Investment is one of the ways Indonesia can develop economic growth to realise a golden Indonesia by becoming the fifth largest economic power in the world. With that, Indonesia needs to regulate and make regulations that can facilitate investment by making the Job Creation Law. With the birth of the work copyright law by concocting, combining, deleting and changing several laws into one form of applicable law, namely omnibus law. Thus I conducted research through a normative juridical approach based on primary legal materials by using statutory materials and conceptual approaches by tracing legal materials using analytical study techniques and quantitative studies. From the results of the study found that the copyright law relating to environmental permits did not result in changes and is still relevant to the previous rules. Then the changes that occur only relate to environmental approval which is facilitated in order to simplify environmental licensing by integrating with the licensing system also strengthens the law indirectly.

. The evolution of regulations related to Rooftop Solar Power (PLTS) utilization in Indonesia reflects changes in the government's approach to solar energy usage. From the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 49 of 2018, which underwent several revisions, to the issuance of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 2 of 2024, there has been a significant transformation in policy orientation. While initially aimed at promoting the adoption of Rooftop Solar Power at the community level, the latest regulations emphasize more on governance and the overall development of the renewable energy industry. The removal of incentives, such as the electricity export-import mechanism and adjustments in carbon economy regulations, may have negative impacts on the economy and attractiveness of Rooftop Solar Power for the public. However, these adjustments also have the potential to create a more robust ecosystem for the overall growth of the renewable energy industry. As part of efforts towards achieving national renewable energy targets, these regulatory adjustments are expected to encourage innovation in more environmentally friendly energy technologies and increase public participation in the transition towards more sustainable energy sources.

The world of education and teaching in this contemporary phase cannot be separated from hegemonic relations between policy stakeholders. Policymakers who will exist in 2022-2023 are involved with Gen X, individuals born in the 1965-1980 period. In its power as a policy maker, education is directed and expected to become a concrete step like a machine that produces moral human beings. Morals in education are intended so that students can have the values of love, love each other within the limits of norms and have commendable ethics both in religious and cultural values. The problem in this research concerns contemporary issues regarding the hegemony of power over the moral educational process in the view of the philosophy of science at the ontological, epistemological and axiological levels. The aim of this research is to reveal the hegemony of power over the moral educational process in the view of the philosophy of science at the ontological, epistemological and axiological levels. The method used in this research is qualitative with a philosophy of science approach. From the perspective of the philosophy of science, the hegemony of power over moral education goes through three phases; ontological as a search for the nature of what and why of moral education; epistemological as a review of the hegemony of power towards moral education in the philosophical aspect and axiological as a review of the usefulness of aspects of the hegemony of power towards moral education. The results of the research show that there is a hegemony of rulers who have power which is marked by the symbol of the Minister of Religion as the ruler of Gen With this moral education, educators will continue to be wise and wise in their lives, because the function of Islamic education in Indonesia is to improve and teach morals to their students so that they become human beings who have moral values.

The operation of electromedical equipment in health care centers is very dependent on the quality of electrical power. Disturbances such as voltage sags, also known as dip voltage, can disrupt the performance of sensitive electronic devices and potentially threaten the stability of a power distribution system. This study suggests the use of a Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) equipped with feedforward control to reduce voltage sags. With long flashes and significant voltage drops, simulations using MATLAB/Simulink show that the feedforward control on the DVR is able to compensate for voltage sags correctly and on time while still maintaining a stable load voltage.

In the era of maritime technology, Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) are becoming the main vehicles on the water surface, controlled from land and capable of transmitting live data. USVs have a wide range of survey and exploration applications, relying on hydrographic knowledge for accurate mapping. USV development has adopted a double hull design, improving stability and wave resistance. Survey data transmission requires advanced technology, with Long Range (LoRa) technology being the solution for long distance data transmission with low power consumption. LoRa utilisation is expected to increase the efficiency of USVs in hydrographic surveys. The research and development (R&D) research method is used as the main approach in this research with the aim of creating and developing USVs that can increase efficiency in hydrographic surveys. The USV is equipped with an RPM sensor and flowmeter used to monitor the movement control of the USV in the waters. In addition, a depth detector is used to monitor the topography of the seabed. In order for this USV to run using a remote control that is controlled from land. The USV drive consists of a BLDC motor connected to the propeller and a servo motor connected to the ship's rudder. Furthermore, the data taken from the sensor is sent via LoRa to be delivered to the ground station. From the USV test results, it was found that the data transmission range with LoRa Ra-02 under Line of sight (LOS) conditions was 340 metres while under Non Light of sight (NLOS) conditions it was around 200 metres. The average speed travelled by USV is 0.616 km/hour in operational survey conditions and can be faster in non-operational survey conditions. The error value of the RPM sensor is obtained at 1.604% with a reading accuracy of 98.936%.

