This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Accurate in managing cash expenditures at PT Graha Mukti Indah, which is engaged in property development. Good cash expenditure management is very important so that companies are able to maintain liquidity and financial stability in the long term. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data was obtained through direct observation of the system used, interviews with finance staff, and documentation of cash expenditure transactions. The results show that Accurate is able to increase time efficiency in recording, reduce the level of human error, and provide real-time cash reports that can be used as a basis for managerial decision making. This finding implies that digitizing the financial system through the use of accounting software can be a relevant strategy for similar companies to improve transparency, accuracy, and the overall quality of financial decision making. Overall, the implementation of Accurate has proven to be an effective solution for improving cash expenditure management at PT Graha Mukti Indah, and its successful integration could serve as a model for other property development companies seeking to enhance their financial management practices.  

This research aims to explore the role of technology in developing the reading skills of class VIII students at SMPN 2 Bone. With rapid technological advances, education is experiencing a significant transformation, including in teaching and learning methods for reading. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand the impact of using technology such as educational software, e-books, and interactive reading applications on students' reading abilities. Data was collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis. The results showed that the use of technology significantly increased students' motivation and interest in reading, as well as improving their reading comprehension. Technology allows access to a variety of more interesting and interactive reading materials, which not only improve reading skills but also broaden students' horizons and knowledge. However, this research also found several challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure and the need for training for teachers to utilize technology effectively. In conclusion, technology has great potential in developing students' reading skills, as long as it is implemented with the right strategies and adequate support.

Vocational education in the senior level, namlely Vocational High School (SMK), is designed to prepare graduates with high skills who are ready to compete in the work zone, both with competence and through entrepreneurship in order to face the demographic bonus. SMK Negeri 1 Bangkinang as a partner of the Politeknik Kampar has a major in the Mechanical Engineering. Generally, the major of Mechanical Engineering will be prepared in with competencies of Computer Aided Design (CAD). However, there are limitations to apply Solid Works software, which is currently in great demand in the industry. Therefore, the The major of Maintenance and Repair Engineering Politeknik Kampar participates in improving the competency of students at SMK Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota through CAD Static Simulation Training activities using Solidworks Software. The training activity material contains an introduction to Solidworks, static simulation theory, namely stress, strain and deformation. At the end of the training activity session, an increase in partner competency was obtained regarding the use of Solid Works software in image creation and static simulation. Evaluation of activities through partner satisfaction questionnaires also found that partners were 100% satisfied with the PkM activities carried out.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Current ratio and Working Capital Turnover on Net Profit Margin at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for period 2010-2022. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling in the form of the financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for 13 years for the period 2010-2022 The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. This data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis which was processed through IBM Eviews software version 13. The results of this study are the Current Ratio has significant effect on Net Profit Margin with and hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (2,927371 > 1,8125). Working Capital Turnover has significant effect on Net Profit Margin with hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (3,136072 > 1,8125). Hypothesis test obtained value of F arithmetic > F table or (11,73981 > 4,10), Current Ratio and Working Capital Turnover have significant effect on Net Profit Margin with the regression equation Y = -0.008184 + 0.105778(CR) + 0.066761(WCT) + ɛ. The value of the coefficient of determination is 78,16% while the remaining 21,84% is influenced by other factors.

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non-Performing Loans, both partially and simultaneously, on Return on Assets at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk for the 2012-2021 period. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this research comes from the financial reports of PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk for the period 2012-2021 or for 10 years. The data analysis used includes the classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, partial test and simultaneous test. Data processing uses SPSS 26 software. Based on the t test, it can be seen that the Capital Adequacy Ratio partially influences Return on Assets, this is proven by the results of tcount (3.874) > ttable (2.3060) and the significance level is 0.06. Non-Performing Loans partially have a significant effect on Return on Assets, as evidenced by tcount (5.200) > ttable (2.3060) and a significance level of 0.001. And simultaneously the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non-Performing Loans have an influence on Return on Assets, this is proven by the Fcount result of 15.980, while the Ftable can be searched for a statistical table of 0.05 and the Ftable is 4.46 (15.980 > 4.46) and the level of significance 0.002. The magnitude of the variable influence value is determined by Adjusted R2 = 0.820 then (KD = R2 x 100% = 0.820 x 100% = 82%).

