This study explores the policy dynamics surrounding the implementation of the 21st-century skills-based curriculum, focusing on the perceptions and challenges faced by stakeholders at various educational levels. Through semi-structured interviews with teachers, principals, and policymakers, along with policy document analysis, the research identifies a significant gap between national policy design and its practical implementation at the school level. The study reveals that while the national curriculum emphasizes critical competencies such as critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, there is a disconnect between these objectives and their classroom application. The main challenges include limited resources, cultural resistance, and lack of support from regional governments. The findings emphasize the need for a more flexible, context-sensitive curriculum that can be adapted to local needs. The study also emphasizes the importance of ongoing professional development and strong leadership to facilitate the adoption of innovative teaching methods. To address these challenges, the study calls for a coordinated approach involving national, regional, and school-level authorities to ensure effective curriculum reform. The research contributes valuable insights into the complexities of curriculum implementation and offers recommendations to improve educational policies and practices aimed at equipping students with the necessary skills for the modern world.

One of the efforts to overcome teacher problems in learning is by educational supervision. Supervision is guidance in the form of guidance or guidance towards improving the educational situation in general and improving the quality of teaching and learning. Supervision is carried out by the Principal (supervisor) whose role is to supervise teaching and learning activities, teacher performance etc. The purpose of supervision is to develop better situations to train the learning process and improve the teaching profession. The study was conducted because researchers wanted to get a better understanding of a special case This research reveals specifically about the implementation of teaching supervision and teacher performance in the learning process of Islamic religious education in MTSN 2 Bengkalis. Based on the entire series of analysis and discussion of data, it can be concluded that the implementation of principal supervision of the performance of Islamic religious education teachers in MTSN 2 Bengkalis is The planning of principal supervision is carried out in a planned, systematic and continuous manner. At this stage the principal determines the name of the teacher to be observed, forms a determination of the time for the implementation of the observation time, compiles an observation grid and determines whether the class observation is known to the teacher or not, this is based on an agreement between the principal and the Islamic religious education teacher. In the implementation of supervision, the principal's attitude did not interfere with the process of learning Islamic religious education in the classroom even the principal at the end of class hours gave motivation to students to continue learning diligently. In the follow-up stage, the results of supervision are discussed jointly between Islamic religious education teachers and school principals who discuss teacher deficiencies in teaching in the hope that in the future teachers can improve them.

SDI Umamapu currently uses a Telkom Internet Service Provider (ISP) internet connection with a bandwidth capacity of 50 Mbps, which is only used in the principal's office and laboratory and does not cover other SDI Umamapu educational areas and limits SDI Umamapu teachers and staff from carrying out related tasks. with the Internet network. Therefore, the aim of this research is to design an Internet network using Mikrotik to help teachers and staff work more efficiently and expand the coverage area of ​​the SDI Umamapu Internet network. Apart from that, the SDI Umamapu Online Computer-Based National Examination (UNBK) is facilitated by 30 computers/laptops connected to the Internet network and other clients. In conducting research, the author uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) methodology: analysis, design, simulation, implementation, management and monitoring to build an Internet network to solve research problems. Through this research the author can learn a little more about the concept of a hotspot network and its configuration which can provide the author with knowledge about the advantages and disadvantages of Mikrotik RouterOS as a hotspot server. When measured from the results of QoS (Quality of Service) analysis before implementation, the throughput was 36.238 kbit/s (Kbps), packet loss was 1.3%, average delay was 0.389072 seconds, and throughput was 1.5% after implementation. 161.657 kbit/s (kilobits per second), average latency 0.5157133 seconds, packet loss 36%. This means that the speed of Internet access at SDI Umamapu has decreased by up to 36% due to the increase in the area of ​​the Internet network. However, even though network performance has decreased, the newly created Internet network continues to function well and smoothly.

Incorporating engaging and effective teaching materials is essential for enhancing student learning in science education. This research aims to develop comic-based integrated science teaching materials tailored for fifth-grade students, employing the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) method. The research and development process follows these five stages to ensure comprehensive material creation and evaluation. The results indicate high validation scores: 96% for material, 98% for language, and 96% for media, categorizing the comics as highly suitable for educational use. Student and teacher responses further affirm this suitability, with 90% and 94% approval rates, respectively. Evaluation of student test results shows an average score of 90.36, with 90% of students meeting the criteria for excellence. This study concludes that comic-based teaching materials significantly enhance student engagement and understanding of science, contributing valuable insights into educational resource development.

