The background of this research is the not yet optimal work performance of employees which can be seen from the fact that there are still several criteria that have not reached the targets that have been set, although there are some that have achieved the target for example in 2020 on high dedication in carrying out tasks and disclosing cases of prostitution. This is thought to be caused by the not optimal need for self-actualization and appreciation which can be seen from the lack of initiative from employees and the decline. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) The effect of self-actualization needs on employee performance in the Purwaharja Sector Police in Banjar City; 2) The effect of appreciation on employee performance in the Banjar City Purwaharja Sector Police; 3) The effect of self-actualization needs and appreciation on employee performance in the Purwaharja Sector Police in Banjar City. In this study used a survey method with a quantitative data approach. The population in this study were the Purwaharja Sector Police of the City of Banjar as many as 30 people, so the authors took samples using a saturated sampling technique so that the number of samples in this study were 30 people. Analysis was carried out on the data collected both from the results of observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The stages of data analysis begin with validity, reliability and verification/quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) The need for self-actualization in the Purwaharja Sector Police in Banjar City has been good so far, because it is in accordance with the indicators of the need for actualization which show it is good. Furthermore, based on the results of testing the hypothesis, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence of self-actualization needs on employee performance in the Purwaharja Sector Police in Banjar City; 2) The award for the Purwaharja Sector Police in Banjar City has been good so far, because it has been in accordance with the award indicators which show it has been good. Furthermore, based on the results of testing the hypothesis, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Banjar City Purwaharja Sector Police; 3) The performance of employees in the Purwaharja Sector Police of the City of Banjar so far is high, because it is in accordance with work performance indicators which show it is already good. Furthermore, based on the results of testing the hypothesis, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence on the need for self-actualization and respect for employee performance in the Purwaharja Sector Police in Banjar City. This means that the better self-actualization and appreciation, the work performance of the Police will increase.

Human resources are the main asset and support for the organization to achieve the goals that have been set. Employees as one of the organizational assets have significant differences from other assets. This is because employees are talented human beings who have creativity and creativity so that they are able to develop optimally and produce everything that is the goal of the organization. This study aims to determine the influence work ethic and work discipline on employee performance at the Bima District Transportation Office. Where research uses associative, namely to find out the independent variables, namely work ethic (X1) and work discipline (X2) on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y) with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, namely based on the considerations in determining the sample, namely civil servants (PNS) ) in the District Transportation Office. Bima as many as 44 people. 1) there is a partial significant effect of work ethic on performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Service. count value of 5.628. 2) there is no significant effect partially on work discipline on employee performance at the Bima District Transportation Office. The calculated value is 0.545. 3). there is a simultaneous significant effect of work ethic and work discipline on employee performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Service obtained an F count of 36.506

Leadership is a science that comprehensively examines how to direct, influence and supervise others to carry out tasks in accordance with planned orders. motivation is a process of trying to influence someone to do something he wants. According to Amstron and Baron, performance is the result of work that has a strong relationship to the organization's strategic goals, customer satisfaction and makes an economic contribution. This research focuses on "The Role of Leadership in Motivating and Improving the Performance of Employees of PT Sambu Island, Kuala Enok Village, Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency". The objectives of this study are 1). To find out the role of leadership in motivating and improving the performance of employees of PT Sambu Island. 2). To find out the obstacles faced by leadership in motivating the performance of employees of PT Sambu Island. This type of research when viewed from the research plan can be classified into qualitative research. Based on the results of my research in chapter IV, it can be concluded, 1. That the leader or leader at PT.Pulau Sambu always strives so that in his leadership he can make employees always enthusiastic in carrying out the assigned tasks, the performance of employees at PT.Pulau Sambu has not yet reached the expected target because there are still employees who cannot complete their work according to the given target. 2. The obstacles faced by the leader or leader when motivating employees are that each employee has a different type or character. In overcoming the problem of motivating the leader or leader must further improve personal relationships with employees. By understanding the character and personality of employees, it will make it easier for the leader or leader to provide motivation.

