Infrastructure development in Jombang Regency has increased, after the city returned to normal from the Covid outbreak over time. The natural gem subsidized housing project was built on an area of 7,410 m2. This landed house was built with Type 30/60 with a total of 71 housing units. This project was built by PT SAMI KARYA. In this research, data collection was obtained from developers such as weekly reports, daily reports, work schedules, RAB, and actual costs. In 2023, demand for houses in Jombang Regency will increase drastically because there are still many people who need a place to live. The methods used are Return of investment, Internal rate of return and Benefit cost ratio. The ROI calculation method is concluded to be still in profitable status as a long-term investment and can be used to invest in subsidized housing development projects with an ROI value above 16.19% as a return on investment parameter, but after carrying out a trial calculation, a profit value of 389 is obtained. % and of course achieve, even exceed the target.

Professional nurses are confronted with the demand for responsibility and accountability in every action they take. The workload of nurses is extensive when providing nursing care. Documentation is considered complete if the recording is done according to hospital standards. The phenomenon that occurs is that some reasons become obstacles for nurses, including the large amount of documentation that needs to be written and filled out, sometimes overwhelming nurses. Additionally, the imbalance between nurses and patients, specific rooms are always full of patients while the number of nurses on duty is insufficient. As a result, there is a risk of a decrease in the quality of documentation, affecting the accuracy and completeness of nursing records. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the workload of nurses and the completeness of nursing care documentation in the infectious and non-infectious inpatient room of RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit. This study uses a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The Simple Random Sampling technique was used with a total of 57 respondents. Based on the Chi-Square test results, the p-value obtained is 0.000 or the significance level of p < 0.05, thus Ha is accepted. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between the workload of nurses and the completeness of nursing care documentation in the infectious and non-infectious inpatient rooms of RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit. It is hoped that nurses can improve their nursing performance in providing holistic nursing care and record it in writing according to the nursing care format.

The availability of raw water is very important, both for daily needs and irrigation so that its continuity is sufficient and maintained, water needs must be planned and its use predicted. This research aims to analyze the need for Raw water in the IKK Sukarame SPAM unit for Singaparna District from 2023 to 2027 and analyze the conditions of whether the IKK Sukarame SPAM reservoir planning unit system can meet the existing water needs in Singaparna District. The method in this research is to check the availability of water from SPAM IKK Sukarame and then compare it with the water needs of Singaparna District. From the results of projection calculations based on the analysis of the maximum Raw water demand for 5 villages in Singaparna District in 2027,  it is around 523,299 l/s, with an estimated need for a reservoir or storage tank of around 45,213 m³. The availability of storage tanks is around 500 m³ and cannot meet the needs of the 5 villages in Singaparna District.

The increasing complexity of modern software systems and the growing demand for real-time data processing have significantly contributed to higher energy consumption in computing infrastructures. This challenge is particularly evident in systems that rely on continuous monitoring, analytics, and adaptive decision-making. Addressing energy efficiency without compromising system performance has therefore become a critical concern in sustainable software engineering. This study proposes an energy-aware software approach that integrates real-time analytics with adaptive feedback mechanisms to optimize energy consumption while maintaining operational performance. The research adopts a design science oriented methodology, encompassing system design, implementation, and experimental evaluation. The proposed system architecture consists of real-time data acquisition, intelligent analytics, and an adaptive control layer based on the MAPE-K (Monitor, Analyze, Plan, Execute, Knowledge) feedback loop. Experimental evaluations were conducted under dynamic workload scenarios to compare the proposed adaptive system with a baseline non-adaptive system. Key performance indicators included energy consumption, response time, throughput, and adaptation latency. The results demonstrate that the proposed system achieves a substantial reduction in energy consumption while maintaining, and in some cases improving, system performance metrics. The adaptive feedback mechanism enables the system to respond effectively to workload fluctuations, reducing unnecessary energy usage during low-demand periods and ensuring stable performance during peak loads. These findings provide empirical evidence that real-time analytics and adaptive control can effectively support energy-efficient and sustainable software systems. This research contributes to the field of energy-aware software engineering by demonstrating that intelligent real-time adaptation is a viable strategy for achieving sustainability objectives in dynamic and performance-critical environments.
