This research examines the management of facilities and infrastructure at the Madrasah Aliyah Laboratory of UIN North Sumatra (UIN SU) using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The aim of the research is to identify the main obstacles in facility management and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Through a quantitative survey, it was found that there were significant differences in perceptions between teachers and students regarding the condition of school facilities, with teachers tending to be more critical. Further analysis shows that planned and routine maintenance plays an important role in preventing further damage and reducing long-term repair costs. In addition, the level of student satisfaction with facilities and infrastructure varies by grade level, with students in higher grades showing lower levels of satisfaction. A qualitative approach through in-depth interviews revealed that budget constraints were the main obstacle in facility management. Based on these findings, several strategic recommendations were proposed, including increasing budgets and resources through collaboration with external parties, implementing continuous training programs for teachers and staff, improving communication with parents, and implementing information technology in facility management. It is hoped that the implementation of these recommendations can improve the quality of management of facilities and infrastructure, which will ultimately have a positive impact on the quality of education in this madrasa. This research makes an important contribution to the education management literature, especially in the context of madrasas in Indonesia, and becomes a reference for future research and practice.

The absence of parents is a condition where the whereabouts of the child's parents are unknown or other conditions which prevent the child from getting his right to be cared for. However, this can be overcome by providing alternative care. Alternative care is care that is carried out based on a substitute family or Child Welfare Institution. Several factors in education are Human Factors, Educator Factors, Student Factors, Islamic Education Material and Method Factors, Learning Media Factors. This research uses a library research method. Literature review is a research technique by conducting searches regarding the concept of Islamic Education factors in terms of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Literature reviews are an important tool in contact reviews because literature is very useful and helps provide context and meaning to the writing that is being written. One of the educational factors reviewed from the Al-Qur'an is the human factor, which includes; can be caused by a leader, especially because of his leadership style, personnel who try to maintain rigid rules and arise because of individual personality traits, namely egoistic, temperamental, fanatical and authoritarian attitudes. Then the educational factor that is viewed from the Hadith is the parental education factor, where education in the family is the first and main education for children. Meanwhile, parents are the leaders of the family who are responsible for the safety of their children both in this world and in the afterlife, because children are not born but are born in a state of nature. So parents are obliged to educate their children. Children follow the example of their family members, their father, their mother or their siblings, so parents in the family must pay attention to their children and educate them. Parents are interested in the progress and development of their children, people always hope that their sons and daughters will be better than their parents.

This study explores the influence of parenting patterns on the development of adolescent social relations. Adolescence is a critical period for social development, where interactions with peers and adults significantly shape social skills and behaviors. The research aims to identify which parenting styles—authoritative, authoritarian, permissive, or uninvolved—most effectively promote positive social relationships among adolescents. Using a mixed-methods approach, data was collected through surveys, interviews, and observations of adolescents and their parents. The findings indicate that authoritative parenting, characterized by high responsiveness and demandingness, is most conducive to fostering healthy social relationships. Adolescents raised in authoritative households exhibit higher levels of social competence, better conflict resolution skills, and greater empathy compared to those from authoritarian, permissive, or uninvolved backgrounds. The study underscores the importance of adopting parenting practices that balance support and discipline to optimize adolescents' social development.
