Challenges to the rights possessed by humans can cover various complex and various kinds, such as social, political, and economic. There are challenges such as freedom of opinion and the existence of the press, where even though freedom of the press has been recognized, there is still pressure and intimidation against journalism. Cases such as arrests and violence against journalists who cover this sensitive issue often occur. There are land conflicts between indigenous communities and large companies (especially in the plantation and mining sectors), which can often result in forced evictions. These laws can often be used to further suppress freedom of religion and speech, and have led to many people being imprisoned on charges of blasphemy. Many workers in the informal and formal sectors experience poor working conditions, including low wages, long hours, and a lack of occupational health and safety protection.

This study aims to gather information about what workload factors have an impact on the work stress of police officers. The research method used is a literature study, where several previous studies are collected and reviewed in more depth to find out about what workload factors affect work stress in police officers. The results of this study indicate that workload has an impact on work stress. Workload itself can be divided into two categories, namely quantitative and qualitative workload. Quantitative workload includes aspects such as working hours, volume of work, and the quality of the difficulty of the work carried out. Meanwhile, qualitative workload is related to the individual's ability to complete tasks well and the individual's perception of the workload faced. This is reinforced by research results from previous studies which indicate that there is a relationship between workload and job stress. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a more comprehensive perception of how workload affects work stress in police officers, and become the basis for developing better stress management strategies in the police work environment.

This research aims to analyze the workload of TruLaser Trumpf 3030 machine operators at PT. XZY using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, direct observation, and lead time measurements in the Preparation Department, especially on the Trumpf TruLaser 3030 Machine. The results of the analysis showed variations in FTE values over 3 days for 1 machine operator for 8 working hours. Although the majority of FTE values are below the overload value, there is one case where the FTE value on September 20 2023 is 0.861, below the required standard. The conclusion shows that there is no problem of work overload for the Trumpf TruLaser 3030 machine operator, however, overtime or overtime is planned by the PPIC/Planner team to achieve production targets. Factors such as machine speed, machine errors, equipment delays, and hampered production processes cause operator idle time. The recommended solution is to maintain and repair machines regularly, plan a more efficient work flow, prepare materials well, improve facilities for material handling, and carefully plan the production process. To overcome idle time, it is recommended to provide additional work such as training for interns or administrative work during shift changes or the next day.

Workload often causes problems faced by employees in various agencies. Employee performance becomes ineffective and inefficient because the workload is too low or too high. The aim of this research is to conduct an analysis of the fatigue and workload of employees in the E-Government Administration Department. Analyzing workload is an important part of efforts to improve bureaucratic reform in government. The application of workload analysis helps determine the number of working hours required to complete a task, or in other words calculate the amount of work, responsibility or workload that must be borne by a person. Less than optimal application of workload analysis can affect employee performance, such as uneven distribution of employees, accumulation of employees in one unit, or an unbalanced number of employees. Therefore, a workload analysis application is needed to help manage job workload.

The incentive system at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is not optimal in terms of proportionality, that is, there are quite significant differences in the receipt of incentives for nursing staff for the same item and in the same month. Apart from that, employee performance is not yet optimal in terms of work quality, namely there is still a lot of work that is not completed on time, employee attitudes are less friendly towards visitors, and employees are not quick and agile in serving patient wishes. Furthermore, working time is not optimal because there are still complaints, especially doctors' hours which are sometimes not on time and nurses have not been able to make good use of working time so that their work is not fulfilled according to the schedule set by the hospital. The research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative design. The data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Conclusion Drawing, and Triangulation. The results of the research show that (1) The service incentive system at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is not optimal, this is because the indicators in the service incentive system are not running optimally, namely proportionality, but the indicators of performance, professionalism, distributiveness and teamwork are running optimally. (2) The performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is not yet optimal, this is because the performance indicators have not been optimal, namely the quality produced and working time, but the quantity produced and cooperation has run optimally. This study aims to determine and analyze the protection of domestic workers related to working time and to determine what legal remedies can be done in the event that working time exceeds working time in general. Researchers use the type of normative juridical research. This writing focuses on literature research in the form of collecting legal materials with legal approaches and concepts that are analyzed in a legal perspective. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Regulation No. 2 of 2015 on the protection of domestic servants (PRT) has not been able to reach the Act No. 13 of 2003 in the employment relationship. Since domestic workers are considered not employed “employers", they do not get the protection that the law gives to other workers. (2) the Ideal worker timing Model for domestic workers in Indonesia is still unclear. Domestic workers in Indonesia are still very vulnerable to exploitation related to inhumane working hours, especially for domestic workers who live with their employers. Therefore, it is expected that the government can immediately ratify the Domestic Workers Bill into the Domestic Workers Act

This research discusses the performance allowance system (pay-for-performance), which is a more modern and progressive system and is expected to improve employee performance significantly. The aim is to analyze the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) system in improving the individual performance of the Langkat Regent's office. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, and the data analysis technique used is through interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) system in improving the individual performance of the Langkat Regent's office is quite good, this is shown in the performance sheet management system in providing performance allowances which uses the SIMPEG E-Kinerja application, thereby simplifying and speeding up the reporting process. However, there are still weaknesses, namely the existence of organizational behavior that cannot be overcome, for example crab mentality, allowances provided by agencies that are not in accordance with the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who are late in coming to the office, do not come to the office, employees who leave their duties during working hours without permission, delays in incentive payments at the Langkat Regent's Office. Therefore, some employees feel unfair in the performance allowances they receive, and this causes competition between employees, they become lazy and less motivated to work hard, until in the end they prefer to just work as it is.

PG XYZ is a company part of agribusiness which operates in the sugar cane agroindustry in the Sidoarjo area. PT. PG XYZ is trying to minimize the stopping hours for each mill for six months. With the Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG) analysis method, the causes and effects can be identified and minimized so that the company gets maximum profits in an efficient time. The sugar cane milling activity is an important part of the company's production system and has risks that have a very large impact and often occur when milling machines stop working. This is due to factors that influence the milling machine. Based on the research results, it was found that PT. PG XYZ, the biggest thing that happened and had a lot of weight was the root causes that had an impact on the machine, namely the drive engine protection device didn't work, the limit switch didn't work, the backup device was damaged, the electric motor caught fire, the oil cylinder leaked, the gearbox shaft broke. Meanwhile, for the weighting of the solution. PT. PG XYZ doubles the driving machine as a double drive, upgrades the driving machine, buys a bigger chain, adds human resources, makes spare tools. With this weighting, it is hoped that we can control stopping hours based on problem data and the most effective solutions and industrial activities run well and produce the best quality.
