The reasons why adolescents fall into the streets vary depending on the individual, with each individual having different problems and needs. Street youth usually earn their income by working on the street from multiple locations, which worsens their situation by creating a negative stigma from the community and uncertainty about their future. Therefore, their empowerment is necessary. The purpose of this research is to achieve an understanding of the roles, stages of the process, as well as the results achieved in the context of empowerment efforts through the Family Return Roadmap program. This research applies a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection process was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. Purposive sampling technique was used to determine relevant informants. The research was conducted at Pondok Tasawuf Underground located in Ciputat Shophouse Complex. The results showed that the empowerment role of Pondok Tasawuf Underground aims to create change for street youth. To achieve this goal, they are given a program that focuses on economic and social aspects, called the Family Return Roadmap, and are supported by adequate facilities to support the implementation of the program. In the stages of the empowerment process, there is a process of forming behavioral awareness, transforming knowledge, and developing intellectual skills. This study examines the effectiveness of Project Based Learning (PBL) in enhancing cross-cultural communication skills within international language education programs. As globalization increases, effective communication across cultures is essential, and language programs must equip students with these skills. PBL, a learner-centered instructional strategy, integrates real-world problems into the learning process, promoting student participation, collaboration, and critical thinking. The research found that students engaged in PBL showed significant improvements in communication competence, collaboration, and intercultural understanding compared to those in traditional lecture-based instruction. The study suggests that PBL not only enhances language proficiency but also fosters cultural awareness and empathy through projects involving cross-cultural collaboration and problem-solving. Furthermore, PBL offers a more effective platform for practicing language skills in real-world scenarios, as opposed to traditional methods focused on theoretical aspects. The findings demonstrate that PBL is particularly effective in international programs, where students from diverse cultural backgrounds work together to solve global issues, thus improving their ability to communicate and collaborate across cultures. The research concludes that integrating PBL into international language education programs significantly enhances students' cross-cultural communication skills. The study encourages educational institutions to adopt PBL and suggests further research on complementary strategies, including technology, virtual exchanges, and intercultural simulations.

This study aims to examine the impact of digitalization on technological innovation in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through a qualitative literature review approach. In the era of digital transformation, MSMEs face various opportunities and challenges. Digitalization has the potential to enhance MSMEs' competitiveness by accelerating product, service, and business process innovation, but it also requires them to overcome limitations such as limited technological skills and financial constraints. By analyzing previous studies using the bivariate probit model, this study finds that digital technology adoption is positively correlated with increased innovation in MSMEs. Digitalization has been shown to expand market access, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen MSMEs' adaptability to changes in the business environment. However, internal and external barriers, such as low digital literacy and limited funding access, remain significant obstacles. This study emphasizes the importance of support from the government and related institutions in providing training and funding access so that MSMEs can fully leverage digitalization for sustainable innovation.

Digital literacy is also very necessary to overcome the problem of the ever-increasing explosion of information in digital sources. Society is now faced with very rapid technological developments. People are also required to sort and select information that is appropriate to the actual situation. Exposure to various kinds of information from the media makes most people doubt whether information is true or not. So with this phenomenon, media literacy knowledge is really needed as the ability to process information. This research method uses interviews with PPKn teachers in the city of Medan. The interview was conducted to see the extent of efforts made by PPKn teachers in increasing students' digital literacy.