This research using the PTK (Classroom Action Research) method which aims to be able to find efforts to increase student activities through project-based learning models, to improve cognitive abilities and student learning interests. Learners are educational subjects considered active in shaping their chemistry learning achievement. The subjects this study is students of class XI IPA 2 SMA Dian Harapan Holland Village Manado. The focus of this research is the cognitive ability and learning interest of students. The results showed that the cognitive ability and interest in learning class XI IPA 2 SMA Dian Harapan Holland Village Manado there is an increase marked by an increase in the average score from cycle I to cycle III. There was also an increase in the activity of students. Therefore, the implementation of the Project Based Learning Model (PjBL) can provide a good and positive response for students.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Government Regulation Number 23 of 2018 in Klambir Lima Kebun Village, Hamparan Perak District, which focuses on its impact on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). PP Number 23 of 2018 regulates the reduction of the Final Income Tax (PPh) rate for MSMEs from 1% to 0.5% for taxpayers with a turnover of less than IDR 4.8 billion per year. This policy aims to ease the tax burden, simplify calculations, and improve MSME taxpayer compliance, while encouraging the growth of new entrepreneurs. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis from MSME actors and village officials. The results of the study indicate that this tax rate reduction policy provides significant benefits for MSME actors in Klambir Lima Kebun Village. Business actors feel helped by the lower tax rate, so they can allocate more resources for business development. However, the level of taxpayer understanding of this regulation still varies. Most MSME actors do not fully understand the procedures for reporting and paying taxes in accordance with this policy, so they need further guidance and socialization from the government. This study concludes that the success of implementing PP Number 23 of 2018 at the village level is highly dependent on educational and mentoring efforts for MSME actors. This finding provides insight for the government in designing tax policies that are more inclusive and responsive to the needs of MSMEs.

The student worksheet, also known as LKPD, is a crucial element in the educational process inside schools. Nevertheless, several LKPDS fail to satisfy the requirements of being feasible, valid, and successful in enhancing the abilities of science process learners. Furthermore, the absence of stimuli in the LKPD to foster critical thinking among learners is a pressing issue that requires attention. The objective of this project is to create a Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) focused Learning Kit and Performance Dashboard (LKPD) that may enhance the scientific process and creative abilities of fourth-grade children in primary school, specifically in relation to plant matter. The study employed the ADDIE Development paradigm, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The findings demonstrated that the STEAM-oriented LKPD created had a positive impact on enhancing the science process abilities and fostering creativity among fourth-grade pupils in relation to plant matter. Furthermore, the enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge and the level of scientific literacy also exert a beneficial impact on the science process abilities of individuals. Teachers and learners also evaluate the LKPD for its viability and practicality

Learning in underdeveloped villages is constrained by accessibility problems. Accessibility is not only in terms of area affordability, but also economics, health and the environment. The existence of accessibility which is considered severe has an impact on the quality of education which is categorized as weak. Therefore, remore area education needs many contributions from stakeholders. Then, to overcome this problem should be followed up by providing additional internet facilities to support information and communication facilities, but the use of the internet has not been maximized. The purposes of this analysis are 1) to describe and analyze the problem of weaknesses in using internet technology as a learning tool, and 2) to carry out an analysis of appropriate educational planning for underdeveloped villages. This analysis was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this analysis are 1) the use of the internet to support the learning process is considered not optimal due to the HR factors of teachers and madrasah leader who do not understand online learning, 2) the educational planning process is carried out as a solution to implementation weaknesses, namely by using synoptic theory and increasing competence teacher pedagogy. Conclusion education planning needs to be conducted to increase the output and outcome of the program that has been planned.

The independent curriculum requires students to have a Pancasila spirit. Pancasila is the basic philosophy of the Indonesian nation which has democratic characteristics as a manifestation of Pancasila values which must be applied in educational units. Strengthening the Pancasila profile for students is implemented through a project with a democracy theme. This research aims to describe the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) with the theme of the voice of democracy as part of planning the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research involved all class X5 students at SMA Negeri 9 Maros in the 2022/2023 academic year. The data sources for this research come from interviews, observations and documentation studies. The research results showed that students actively participated in the entire series of activities during the 100 lesson hours. The Pancasila Strengthening Project with the theme of democracy provides opportunities for students to practice democratic culture contextually in the community environment.

The aim of this research is to determine teachers' perceptions of curriculum changes independence in the context of learning methods regarding changes in the independence curriculum. On in this research, the method used is a qualitative descriptive research method and the data obtained is from the results of interviews. Teacher perceptions towards changes to the independent curriculum itself aims at teachers' perceptions of curriculum changes independence, namely how teachers understand the concept of an independent curriculum, analyzing the impact of the curriculum independence in teaching and learning as well as obstacles and challenges in implementing the curriculum independent. Where the curriculum is a very important and determining component in implementation of education. And functions as a tool for achieving educational goals, if the goal if education changes then automatically the curriculum must also be changed.

