This study aims to analyze the development strategy of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the coffee sector using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT Analysis approaches. A case study was conducted at Paul Coffee Shop, located in Tajurhalang, Bogor Regency. The research method employed was descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The results indicate that the current business model of Paul Coffee Shop has strengths in affordable pricing and personal relationships with customers but still has weaknesses in digital marketing and product innovation. Through SWOT analysis, development strategies were formulated, including product diversification, strengthening digital marketing, collaboration with local MSMEs, and customer loyalty programs. This study emphasizes that BMC can be used not only in the initial stage of business establishment but also as a tool for evaluation and strategy development for ongoing MSMEs.

Poverty reduction in Indonesia is supported by economic activity and social assistance programs, the government provides business capital loans so that people do not depend on social assistance. One of them is PNM Mekaar which aims to develop and empower MSMEs in order to improve the economy and improve the welfare of program implementers, namely underprivileged women. However, problems occur in the implementation of this program, such as use of business capital for personal needs and weekly installment bills without training for customers. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of capital provided by PNM Mekaar for socio-economic needs of families in Sitinjak, South Tapanuli. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods so researchers can better understand the problems that occur. Data collection techniques in is interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is that business capital loans provided by PNM Mekaar are not effective in meeting the socio-economic needs of families. Effectiveness can be measured through following 5 indicators: 1). Indicators of program understanding which show that there are customers who do not know about the purpose of Mekaar, 2). Target accuracy shows that there are customers who are not classified as underprivileged, 3). Timeliness shows that there are customers who do not attend group meetings and are delinquent in weekly payment installments, 4). Achievement of goals shows that only customers who have a business that has increased income, the businesses run by customers are in the MSME and Agriculture sectors. 5). Real changes show that customers' personal financial management is not yet good. Meanwhile, the socio-economic needs of the family which include food, clothing, shelter, education, and health can be met even before becoming PNM Mekaar customers.

This study aims to analyze the influence of price perception and service quality on customer satisfaction at Popo Kopitiam Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents who are active customers of Popo Kopitiam. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the simultaneous and partial effects between the independent and dependent variables. The results showed that simultaneously, price perception and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially, price perception has a significant effect on the level of customer satisfaction, indicating that assessing price according to product quality can increase satisfaction. Similarly, good service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, indicating the importance of fast, friendly, and professional service. These findings indicate that the combination of competitive prices and optimal service is a major factor in building customer satisfaction at Popo Kopitiam Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by Hotel Abadi in Serang City to maintain its image and reputation amidst the increasingly competitive hotel industry and pressures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. A descriptive qualitative approach was used with a SWOT analysis technique to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing the hotel. The results show that Hotel Abadi still relies on the strength of social relationships and loyalty of existing customers as reputation capital, but has not been able to manage its image comprehensively in accordance with the principles of image management theory. The communication strategies used are still conventional, such as banners and direct promotions, and have not yet touched on the realm of digital branding and professional management of customer feedback. On the other hand, the threat from new, more modern hotels that are more adaptive to technological developments is an urgent external challenge that requires a strategic response. Hotel Abadi must also pay more attention to service quality, not only from the physical side but also the overall customer experience. Given the rapid development of technology, management needs to formulate a more targeted and effective digital communication strategy to reach a wider audience through social media and websites. Hotel Abadi is advised to undertake a strategic transformation that is not only promotion-oriented, but also includes strengthening brand identity, improving service quality based on customer needs, and structured reputation management with an image management approach.

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, café atmosphere, and trust on customer loyalty at Omah Petoeng Tulungagung. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population consisted of customers who had made at least two purchases, with a sample of 112 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results indicate that service quality, café atmosphere, and trust have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on customer loyalty. Among these variables, trust shows the most dominant influence on loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.540 indicates that 54% of customer loyalty variation is explained by the three independent variables. These findings highlight the importance of integrating quality service, pleasant café ambiance, and customer trust in fostering long-term loyalty. The study provides practical implications for local café managers to enhance competitiveness through trust-based service strategies and customer experience management.

