Children have human rights, just like adults have, to protect children's rights, not many parties think about it and take concrete steps. Likewise, efforts to protect children's rights are violated by the State, adults, their own environment or their parents who do not really pay attention to the interests of the child's future. Child protection is not only attached to the individual child, but also to other humans. This is a consequence of humans as social creatures who cannot be separated from other humans. Criminal law then exists to regulate various acts that violate human rights which are then punished. Of course, criminal law cannot be implemented properly if there is no other legal knowledge that accompanies it, including penitentiary law which is known as Penal Law or legal science that studies punishment. The Penitentiary Law is not a legal rule that can immediately punish criminals arbitrarily, but requires human rights to be taken into account. This article focuses on whether penitentiary laws violate human rights or not. The purpose of this paper is to examine in more depth the effectiveness of penitentiary laws in sanctioning sexual crime perpetrators and protecting sexual crime victims. The research method used is normative law with library research techniques analyzed qualitatively using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the research conclude that the Penitentiary Law is a regulation that seeks to continue to fight for the human rights of people who have been violated by the perpetrator of a crime by punishing them, but the model of punishment given still pays attention to the human rights of the perpetrator of the crime being punished.

Nowadays technology is developing increasingly rapidly, nowadays gadgets are not only used by adults, but also used by teenagers and children. Humans are very dependent on gadgets, the use of gadgets has become an important part of life. Gadgets can make it easier to access and reach anything. However, gadget addiction is very vulnerable to children. One of the initial factors causing this could be the child's parents, who are willing to give them a gadget just to make their child calm when they cry. This often happens in everyday life and this is the factor that makes children become dependent on gadgets. And another case that makes children dependent on gadgets is because of online games that children like, such as free fire, mobile legend and pubg games.

. In this era, globalization and information technology play a very important role in human life. Playing a role in selecting consumer products, people rely on technology and information media in selecting goods that suit their needs. This research aims to determine the content of the da'wah message in the Pepsodent Siwak advertisement and to determine the meaning of connotation and denotation in the Pepsodent Siwak advertisement. The research approach used by literature (library research) is descriptive qualitative and the analysis uses Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method, regarding the content of the Pepsodent Siwak advertisement's Da'wah message. The research results show that: 1) the denotational meaning of the Pepsodent advertisement is that there is still a lack of awareness among Indonesian people about brushing their teeth morning and night, especially parents. Meanwhile, the connotation means that a father as a role model for children often does not set a good example for children, and this advertisement shows that there is more closeness between father and child. The myth that emerges is the closeness of boys to their fathers and the myth that adult men do not pay enough attention to dental and oral health. 2) The content of the da'wah message is divided into three dimensions, namely the faith dimension, the moral dimension and the sharia dimension. The specific social meaning and impact as a symbol of the message of Islamic da'wah in the Pepsodent Siwak advertisement in society is that it aims to seek salvation in the afterlife.

Drug use is a serious problem that not only impacts individuals personally, but also disrupts social stability and the welfare of society at large. This does not only happen in certain circles, but reaches various levels of society, including teenagers and youth. Factors such as a lack of understanding of the risks, environmental stress, and a lack of social support contribute to worsening the situation. This research aims to analyze the background, causal factors, impacts, and efforts to prevent drug abuse using a theologically based contextual approach. In this research, a qualitative descriptive method was applied by analyzing various literature references. Findings show that drug abuse has a detrimental impact on individuals' physical and mental health, affects social stability, and threatens the future of young people. Prevention efforts involving the role of parents, educational institutions, society and religion are crucial in overcoming this problem. A theologically based contextual approach is also proposed as a strategy that can strengthen understanding of the dangers of drugs and encourage individuals to take a wiser attitude in dealing with them. Thus, this research contributes to increasing understanding of the complexity of drug abuse problems and assists in the development of more effective prevention strategies.

Current social dynamics, such as changes in family structure, individualism, and globalization, also influence the inheritance distribution process. The division of inheritance in this journal takes a deeper look at inheritance rights to GS. The condition of GS, who is still a child, is not legally competent to take legal action. In this case, GS's grandfather and grandmother from BA are the guardians based on the paternal lineage attached to them who are the guardians. Further research is needed to understand the complexity of inheritance division in different social contexts. It is necessary to provide education and outreach to the public about the importance of proper inheritance planning and in accordance with applicable social norms and Islamic law.

This research is normative research by dissecting problems related to rules or norms, principles and regulations as well as court decisions, and analyzed descriptively. The research results show the factors that influence the judge in handing down decision number 4/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/PN.Lbo regarding the crime of child sexual intercourse, seen from both juridical and non-juridical aspects, which pay attention to the charges given by the public prosecutor, the facts of the trial and is based on two valid pieces of evidence, namely the testimony of the witness and the defendant. Non-juridical considerations are that the perpetrator admits his actions and mistakes, promises not to repeat them; the perpetrator has never been convicted and makes a statement that he will be responsible for what he did; and act kindly and politely during the trial. Therefore, judges in examining sexual relations cases must be more proportional and prioritize conscience, especially in terms of providing protection to victims, considering the long-lasting effects on the future of children and the nation.
