In the context of modern education management, Auguste Comte's theory offers a valuable contribution in shaping thought and practice. The relevance of Comte's theory is not limited to one aspect of education management, but involves various dimensions such as scientific understanding, adaptation to social change, character and moral building, and the role of education in the evolution of society. The purpose of this study is to explain the Relevance of Auguste Comte's Theory in the Development of Modern Education Management. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. Sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Relevance of Auguste Comte's Theory in the Development of Modern Education Management. The results of this study show that Comte's thought, especially the concept of positivism, the role of science in education, social evolution, morals, and the role of education in the development of society, has a significant impact on educational thinking and practice. The application of Comte's principles in education management allows us to design education that is based on evidence, science and scientific approaches. In addition, an understanding of social evolution helps us adapt to changes in society, while a focus on the formation of character, morals and social values supports the development of responsible individuals in society.

  The moral crisis that is currently hitting the millennium era has raised deep concerns about the moral values ​​of today's society.  The ethical crisis in the millennial era is becoming an increasingly deep and complex problem.  Various factors, such as the influence of globalization, technological progress, and social change, have shaped the context of individual behavior and weakened basic moral values.  In this context, this review examines the importance of citizenship education as the main solution for forming individual character and social ethics in the millennium era.  This study discusses the concept of citizenship education, the role of educational institutions and the challenges faced in realizing civic values ​​in education.  The research results highlight the importance of citizenship education in overcoming the current moral crisis and emphasize the need for cooperation between government, educational institutions and society to achieve this goal.  Key: Citizenship Education, Morals, Millennial Generation

  Pancasila contains five basic meanings that are interrelated with the nation's history, national ideology, ethics and various other aspects. Ethics is a system of values ​​or moral norms that serve as guidelines for a person or group of people to behave and act. The application of Pancasila in life can be said to be still not fully implemented. There are still various deviations from Pancasila values. Deviations that can still be seen clearly are forest fires. Various irresponsible human actions such as cutting down trees on a large scale and throwing cigarette butts carelessly are the causes of forest fires. The importance of forests for the survival of life is one of the important factors for the need for forest protection. Humans are required to have good ethics and are in harmony with the nation's ideology. Regarding this matter, Pancasila is emphasizing in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as a guide, source of law, and legal principles in drafting laws and regulations regarding the environment, especially forests. This research discusses the importance of developing effective contextual catechesis methods for prospective catechist students, especially in facing modern challenges involving social change, technology and contemporary moral issues. The focus of the research is to understand the integration of these aspects into religious teaching approaches to prepare students to apply religious values ​​in their daily lives. Spiritual challenges in the modern world, including clericalism and restrictions on the scope of catechists, require innovative and adaptive responses in learning and preaching approaches. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through literature study to investigate relevant literature. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a theoretical and practical basis for religious educators, enabling prospective catechist students to integrate religious teachings with the context of their lives. Thus, this research contributes to developing catechesis methods that are responsive to changing times, preparing the younger generation to face spiritual challenges wisely in the ever-changing modern era.

Another term for "character education" can be expressed as "Moral Formation" or "Ethical Guidance." The crucial roles of parents, teachers, and the community in shaping a child's character cannot be overlooked. Each child possesses inherent goodness that needs to be nurtured and socialized effectively to ensure optimal character development. Abortion, as an intentional act of terminating pregnancy, focuses on various reasons, including maternal health conditions, fetal abnormalities, pregnancies resulting from rape, and economic and social factors. Abortion is considered a significant public health issue, particularly due to its substantial impact on maternal morbidity and mortality. This study also highlights the importance of considering values and ethics in abortion decision-making, emphasizing the role of an axiological approach. The research method is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The findings indicate that abortion decisions are influenced by economic factors, marital status, and psychosocial aspects. An axiological approach is crucial for considering ethical and moral values in abortion decisions.

This research aims to investigate how the values ​​of the motto "Satu Tungku Tiga Batu" are understood and internalized through Islamic Education learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. In this context, Islamic Education plays a significant role in shaping individuals' character and morality. The motto, which carries the meaning of unity, cooperation, and mutual support, has not been fully interpreted in the context of Islamic learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. A case study method is used to examine how this motto is applied in the Islamic Education curriculum. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with lecturers and students, and content analysis of lecture materials. The results of this research highlight the importance of the role of Islamic education in shaping understanding and acceptance of moral values ​​among students. The implications of these findings include suggestions for curriculum development and strategies to enhance the integration of Islamic values ​​in an academic context. This research contributes to understanding how Islamic education can strengthen ethical principles and reinforce communal bonds within the educational environment.