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) connect with consumers. Kampung Lawas Maspati SMEs encounter obstacles in expanding their market due to limited online visibility and reliance on conventional sales approaches. This study aims to develop an e-commerce website that addresses these challenges by focusing on user-centered innovation. Using the Design Thinking method, which includes stages such as empathizing, defining, ideating, prototyping, and testing, user needs and challenges were explored through interviews, surveys, and observations to inform the website development process. The resulting platform is intuitive, responsive, and accessible, enabling SMEs to display their products, manage transactions, and engage with customers effectively. The application of this method not only improves market reach but also strengthens the competitiveness and digital literacy of Kampung Lawas Maspati SMEs. Evaluation results show a high level of consumer satisfaction, reaching 91.87%, indicating that the developed website effectively meets user expectations and supports SME digital transformation.

This study aims to analyze how Pancasila values are applied in MSME business practices and their impact on customer preferences with a case study of Rumah Makan Ibu Via in Sindangsari, Serang Regency. The approach used is descriptive qualitative through interviews, observation, and distribution of questionnaires to customers. The results show that the business owner consistently applies the principles of Pancasila, including honesty (first principle), respect for customers (second principle), cooperation with nearby merchants (third principle), openness to customer feedback (fourth principle), and fair and affordable pricing (fifth principl). The application of these values has a positive impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, as seen in key preference factors such as affordable prices, a diverse menu, friendly service, and a comfortable location. Thus, the application of Pancasila values in MSME business practices not only serves as a moral and social guideline, but also contributes significantly to increasing customer loyalty and preference. The results of this study are expected to serve as an example of the application of national values in business practices for other SMEs in Indonesia.

The Effect of Facilities on Customer Satisfaction at Pondok Parsotoan Sidojadi 2, Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency.”This study examines the effect of facilities on customer satisfaction at Pondok Parsotoan Sidojadi 2, Panyabungan. Facilities include infrastructure, amenities, and conveniences that support business operations, while customer satisfaction refers to the feelings of pleasure or disappointment experienced by customers based on the comparison between their expectations and actual experiences with products or services. The research problems involve inadequate facilities, such as the absence of Wi-Fi and a children’s playground, a small prayer room, limited parking space, narrow stairs, and less aesthetic décor, which reduce customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method with data collected through observation and questionnaires from 96 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0, including validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, simple linear regression, t-test, determination test, and correlation analysis. The t-test results show thitung = 28.981 > ttable = 1.661, indicating that facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The R Square value of 0.899 (89.9%) and R of 0.948 demonstrate a very strong relationship.

This study aims to analyze the practice of price determination in the buffet system without price labels at Café Santiniketan, Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, Campus 4 Banyuwangi, from the perspective of mashlahah mursalah and Islamic economic principles. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and documentation. The data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that Café Santiniketan has implemented the principles of fairness, honesty, and transparency in its transaction system. Payments are made before consumption to avoid elements of uncertainty (gharar), while pricing is based on the types of food selected and mutual consent (al-ridha). The buffet system provides flexibility for consumers to choose menu portions according to their needs. This practice aligns with the concept of mashlahah mursalah because it provides benefits for public interest and supports the economic independence of the pesantren community. However, challenges arise regarding the inconsistency between price and portion size, which has led to criticism from some customers. This condition highlights the need to improve price clarity to ensure compliance with the principle of fairness in Islamic economics. Overall, the implementation of the buying and selling system at Café Santiniketan has demonstrated good sharia-based economic practices, yet requires ongoing evaluation and development to ensure trust and customer satisfaction.

This study aims to evaluate improvements in customer service quality with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction at Ratu D'Laundry. The approach used is quantitative with a descriptive methodology, where data is collected through a survey that measures five main aspects, namely service quality, process speed, price and promotions, customer service, and overall satisfaction and loyalty levels. The results of this study indicate that most customers are satisfied with the services provided, especially in terms of laundry cleanliness, clothing fragrance, and the friendly attitude of staff in providing services. These results show that these factors play an important role in shaping customers' positive perceptions of service quality. However, this study also found several complaints related to service completion time, which is considered to still need improvement. Overall, this study confirms previous findings that service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction. The proposed strategy to improve service completion time is a key step in building trust, meeting consumer expectations, and encouraging long-term customer loyalty.

