Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is one of the commercially edible mushrooms, has high economic value and is prospective as a source of income for farmers. Along with the increasing demand for oyster mushrooms, business opportunities for oyster mushrooms have promising prospects. Based on this, it is necessary to provide counseling and assistance for the production of Oyster Mushroom cultivation in Jambesari Village. The purpose of this service program is through education and demonstrations on how to manufacture and process mushroom growing media (baglog), sterilize mushroom growing media inoculate mushroom seeds into baglog, maintenance, harvesting and packaging in order to build an oyster mushroom cultivation business to improve the community's economy and make it as a superior product. The results of community service in counseling and assisting in oyster mushroom production are: 1). Partners are able to make oyster mushroom growing media by utilizing organic waste which is abundant, cheap and easy to obtain from the surrounding environment, namely sawdust so that sengon wood waste can be utilized so that it can make the environment cleaner and free of waste. 2). Cadres/target groups have expertise in oyster mushroom cultivation. 3). Increasing public knowledge that oyster mushroom products can be used to add nutrition or menus can also increase family income.

This article to evaluate the implementation of Student Admission (PPDB) by Zoning System in achieving the vision of educational equality, a case study in the South Tambun Region. Initially, the government issued Permendikbud number 51 of 2018 regarding PPDB BY Zoning System to remove the stigma of favorite and non-favorite schools and facilitate supervision of students. This research uses a qualitative approach, then the concept from James S. Coleman through his book Equality of Educational Opportunity (1967) describes the principles and concepts of equality of educational opportunity distribution in numerous ways. Coleman's study is used to assess the availability of equality of educational opportunity for various groups of students in Indonesia through a zoning system that has a vision of social equality for the community. Based on the results of the study, the zoning system has been running procedurally. However, the goal of equality of educational opportunities is hampered by the limitation of the old value-oriented paradigm and the consequences of new inequalities.

The development of technology is currently growing very rapidly making it easier for the community to convey information. 2D animation can be a means of socialization for the sake of interesting and efficient information. In the midst of the widespread Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia, the government took several steps to minimize the spread of Covid-19 by socializing including to schools. The school always reminds its students to comply with health protocols. However, less interesting socialization makes children less enthusiastic in understanding the purpose of socialization. The purpose of this research is to make a 2D animated video about Covid-19. This 2D animated video is made as attractive as possible with characters and sound effects that children like so that children become interested in learning and understanding about covid-19. Based on the results of this educational media test, it has been tested on children and helps children in the process of delivering information about covid 19 more effectively and interestingly. Of the 20 respondents, 60% (12 people) agreed that animated videos help children understand covid 19

The purpose of this research is to analyze the efforts of the Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Brebes to obtain an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) on the Government Financial Report (LKPD). This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This study used a SWOT analysis and data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and was supported by observation, documentation and triangulation.  Based on the processed data, it can be concluded that in the strength factor, the highest average is the commitment and high integrity of the Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Brebes and the Board of Institution Leaders, with a value of 7.9. The lowest average value is on the weakness factor, the area of Brebes Regency so that the total assets are larger and more complex, with a value of 6.0. The highest average value is on the opportunity factor in (Bimtek) and socialization from the central government with a value of 7.7. The lowest average value on the threat factor (Threat), the culture of the community that does not consider education is important, with a value of 6.1. The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

The development of computers in the current era can help teachers improve human resources (HR), especially in the field of education. SPSS and Excel are statistical applications that can process teacher research data such as education management data and classroom action research data and so on. This community service (PKM) is carried out in the form of statistical application training (SPSS and Excel) as well as writing techniques and publication of scientific articles. Participants in this activity consisted of 21 teachers and employees of the Muhammadiyah Mamala High School in Central Maluku. The conclusion obtained in this activity is that activities that have been carried out in the form of training are considered very good (99%). All material that has been planned can be delivered, although due to time constraints there are some materials that are only presented in an outline. The participants' ability in mastering the material was considered very   1Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Pattimura, Ambon-Maluku         good (98%). This is based on the teacher's ability in training and trials in the form of classroom action research data processing using Excel and SPSS applications. In addition, from the results of the training given to the participants, it was found that all the training participants perfectly mastered the tasks given in the training.

This community service aims to (1) instill self-confidence to grow development and introduce children to the basic schools to love more and more ancestral culture based on local wisdom; (2) Promote a sense of trust with mental education with good character, based on the development guidelines of Pangkur Pupuh 3Serhatama Fiber, and (3) Fostering a smart and quality society, through basic education that has the spirit of Pancasila. The method of implementation used in this service with learning and training socialization papers. The population of this study were 20 teachers, prospective teachers and students of SDN 3 Suruh. The result of this community service is that the teacher can understand the songs and practice the PangkurPupuh 3SeratWedhatama song. Thus, the method of learning through training and socialization is more effective in making teachers, prospective teachers and students understand the philosophy of Armageddon 3Swedhatama fiber.

