Early marriage is a phenomenon that is rampant in society, especially teenagers. Tradition and gender inequality are the main factors of early marriage. Significant impacts are experienced by adolescents due to early marriage. This study aims to describe the impact of early marriage on adolescents caused by traditional factors and gender gaps. The research method used is literature study analysis and documentation study by observing documentary videos. Coding and tabulation processes were carried out to test the validity and reliability of the data. The results showed that early marriage in adolescents is influenced by tradition and the gender gap. This suggests factors such as family pressure, local traditions, and lack of opportunities in education may reinforce the practice of early marriage. Emile Durkheim's structural functional theory analysis also highlights how early marriage functions in maintaining social stability, but also emphasizes the need to reduce the negative impact on gender inequality. Concrete measures such as sexual education, women's empowerment, and policy changes are needed to address the problem of early marriage in adolescents.

The use of E-Commerce platforms has a significant impact on students' shopping patterns and consumption behavior. This article aims to analyze the factors that influence students in choosing to shop through E-Commerce and its impact on students' consumptive behavior from the perspective of consumption theory and modernization theory. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, with sources collected through literature studies, data analysis, validity of analysis with data triangulation techniques. The results show that factors such as ease of use, price, product quality, availability of goods, emotional benefits, and tangible evidence influence students in choosing to shop through E-Commerce. The impact is a significant change in students' consumption patterns, which includes satisfaction with purchases, ease of product access, but also uncertainty about future needs and changes in shopping priorities. The implication is the importance of financial awareness and wise financial management skills for university students in dealing with the use of E-Commerce to minimize the negative impacts and maximize the benefits in improving their quality of life.

This study was motivated by the discovery of a phenomenon found by researchers in purchasing decisions related to ewom and brand awareness in Grand Basko Hotel Padang. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a causal-associative approach (cause and effect) using the survey method. The population of this study included guests who have stayed at Grand Basko Hotel Padang. The research sample consisted of 110 respondents. The sampling method used was non-probability based sampling with the type of sampling i.e. purposive sampling. The instruments were tested with validity and reliability tests. The analysis requirements are tested with the normality test, heteroskedarity test and multicollinearity test. The hypothesis tests are performed with multiple linear regression tests, t-tests (partial), f-tests (simultaneous) and the coefficient of determination. The result of the R square is 0.849, which means that the ewom variable affects the purchase decision by 84.9%. The value for the R-square brand recognition can get 0.863 results. This means that the variables for brand recognition affect the purchase decision of Grand Basko Hotel Padang by 86.3%. The Adjusted R-squared (R²) value is 0.898, indicating that the combined influence of eWOM and brand awareness on purchase decisions is approximately 89.8%. The remaining 11.2% of the variation is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

This research aims to analyze management policies and management performance on green accounting with green economy and corporate social responsibility disclosure as intervening variables. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative research design. The research data utilizes financial reports of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2022. The population used in this study is pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2022. Sample selection is done using purposive sampling method, resulting in a sample of 9 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies out of a total population of 11. The statistical data processing tool in this study uses SmartPLS software with outer model analysis consisting of convergent validity, construct reliability and validity, and discriminant validity. The inner model analysis in this study is used to test the hypotheses that have been made. The results obtained in this study indicate that the hypothesis testing directly shows only the green economy significantly influences CSRD, while management policies do not have a direct effect on green accounting, green economy, CSRD, or management performance. Additionally, management performance does not affect the green economy, green accounting, or CSRD, and the green economy does not affect green accounting or CSRD. Indirect hypothesis testing results show that the green economy cannot intervene in management policies or management performance on green accounting, and CSRD cannot intervene in management policies or management performance on green accounting.

Technology and globalization have triggered increasingly fierce competition in the workplace, including in local government, such as Maros Regency. In the context of public service, improving employee performance is crucial, especially at the Public Service Mall, to provide effective services to the community and achieve competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and training on employee performance. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach involving 100 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis and correlation, while hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed a negative influence of motivation and training on employee performance with an R-Square value of 0.114. The limitation of this study lies in its scope, which only covers one government office in Maros Regency and does not consider other variables or moderators that may affect employee performance more comprehensively.

This research is based on the low numeracy literacy skills of students, which are due to their unfamiliarity with solving numeracy literacy problems and the limited availability of such problems, making it difficult for teachers to provide numeracy literacy problems to students. Therefore, it is necessary to develop math problems that can measure students' numeracy literacy skills. The method applied in this research is Research and Development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) without implementing the fourth and fifth stages. The development process starts from the analysis stage, which includes curriculum analysis, needs analysis, and material and problem analysis. After that, in the design stage, a product prototype is designed, and in the development stage, the product is consulted with three experts as validators. Next, the product is tested on students to determine its validity and reliability. The results show that all problems have a validity coefficient greater than , which means that all developed problems fall into the valid category. The developed problems are also highly reliable, with a reliability coefficient of . Therefore, it is concluded that this development research produces 36 AKM-based problems to measure students' numeracy literacy skills in statistics that are valid and reliable.

Air transportation is the primary choice due to its speed, safety, and comfort. Airports are places where aircraft land and take off and conduct various activities related to passengers and cargo, categorized into domestic and international. The Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at PT Angkasa Pura I oversees movements in the apron area and provides services to airport users. Strict supervision is required to maintain safety and discipline on the apron. However, observations at the AMC at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar show a lack of discipline among staff, such as oil spills on the apron, which pose a safety hazard. This research aims to understand the role of AMC in enforcing employee discipline and the challenges faced at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar. This research employs a qualitative approach to understand the phenomena in the Apron Movement Control unit at PT Angkasa Pura I, Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar, from June 1 to July 31, 2024. Primary data were collected through interviews and direct observations, while secondary data were obtained from company documents and literature studies. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity tested through source, technique, and time triangulation. Research steps include interviews, observations, data analysis, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar plays a crucial role in maintaining security, order, and discipline on the apron. They control the movements of aircraft, vehicles, and personnel and ensure operations follow safety procedures. AMC also acts as disciplinarian and educator through regular training. However, they face challenges such as a lack of employee understanding of procedures, limited communication equipment, communication challenges due to noise, and high operational pressure. To overcome these challenges, AMC needs to strengthen training, improve communication and coordination, enhance facilities, and increase employee welfare. These measures are expected to improve AMC's performance and instill a strong work discipline culture, making them the front line in maintaining airport security and operational efficiency.
