The problem of household waste/waste is no stranger to Indonesian society. This happens because of the lack of socialization in the community about how important it is to keep the environment clean. The Kogoro Settlement, Tanjungpinang City, is one of the areas experiencing household garbage/waste problems, which until now have not found a clear solution to this problem. Residential areas, which are almost entirely above sea level, exacerbate the situation in the area due to the large amount of garbage and waste carried by sea water. This problem must be resolved as soon as possible to maintain sustainability and the ecosystem runs smoothly. Therefore the government of Tanjungpinang City issued Regional Regulation No. 03 of 2015 concerning waste management, which aims to solve various problems and provide the concept of handling management as well as sanctions for those who violate these rules. In this study, we will examine the policies implemented by the Tanjungpinang City government in dealing with environmental problems. Using the Normative-Empirical method, this research will delve deeper into these environmental problems which include the existence of sanctions, ideas, rules in Tanjungpinang including the Kosgoro settlement. However, in implementing these rules, the Government of Kosgoro did not implement them as they should. This is supported by the people who are only given advice to throw garbage into trash cans which are quite far above the settlement due to the narrow access road in the Kosgoro area. Lack of government attention makes people less aware of managing household waste and waste.

The high level of exploitation of children is an issue that requires serious attention. In Indonesia itself, child exploitation is one of the social problems that must be resolved by all groups, both government and society. Many cases of exploitation of children occur to be used as street buskers not requested by others but from the closest people, namely parents. Basically, every human being has basic rights that need to be protected, not only for adults, but also for children. Parents should be the main figure and place to get protection in fulfilling the rights of children. The method used in writing this article is normative legal research method, which is research based on literature study and legal literature related to child protection. The conclusion of this article is that the government and authorized institutions as well as the community need to conduct more in-depth socialization to all Indonesian people so that people understand about child exploitation recognize actions that lead to child exploitation and the importance of increasing a sense of concern for children who are victims of economic exploitation and a sense of caring for others.

The principles of Pancasila play an important role in shaping children's character from an early age, but a lack of understanding of them can have negative impacts, such as the increase in bullying cases and the decline in children's interest in national anthems. This research aims to inform readers about the rise of bullying cases among children as well as the harmful effects of their lack of interest in national anthems, which in turn can raise awareness of the importance of the early introduction and application of Pancasila principles. The research method used is descriptive analysis to describe the meaning of Pancasila as the basis of the state, the importance of the application of Pancasila characters for elementary school children, the meaning of bullying, the factors that cause bullying, and the cause of the large number of children who do not memorize national anthems. Based on the results of the study, a lack of understanding of Pancasila principles can cause children to lose sight of the importance of respecting differences and understanding the values of equality. The implication can lead to bullying behavior among children as well as declining their interest in national anthems. This leads to the need to increase public awareness of the important role of Pancasila in shaping children's character, preventing bullying behavior, and declining interest in national anthems.

One of the internal inhibiting factors is knowledge, education and economics which tend to influence the legal awareness of village communities in processing children's identity cards, while the external inhibiting factors are the distance where the community lives and there is no cooperation between the government/certain agencies and the village government to carry out socialization.

This study aims to find out how the effectiveness of the CSR program that has been implemented by PT BNI (Persero). This study uses Sutrisno's theory (in Antimus 2019) concerning measuring program effectiveness using 5 indicators, namely: Program Understanding, On Target, On Time, Goals Achieved, and Real Change. Data collection techniques used are by way of interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the CSR program at PT BNI (Persero) cannot be said to be effective because one of the indicators, namely the understanding of the program has not been carried out properly, because PT BNI (Persero)'s strategy in inviting the public to participate in the socialization that is being held is still lacking.,therefore there are still many people who do not understand the meaning of implementing the program, and also because the distance between the organic forest and the community is quite far, so that many people still do not care about the BNI Go-Green Organic Forest CSR program in Megamendung.