The development of digital technology has brought about significant transformations in the global entertainment industry, including in Indonesia. One manifestation of this change is evident in the presence of streaming platforms like Netflix, which have altered consumer consumption patterns for audio-visual content. This study aims to analyze how Netflix Indonesia utilizes Business Intelligence (BI) and Knowledge Management (KM) to maintain and increase customer loyalty. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data from various scientific literature, industry reports, and relevant online sources. The results show that the implementation of BI enables Netflix to analyze user behavior, understand viewing preferences, and provide more personalized content recommendations. Meanwhile, KM plays a crucial role in internal knowledge management, content development, and service innovation. The synergy between BI and KM has been proven to support Netflix's strategy in improving user experience, retaining existing customers, and attracting new ones in the increasingly competitive Indonesian market.

Qanun of Banda Aceh City Number 4 of 2022 emphasizes that the Tirta Daroy Regional Public Company of Drinking Water aims to provide fair and sustainable drinking water services. The legal relationship between the customer and the company is regulated through the Decree of the Board of Directors PEG Number. III/10/PDAM/2020. However, there are still many customers who are in default in the form of late payments that cause losses to the company and are contrary to Article 1243 of the Civil Code regarding the obligation of debtors to compensate for losses due to negligence. This study aims to analyze the default settings in the customer connection agreement at  the Tirta Taroy Regional Public Drinking Water Company  , identify the factors causing defaults, and explain the form of applying civil sanctions to customers who commit defaults. This study uses an empirical juridical method with qualitative descriptive analysis based on legal and field data. The results of the study show that the most dominant forms of default in customers of the Tirta Daroy Regional Drinking Water Public Company are late and arrears of payments, not paying at all and misuse of water connections. The main causative factors include economic conditions, administrative negligence, and intentional elements. Legally, this default causes financial losses and disrupts the sustainability of public services. Sanctions are applied in stages through notices, warnings, summonses, to fines, compensation, or disconnection. The Tirta Daroy Regional Public Company is advised to follow up on customer complaints, improve the billing system, adjust the sanction clause proportionately, and increase legal awareness through socialization.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of green marketing and brand image on customer loyalty at Starbucks Coffee Living World Pekanbaru. The background of this study is based on increasing competition in the coffee industry, changes in consumer lifestyles that are increasingly environmentally conscious, and the importance of brand image in building long-term relationships with customers. The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative. The number of samples in this study was 100 people with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to examine various factors that influence customers' engagement in choosing the Cicil Emas product as a form of long-term investment at Bank Muamalat Purwokerto. This research is based on the increasing trend of gold investment in the community caused by the increase in gold prices and awareness of the importance of halal investment according to sharia principles. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of Bank Muamalat Purwokerto. The results show that customer interest is influenced by several main factors, namely trust in sharia principles through the murabahah contract, a positive perception of gold as a stable investment asset, the ease of installment procedures that are flat and transparent, and the efficiency of the payment system through autodebit. In addition, social factors such as family recommendations and active promotions from the marketing department also strengthen customer interest. From the SWOT analysis, it was found that the main strength of this product lies in Bank Muamalat's reputation as a pioneering sharia bank and a stable installment system, while its main weaknesses are limited physical gold stocks and low public investment literacy. With increasing public awareness of sharia investment and the large market potential in Purwokerto, the Cicil Emas product has strong prospects for continued growth as a safe and Islamically-compliant long-term investment instrument.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product innovation, brand image, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Bromfiets Cafe Srengat Blitar. The research is motivated by the growing competition in the culinary industry, which requires businesses to continuously innovate, strengthen brand image, and improve service quality to retain customers. The research method employed a quantitative associative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 121 respondents selected using the accidental sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 25.0. The results show that product innovation, brand image, and service quality have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions. The Adjusted R² value of 0.727 indicates that these three variables explain 72.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 27.3% is explained by other factors outside the research model. These findings highlight that the synergy between product innovation, brand image, and service quality is the key factor influencing purchasing decisions and sustaining competitive advantage in local culinary businesses.

