The analysis of intergenerational conflicts emphasizes the importance of effective conflict management, while the section on intergenerational communication outlines strategies to address these differences. Research findings identify variations in communication styles, perceptions of values, technological impacts, and conflicts. In conclusion, a profound understanding of intergenerational communication is crucial for productivity and a harmonious work environment in organizations with diverse generations.

This research discusses the importance of developing effective contextual catechesis methods for prospective catechist students, especially in facing modern challenges involving social change, technology and contemporary moral issues. The focus of the research is to understand the integration of these aspects into religious teaching approaches to prepare students to apply religious values ​​in their daily lives. Spiritual challenges in the modern world, including clericalism and restrictions on the scope of catechists, require innovative and adaptive responses in learning and preaching approaches. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through literature study to investigate relevant literature. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a theoretical and practical basis for religious educators, enabling prospective catechist students to integrate religious teachings with the context of their lives. Thus, this research contributes to developing catechesis methods that are responsive to changing times, preparing the younger generation to face spiritual challenges wisely in the ever-changing modern era.

The growing awareness of public health and environmental sustainability has increased the demand for organic products, particularly vegetables. CV Reja Mayur, as a producer of organic vegetables, plays a crucial role in meeting the needs of the growing market. In the competitive organic vegetable industry, innovative and sustainable marketing strategies are crucial. Green marketing, focusing on environmental sustainability and social responsibility, can be a solution to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with consumers who are concerned about sustainability. Community service activities were conducted at CV Reja Mayur, located in Desa Claket and Mligi, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto, using the method of green marketing socialization. The results of this activity indicate that green marketing can highlight the positive impact of CV Reja Mayur's organic vegetable products on the environment. CV Reja Mayur can implement measures such as strengthening transparency, involving consumers in sustainability initiatives, utilizing social media, obtaining organic certification, and innovating in products and business processes. After receiving green marketing socialization, it is expected that CV Reja Mayur can enter a more sustainable marketing era and capitalize on the potential market that increasingly values organic products and sustainability.

  The moral crisis that is currently hitting the millennium era has raised deep concerns about the moral values ​​of today's society.  The ethical crisis in the millennial era is becoming an increasingly deep and complex problem.  Various factors, such as the influence of globalization, technological progress, and social change, have shaped the context of individual behavior and weakened basic moral values.  In this context, this review examines the importance of citizenship education as the main solution for forming individual character and social ethics in the millennium era.  This study discusses the concept of citizenship education, the role of educational institutions and the challenges faced in realizing civic values ​​in education.  The research results highlight the importance of citizenship education in overcoming the current moral crisis and emphasize the need for cooperation between government, educational institutions and society to achieve this goal.  Key: Citizenship Education, Morals, Millennial Generation

Comparative law as a science in the Western world is a very young branch of science, only growing rapidly at the end of the 19th century or at the beginning of the 20th century. Previously, efforts had been made to compare several systems with each other, but at that time It cannot be said that research has been carried out using a comparative method carried out systematically and continuously with the aim of achieving a certain goal. The method used is library research, collecting data by searching for sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, journals and existing research. In its development, this legal system recognized the division of public law and private law. Public law includes legal regulations that regulate the power and authority of the ruler/state as well as the relationships between society and the state (the same as public law in the Anglo-Saxon legal system). Private Law includes legal regulations that regulate relationships between individuals in meeting their daily needs. The values ​​of the western legal system are not in accordance with the noble values ​​of the Indonesian nation, resulting in a gap between the law and the Indonesian society it regulates. The customary law system has its values ​​in certain indigenous communities, can only be believed and practiced by indigenous communities, and cannot be ratified as national law, and the Islamic legal system's values ​​are believed and practiced by the majority of Indonesian people nationally.

