This study aims to analyze the financial distress condition of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during the period 2015–2024 using the Springate and Grover models. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach with secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial statements. Financial distress analysis is conducted by calculating financial ratios included in each model to describe the company’s financial condition over the observation period. The results indicate that PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk experienced financial distress during several periods, particularly before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was reflected in weakened liquidity, declining profitability, and reduced efficiency in asset utilization. However, following the financial restructuring process after 2021, both the Springate and Grover models show an improvement in the company’s financial condition, indicating a transition toward a more stable non-distress status. Although the Springate and Grover models use different financial indicators and classification approaches, both are able to descriptively capture the dynamics of financial distress experienced by the company. The differences in classification results reflect the distinct focus of each model, where the Springate model is more sensitive to liquidity and operational performance, while the Grover model emphasizes asset profitability. Therefore, the combined use of both models provides a more comprehensive overview of the financial distress condition of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during the research period.

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease often referred to as a silent killer because it generally does not present noticeable symptoms. Several risk factors contribute to the development of hypertension, including high body mass index (BMI) and low levels of physical activity. However, data regarding the association between BMI, physical activity, and hypertension at Pakuan Baru Public Health Center, Jambi City, remain limited. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the relationship between body mass index and physical activity with hypertension among adults at Pakuan Baru Public Health Center, Jambi City. This study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The research was conducted at Pakuan Baru Public Health Center, Jambi City, from November 19 to December 6, 2025. The study population consisted of all adult patients with hypertension at Pakuan Baru Public Health Center, totaling 2,797 individuals. A sample of 93 respondents was selected using an accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using observation sheets through measurements of height and weight to calculate BMI, as well as the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ). Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analyses with the chi-square statistical test. The univariate analysis showed that 27 respondents (29.0%) were classified as severely obese, 42 respondents (45.2%) had a low level of physical activity, and 28 respondents (30.1%) were categorized as having stage 2 hypertension at Pakuan Baru Public Health Center, Jambi City. The bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between body mass index and physical activity with blood pressure among patients with hypertension (p = 0.000). It is expected that healthcare providers at Pakuan Baru Public Health Center will continue to provide education regarding the importance of controlling body mass index and engaging in regular physical activity, as these factors contribute to increased blood pressure among patients with hypertension.

Turbinate hypertrophy is a condition characterized by abnormal enlargement of the nasal turbinate mucosa, which can lead to chronic nasal obstruction and decreased quality of life. This condition is associated with inflammatory processes in which eosinophils play a role as part of the immune response. This study aimed to determine the relationship between eosinophil levels and the degree of turbinate hypertrophy based on blood examination in hospitalized patients. This research used an observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach involving 40 patients diagnosed with turbinate hypertrophy at Cut Meutia General Hospital, North Aceh. Data were obtained from medical records, including patient characteristics, eosinophil levels, and the degree of turbinate hypertrophy. The results showed that most patients were aged 17–25 years, predominantly female, and commonly had non-allergic underlying conditions. The majority of patients had normal eosinophil levels (80%), while most cases were classified as grade III turbinate hypertrophy (65%). Statistical analysis using Fisher’s Exact Test demonstrated no significant relationship between eosinophil levels and the degree of turbinate hypertrophy (p>0.05). These findings suggest that eosinophil levels may not be a reliable indicator in assessing the severity of turbinate hypertrophy, particularly in patients with non-allergic conditions. This study highlights the need to consider other contributing factors in the evaluation and management of turbinate hypertrophy to improve diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes.

Ibuprofen is an antipyretic and anti-inflammatory drug classified as Biopharmaceutics Classification System (BCS) class II, characterized by low water solubility and high permeability. Its limited solubility may reduce the dissolution rate and influence therapeutic effectiveness. This study aimed to formulate ibuprofen suppositories using cocoa butter (oleum cacao) as the suppository base through the melting method. Each suppository was prepared with a total weight of 2500 mg containing 125 mg ibuprofen, oleum cacao as the base, tween 80 as an emulsifier, and liquid paraffin as a mold lubricant. Before formulation, a displacement value test was performed to determine the exact amount of base required. The prepared suppositories were evaluated through organoleptic examination, weight uniformity, melting time, and dissolution testing. The evaluation results demonstrated that the suppositories possessed acceptable physical characteristics, uniform weight distribution, appropriate melting properties, and satisfactory dissolution behavior. Based on these findings, ibuprofen suppositories formulated with oleum cacao fulfilled pharmaceutical quality requirements in accordance with the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia standards.