The phenomenon of the problem in this research is that the complaints that are often reported by customers are related to sudden blackouts for hours, the most complaints are also followed by APP/KWH meter disturbances which are usually caused by the PLN server having an error or problem.The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of bright PLN in responding to complaints in Batam City, to find out what PLN customer complaints were, to find out customer satisfaction related to bright PLN's performance. The approach used in this research is descriptive and qualitative research. A qualitative approach is a research technique that produces descriptive data in the form of written/oral words about individuals or observed behavior. This approach aims holistically on the background and the individual. Qualitative descriptive research is to describe the informants' opinions as they are in accordance with the research questions. The focus in this study, the authors put more emphasis on one main indicator to assess the performance of Bright PLN Batam City employees. The indicator is Responsiveness. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, documentation review. Informants in this study amounted to 14 people.

Airlines must always improve passenger services on the ground. One of its services is the determination of time or On Time Performance which is a benchmark for the trust of service users who are the choice to travel. There are obstacles that become obstacles in achieving On Time Performance, namely worsening uaca, inadequate airport facilities, traffic and others. This study aims to determine the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft at Wings Air at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa and for 2.knowing the stipulation of aircraft departure time on Wings Air airline At PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa. This research is qualitative with data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This research will be conducted in July 2023 at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa. The result of this study is the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft is to ensure all tools, needs and employees are ready to be positioned with their respective duties, and monitor the weather for the aircraft in order to land. In addition, the Ramp Handling Unit serves as a liaison between operational activities at the facility and operational activities at the terminal. To provide or ensure all activities on the aircraft and in the terminal run properly. The achievement of On Time Performance has been maximally optimized according to the time given by the company for 20 minutes the aircraft while on the ground, the Ramp unit makes excellent use of this time. The achievement of punctuality has been carried out optimally starting from before the plane landed. All jobs such as, helping cabin crew pick up garbage from the plane, communicating with pilots, and communicating with engineers to ensure the condition of the engine to raise passengers into the plane.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of compensation, supervision and employee performance on Banjar Waterpark regional companies. The research method used was a survey method with a quantitative approach, the sample of this study was 40 respondents who took a questionnaire. Sampling used saturated sampling technique and the method of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. Based on the research results, the variables of compensation, supervision and employee performance are included in the good classification. The test results show that compensation partially has a significant effect on performance and supervision partially has a significant effect on performance. Simultaneously compensation and supervision have a significant effect on employee performance at Banjar Waterpark Regional Company.

Employee performance as one of the values ​​and control of human resources is a complex value possessed by employees that can be influenced by various things which can increase employee performance and can reduce the value of employee performance which can be detrimental to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of employee placement on employee performance, workload on employee performance, and employee placement, workload on employee performance that occurs at bank 9 syari'ah Jambi. The results of the research conducted show that (1) work placement has a positive but not significant effect on employee work performance at bank 9 syari'ah Jambi. (2) workload has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at bank 9 Jambi syari'ah.

This research is motivated by the existence of problems where iIncentives are still lacking so that they affect employee motivation. There is still little ability to communicate between records. Still low employee motivation. Employees are less responsible in carrying out work in accordance with accountability. The risk indicators have not been implemented which is marked by the assigning employee to carry out the assigned task quickly and precisely, the less optimal execution of the signing of the marker, marked by the lack of desire of the employee to be successful at work by increasing performance by obtaining a score of 52%. Incentives affect enthusiasm at work. Poor communication between employees affects work motivation, thus the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of incentives and the quality of communication on work motivation in the Public Housing, Settlement Area and Environment (DPRKLH) Office of Ciamis Regency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of research that incentives tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives affect the work motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Residential Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. The highest average score obtained from the research results is found in the supporting indicators. Meanwhile, the lowest average value is found in work performance indicators. The quality of communication tends to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the quality of communication has an effect on the work motivation of the employees of the freelance workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the quality of communication increases, employee motivation also increases. As for the acquisition of the highest average score from the results of the study found on the communicant indicator. Meanwhile, the lowest value is found in the media indicator. Incentives and quality of communication tend to be high, as well as high employee motivation. Thus, the incentives and quality of communication have an effect on the motivation of employees of the freelance daily workers of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Environment Office of Ciamis Regency.

