This research is motivated by the fact that in a public company operating in the fast food sector, human resources are very important in achieving company goals. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of communication, teamwork and rewards on employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire as data. This research uses a saturated sample method. The sample in this research was all 53 employees. The technique used to analyze the data is the SPSS 25 program. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test. The results of this partial test (t) show that the communication variable has a significant value of 0.030 < 0.05, which means that the communication variable partially or significantly influences employee performance. The teamwork variable has a significant value of 0.045 <0.05, partially influencing or being significant on employee performance. The reward variable has a significant value of 0.901 > 0.05 and partially does not have a significant effect on employee performance. And the F test results show that the variables of communication, teamwork and rewards have a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that communication and teamwork partially have a significant effect on employee performance, while rewards do not have a significant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of McDonald's Sri Ratu Kediri employees.

The second purpose is to prevent misunderstandings with others, since business ethics differ widely between cultures and nations. The goal of this essay is to discover how Ethics and Business might become long-term business strategies in the Global Business Era. As a research approach, the author of this paper use observation techniques as well as library research methods. According to the findings of this article's discussion, business ethics influences the amount of confidence that each member of the business community has in one another. The company, suppliers, and end users are all stakeholders who impact one another. Each of these components must adhere to high ethical standards in order to preserve the foundation of trust.

The background to this research is that students lack enthusiasm and are less active in the Fiqh subjects taught by the teacher during learning. Lack of cooperation can trigger students to be active and discuss learning with their friends. Based on this, the researchers tried to offer a Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative learning model. The formulation of the problem in this research is how much influence the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning Model has on student learning activities in the Class XI Fiqh subject at MAN 1 Bukittinggi City. This research aims to determine how much influence the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning Model has on student learning activities in the Class XI Fiqh subject at MAN 1 Bukittinggi City. The type of research used in this research uses quantitative research methods with a quasi-experimental approach. In this study, a nonequivalent control group design was used. The population in this research were all class XI students at MAN 1 Bukittinggi City. Sampling was carried out randomly and class XI IPS 2 was selected as the control class and class XI IPS 3 as the experimental class. The results of this research can be explained that there is an increase in the learning activity of experimental class students with the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model compared to learning in the control class without any treatment. Based on hypothesis testing, it is known that there are differences in fiqh learning activities between experimental class and control class students, namely based on the t-test, tcount = 3.491 and ttable = 1.66. Based on the results obtained, the value tcount > ttable so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model influences students' fiqh learning activities.

Student management is an arrangement or regulation of all activities related to students from entry to graduation. Student management aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of school services so that the knowledge, skills and attitudes of students develop through the channeling of aspirations, hopes and fulfillment of needs. One of the student management services is extracurricular activities, namely curricular activities carried out by students outside of class hours. This activity aims to develop and actualize the potential of students optimally, strengthen the personality of students to avoid negative influences, and prepare students to become citizens who are noble, democratic, respect human rights in order to create civil society. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. In data collection. The author uses interview, observation, and documentary methods, and data analysis techniques use triangulation techniques, diligent and objective observation, and peer checking through discussion. The results showed: (1) Student Management at SMA A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang was carried out as much as possible to facilitate and serve students so that they could produce students who were in accordance with educational goals and in accordance with what was expected by their environment; 2. Developing the potential of students is carried out by providing space for potential development and facilities for students to develop hard-skills and soft-skills through extracurricular activities: 3. Extracurricular activities are integrated with the curriculum of the education unit and are managed specifically by the student affairs department in collaboration with curriculum field. Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder with multiple etiologies characterized by high sugar levels. Patients with chronic illnesses are very susceptible to depression. This can be overcome if the respondent has good enough resilience and self-efficacy so that he can manage self-care and regulate glycemic levels and strive for better health. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between resilience, self-efficacy and depression with self-care management in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Besuki Community Health Center working area. This research design is cross sectional/analytic correlation. The study population included 38 Diabetes Mellitus patients with Gangrene. The sampling technique uses probability sampling, total sampling. The sampling used was 38 people. The instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. And multiple linear regression statistical tests. The research results showed that the average resilience was 70.02, self-efficacy was 71, mild depression was 17 respondents and the average self-care management score was 72. Resilience increased self-care management with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005. Self-efficacy increases self-care management with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005 with an average coefficient of . the results of multiple linear regression obtained a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005. There is a relationship between self-efficacy, resilience and depression with self-care management in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Besuki Community Health Center working area with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005 with a coefficient value of 0.608 so, Self-efficacy influences self-care 6 times more than other variables. Self-efficacy, good resilience can reduce depression in chronic patients such as gangrene so that patients have adequate self-care management.

