IEEE 802.11ax WiFi 6 is the current standard for wireless local area network (WLAN) technology which is a development of the previous standard, namely IEEE 802.11ac (WiFi 5). WiFi 6 has new features that are superior to WiFi 5. For example, it can operate in the 6 GHz frequency band, use 1024-QAM modulation, and use a maximum of 8 spatial streams. In general, to test and verify the implementation of a network technology standard, researchers can buy hardware on the market that has implemented the standard in its entirety or only certain mandatory features. Apart from using hardware directly, testing can also be done using software simulations. This research aims to study the WiFi model in the ns-3 simulator and simulate the IEEE 802.11ax WiFi 6 network. The simulation is carried out to measure the uplink throughput that can be achieved by WiFi 6 with various numbers of client stations (STA) and various distances between the Access Point (AP) and STA. The simulation results show that the throughput value will decrease with increasing AP-STA distance and the number of STA. The maximum throughput value obtained in the simulation with 5 STA at a distance of 2 meters from the AP is 655.41 Mbps.

Collaboration of computer science disciplines with other disciplines has been widely carried out, for example, medical science. Expert systems for disease diagnosis are one of the many computer programs used by doctors to assist them in their work and provide good results. Researchers in the field of artificial intelligence are working to improve existing systems to cover their shortcomings. Expert systems are used in many applications for disease diagnosis. Expert systems have been used in various industries and have had a significant impact. An innovative method for diagnosing diseases is the application of case-based reasoning systems, compared to expert systems. The solution to diagnosing and treating diseases can be found in the expert system for diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis. Because this web-based system is based on a web application, all pulmonary tuberculosis patients can access it. A rule-based system that applies the CBR method can identify various types of diseases through the use of weighting techniques and offer treatment recommendations.

Based on the 2018 Riskesdas results, the proportion of breastfeeding patterns for babies aged 0-5 months in Indonesia is 37.3% exclusive breastfeeding, 9.3% partial breastfeeding and 3.3% predominant breastfeeding. Predominant breastfeeding is breastfeeding the baby but giving a little water or a water-based drink, for example tea, as a prelacteal food/drink before the milk comes in. Meanwhile, partial breastfeeding is breastfeeding a baby and giving artificial food other than breast milk such as formula milk, porridge or other food before the baby is 6 months old, whether given continuously or as prelacteal food. North Sumatra Province Nutrition Program Data in 2018. The percentage of exclusive breastfeeding for babies 0-6 months in North Sumatra in 2018 was 65.57 percent, an increase compared to the percentage of exclusive breastfeeding in 2017, namely 54.4 percent (Sumatra Provincial Health Service, 2017). 2018). In the breastfeeding process, problems sometimes arise that can prevent giving breast milk to babies. Problems that mothers often experience when breastfeeding include inverted nipples, swollen breasts, sore and painful nipples, blocked milk ducts, breast inflammation and insufficient milk production (Purwoastuti, 2015). There are many non-pharmacological methods that can help postpartum mothers increase breast milk production, ranging from marmet massage, oxytocin massage, Woolwich massage to areola and rolling massage. Currently, based on the results of related research, there are non-pharmacological methods that are cheaper, easier, non-invasive and acceptable to respondents and without side effects. Nursing interventions that can be applied to help increase lactation in post partum mothers are the SPEOS method (Endorphin, Oxytocin and Suggestive Massage Stimulation).

In order to evaluate this, a community service program is needed as a form of program implementation. The aim is that through the implementation program the effectiveness of anthropometric measurements and feeding will be known. The community service method used is a pilot method. The steps include studying phenomena that exist in society, identifying problems based on previous research, prioritizing problems and determining locations, then implementing programs, evaluating programs and preparing reports. The target population is children under 5 years old in Manani II Village, Tomohon. The instruments used were questionnaires for demographic data and anthropometric measurements for primary data. Data was processed univariately with descriptive analysis. Community service results show that the number of toddlers who are underweight and whose height is less than normal for their age is 4 children (16.6%), and there are still mothers who have toddlers who don't understand the benefits of food made from sea fish as a nutritious food. (17.4), and those who are still unsure are 34.8%. This study aims to describe and analyse the cultivation of religious character through the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at MTsN 1 Lima Puluh Kota. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the tahfidz programme in superior VIII grade has had a positive impact on the formation of students' religious character. The cultivation of religious character is carried out through various methods, such as exemplary teachers, habituation, advice, and punishment. Exemplary teachers, such as examples of polite behaviour and dressing according to sharia, provide good examples to students. Habituation, such as praying together before learning and praying zuhur in congregation, forms positive habits in worship. Brief advice from teachers helps students understand the importance of discipline and obedience in religion. Meanwhile, punishment, such as repeating one page of memorisation backwards, is used as an effort to correct the behaviour of students who do not comply with the rules. This study also shows that the Qur'an memorisation programme not only improves students' ability to memorise the Qur'an, but also forms a better person in worship and morals. However, there are still some obstacles in the implementation of this programme, such as students' lack of awareness of religious obligations and lack of religious attitudes. Therefore, it is recommended that the tahfidz programme continue to be improved and supported by all relevant parties to achieve the goal of forming better religious characters in students.