The study examines the extensive calculations and advance backward coastline and also the exploitation of the local wisdom of the community as an abrasion countermeasures.The research methods used to the objectives of the study are quantitative descriptive methods, spatial analysis, time series analysis and analysis of local intelligence indicators. Quantitative deskriptive analysis is by displaying field images and presenting width changes in coastlines and coastline backward velocities throughout 2012, until 2022. Spatial analyses using ArcGIS software and field observations. Time series analysis to observe the changes in the width and backward speed of coasts by looking at the 2012 image, up to 2022. Local intelligence indikator analysis is an analysis that identifies the local abilities that communities use in performing abrasion backwardness. The results of the research showed that there was a wide change of coastline and the rate of reversal of the coastal line along the year 2012 to 2022, in which four years once counted the area of blood abrasion and the speed of retrocession of coastal lines. Based on the results of observations found that the change in coastalline occurred due to the magnitude of abrasions that occurred in Sanoi Village and Ronggaiwa Beach. However, with the knowledge of local wisdom that the community possesses, it can prevent and control abrasion by using the environment to form the traditional talud that is often referred to as the local community with the name Talud Rufia.

In recent years, podcasts have become a type of content that is popular with many YouTube users. Deddy Corbuzier is a public figure and also the owner of a well-known YouTube channel which provides podcast content for his followers. Deddy Corbuzier's podcast content entitled SOMASI (Stand On Mic Take It Easy) presents standup comedians as guest stars to convey people's complaints about government policies which are packaged casually and funny so that they are easy for subscribers to understand. In this context, content that discusses government policy is predicted to influence a certain point of view for the audience so that in the current research context the focus and aim is to determine the influence of the role of podcast content on Deddy Corbuzier's channel on subscriber behavior in determining the pros and cons of government policy. This research uses a quantitative approach using descriptive methods used in the current study. Data collection techniques are carried out online with the help of Google Forms while data management techniques use Validity Tests and Reliability Tests while data analysis will be carried out using simple Linear Analysis techniques using IBM SPSS 26 software. The results of this research prove that the Ha hypothesis is accepted and Ho is rejected in the current research context. In other words, there is an influence on the role of podcast content on Deddy Corbuzier's channel on subscriber behavior in determining the pros and cons of government policy

Insurance premium income needs to be maintained by business people, because it is the main performance that must be maintained and improved. This study looks at whether macro variables, such as; Inflation, economic growth and the dollar exchange rate affect changes in gross insurance premiums in Indonesia. The peneriode of this study for 15 years from 2008 to 2022 with correlation, regression, coefficient of determination analysis as well as t test and anova test (F test) by using SPSS software version 22. The results showed that the inflation rate, economic growth and the dollar exchange rate, had a significant effect simultaneously, while partially the variable of economic growth did not contribute significantly to gross insurance premiums in Indonesia with a coefficient of determination of 88.5% was very strong.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership on the Performance of Regional Government Employees in North Penajam Paser Regency, determine and analyze the influence of Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Employees in Penajam sub-district, North Penajam Paser Regency and determine and analyze the Influence of leadership and Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Employees in Penajam sub-district, North Penajam Paser Regency. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research using Multiple Linear Regression data analysis using SPSS software. Primary data was obtained from respondents, namely Pegawai sub-district, Penajam sub-district, North Penajam Paser Regency. The population was 395 ASN and through sampling using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%, a sample of 199 respondents was obtained. The results of the research show that partially there is a positive influence between Leadership and Work Motivation on the Performance of Village Employees in Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency. Together, leadership and work motivation also have a positive influence on the performance of village employees in Penajam District, North Penajam Paser Regency.