Increasing the productivity of an agency's performance is inseparable from the quality of human resources (HR) who are reliable, professional and have high integrity. Increasing the competence or expertise of HR can support an increase in employee performance. Managing employee performance effectively is one of the key factors to improve the company's business performance. In this case, effective performance management includes the process of measuring employee performance objectively through a series of appropriate performance indicators. The problems that have been the inhibiting factors are 1) the process of determining the best employees still uses conventional methods, so errors often occur in evaluating employee performance, 2) there is no system or method that can quickly, precisely and accurately determine the best employees at CV Diana Cosmetics Bandung, so as to produce reports that are more organized, so that they can be used as a reference for future elections. Implementation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method for Determining the Best Employees at CV. Diana Cosmetics Bandung is the right method to use so that the final result can be obtained by multiplying the priority criteria value with the priority value of the sub criteria according to the Employee value data, for example the value "0.17" in the discipline column row A results from "0.41" ( obtained from the sufficient value of employee A, the priority of the sub criteria is sufficient on discipline) multiplied by the priority of the disciplinary criteria "0.42".

Human resources are one of the organizational resources that play an important role in achieving its goals. Every organization is managed by humans. Without humans, the organization will not run. Challenges and opportunities in managing and creating organizations often stem from human-related problems. Therefore, in managing human resources (HR), the most vital resource is a strategic central activity. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, reward on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at Sembako Rahap Putra UMKM.The research method is to use a type of quantitative research. The population of this study is 215 employees, the sample in this study is 140 employees. The technique used in collecting data using observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Data processing techniques use the SmartPLS 3 application.Based on research at Sembako Rahap Putra MSME, the research results obtained show that competence is less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.093), Motivation has less effect in increasing Morale with a P-Value of (0.465), Rewards are less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.172), Morale has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a P-Value of (0.025), Competence has less effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.244) , Motivation has little effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.238), Reward has less effect on Employee performance through work enthusiasm with a P-Value of (0.431).

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates, with the aim of creating significant change in the organization.  This leadership style involves inspiration, motivation, and positive influence of a leader on subordinates. In the context of state administration, transformational leadership can directly impact the performance of civil servants, including civil servants in the Lamuru sub-district office of Bone Regency. Bone Regency is one of Indonesia’s regions with its own potential and challenges in development. In carrying out its duties, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office as a representative of local government at the sub-district level has a strategic role in organizing various state administration activities, coordinating development programs, and providing public services to the community. To achieve these goals, quality and effective ASN performance is essential.The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Research Method on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can be used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and meanings associated with the phenomenon of leadership and the performance of civil servants in specific contexts.Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. Through transformational leadership, a leader is able to inspire, motivate, and influence civil servants to achieve better performance and make maximum contributions in carrying out their duties. This study highlights several important findings related to the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. By paying attention to the influence of this transformational leadership, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can improve the performance of civil servants, and quality public services, and strengthen public trust in the local government. Effective implementation of transformational leadership requires organizational support, leader commitment, effective communication, subordinate participation, good team building, and appreciation for achievements.

