He application of token economy techniques in education has received significant attention because of its ability to increase students' interest in learning. This technique functions by providing rewards in the form of tokens to students as incentives for positive behavior and academic achievement. The benefits of using a token economy are not only limited to increasing motivation, but also creating a more fun and interesting learning atmosphere. In the context of home learning programs, this technique is implemented by providing a conducive learning environment, where students can earn tokens as recognition for their efforts. The results of this implementation show a positive impact on students' interest in learning, with more students being active and involved in learning activities. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the home learning program shows that the application of token economy techniques can be an effective solution for improving the quality of education in schools. Home learning is one solution to boredom in the current learning situation. Through this activity, children will gain new insights and knowledge and hone their creativity.

Posters as a health promotion media have the advantage of increasing awareness, trust and attitudes towards health. The aim of this research is to develop poster media for obesity prevention for students at Senior High School 5 Surakarta. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D), with the ADDIE model being developed in 5 stages, namely (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of this research showed that the assessment of poster media from stage 1 material experts was 59% inadequate, stage 2 material experts were 62% with decent results, and stage 3 material experts were 76% with decent results. Stage 1 media experts were 88% very decent results, and stage 2 and 3 media experts were 100% very decent. The media aspect got a percentage result of 91%, the media usefulness aspect was 89% which was very feasible. Overall, the average final assessment score was 89.9%, a very decent category. And a field trial was carried out which was attended by 30 students, producing results of 85% from the media aspect and 84% from the media usefulness aspect, including the very feasible category, so it can be concluded that the media developed is "very suitable" for use in preventing obesity in teenagers in Senior High School 5 Surakarta.

Growing demand for electricity savings has led to the development of an automatic LED emergency light system. It is based on providing light when the power is cut off. Once fully charged, the battery ceases charging, and in the event of a power failure, the LEDs are automatically powered by the battery. The project focuses on two primary functions: it automatically activates during power outages to give illumination, eliminating the need to search for the switch, and the battery rapidly begins recharging as the main power is restored. The emergency light is crucial due to the inconsistent voltage distribution and frequent power outages in operational regions of communities and diverse enterprises. The system includes a power supply that converts 230V AC to 12V DC, a relay that uses a control pulse to alternate between connecting the battery to the LEDs and isolating it, and a rechargeable Li-ion battery that supplies power to the LEDs during blackouts. The parallel-connected LEDs light up during a power outage in the circuits. The circuit architecture shown here serves to mitigate the entire discharge of the battery, hence enhancing the battery's longevity. Key components of the system include a step-down transformer, a bridge circuit to convert AC to DC, a Zener diode to maintain voltage stability, capacitors for energy storage, and various diodes to control current flow. The project highlights the advantages of LED emergency lights, such as efficiency, longevity, and minimal energy waste, though it acknowledges the higher initial cost and temperature sensitivity as disadvantages. The automatic LED emergency light is suitable for use in homes, offices, retail shops, and other commercial settings. The project demonstrates a cost-effective and compact solution that enhances daily life by providing reliable lighting during power failures.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of each management function on employee performance in ornamental fish management at PT Indotama Putra Wahana, an ornamental fish export and import company. The research methods used are multiple linear regression analysis through research instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests and heteroscedasticity tests) and hypothesis tests using t tests, as well as correlation tests and determination coefficient tests. Through the t test on the planning function, tcount was obtained worth 4.643 > ttable worth 2.467 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the planning function has a significant effect on employee performance. While in the organizing function, a tcount of 3.735 > ttable worth 2.467 was obtained with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that the organizing function has a significant effect on employee performance. Then in the briefing function, a tcount of 3.737 > ttable worth 2.467 was obtained with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 which means that there is a significant influence on employee performance. In the control function, a calculation of 4.710 > ttable worth 2.467 was obtained with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the control function has a significant effect on employee performance. Maritime security and environmental protection in Indonesian waters, especially in Tanjung Uban, are strategic issues considering the high level of shipping activities and potential threats to marine ecosystems. This study focuses on the juridical analysis of the role of the Marine and Coast Guard Unit (KPLP) in improving maritime security and environmental protection, with a case study at the Tanjung Uban Class II Marine and Coast Guard Base. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the duties and functions of the KPLP based on the existing legal framework, identify the obstacles faced, and provide recommendations to improve the performance of the KPLP. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, including document studies, field observations, and interviews with related parties. The results of the study show that although KPLP Tanjung Uban has a strong legal foundation, the implementation of their duties and functions is still not optimal. The main obstacles include limited resources such as adequate personnel and equipment, lack of continuous training which results in low personnel competence, and ineffective coordination with related agencies such as the Indonesian Navy and Bakamla. The low awareness and compliance with safety and environmental regulations among maritime industry players also exacerbates the situation. Based on these findings, this study provides several suggestions. For KPLP, an increase in the budget is needed for the procurement of resources and equipment, as well as continuous training for personnel. For the public, especially ship owners and other users of waters, it is important to increase awareness and compliance with maritime and environmental regulations through active participation in education and socialization programs. Meanwhile, the government must strengthen coordination between relevant agencies through the establishment of regular coordination forums and integrated information systems, to ensure better synergy in surveillance, law enforcement, and emergency response in the waters of Tanjung Uban. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to improving maritime security and environmental protection in Indonesia, as well as becoming a reference for the development of more effective policies and strategies in the management of water areas

Students at SMA Negeri 1 Central Bengkulu are still dominated by the manual method, namely taking student absences by recording them on paper which will later be summarized from each student's attendance data. Because the manual recap of student attendance data also affects the information about attendance recaps which is still limited to the school, so parents/guardians cannot monitor student attendance levels. Inconsistency in attendance data can be detrimental to students, there is often a difference between the absences listed in the attendance register book/record into the system, which is one of the factors that makes the original data and data that have been verified into the system different. Utilizing the location of an Android smartphone to become an attendance system, which functions to provide location information based on the user's nearest location, assisting in searching for locations based on 6 existing parameters, namely education (high school/vocational school/university), hospital, hotel, restaurant, tourist attraction , and malls/traditional markets.