Eating and drinking are the most basic needs of all living creatures, including humans. because eating and drinking is one of the primary needs or basic needs that must be met every day and is a top priority that must be fulfilled by every human being. Therefore, many entrepreneurs have established restaurants, one of which is the Nurul Qomar Islamic Boarding School which has established a seafood culinary restaurant called Pondok NQ Seafood Restaurant. The aim of this research is to find out how the selling price and food quality influence customer satisfaction at the Pondok Seafood NQ (Nurul Qomar) Restaurant, Palembang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok NQ Seafood restaurants, which according to data numbered 11,000. Sampling was taken using the Slovin technique as many as 100 respondents. This research uses primary data and secondary data, as well as distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Based on the research results, the selling price influences customer satisfaction. Food quality influences customer satisfaction. And the selling price and food quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Pondok NQ Seafood restaurant in the city of Palembang.

The purpose Of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Secretariat DPRD Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees and the sample amounted to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially compensation variable did not exist, influence on employee performance, while the work environment variable influences employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation and work environment variable have a positive effect on employee performance at Secretariat  DPRD Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0,434 or 43,4% which means that the contribution of compensation and work environment variable to employee performance is 43,4%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

Diabetes Mellitus, DM, refers to chronic metabolic problems indicated by hyperglycemia condition. This matter influences complications on the feet. Foot care education is a diabetic education to treat the feet excellently and correctly by providing audiovisual media. This research analyzed the influence of foot care education taught by audiovisual media toward the improvement of DM knowledge of DM patients. This quasi-experimental research used a control group design. The sampling technique was incidental sampling with 60 respondents. The Wilcoxon test result obtained a p-value of 0.0001 lower than 0.05. The result indicated the influence of foot care education with audiovisual media on the DM knowledge improvement of the patients. The researchers expect future researchers to apply foot care education with audiovisual media to prevent diabetic foot cases.

Student learning outcomes are very low due to the lack of use of interesting methods in learning activities. The research aims to: 1) Find out whether the PBL method can achieve the learning achievement targets for class IV students, 2) find out the increase in learning achievement for class IV students before and after the PBL method is implemented, 3) Find out the influence of the mutual cooperation aspect in learning using the PBL method on learning achievement fourth grade students. Experimental quantitative assessment using one class. There were 20 samples in the experimental class. The results of the study explain that: 1) the average posttest learning achievement increased through the use of the PBL method thereby increasing the class average by 87, 2) there was an increase in learning achievement from pretest to posttest in the experimental class by 68%, including quite effective use of the PBL method, and 3) there is a positive influence of the mutual cooperation aspect on learning achievement of 86.1%. Conclusion: The mutual cooperation aspect using the PBL method influences student learning outcomes and this research can also be used as a reference to develop further discussion.

Sari Mulya Supermarket is one of the supermarkets that provides various kinds of basic household needs and a place to shop that can shop wholesale and retail. This type of research uses quantitative. The population of this study with a sample of 60 employees as respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents online using the Google form. The results of this study are that work stress has no partial and negative effect on employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is -1.676 < t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Job Stress (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.099 > 0, 05. Leadership style partially and positively influences employee performance. This is supported by the calculated t value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), the calculated t value is 5.081 > t table 1.673 and the t test sig value for Leadership Style (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 . Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) are significant and positive on Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 13.733 > F table 4.010. Simultaneously Work Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) have a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance through Motivation (Z). It is known that the significant value of Job Stress (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) through Motivation (Z) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 23.375 > F table 4.010.

RSU Haji Medan is one of the hospitals in North Sumatra Province that is still experiencing problems with service quality. Health services for patients at RSU Haji Medan are still facing problems with limited consultation time with doctors, unsatisfactory drug services, inappropriate doctor visit schedules, uncomfortable wards, and nurses who are not friendly to patients. This research is a survey with a quantitative descriptive approach that aims to explain the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at RSU Haji Medan. The population in this study were JKN inpatients at RSU Haji Medan, with a sample size of 50 people. Data were obtained through interviews using a questionnaire and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that the quality of service as measured through the aspects of physical evidence, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy affects the satisfaction of inpatients at RSU Haji Medan. It is suggested to RSU Haji Medan to improve the quality of service to patients by paying attention to the dimensions of service quality so as to increase patient satisfaction, The reliability dimension needs special attention because it is the most dominant aspect that influences patient satisfaction.

This research aims to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions for Scarlett Whitening Products among Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The sample used was 100 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis techniques consist of validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear analysis tests, hypothesis tests, determinant coefficient tests. The results of this research show that the Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The variable that most dominantly influences purchasing decisions is the Celebrity Endorser variable and the one that has the least influence is the Brand Image variable. The dependent variable for purchasing decisions can be explained by the Celebrity Endorser variable and the remaining Brand Image is explained by other variables that were not examined in this research.

The research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of organizational effectiveness using the Mc Kinsey 7s Framework Model Approach on Employee Performance. The problem formulation proposed in this research is How Organizational Effectiveness with the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach Influences the Performance of Karangpucung State Vocational School Employees. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method with a questionnaire distribution method. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study and field study. Meanwhile, the technical data analysis used by the author in this research is by distributing questionnaires. From the research results it was found that: The results of the research on measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach have a positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that if measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach increases, it will have an effect on performance.