This article discusses the civil aspect in contract cases, which are used by many people in various business collaborations. This article uses a normative research method, and uses a statutory approach. The provisions limiting the authority to make this exoneration clause have not been explicitly regulated. The only provision is the UUPK, although it uses the term standard clause which turns out to be different in meaning from the exoneration clause. In this case the standard clause is defined as a clause made unilaterally by the business actor, but its contents may not lead to an exoneration clause. Meanwhile, the exoneration clause as explained earlier is a clause that contains an attempt to limit, or even completely eliminate, the responsibility that should be borne by one of the parties, in this case the business actor. Legal protection is to provide protection for human rights that are harmed by others and this protection is given to the community so that they can enjoy all the rights granted by law so that the achievement of business/economic development goals in Indonesia is achieved in accordance with the values ​​of justice of the Indonesian people.

The influence of digital media is growing rapidly and influencing the lives of Christian families. The development of digital media has an impact on Christian families. Families have challenges in dealing with this situation. So Christian families need to rebuild a foundation that is able to meet the demands of the times and is in accordance with God's teachings. Building an attitude of love that can answer the needs of the times and is in line with God's teachings. The love that is built in a Christian family is Agape love. Agape love means total love, identified with God's love for His creation. An attitude of love is important for Christian families in everyday life. This article focuses on efforts to build an attitude of love in Christian families and the importance of an attitude of love for Christian families in the digital era. The implication of this research is to guide Christian families in using social media and technology responsibly. This includes monitoring the content consumed and maintaining Christian values ​​in interactions. This article uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. The data used in this article is secondary data from various sources such as books, articles and journals. Based on the research results, it was found that an attitude of love helps Christian families to maintain integrity and harmony in the digital era with healthy communication, using devices or applications that support togetherness and technology as a means of strengthening the quality of family relationships.

  Pancasila contains five basic meanings that are interrelated with the nation's history, national ideology, ethics and various other aspects. Ethics is a system of values ​​or moral norms that serve as guidelines for a person or group of people to behave and act. The application of Pancasila in life can be said to be still not fully implemented. There are still various deviations from Pancasila values. Deviations that can still be seen clearly are forest fires. Various irresponsible human actions such as cutting down trees on a large scale and throwing cigarette butts carelessly are the causes of forest fires. The importance of forests for the survival of life is one of the important factors for the need for forest protection. Humans are required to have good ethics and are in harmony with the nation's ideology. Regarding this matter, Pancasila is emphasizing in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as a guide, source of law, and legal principles in drafting laws and regulations regarding the environment, especially forests. In the era of rapid development of digital technology, one of the marketing strategies that is increasingly being applied is through artists as advertising promotions for a product through television, including advertisements on Clear shampoo products. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of celebrity endorser analysis, brand image, brand trust and television advertising on shampoo purchase decisions at Mapur stores in Brebes District. The correlation method with the quantitative approach method carried out is based on positivistic research data (concrete data), namely numerical values that will be measured by statistics as a calculation test tool, related to the problem studied to produce a conclusion. The population of this study was Clear shampoo customers at the Mapur store, Jagalempeni Village, Brebes Regency. The sample was obtained by the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% of the population of 413 people, then a sample of 80 respondents was obtained. The research instrument used was in the form of primary data from filling out questionnaires. The results of the t test in the study found that the brand trust variable did not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, brand trust had an effect on purchasing decisions, television advertisements did not affect purchase decisions. Based on the F test, this value is obtained that brand trust has the most significant influence, followed by brand image, television advertising, and celebrity endorsers in order of significance of influence in a given analysis model. These results provide an idea of the relative contribution of each independent variable to the dependent variable simultaneously influencing the determination in purchasing decisions on Clear shampoo products.

Abortion, as an intentional act of terminating pregnancy, focuses on various reasons, including maternal health conditions, fetal abnormalities, pregnancies resulting from rape, and economic and social factors. Abortion is considered a significant public health issue, particularly due to its substantial impact on maternal morbidity and mortality. This study also highlights the importance of considering values and ethics in abortion decision-making, emphasizing the role of an axiological approach. The research method is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The findings indicate that abortion decisions are influenced by economic factors, marital status, and psychosocial aspects. An axiological approach is crucial for considering ethical and moral values in abortion decisions.