Human rights in the Indonesian political context show a discrepancy between the principles set out in the constitution and their implementation on the ground. While the Indonesian constitution guarantees fundamental rights, various institutional, political and cultural barriers often prevent their effective implementation. This research investigates the dynamics of human rights in the Indonesian political system, highlighting the gap between constitutional norms and their application in practice. Through the analysis of various legal documents and human rights case studies, this article identifies key challenges in the enforcement of human rights in Indonesia. The main results show that while Indonesia's constitution clearly guarantees a range of human rights, there are institutional, political and cultural barriers that hinder the implementation of these rights. The article provides policy recommendations to strengthen human rights protection, including legal reform and capacity building of law enforcement agencies. It discusses the protection of human rights in the Indonesian constitution, its implementation in political practice, as well as cases of violations that have occurred. The Indonesian Constitution guarantees human rights through various provisions listed in the 1945 Constitution, including civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights. However, the implementation of human rights in political practice often faces challenges, including corruption, abuse of power, and discriminatory policies. Various cases of human rights violations, such as arbitrary arrests, violence against minorities, and labor rights violations, show the gap between law and practice. Various parties, including the government, non-governmental organizations, civil society, and the international community, play an important role in protecting and promoting human rights in Indonesia. Effective cooperation between these various parties is needed to ensure respect and protection of human rights in all aspects of national life.

Poverty is a complex and multifaceted issue faced by various countries, including Indonesia. East Java, as one of the provinces with the largest population in Indonesia, still has a relatively high poverty rate. Minimum wage, open unemployment rate, and education are three important factors believed to influence the poverty rate. Minimum wage is expected to increase the purchasing power of poor people, while high open unemployment rate and low education levels can exacerbate poverty. This study aims to analyze the influence of Minimum Wage, Open Unemployment Rate, and Education on the Number of Poor People in East Java Province. The independent variables are Minimum Wage, Open Unemployment Rate, and Education, and the dependent variable is the Number of Poor People. This research uses secondary data in the form of time series for 10 years, from 2014 to 2023. The data was obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS). The research method is quantitative with data analysis using classical assumption tests (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test), multiple linear regression, and statistical tests (Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), T-Test, and F-Test) using Eviews - 10. The partial regression coefficient results show that minimum wage and education do not have a significant effect on the number of poor people in East Java, while the open unemployment rate has a significant effect on the number of poor people in East Java.

Law plays an important role in authority because it serves as a mechanism to legitimize public institutions and government institutions. Judicial power, which is part of state power, must have independence because only through independence can it control and limit legislative and executive power. In this case, independent judges can legally determine whether government actions to protect human rights are appropriate or not. This research uses normative juridical, which is an approach that focuses on legal provisions and legislation. This research approach uses analytical description to clarify the legal issues being discussed. This research uses primary data consisting of legal data in the form of judicial power legislation, coupled with secondary legal data in the form of books, journals, articles and others. The result of this research is that judicial power itself still has challenges that can occur, one of which is the intervention by internal and external judges themselves because of the elemental content of interests and power politics. Another factor is the poor and degraded morality of judges so that they can be bought and bribed by litigants, resulting in a decision that is not based on justice. This is certainly contrary to our constitution, namely the 1945 Constitution and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

This research is personal research and quotes a lot from relevant legal journals regarding the meaning of the principle of legality within the scope of Indonesian criminal law or Indonesian criminal law. The principle of legality in Indonesian Criminal Law aims to protect humans from the arbitrariness of those in power, while in Islamic criminal law the principle of legality aims to glorify humans by preserving offspring, property, reason, soul and religion. Basically, the meaning of the principle of legality in Indonesian criminal law and Islamic criminal law is not much different. However, in Islamic criminal law there is no prohibition on using analogies, whereas in Indonesian criminal law the use of analogies is not permitted.

In the current era of globalization, many local communities throughout the world, including in rural Ambulu, Jember, are experiencing changes in values and customs due to global influences. The local cultural values of the Ambulu rural community are known to be very rich and diverse, but face challenges as a result of rapid globalization. This research aims to identify and analyze the impact of globalization on local cultural values in the rural community of Ambulu Jember, with a focus on how these values persist or change over time. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying contemporary theory from Michael Foucault to analyze the data. The focus of analysis in this research looks at how the discourse and practices of power in society change along with the introduction of global values and how local communities react to these changes. The research results show that the Ambulu community experiences dualism in maintaining local cultural values. On the one hand, there are efforts by the community to maintain old customs and values, while on the other hand, several aspects of local culture have evolved or even been eroded due to the influence of globalization, such as changes in language, social rituals and kinship systems. The impact of globalization on local cultural values demands more inclusive adaptation strategies and more strategic cultural preservation so that rural communities such as those in Ambulu can maintain their cultural identity while receiving the benefits of globalization.