This study examines customer churn prediction in subscription-based telecommunications from a digital marketing perspective using machine learning. The analysis utilizes a secondary dataset of 7,043 customer records that simulate behavioral, contractual, and financial attributes commonly found in telecom services. Three classification algorithms Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and Gradient Boosting are applied to model churn behavior. Data preprocessing includes handling missing values, encoding categorical variables, and splitting data into training and testing sets. Model performance is evaluated using accuracy, recall, and ROC-AUC, with emphasis on recall due to its importance in identifying at-risk customers. The results show that Gradient Boosting achieves the highest overall performance with an ROC-AUC of 0.84, while Logistic Regression provides relatively higher recall. Key drivers of churn include short-term contracts, higher monthly charges, and lower service engagement. However, recall remains moderate, indicating limitations in capturing complex behavioral factors. These findings suggest the need to combine predictive models with behavioral insights and highlight the importance of early customer engagement and long-term retention strategies.

The purpose of this study is to examine how online promotion, product innovation, and brand image affect product competitiveness in Batam City's flower bucket equipment industry (CV Acmeteam). This study employs a quantitative methodology, gathering information from 100 respondents via questionnaires using Simple Random Sampling with Slovin formula from a population of 135 active customers. Data were analyzed through validity tests, reliability tests (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.750), classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, partial t-test, simultaneous F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). Results show that all questionnaire items are valid and reliable. The normality test (Asymp. Sig. = 0.866 > 0.05) indicates normally distributed data, and no multicollinearity (VIF < 10) or heteroscedasticity (Sig. > 0.05) was detected. Regression analysis reveals that online promotion (β = 0.521, Sig. = 0.041), product innovation (β = 0.668, Sig. = 0.033), and brand image (β = 0.458, Sig. = 0.049) each significantly influence product competitiveness. Simultaneously, all three variables are significant (F = 9.876, Sig. = 0.000) and explain 44.9% (R² = 0.449) of product competitiveness variance. Product innovation is the strongest predictor. This study concludes that strong brand image, continuous product innovation, and effective digital marketing are essential pillars for enhancing product competitiveness. Business actors must optimize these three elements to compete effectively in an increasingly open creative industry market.

Law Number 11 of 2012 emphasizes restorative justice, diversion, and the protection and fulfillment of children’s rights within the juvenile justice system. In addition, Law Number 22 of 2022 highlights the importance of guidance and assistance aimed at supporting the social reintegration of children in conflict with the law. However, the implementation of these legal provisions at the Class I Correctional Center (Bapas) in Banda Aceh has not been fully effective due to several challenges, including the limited number of officers, inadequate initial assistance, and constraints in reporting and inter-institutional coordination. This study aims to analyze the implementation of assistance provided to juvenile correctional clients at Bapas Class I Banda Aceh and identify factors affecting its effectiveness. The research employs an empirical juridical method with descriptive qualitative analysis based on interviews, documentation, and legal literature. The findings reveal that assistance has been provided throughout all judicial stages, including pre-adjudication, adjudication, and post-adjudication processes. These activities involve community research, assistance during diversion and court proceedings, and post-verdict guidance. Nevertheless, implementation remains suboptimal due to internal factors such as limited Community Advisors and heavy workloads, as well as external factors including insufficient family support, limited community acceptance, and weak coordination between institutions. These issues affect the effectiveness of assistance and hinder children’s successful social reintegration.