The rise of eco-friendly products, makes advertising connected with protection efforts. One of the pioneer companies in green marketing to socialize zero waste is The Body Shop Indonesia. The Body Shop often emphasizes the attitudes of social values ​​and concern for the environment and then issues a campaign and advertisement which is often called Bring Back Our Bottles (BBOB). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green advertising version of #BBOB and green brand image on user attitude at The Body Shop Indonesia. Using a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents with non-probability sampling. This study uses the S-O-R (Stimulus -Organism - Response) theory which is in accordance with the research phenomenon. The results show that green advertising and green brand image affect user attitudes in the bring back our bottles ad from The Body Shop Indonesia. Based on the results of research that has been tested using SPSS software through various tests and using the S-O-R theory it can be concluded that there is an influence of green advertising and green brand image which can be the latest innovation in developing marketing ideas so that they can influence user attitudes at The Body Shop Indonesia in a bring back our bottles advertisement.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Motivation, Organizational Culture and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Ardisal Jasa Utama. The type of research used in this research is Quantitative Research. The sampling technique in this research was a saturated sample, namely 57 respondents. The data processing tool used in this research is SPSS software version 26. Based on the results of the research, it shows that motivation variables have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Ardisal Jasa Utama employees, organizational culture variables have a significant effect on the performance of PT.Ardisal Jasa Utama employees, discipline variables have an effect significant impact on the performance of PT Ardisal Jasa Utama employees. The research results also show that the variables of motivation, organizational culture and discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Ardisal Jasa Utama employees.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of World Oil Prices, Exchange Rates, and Interest Rates on the Inflation Rate in Indonesia for the 2015 – 2022 Period. The type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was total sampling, namely 96 data/samples with SPSS software version 26.0. Based on the research results, it shows that the world oil price and interest rate variable has a positive and significant effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia, but the exchange rate variable has no significant effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia. The research results also show that the variables of world oil prices, exchange rates, and interest rates simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia.

Human resources are the most important capital and wealth in every human activity, meaning that a company cannot function properly without human resources. Employees have a role as planners, implementers and supervisors who always play an active role in realizing company goals. The success of a company greatly influences the performance of its employees, because employee performance is a very important starting point for the success of the company. This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and leadership on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. XYZ This research design uses a quantitative research design. The population and sample size in this study were all 68 employees of PT XYZ. The data source used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Partical Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The research results show that; work discipline, leadership, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance; work discipline and leadership have a positive and significant effect on motivation; and work discipline and leadership have a positive and significant influence on performance which mediates motivation.

Burglary involves forced or unauthorized entry, which leads to damage or loss of property having monetary or emotional value and, more severely, puts lives at risk. The dire need for the safety of lives and properties has attracted so much research on burglary alert system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Most of the research focused on alerting the users of burglary attempts using any or a combination of two notification methods: SMS, call, and email. This study emphasizes three-mode notification that combines SMS, call, and email using the application of IoT technology in a burglary alert system, which uses a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor for burglar detection to ensure that Homeowners or authorized personnel get alerts in events of imminent attempt to break-ins. The study also details the sensor integration with its supporting components, such as the central hub or microcontroller, buzzer, LED, and network interface in the development of the system. The software was developed to facilitate seamless integration with the hardware, ensuring timely and accurate event detection and subsequent alert generation using Arduino IDE programming language, a framework based on the C++ language. The system effected the 3-mode notification to ensure that users get notification in case of an imminent break-in since the failure of the three modes simultaneously is extremely rare. The system’s performance based on its responsiveness on the 3-mode notifications was evaluated, and an average of 83.56% responsiveness was obtained, indicating an acceptable response time.