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia has introduced the murabahah contract as one of the most dominant financing products. However, in practice, this contract often gives rise to legal disputes, particularly due to default by customers who fail to fulfill their payment obligations in accordance with the agreement. This study focuses on the Palangka Raya Religious Court Decision Number 1/Pdt.GS/2024/PA.PLK, which is noteworthy because, although the substance of the claim has a strong legal basis, it was deemed inadmissible due to a formal defect in the special power of attorney. The aim of this research is to analyze how substantive aspects related to default in murabahah contracts and procedural aspects concerning the mechanism of simplified lawsuits, as well as the validity of a special power of attorney, can affect dispute resolution.This article employs a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach, encompassing legislation, conceptual analysis, and case studies. Primary data were obtained from court decisions, while secondary data were drawn from legal regulations and literature studies. The study shows that substantively, the defendant was proven to be in default for failing to fulfill payment obligations under the murabahah contract, giving the plaintiff a strong legal basis to file a claim. However, procedurally, the lawsuit was inadmissible because the submitted special power of attorney did not meet formal requirements, rendering the plaintiff’s legal representative unauthorized to act on their behalf. The implications of these findings indicate that the success of resolving Islamic banking disputes is not solely determined by the strength of the claim’s substance, but also heavily depends on compliance with the applicable civil procedural laws. Therefore, fulfilling procedural requirements is a crucial factor in ensuring the effectiveness of dispute resolution in Islamic banking.

The implementation of the Frequent Pattern Growth (FPG) algorithm in a web-based drug purchasing application at Sumber Sehat Pharmacy aims to improve efficiency and accuracy in analyzing customer drug purchasing patterns. The FPG algorithm is a method used to identify frequent purchase patterns or frequent itemsets in purchase transactions, which can then be used to make relevant drug recommendations for customers. This study uses a case study at Sumber Sehat Pharmacy to explore drug purchasing patterns and provide a data-driven solution that can help pharmacies improve service and adjust drug stocks according to customer needs. The results show that the application of the FPG algorithm can identify significant purchasing patterns and assist pharmacies in determining more appropriate promotional strategies and inventory management. By using a web-based application that implements this algorithm, Sumber Sehat Pharmacy can provide drug recommendations that are more in line with customer preferences, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and pharmacy operational efficiency.

Lengthy, disorganized physical queues in conventional food ordering systems, particularly within canteens, significantly compromise customer convenience and operational efficiency. This direct-ordering model often results in crowd congestion, unpredictably long waiting times, and potential friction among patrons. To address these operational issues and substantially enhance user satisfaction, this research proposes the development and implementation of an innovative Web-Based Food Ordering System. This digital platform allows customers to place orders entirely online, effectively eliminating the need for physical queuing. The system's core functionality is the realtime monitoring of order status and queue position, providing transparent information directly to the customer's device. For canteen management, the application offers a crucial tool for integrated and structured order handling, ensuring staff can prepare meals more accurately and promptly. By transforming the ordering process into a streamlined digital workflow, the system is expected to accelerate the service cycle, minimize unnecessary crowding, and substantially improve customer satisfaction through a modernized, well-organized, and highly efficient experience. This initiative represents a significant step toward smarter and more responsive food service operations.

This study aims to analyze and compare the implementation of the rahn contract at Pegadaian Syariah and Bank Syariah from the perspectives of sharia compliance and customer satisfaction. Using a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with 15 informants, consisting of institution management, sharia supervisors, and customers, the study found that Pegadaian Syariah excels in service aspects, cost transparency, and process convenience, resulting in higher customer satisfaction. On the other hand, Bank Syariah stands out in terms of internal supervision and collateral security, although its administrative process is more complex. Both institutions have adhered to sharia principles in accordance with DSN-MUI fatwas, but there are differences in the technical implementation and service strategies. This study highlights the importance of synergy between service efficiency and sharia compliance in managing rahn products, and contributes to the development of more inclusive and sustainable sharia pawn practices in Indonesia. The findings are expected to provide guidance for sharia financial institutions in improving service quality while maintaining sharia principles.

This study aims to analyse the influence of digital products, brand awareness, and service quality on perceived branch performance in a financial institution in Indonesia. The research is motivated by the accelerating digital transformation in the country’s banking industry, which requires conventional financial institutions to innovate to remain competitive amid the growth of fintech and digital banks. The main problem addressed is how these three variables simultaneously and partially affect perceived branch performance. A quantitative approach was employed using survey techniques and questionnaires distributed to customers. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to process the data. The results reveal that digital products, brand awareness, and service quality significantly influence perceived branch performance, both individually and collectively. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.652, indicating that the three variables can explain 65.2% of the variance in perceived branch performance. These findings highlight the importance of integrating digital innovation, strong brand presence, and excellent service in improving competitiveness and branch performance in the digital era. The study contributes practical implications for financial institutions in formulating strategic improvements to maintain relevance and competitiveness amid digital disruption.