Pondok Pesantren is a non-formal institution that is engaged in religious education. Pesantren is one of the places of education and preaching that is required to be able to provide information about Islam to the wider community. Easy access to information and communication, can be used to introduce pesantren to the public. Promotion using video profiles, brochures and banners has not been able to provide as much information as possible to the public, causing the pesantren to be less well known to the public. This research, in general, aims to promote and provide the widest possible information about Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 and its activities to the public through the website. In particular, it makes it easy for the public to access information and communicate intensively with administrators of the Addainuriyah 2 Semarang Islamic boarding school. The research method in this study is based on the suitability and type of research, using the Research and Development (R&D) method. R&D in education is often called research-based development. As a result of this research, the implementation of the website as a media of promotion and information in the Addainuriyah 2 Semarang Islamic boarding school, can provide a lot of information to the public, and as a means of communication between the general public and administrators of Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 Semarang.

Leadership is an activity used to influence the behavior of other people so that they are willing to be directed to achieve certain goals, one of which is improving the performance of nursing services. Performance is an effort made from the results of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization in accordance with their respective authorities. This research method uses an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional study approach. The research population was all nurses at the Ridge Community Health Center, totaling 55 people with a sample size of 55 people, the sampling technique used total sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The research results showed that the majority of respondents were women (72.7%) with a D3 education (76.4%) aged 21-30 years (40.0%) with a length of work of 1-10 years (52.7%). The results of statistical tests show that there is no relationship between authoritarian (p=0.185) and democratic (p=0.128) leadership styles on nurse performance. Meanwhile, there is a relationship between participative leadership style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) on nurse performance. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that at the Ridge Community Health Center, the Participative Leadership Style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) are implemented, resulting in greater performance of good nurses compared to less good performance of nurses.

Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam perwujudan dan penyelenggaraan pendidikan seringkali diabaikan. Padahal, dalam hal penyelenggaraan pendidikan, masyarakat memiliki hak dan tanggungjawab untuk menyelenggarakan pendidikan berbasis masyarakat ( Community based education) berdasarkan kekhasan agama, sosial, budaya, aspirasi, dan potensi masyarakat sebagai perwujudan pendidikan dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengkaji Peran serta masyarakat dalam pendidikan meliputi peran serta perseorangan, kelompok, keluarga dalam penyelenggaraan dan pengendalian mutu pelayanan pendidikan. Masyarakat dapat berperan serta sebagai sumber, pelaksana, dan pengguna hasil pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang mengacu pada fenomenologis. Penentuan subyek penelitian dipilih berdasarkan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: partisipasi masyarakat dalam peningkatan mutu antara lain partisipasi bentuk sukarela, pengambilan keputusan, pemikiran dan pembiayaan

A Pap smear is an attempt to take fluid from the cervix to examine the presence of abnormalities in the cells around the cervix. In this examination, it can usually be determined whether the cells in the mouth of the uterus are still normal, have changed into cancer, or have become cancer cells. Apart from that, inflammation and infection of the cervix can be determined from this examination. The aim of the research is to find out the general picture of early detection of cervical CA with pap smears in couples of childbearing age at the Kesu Health Center. This research was carried out by the Kesu Health Center. The method in this research uses descriptive analytics by taking a sample of 100 centers, with an accidental sampling technique, namely taking samples by taking into account the researchers' considerations. The data used in the research is primary data with the variables studied namely early detection of cervical CA with pap smears. Based on 100 respondents who had good knowledge, 47 people (47%), had sufficient knowledge, 49 respondents (49%) and had sufficient knowledge, 4 people (4%). Based on 100 respondents who received information sources, 40 respondents (40%) from print, electronic and non-media media did not know where to get pap smears and 60 respondents (60%) who did not get information from print, electronic and non-media media did not know where to get pap smears. Based on 100 respondents, all of them did not know where to get a pap smear. The conclusion is that there are more PUS who have sufficient knowledge and less and do not know where to check pap smears. It is hoped that the midwives at the Kesu' Community Health Center will further increase their education to couples of childbearing age so that they are willing to carry out early detection examinations for cervical Ca.