MAN 1 Ternate is an Islamic educational institution, so the implementation of character education is one of the important things in the institution, especially Islamic characteristics. The programs carried out are morning dhikr and madrasah mengaji which are always carried out every day before students enter the classroom. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the morning dhikr and madrasah mengaji programs in improving the Islamic characteristics of students at MAN 1 Ternate. The type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, categorization, and verification. As an Islamic-based educational institution, MAN 1 Ternate implements various programs to form Islamic character, one of which is through morning dhikr and madrasah mengaji activities. The morning dhikr program is carried out every morning before learning begins with the aim of calming the heart and building a positive spirit through reminders of the name of Allah. Meanwhile, madrasah mengaji aims to deepen students' understanding in reading the Qur'an. The results of the study showed that both programs contributed significantly to improving student discipline, strengthening spiritual and moral values, and building a social attitude that cares about others. These programs also help students to be more disciplined, responsible, and have noble morals. Overall, the implementation of morning dhikr and madrasah mengaji at MAN 1 Ternate has proven effective in forming a strong Islamic character in students, creating a better generation, and getting closer to Allah SWT.

Democratization in Islamic education is an approach that emphasizes democratic principles to achieve an inclusive and fair education system in accordance with Islamic teachings. This concept involves the active participation of all members of the educational community, ensuring inclusivity, and developing students' skills. In this abstract, we will explain the essence of the democratization of education in Islam and its impact on the development of a generation that has morals and makes positive contributions to society. The democratization of education in Islam includes the development of leadership skills and values. Islam teaches the values ​​of fair and responsible leadership. Therefore, a democratic education system in an Islamic context must pay special attention to the formation of students' character and leadership, so that they can contribute positively to society. Democratization of education in Islam is not just the implementation of the concept of democracy in educational practice, but also reflects Islamic values ​​that encourage justice, equality and active participation. By understanding and applying these principles, Islamic education can be a means of producing a generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also has noble character and is able to play an active role in building a just and harmonious society.

Indonesia's legal system continues to be predominantly influenced by modern laws introduced by European countries, creating a distinctive character within the Indonesian legal framework. The familial nature of Indonesia's legal system tends to prioritize form over substance, paying less attention to moral aspects. This raises issues related to the imbalance of humanitarian values within the legal system. Despite its status as an independent and sovereign nation, Indonesia still grapples with cases of dishonesty and ethical violations in law enforcement. Therefore, this research aims to compare the judicial systems of Indonesia and Malaysia using a normative legal research method. The comparison reveals the complexity and uniqueness of legal development in both countries. Indonesia, inheriting Dutch civil law, has a court structure that separates general, religious, administrative, and military jurisdictions. In contrast, Malaysia, blending English law with Islamic and customary law, demonstrates strong diversification in court forms and jurisdictions. These differences reflect legal adaptations to history, culture, and the needs of local communities. While both systems have strengths and weaknesses, there is room for improvement in terms of dispute resolution efficiency and jurisdictional clarity.

Rapid social changes, global demands, and technological developments are factors that influence the transformation of character education and Indonesian language learning. Character education is the process of forming students’ values, attitudes and morals as well as the formation of quality character. Qualitative methods are used to describe and explain phenomena or events in detail and carefully. The use of smart applications, data analysis, and digital platforms enriches students’ learning experiences, fosters creativity, and increases their understanding of Indonesian as an important medium of communication. In implementing character education and Indonesian language learning in the Society 5.0 era. Qualitative approaches are effective tools for understanding complex and dynamic contexts. Through content analysis, research can identify the weaknesses and strengths of the existing curriculum and provide recommendations for improvement. This study aims to examine the role of Islamic education in shaping the characters of students in the digital era. The study involves a literature review by exploring research findings and relevant articles, and identifying implications for the field of education. The results indicate that Islamic education plays a significant role in shaping the characters of students in the digital era. In the context of the digital era, Islamic education not only teaches religious values but also involves the learning of ethics and morality for students. This study reveals that Islamic education can teach students about moral values, develop digital ethics, and foster spiritual awareness in the use of technology. The implications of this study include curriculum development that encompasses ethical and moral aspects of technology use, teacher training in teaching digital ethics and responsible technology use, and partnerships with parents in shaping students' characters in the digital era. This research is important to be known and understood by educational institutions and teachers so they can develop effective strategies in shaping responsible, ethical, and integrity-based characters of students in this digital era. In a connected and digitalized era, it is crucial to integrate Islamic moral and ethical values into education to enable students to use technology wisely and responsibly.

