and build institutional governance in accordance with Islamic values. The purpose of this study is for operational planning in Islamic educational organizations through measurable strategic decision-making. The focus of the study is directed at how operational definitions of programs, indicators, activities, and scheduling based on the academic calendar can reflect the readiness of educational institutions in facing future challenges. This study uses a library research method by collecting data from various written sources such as books, scientific journals, and relevant official documents. The results of the study show that clarity in formulating program indicators, selecting relevant persons in charge, and integration be-tween strategy and operational activities can increase the effectiveness of achieving the vision and mis-sion of Islamic educational institutions. Therefore, operational planning is not only technical, but is an integral part of the strategic management of Islamic education.