This study aims to identify and describe the relationship between the Problem-Based Learning learning model and students' critical thinking skills at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya. The formulation of the research problem is whether there is a relationship between the problem-based learning model and critical thinking skills about gender equality in class X students at SMAN 4 Palangka Raya; how big is the relationship between problem-based learning models and critical thinking skills about gender equality in students of SMAN 4 Palangka Raya; and what is the perception of students of SMAN 4 Palangka Raya on the effectiveness of the problem-based learning model in improving critical thinking skills about gender equality. The research approach uses a quantitative approach to this type of correlational research. Respondents to this study were 18 class X class Catholic students at SMAN 4 Palangka Raya, conducted from 9 to 23 June 2023. Data was collected through a questionnaire divided into two parts in form, namely problem-based learning and critical thinking skills about gender equality, with very good (4), good (3), pretty good (2), and not good (1) alternative answers. Data analysis techniques use Product Moment correlation in data collection to determine the relationship between two interval symptoms, such as values. The results of calculations on the research hypothesis that rxy (0.605) > table (0.497) from a significant level of 5% conclude that there is a relationship between the Problem-Based Learning model and critical thinking skills about gender equality in class X students at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya. This result shows that the Problem-Based Learning learning model is one factor that influences and plays a role in improving students' critical thinking skills about gender equality. So, it can be expected that this research will be useful for school principals and Catholic Religious Education teachers so that they continue to support and be able to use learning models that can create a comfortable and creative classroom atmosphere.

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and human resource development on the performance of State Civil Service employees in the District Government in Sibolga City. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a quantitative method in the form of a survey. The researcher determined that the sample in the research was all Civil Servants in 4 sub-districts, including the village head in each sub-district, with a total of 160 people. The researchers took the entire population to be used as a sample of 160 people. Research results show that transformational leadership style on proven performance influential significant. The development source Power humans also matter positively and significantly to performance. However, a variable that influences performance is style leadership transformational. Coefficient results in determination in study This shows that mark R The adjusted square on performance is 0.7 64 (76.4%). This means that style leadership transformational and developmental source Power man contribute 76.4% to performance. Whereas the other side is 23.6% influenced by other variables not included in the study.

The principal is the person responsible for improving teacher performance at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's leadership behavior in improving teacher performance at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District. Research using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of documentation, observation and interviews. The research subjects were school principals and teachers. This research shows that: (1) The formulation of the principal's policy in improving the ability of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District, has made written and oral rules in accordance with the school's vision and mission by involving teachers, school objectives and school principals to formulate activities to improve teacher abilities. These results enable teachers to teach better so that students more easily understand lessons and can feel comfortable while at school and achieve a better quality of education; (2) The principal's program as a leader in improving the discipline of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by using good communication (not rude, direct supervision, not arrogant and authoritarian), compiling a KKG program, seminars and workshops with this program show encouraging results, teachers are more disciplined so they can complete their tasks well; (3) The principal's strategy as a leader in increasing the responsibilities of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by involving all teachers and providing direct examples and (4) The factors that influence the leadership of the principal in improving teacher performance are his desire to improve school performance so that he has better performance at the Acehnese and national level. This is the main factor that influences it along with other general factors, such as: the personal condition of the school principal, school organization, external environment.

This research examines the application of cultural values towards the participation of the congregation in the Eucharistic celebration at the Parish of Santa Maria Immaculata Wayun Palu-Rejo, located in the district of South Barito, Central Kalimantan. The parish exemplifies unity and tolerance among the faithful from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds who participate in the Eucharistic celebration and other pastoral activities. A qualitative research method was employed, gathering data through interviews with 8 members of the congregation and 3 parish officials. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's analysis method. The results of the study indicate that the congregation of the Parish of Santa Maria Immaculata Wayun Palu-Rejo has applied cultural values in their participation during the Eucharistic celebrations. The use of language, music, dance, and traditional attire is evident in the Inculturation Mass and other Eucharistic celebrations. The spirit of mutual cooperation, empathy, and care for fellow believers also influences the congregation's participation in the Eucharistic celebration. Pastoral efforts and catechesis conducted by the priests and parish officials play a vital role in encouraging the congregation to appreciate and apply cultural values in church activities. The priests convey messages and advice on the importance of cultural values during sermons and socialization. The Inculturation Mass serves as one of the initiatives to incorporate cultural values into the Eucharistic celebration. In conclusion, the application of cultural values significantly affects the participation of the congregation in the Eucharistic celebration at the Parish of Santa Maria Immaculata Wayun Palu-Rejo. Pastoral efforts and catechesis by the priests and church officials help raise awareness among the congregation regarding the significance of culture in religious life. Culture and congregation participation in the Eucharistic celebration are interconnected and require cooperation between church officials and the congregation. A suggestion for further research is to gain a deeper understanding and analyze the impact of cultural values on the participation of the congregation in other aspects of church life. Additionally, involving other ethnic groups in the study would provide a more comprehensive overview of the cultural diversity in this parish.
