The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. Sometimes in some educational institutions they use handbooks in the learning process, but it is different in MA SA Darul istqamah, handbooks are only available for teachers. From this statement, the researcher concludes that the media has an important role in learning, so the researcher wants to know how the implementation of media, especially audio lingual media, in increasing maharah istima' at the institution.This study uses a qualitative research type using a descriptive approach. About the results of the study of the implementation of audio lingual media in increasing the special mahrah of class XI science students at MA SA Darul Istiqamah Woro Kepohbaru. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation and interview techniques, including interviews with the teacher in charge of the subject. And researchers used data analysis that was carried out continuously during the research process by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.According to the observations that the researchers got, there are several kinds of media used in learning. Especially for istima' skills in Arabic the teacher gives an incomplete text, and later students are given the task of completing the text by listening to the audio that is played. Thus students can train especially in the ability to express words according to what is heard or commonly called maharah istima'.  

This community service project aims to enhance Sunday School teachers’ ability to use digital media as a tool for children’s faith formation in local churches. The rapid development of information technology requires churches to adapt their educational ministries, including children’s spiritual learning. The training was conducted at the Christian Evangelical Church in Timor (GMIT) Sion Noelbaki Congregation, involving 25 Sunday School teachers. The implementation methods included needs observation, interactive workshops, practical sessions on creating digital Bible content, and direct mentoring in using media such as spiritual videos, PowerPoint, and online platforms (YouTube, Canva, and WhatsApp Groups). Evaluation was carried out through pretest-posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed a 78% increase in teachers’ competence in using digital media after the training. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment to applying digital media in their children’s ministry. This activity had a positive impact on improving the quality of faith education, making Sunday School learning more engaging, contextual, and relevant to children’s lives in the digital era.

The solar water heater (SWH) testing laboratory (LPPATS-B2TKE) has been able to serve commercial product testing based on SNI 3021-1992 1st Edition. The SWH system performance testing procedure is implicitly described in the form of tables and formulas, so that it needs to be detailed to be implemented in the test. Adopting the SNI thermosiphon procedure, by calculating the daily heat gain, this procedure can produce SWH daily efficiency parameters, which can be used to predict the annual SWH heat gain, PATS product classification, and solar fraction. The results of testing this procedure on a SWH unit with a capacity of 150 liters and a collector area of ​​1.97 m2 for 19 days, obtained daily efficiency in the range of 39.13% to 47.61% in daily radiation between 3.66 - 5.82 kwh/m2, prediction of annual heat gain of 1370, 87 kWh, 75% solar fraction, and prediction of annual heat gain classification of 2783.49 kWh, placing this tested specimen in class III based on SNI standards.

This research is a class action research consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection activities. The research subjects were 35 male students in class X Machining at SMK Negeri 1 Cibeber for the 2020/2021 academic year. Based on the results of the written test conducted at the end of cycle I, an average value of 69.92 was obtained with 72% classical completeness. Implementation of improvements in cycle II increased student learning outcomes, with an average score of 78.30 and 76.92% classical completeness.

Background : Hypertension is a medical condition characterized by increased contraction of arteries which causes resistance to blood flow which increases blood pressure against the walls of blood through narrow blood vessels. Objective : To determine the effect of finger grip relaxation techniques and deep breathing on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Methods : Research design with descriptive method with case study approach. The implementation of Hypertension nursing care was carried out in the internal medicine room starting from June 15 to June 21, 2021. The subjects in this study were 2 patients suffering from hypertension morning and afternoon. Results : After being treated for 3 days, the results showed that the blood pressure of both patients decreased in patient 1 Mr “I” from 180/100 mmHg to 160/90 mmHg, in patients 2 Mrs “S” from 160/100 mmHg to 140/90 mmHg the pain scale of the two patients from 6 (moderate) to 3 (mild) the body is not weak, has started to be energetic and can sleep at night. cooperation between the health team and patients and families is very necessary for the success of nursing care for patients. Conclusion : With the management of finger grip relaxation techniques and deep breathing to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients with the results of the nursing evaluation the problem was partially resolved.