However, the use of paylater itself is a problem because the MUI fatwa prohibits paylater because it contains riba in its implementation practices, In the campus environment, one of which is FEB Universitas Brawijaya students, it is undeniable that consumptive behavior is one of the behaviors that are often found. This study aims to analyze the effect of debt understanding, usury understanding, financial literacy, and religiosity on the consumptive behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Brawijaya. The research methodology used in this type of research is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis models. The results of this study are that understanding debt and financial literacy affect consumptive behavior, while understanding usury and religiosity do not affect consumptive behavior. The implications of this research are expected to contribute insight into the use of Shopee PayLater on consumptive behavior. In addition, it can also be used by educational institutions and governments in controlling consumptive behavior.

Of course, all the changes and developments that occur in the educational curriculum cannot be separated from the results of several studies on how the implementation of this independent curriculum can overcome learning loss, the effects of the Covid pandemic plus the global challenges of change from era 4.0 to Society 5.0, which has the impact that today's generation needs. have the ability to think critically, creatively and innovatively. In the independent curriculum, it can be seen that the superiority of its characteristics is that the material is simpler and more in-depth and there is a significant reduction in material. The materials presented are limited to essential material. Reducing material provides an opportunity for students to explore the material more comprehensively. Next is more independence, which means that in an independent curriculum, students are given more freedom to choose the subjects they are interested in according to their interests, talents, potential and aspirations. Meanwhile, teachers can teach according to the stages of student achievement and development. So it is more relevant and interactive. Students are guided to be able to collaborate, work together to form groups to identify problems that are becoming issues to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, namely faith and devotion to God Almighty and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. Competency standards are a breakthrough in the world of education in improving the quality of teachers so as to make teachers not only professional but competent in their fields.  This is an implementation of the national education system law, the national standard of education (SNP), the Teacher and Lecturer Law (UUGD), which is realized in the RPP on teachers which will soon be passed. Departing from the above thinking, the author takes the title "Principal's Manajmen in Improving Teacher Competence at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung" which aims to describe teacher competence and efforts to improve it, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in efforts to improve teacher competence at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung. In this study, there are theoretical approaches listed in chapter one and chapter two which explain the theory of efforts to improve teacher competence at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung, then in chapter three the research methods used are qualitative descriptive, and chapter four research results and exposure to research findings data, chapter five discussion or data analysis, and chapter six are conclusions and suggestions. The data that has been obtained explains that the real state of teacher competence at SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung states that every aspect of competence such as pedagogic competence or teacher learning management ability is stated to be still not very masterful and still below standard, but in the aspects of evaluating learning outcomes, understanding students, and implementing educational and dialogical learning, it can be said to be good.

Currently, technological developments are increasingly rapid. There are new advances in human life, one of which is artificial intelligence or AI (Artificial Intelligence), which is a computer system created in such a way as to be able to interact with the world around it through intelligent behavior like humans. Artificial Intelligence can target various domains, including the education sector. The role of teachers will be greatly transformed by artificial intelligence, including in terms of creating learning media. Media in this case is very necessary to attract students' enthusiasm in participating in learning, as well as to create fun, meaningful, creative and interactive learning. The use of Pictory and Fliki AI makes it easier for teachers to create learning media because the Pictory and Fliki features are able to automatically visualize a text into an educational video according to a certain topic. The targets of activities in implementing this service activity are teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo City. This activity contributes to the creation of creative and fun learning based on current developments, namely the use of technology. The implementation of this service activity uses the Training and Mentoring method.

Cognitive development in early childhood is a gradual process that requires active learning in the school environment. Teachers, as educational agents, play a crucial role in designing educative interactions and understanding the cognitive development of children. According to Jean Piaget's theory, cognitive development in children continues to evolve until it matches the thinking processes of adults. The Independent Kindergarten Education Foundation in Palembang accommodates children with diverse characteristics. To enhance children's focus and attention, the use of play media, especially picture number cards, is considered an effective learning strategy. This service aims to evaluate the impact of using picture number cards on the development of mathematical logic intelligence in children at the Independent Kindergarten. The service method involves planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The sample consists of 12 children, with 6 in the control group and 5 in the experimental group. The results show a significant improvement in children's logic and mathematics learning activities after the implementation of picture number cards. The average posttest scores indicate an improvement from the pretest, particularly in the experimental group. During the service, children are directly and actively involved, making picture number cards a playful tool that facilitates learning. This service contributes positively to the development of mathematical logic intelligence in Taman Kanak-Mandiri Palembang. The learning strategy using picture number cards can be an effective alternative in providing enjoyable educational services that support children's development