This artichle is entitled: EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION IN BANJAR DISTRICT OFFICE, BANJAR CITY, which aims to determine the weaknesses and strengths of employee performance at the Banjar District Office, as well as to describe the work process based on employee performance indicators included in this thesis. Employee performance evaluation is carried out periodically, which is an effort to improve employee performance deficiencies and strengths so that employee performance becomes optimal. Evaluation of employee performance is also a motivation for employees to continue to improve skills and develop productivity at work so that they can meet predetermined work standards. Employee performance evaluation is one of the drivers of increasing employee human resources through employee performance evaluation. So in this way employee human resources can continue to increase accompanied by continuously better performance in order to achieve the objectives of the Banjar District Office, Banjar City. This study uses qualitative methods to determine the search, collection and processing and analysis of data. This qualitative research is descriptive in nature, namely explaining events or activities at the time of research or actual. By describing, describing, recording, analyzing, interpreting events and facts into research results. The results of the study show that employee performance evaluation has been carried out routinely through SKP (Employee Performance Targets). In this study, the background to the problem is that the recruitment carried out by PT Bank Aceh Syariah has not fully paid attention to needs, so it is difficult to get professional employees which results in low employee performance. This research is descriptive qualitative, data collection method with field research using methods, direct observation and interviews on research objects to obtain an overview of research subjects. The recruitment system run by the company is not fully appropriate, in accordance with the company's goals, where there are still a number of employees who have educational backgrounds and concentrations, who have not been able to demonstrate and contribute to the company. 11 of 2002, regarding the withdrawal system (recruitment) which must use the media as a medium of information. From these conclusions it can be suggested that the recruitment system for the future must be in accordance with the objectives in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) so that it is easy to evaluate and measure employee performance. This study is to examine the effect of recruitment, employee selection and competence on employee performance at PT. Indo Raya Tenaga. The methods used are Descriptive and Associative Quantitative Methods. The population is 115 employees. The sampling technique used by researchers is Probability Sampling of 54 employees. Data was collected using Questionnaires and Interviews. To test models and hypotheses, the spss program version 25 is used. The results showed that simultaneously Recruitment, Employee Selection and Competency had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Partial Recruitment, Employee Selection and Competency had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PT. Indo Raya Tenaga. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang. The research method used in this study is to use quantitative research methods with a census approach. The population in this study were 44 employees of the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study show that compensation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Cahya Fajar Magelang Car Workshop. Partial compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Cahya Fajar Car Repair Shop, Magelang.

The results of this study are that there are several factors that influence people to invest during the covid 19 pandemic, many people invest in pandemic conditions by conducting fundamental and technical analysis, conducting stock portfolios, choosing bussiness sectors that are still needed in pandemic conditions, and seeking the latest information issuer.

Human resources play an important role in helping an organization or company achieve its goals, and as a result, business growth is highly dependent on employee performance. Each employee receives a salary directly from the company, which is distributed at a time determined by the company, in accordance with the terms of the employee agreement with the company. UD Wahyu Printing is still doing it. At the UD Wahyu printing press, payroll calculation activities are still carried out manually using a calculator and manual recording which causes errors in calculating an employee's salary, so an electronic system must be created to overcome this problem. As for a goal to be achieved in this research is to perform a salary calculation of employees by implementing an automatic payroll system to make it more effective and efficient. This study uses a type of qualitative research with interviews and direct observation methods. The results of this study through the stages of implementation and trials carried out that the employee payroll information system at the UD Wahyu printing press can link payroll information with employee attendance procedures, and the data is stored in a database so that reports can be printed. And the system can provide facilities to employees regarding payroll calculations.

The organization has human resources, which is an essential factor as a driving force for the continuity of an organization; an organization can progress and develop if it has quality and reliable resources; as a measuring tool, it can be seen from employee performance where employee work can be used as an assessment of quality employees or not, then it can also be seen from employee performance whether employees are professional in their work or not. This type of research is quantitative research. The research population is permanent PT Pesona Inti Rasa employees, totaling 80 employees; the sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The study's results stated that work discipline does not affect employee performance; giving rewards affects employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Workload on Employee Performance at the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram. The population in this study were employees of the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM) in Mataram in the field of testing and inspection, totaling 43 employees using Non Probability Sampling (Purposive Sampling) where the sample can represent the characteristics of the desired population. Data processing in this study uses SEM – PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square). Based on the research results, intellectual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, social intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance, spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance and workload has a significant effect on employee performance. the most dominant variables that affect the variables of intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, social intelligence, and emotional intelligence.