Metaphor is a form of figurative language that expresses meaning indirectly by comparing one concept with another concept that has similar characteristics. The purpose of this research is to identify the types of metaphors used and to analyze how metaphors are represented in the lyrics of selected songs by Nadin Amizah, namely Bertaut, Taruh, Sorai, Semua Aku Dirayakan, and Hormat Kepada Angin. This research uses Ullmann’s theory (1972) which classifies metaphors into four types: anthropomorphic metaphor, animal metaphor, concrete-to-abstract metaphor, and synesthetic metaphor. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data were collected by reading the song lyrics, identifying metaphorical expressions, and classifying them based on Ullmann’s theory. The results show that there are 20 metaphorical expressions found in the selected songs. Anthropomorphic metaphor appears most frequently with 9 occurrences (45%), followed by concrete-to-abstract metaphor with 8 occurrences (40%). Animal metaphor appears 2 times (10%), while synesthetic metaphor appears only once (5%). These metaphors are used in the lyrics to express emotional experiences and personal reflections through imaginative and figurative language.

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation and interest rates on the stock prices of banking companies listed in the IDX80 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019–2024 period. Research data were obtained from official reports of banking company stock prices as well as inflation and interest rate data from Bank Indonesia. The study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods through the SPSS application, and classical assumption tests were conducted as a requirement for analysis. The study population included all IDX80 banking companies, with a saturated sampling technique resulting in five banks that met the criteria during the study period. The results of the partial test indicate that inflation has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while interest rates have a negative and significant effect on stock prices. This indicates that stable inflation can still improve the performance of the banking sector, while rising interest rates tend to depress stock prices due to increased borrowing costs and a shift in investment to other instruments. The results of the simultaneous test also show that inflation and interest rates together have a significant effect on the stock prices of IDX80 banking companies. The results show that inflation has a significant positive effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.034, while interest rates have a significant negative effect with a significance value of 0.018. Simultaneously, inflation and interest rates have a significant effect on stock prices with a calculated F value of 14.549 > Ftable 2.70 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

This research examines the practice of handling Factual Action (TF) cases at the State Administrative Court (PTUN) after the issuance of Supreme Court Regulation Number 2 of 2019 and the Job Creation Law, as well as the implications for the issuance of SEMA Number 2 of 2024. The main focus is on Factual Action (TF) cases which are preceded by a letter requesting the issuance of a certificate with a comparative study of Decision Number 93/G/TF/2023/PTUN.BDG and  41/G/TF/2024/PTUN.BDG.  This research aims to analyze whether TF cases that are preceded by an application for issuing a certificate are a form of smuggling in Negative Fictitious or Positive Fictitious cases, or whether they have their own classification because there are unique characteristics that differentiate them.  The research method used is a normative legal research method with a case study approach.  The research results show that there are two models for handling TF cases which are preceded by a request for certificate issuance.  The two are different because the first model can be considered as Positive Fictitious/Negative Fictitious legal smuggling, but the second model is not legal smuggling.  This means that the existence of factual action cases has produced various types of factual actions with their own unique characteristics.  These cases are not always smuggling Positive Fictitious or Negative Fictitious cases, but have unique characteristics that need to be recognized and accommodated in the practice of state administrative justice.

Febrile seizures are seizure episodes that occur in association with an elevation in body temperature (rectal temperature >38°C) caused by an extracranial process. Febrile seizures are classified into two types: simple febrile seizures and complex febrile seizures. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimated that in 2019 there were 18.3 million cases of febrile seizures worldwide, with approximately 154,000 resulting in death. This case report discusses a patient, An YZ, a 1 year and 5-month-old female, who was brought to the emergency department of Cut Meutia Hospital with a chief complaint of seizures. The seizures began two days prior to hospital admission, characterized by generalized tonic stiffening and clonic movements involving the entire body. Each episode lasted approximately 5 minutes. The seizures occurred twice, initially at 7:00 PM and subsequently at 9:00 PM. The patient was diagnosed with complex febrile seizures associated with morbilli and very mild microcytic hypochromic anemia due to iron deficiency anemia. Pharmacological management included cefotaxime, ranitidine, ondansetron, paracetamol, ambroxol, cetirizine, diazepam (Stesolid), and vitamin D. After three days of hospitalization, the patient showed clinical improvement and was discharged.