This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Ambassadors and Flash Sale on Impulse Buying in the Shopee marketplace. The sampling technique in this study is Generation Z who uses the Shopee application. The instrument for collecting data in this study was a questionnaire with 120 respondents. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that the Brand Ambassador (X1) and Flash Sale (X2) variables have a significant positive effect on Impulse Buying in the Shopee marketplace. In the coefficient of determination, the brand ambassador and flash sale variables have an effect of 36.4% on impulse buying consumers and the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Shopee Live, EXO's k-pop Brand Ambassador, and Brand Image on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products on Shopee e-commerce. The location of this research was conducted on Scarlett Whitening consumers in Semarang City. This type of research uses quantitative research and the methods used are survey research and associative approach research. The main instrument of this research is a questionnaire with 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to Scarlett Whitening consumers in Semarang City who were selected using purposive sampling. Data processing uses Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS Version 25 software. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results concluded from the data analysis of the F test results showing that Shopee Live, Brand Ambssador K-Pop EXO, and Brand Image simultaneously had a positive influence on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products on e-commerce Shopee. Furthermore, data analysis of the T test results shows that Shopee Live does not have a partial positive influence on the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening on Shopee e-commerce, while the K-Pop EXO Brand Ambassador and Brand Image have a partial positive influence on the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening on e-commerce. Shopee commerce.

This research aims to analyze and test the influence of company size, asset structure and sales growth on capital structure. This research method uses a quantitative type of research. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of company annual financial reports obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that 32 companies were obtained from 84 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the number of observations was 128 sample data. Data processing in this research uses Eviews 12 software. The results of this research show that company size has a significant effect on capital structure, asset structure has no significant effect on capital structure, and sales growth has a significant effect on capital structure.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous influence between Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price Perception on Customer Satisfaction which has an impact on Julietta Fried Chicken's business in North Bekasi. The population in this study were all buyers at the Julietta Fried Chicken business in North Bekasi. This research method is quantitative research and to obtain samples in this study the authors used purposive sampling method and hair formula. Data collection through distributing questionnaires to 105 customers at the Julietta Fried Chicken business in North Bekasi. Data is processed using SPSS data analysis software version 26. This can be seen that the sig value is 0,002 <0,05 and the t-count value is 3,118> t-table 1,98326. The Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. It can be seen that the sig value is 0,000 <0,05 and the t-count value is 10,066> t-table 1,98326. The Price Perception variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. This can be seen that the sig value is 0,024 <0.05 and the t-count value is 2,298> t-table 1,98326. From the research results obtained that partially and simultaneously the three independent variables are proven to be significant and have an effect on the Y variable. Therefore, the application of Service Quality, Product Quality, and Price Perception provided by the company can minimize the level of customer satisfaction at the Julietta Fried Chicken Business in North Bekasi.      

This study aims to determine Performance Accountability, Security and Working Hours on Work Productivity of Members of Satbrimob B Battalion B Pioneer PMJ Cipinang through (mediated) Work Discipline. This research method is descriptive quantitative type by distributing questionnaires (Likert scale 1-5) to a sample size of 83 out of 500 respondents calculated by the Slovin formula and processed with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results showed that the path coefficient and p-value of the Performance Accountability variable (0.228 and 0.005), Security (0.062 and 0.062), and Working Hours (0.226 and 0.007). This means that Performance Accountability and Working Hours partially have a significant positive effect on the Work Productivity of Members of Satbrimob B Battalion B Pioneer PMJ Cipinang through (mediated) Work Discipline. While Security partially has no effect on the Work Productivity of Members of Satbrimob Battalion B Pioneer PMJ Cipinang through (mediated) Work Discipline. Furthermore, the path coefficient and p-value of the Work Discipline variable are 0.410 and 0.002. This means that work discipline has a significant positive effect on the work productivity of members of Satbrimob Battalion B Pioneer PMJ Cipinang.

The influence of liquidity and company size on tax avoidance in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. The type of data source in this research is the annual financial reports of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and 16 companies were obtained. The data collection technique uses documentation from financial reports published through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. In This research uses Eviews 12 software. The results of this research show that: (1) Liquidity has an effect on tax avoidance, (2) Company size has no effect on company value.