Prevention of HIV/AIDS needs to be maintained by teenagers or high school students so that it does not have a comprehensive impact on the health of teenagers, which of course is detrimental to the current generation. The solution that can be done is the delivery of material (education) and how to prevent HIV/AIDS for teenagers so that they do not contract this deadly disease. The form of this activity is in the form of health education from a team of nursing lecturers assisted by students with participants, namely high school teenagers who are participants in this activity as many as 44 students. During the implementation of the activity, don't forget to give quizzes and ways to prevent HIV/AIDS and everything related to HIV disease. /AIDS as part of the goal of mastering the material from participants in this PKM activity. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui implementasi Metode Komunikasi Verbal dan Non Verbal untuk meningkatkan Motivasi Berprestai dan Hasil Belajar TPQ Tentang Terjemah Surat An nas pada Siswa kelas 1E semester I SD Muhammadiyah 2 Denpasar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1 sebanyak 32 orang. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menunjukan rata–rata skor motivasi berprestasi, hasil belajar, dan kriteria ketuntasan yang digambarkan dalam bentuk grafik poligon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, dari hasil observasi tentang motivasi belajar sebelum penelitian hanya 60% pada siklus I menjadi 91% sedangkan Prestasi belajar dari post test mulai nilai 61,3 naik menjadi 69,1 ( siklus-I ) kemudian naik lagi menjadi 80,9 pada siklus – II sedangkan ketercapaian ketuntasan belajar dari 40,6% menjadi 65,6% dan pada Siklus-II menjadi 90,6%, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Komunikasi Verbal dan Non Verbal dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dan Hasil belajar, disamping itu untuk menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan. sehingga secara bertahap prestasi Tahfidz juz 30 peserta didik dapat meningkat. The subject of this research is the grade 1E by as much as 32 people. The results of this study showed that, the results of observation of the learning motivation research before just 60% in cycle I becomes 91% whereas the achievement of the learning post test start value rose to 69.1 61.3 (cycle-I) then up again into 80.9 on cycle – II while learning results from 40.6% to 65.6% and cycle-II being 90.6%, it can be concluded that the method of Verbal and Non Verbal Communication can be applied to increase the motivation

This is deemed necessary in making a strategic information system, in order to provide superiority in business competition. Information system strategic planning is one of the keys in implementing information systems and information technology in business activities. Strategic planning in this study uses themethod Ward and Peppard to compile an information system strategic plan at SMK Ma'aif NU 1 Ajibarang and AHP to determine the application roadmap. The results of this analysis define the information system strategic planning company in the form of an information system business strategy, information system management strategy and information technology, information system strategy, information system recommendations, future applications and implementation plans.

Anemia that occurs due to iron deficiency so that the formation of red blood cells and other functions in the body is disrupted is iron nutritional anemia. Based on Riskesdas data in 2018, the prevalence of anemia was 48.9% in the 15-24 year age group. According to WHO, adolescents are residents in the age range of 10-19 years, young women have a higher risk, this is because young women experience menstruation (menstruation) every month. The impact of the incidence of anemia in adolescents can reduce concentration and learning achievement, as well as affect productivity among youth. Based on this background, the author is interested in carrying out community service activities for the prevention of anemia in young women during the new normal period of Covid-19 at Panca Atma Jaya Vocational School, Klungkung. Purpose: The purpose of this activity is as a form of implementation of Tri Dharma Stikes Panca Atma Jaya Klungkung. Methods: Participants who took part in this activity were 67 students using the pretest and posttest methods. Results: The results obtained were an increase in the pretest score (before being given education) which was 69.41% to 89.42% in the posttest result (after being given education). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between posttest scores, which increases after education is held, so anemia prevention education needs to be given and improved to improve anemia prevention behavior in adolescent girls.
