This research is based on the problem of students who are not disciplined before and after learning begins, students are often late for class, do not pay attention to the teacher during the learning process and often make noise in class. The aim of this research is to describe 1) The learning discipline of class II students at SD Negeri 1 Towangsan, 2) The learning outcomes of class II students at SD Negeri 1 Towangsan, 3) The influence of learning discipline on the learning outcomes of class II students at SD Negeri 1 Towangsan, Gantiwarno, Klaten Regency. Lesson 2023/2024. This type of research is quantitative. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. This research took all members of the class II population of SD Negeri 1 Towangsan, totaling 13 students. Analysis techniques and use validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistical analysis, normality tests, linear tests, simple regression tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of research using descriptive statistical analysis show that student learning discipline is in the medium category with a percentage of 37% and student learning outcomes are in the medium category with a percentage of 52%. This is proven by the significance value of the simple linear test being smaller than the significance level, namely 0.001 < 0.05 and the calculated t value being greater than the X table, namely 2.706 > 1.796. The coefficient of determination is 0.400, which means that the discipline variable is able to explain 40% of student learning outcome variables, while 60% is influenced by other variables not included in this research.

The research is motivated by the fact that not all teachers use technology-based media in teaching and learning activities, especially in learning about building cube and block spaces. Teachers use more objects around students as media. This research aims to develop learning media based on augmented reality technology on classroom building materials in grade IV elementary school using a valid, practical and effective Problem Based Learning model. The type of research used in this study is development research using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) model. The subjects of product trials and research data collection were grade IV students of SDN 08 Surau Gadang. The validation instrument used in this study is in the form of a validation sheet which aims to determine the validity or not of learning media based on Augmented Reality technology on space building materials. The analysis technique in this study uses the validity of learning media and the practicality of learning media. The results of the study show that the development of learning media based on augmented reality technology on building materials for cubes, blocks and prisms with the Problem Based Learning (PbL) model has been developed using the ADDIE development model and obtained an average result from three expert validators with a percentage of 81.33% which is included in the "Very Valid" category. The practicality of teachers' response to learning media based on Augmented Reality technology in building materials for cubes, blocks and triangular prisms in grade IV of elementary school obtained a percentage result of 90% with the very practical category at SDN 09 Surau Gadang and 96% with the very practical category at SDN 08 Surau Gadang. The results of the effectiveness test at the first meeting were obtained with a learning outcome percentage of 82.16%. Then at the second meeting, the percentage of learning outcomes increased by 88.16% at SDN 09 Surau Gadang. Then at SDN 08 Surau Gadang, the results of the effectiveness test at the first meeting were 87.19% and the results of the effectiveness test increased at the second meeting by 93%.

This research aims to analyze work stress, job training, and work culture which influence the performance of J&T Express East Java, North Surabaya employees. This type of research is research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of J&T Express East Java, North Surabaya. Determining the sample in the study used probability sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples in this study was 80 employees. The data analysis method in this research uses SPSS analysis tools through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and correlation and determination coefficients. The results of this research are known to be (1) The research results obtained tcount of 2.928 with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted so that work stress (X1) influences employee performance (Y) 2. The research results obtained tcount of 4.676 with a value significance is 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted so that the job training variable (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y). 3. The research results obtained a tcount of 0.533 with a significance value of 0.596 > 0.05, so Ho was accepted and H3 was rejected. So the work culture variable (X3) has no effect on employee performance (Y) 4. From the results of these calculations, Fcount is 29.174, which means Fcount is 29.174 > Ftable 2.730, so Ho is rejected and H4 is accepted. So the independent variables: Job Stress, Job Training and Work Culture simultaneously/together influence employee performance at J&T Express, East Java, North Surabaya Region.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Fiqh learning using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach at MI Muhajirin. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive analytical approach. Data sources consist of primary and secondary data, which are obtained through observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. Data validity is guaranteed by triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of CTL in Fiqh learning at MI Muhajirin is carried out in three stages: (1) initial activities that include introduction, (2) core activities, and (3) closing activities. Supporting factors in this learning include Fiqh reference books, teacher guidance, and parental support at home which also helps the learning process. The inhibiting factor is the difference in students' abilities in understanding the material, where there are students who understand quickly and some who need more time to grasp the lesson.

Disinformation in public services is a systemic problem that hampers bureaucratic efficiency and directly harms citizens, particularly in motor vehicle administration units with dynamic procedures and frequently changing regulations. This study aims to analyze the SHOLAWAT BRO (Sosialisasi Lewat Whatsapp Broadcasting) innovation as a WhatsApp Broadcasting-based digital public communication system developed by UPT SAMSAT Malang Utara and Batu Kota to address service disinformation. The analysis was conducted using two theoretical frameworks: Rogers' Diffusion of Innovation Theory (2003) through five innovation attributes and Cangara's Digital Public Communication Model (2016) through six communication elements. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of in-depth interviews with seven informants, non-participatory observation, and documentation study, analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2014) with data validity established through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that SHOLAWAT BRO fulfills all innovation diffusion attributes and public communication elements synergistically, resulting in a decrease in document rejection rates from 8.5 percent to 1.7 percent, an 88.35 percent reduction in disinformation complaints, an increase in the Community Satisfaction Index on the information aspect from 2.61 to 3.71 on a four-point scale, and a 734.8 percent growth in registered contacts over three years of implementation. This study concludes that SHOLAWAT BRO represents an effective, inclusive, and highly replicable anti-disinformation digital public communication model for other public service agencies in Indonesia within the framework of bureaucratic digital transformation.