This research aims to determine the influence and negative impact of using the Tiktok application on junior high school students, especially related to the increase in cases of bullying among teenagers which is contrary to the second principle of Pancasila, as well as preventive steps that can be taken which are in line with the values of the second principle. Pancasila to overcome this problem. The results of this research show that the Tiktok application can influence the behavior and morals of teenagers, especially junior high school students, because they can be influenced by acts of bullying towards friends around them and practice them. Apart from that, this other negative impact is of course contrary to the second principle of Pancasila and it is feared that it could erode their social and cultural values and have a negative impact on their identity and behavior in the future. To minimize these actions, preventive efforts are of course needed to prevent this from happening sustainably.

The involvement of the church in building moral values in a pluralistic society is important. This is because the church has an important role in shaping the character and morality of society. This research also shows that the church is involved in building moral values in a pluralistic society through various programs and activities, such as religious education and social services. These programs and activities aim to instill Christian moral values, such as love, forgiveness and justice. Church involvement in this matter can be a positive contribution in creating a better society. This research can also have positive implications for the church, society and government. For the church, this research can be a motivation to increase its involvement in building moral values in a pluralistic society. For the public, the results of this research can provide an understanding of the role of the church in building moral values. Islamic business ethics can be explained as an understanding of principles that govern and manage businesses by considering norms and morality in line with Islamic values. In Islam, business ethics encompasses conduct in the business world that integrates the values and teachings found in the Qur'an and Hadith into a unified business practice. Buying and selling involve a process where the exchange of goods adheres to values, involving both sellers and buyers who comply with Islamic Sharia principles. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions at Pasar Pagi 28 Desa Purwoasri, North Metro District, Metro City. This study is a field research involving direct observation of traders in the market. A qualitative approach is used to descriptively analyze the business ethics behavior applied by traders at Pasar Pagi 28 Purwoasri North Metro, Metro City. The results of this research indicate that in buying and selling transactions in the traditional market of 28 Purwoasri, the five principles of Islamic business ethics, namely Tawhid, Balance/Justice, Accountability, Free will, and Excellence, have been implemented.

Corruption has become a global concern in efforts to strengthen good governance. In the context of Islamic law, aspects of preventing corruption and implementing the principle of legality in criminal acts attract in-depth attention. This article analyzes corruption prevention strategies from the perspective of Islamic law in the context of applying the principle of legality to criminal acts. The method in this research is a qualitative method in exploring Islamic legal concepts related to preventing corruption, such as Taqwa, Adl, and Amanah,as well as how these values ​​can be applied in efforts to prevent and overcome corruption. Furthermore, this article also examines legal aspects related to the implementation of the principle of legality in enforcing the law against criminal acts of corruption according to Islamic teachings. The results of the analysis show that the principles of Islamic law provide a strong foundation for corruption prevention strategies. Concepts such as justice, transparency, fair punishment, and building strong institutions are the main focus in overcoming the problem of corruption. In the context of implementing the principle of legality, consistency with sharia principles in establishing and enforcing laws is crucial to ensure the success of efforts to prevent corruption. This article contributes to a better understanding of corruption prevention strategies from an Islamic legal perspective, as well as the importance of integrating Islamic legal values ​​and principles in efforts to eradicate corruption. The practical implications of this analysis support the need for a holistic approach that includes legal and moral aspects in tackling corruption to create a society that is more just and has integrity.

Literary works are depictions of the reality of life which are used as tools to express imagination and thoughts around them. In this research, the author aims to reveal the character values ​​contained in the short story entitled "Sacred Tree" by Yus R. Ismail and then relate them to real life. In his research, the author used a qualitative descriptive method, which in the process displays the data as it is without manipulation or other treatments. The aim of this research is to present a complete picture of an event or is intended to expose and clarify a phenomenon that occurs. The steps for collecting data in the short story "Sacred Tree" are by (1) reading the short story intensively, then (2) analyzing the character values ​​and (3) presenting the data. Apart from using qualitative descriptive methods, the author also uses a mimetic approach, namely research that connects the content of literary works and real life. In this short story the author finds character and moral values ​​depicted in each character, as well as a real storyline that occurs in life. A difference of opinion which then becomes the cause of a dispute, but can be resolved by a figure who has a wise nature. Then the policy leads to changes that cause regret in the future. And the moral value presented in this short story is not to force change on a group or person if we cannot be responsible for the change. This short story by Yus R. Ismail is a simple short story that describes real life clearly without engineering and contains several useful lessons for the reader.