The term phenomenon begal legislation criminal penalties stipulated in Article 365 CriminalCode.             The problem according to the author in this study is how countermeasures against the crime of theft by weighting (nozzle) conducted by the robber in the jurisdiction Polrestabes Semarang and obstacles faced by the police in combating the criminal acts of theft by weighting (nozzle) conducted by begal in Semarang Polrestabes jurisdictions as well as efforts to overcome the problems.             The method used in this research is sociological juridical is an approach that uses the principles and legal principles derived from the rules written, sociological is an approach that aims to clarify the real situation in society towards the issues examined in other words give meaning important on the steps of observation. The use of sociological juridical methods conducted by the researchers is not only based on laws and legal provisions relating to countermeasures against acts pidanapencurian by weighting (nozzle) conducted by the robber in the area of ​​Law Polrestabes Semarang.             The results showed that the prevention of the crime of theft by weighting (nozzle) conducted by the robber in the area of ​​Law Polrestabes Semarang, namely by attempts non penal or preventive such as by making banners that contain extension or an appeal to the people to always remember safety self-owned assets, and outreach to the community. Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution. This community service aims to (1) provide understanding in the preparation of learning tools that are integrated with environmental education, (2) socialize innovative programs as an effort to realize the school’s cares and cultured environment, and (3) inculcate the attitude of environmental concern and scientific attitude to students of elementary school. The place of the community service is done in SDN Prawit I No. 69 Surakarta. Methods of implementation of community service include: (1) the approach method undertaken from the survey, licensing and motivation stages for the teacher to be trained (2) the method of program implementation, including the preliminary stage, the socialization and audience stage, the implementation stage and the final evaluation stage. The expected output targets is the teacher who attended this training is able to arrange learning tools and able to realize the program to the school’s cares and cultured environment. The resulting output is educational environment-oriented learning tools, Green Club's extracurricular design, implementation program in realizing a caring and cultured school environment, and publication of community service articles in scientific journals. Based on the dedication that has been done, the teachers feel interested and start designing environmentally oriented learning tools, schools have implemented clean and healthy life behaviour, and start running programs to adiwiyata school.Keywords: Environmental Concern Attitude, Scientific Attitude, School’s Care and Cultured Environment.

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purwodadi is a formal educational institution located on Jl. P. Diponegoro No. 22, the direction of Jalan Purwodadi - Solo. MAN Purwodadi as one of the Secondary Education Institutions in Purwodadi has an important role in the future, in the context of increasing the intelligence of the nation while preparing students who are faithful and devoted and possessing Science and Technology which are characteristic of their Islam. Some agencies including educational institutions in an effort to improve the image both in terms of promotion and information now, have begun to use website media that can be quickly accessed widely so as to improve the quality of service to the community. MAN Purwodadi in the current promotion and information efforts still use the method of manually explaining which will certainly take time and effort and still use print media that has limited reach and requires more costs for each print each year. MAN Purwodadi until now does not have a new alternative media in the form of a website that follows the times that if not followed up will certainly be less competitive in terms of promotion and information. Therefore, it is necessary to have new alternative media that are effective and efficient and sustainable which in addition to increasing positive value for MAN Purwodadi, can also support and cover up the weaknesses of promotional media and information that has been used before. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire method of 30 respondents in potential students using a Likert scale to find out the responses of respondents to each variable. Then do the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. From the analysis obtained product information level score of 390 or 32.5%; the effective level of the product is 222 or 18.5%; and the product efficiency level of 399 or 33.25%. From the existing score indicators, if added together the results will show the extent of the feasibility of the website as a promotional media and MAN Purwodadi information. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that Website Design as a Media Promotion and Information on MAN Purwodadi is considered "Very Effective". This is based on the calculation of the scale which states that if all the values ​​of the indicators are added up to produce a total value of 1011 where the value is between 976 - 1200 which states "Very Effective".

This community service activity is motivated by the importance of Strengthening digital communication capacity within environmental communities to support the sustainability of community-based environmental conservation movements. The MAT PECI Community (Indonesian Community for Ciliwung Care) as an active partner in conservation and education along the Ciliwung River still faces limitations in managing digital organizational communication, particularly in documentation, publication, and social media optimization aspects. This activity aims to enhance the capacity of community members in utilizing digital media as a means of communication, education, and environmental advocacy. The method used is Participatory Action Research with a participatory approach that involves the community actively from problem identification, planning, implementation, to evaluation. The program includes digital communication training, mentoring in social media content creation, basic photography and videography training, and the development of community digital publication strategies. The results show an increase in members’ understanding and skills in using social media, behavioral changes toward more structured documentation, greater awareness of the importance of digital communication, and the formation of a more directed organizational communication system. The findings indicate that strengthening community-based digital communication is effective in social empowerment and supports the sustainability of environmental conservation movements.