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of adding hyperplasticizer and retarder on the compressive strength of self-compacting concrete. Fine aggregate and coarse aggregate from the Jenneberang River, Kab. Gowa. The concrete mix design uses a trial and error mix design for self-compacting concrete by making visual observations, so that the physical conditions of the mixture appear to be sufficient to produce a good mix. The stages of this research, by finding a comparison of the slump flow values ​​of the self-compacting Concrete concrete, then making test objects, after that curing the test objects using the water curing method for 28 days, then testing the compressive strength of the self-compacting Concrete concrete to produce comparison to the compressive strength of normal(conventional) concrete. The results of this research show that self-compacting concrete has a compressive strength value of 46.25 Mpa compared to normal concrete of 45.02 Mpa, an increase of 2.73% compared to normal concrete. And the slump value of normal concrete is 8 - 13 cm, while the slump flow of self-compacting concrete is 63 - 84.9 cm, with a time range between 2.53 - 3.46 seconds, able to reach a diameter of 500 mm on the segregation board.  

Providing a living in Islam is the responsibility of a husband. The provisions on the husband's obligation to provide maintenance give rise to new problems regarding the wife's implementation of work to meet the family's needs. The aim of this research is to evaluate the sharia values ​​that exist in the case of women working for a living. The problem in this research is how women work to earn a living for their family's needs in the view of maqashid sharia, what are the factors that influence women who work to earn a living, including: the husband's illness, helping prepare the family's future and the factor of helping the husband's income to meet family needs and this can be justified by referring to maqashid sharia. This research uses descriptive research methods using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The results of this research are that in a family the husband and wife can play the same role in the family, the wife plays the role of breadwinner for the family due to various factors that cause the family's needs to not be met.

The purpose of this activity is to provide students with understanding and skills related to the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) on the Theme of Local Wisdom in Traditional Sports for SKOI East Kalimantan Students. The advantage of this activity is completing school programs related to P5 in the independent curriculum. The method used is 1) Preparatory stage, preparing material from guidelines, PPT and Project Module Strengthening Pancasila P5 Student Profile, 2) Implementation stage, delivery of material and demonstrations related to traditional sports games, 3) Evaluation stage, sharing or discussion of values and students' understanding in implementing the socialization of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The results of the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) were in the good and responsive category, meaning that there was an understanding of students about the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). Meanwhile, students looked very enthusiastic in paying attention to the explanations conveyed by the service team with a positive response and were not ashamed ask if there is a misunderstanding in the service team's explanation. Students are very enthusiastic in terms of listening to traditional sports, which are media for introducing local wisdom values such as game sports, stilts, Bakiak, Asin Naga/Gobak Sodor, and Gasing and the monitoring results of the service team, as a whole the students have done the task given quite well. This can be seen from the results of understanding and demonstrating items from all types of traditional game sports

This research aims to analyze time and cost control on the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project managed by PT. LUM uses the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. EVM is an effective method for measuring project performance and progress by combining cost, time and completed work data. This case study uses secondary data obtained from project progress reports and PT financial data. LUM. Analysis is carried out to identify cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) as well as cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (Schedule Performance Index - SPI). The research results show that the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project experienced several deviations from the planned budget and schedule, with CV and SV showing negative values ​​at several project stages, indicating cost overruns and delays. The CPI and SPI values ​​obtained also provide an overview of the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. Based on these findings, several improvement steps are recommended to optimize time and cost control to improve project performance in the future. This research makes an important contribution in providing insight into the application of EVM in fiber optic installation projects and can be used as a reference in managing similar projects in the future.

This study aims to delineate the values of local wisdom within the oral tradition of Umpasa from an ecolinguistic perspective. The ecolinguistic perspective is supported by communication ethnography studies. Data for this research were collected using observation methods, note-taking techniques (linguistics), complemented with ethnographic conversation methods and recording techniques (ethnography). Data analysis employed the extralingual correspondence method and contextual analysis techniques. The results of the analysis indicate that local wisdom within the oral tradition of Umpasa is manifested through tangible forms of local wisdom such as rocks and water, ulos motifs, and traditional houses; as well as through intangible forms of local wisdom such as proverbs, advice, and poetry. Each form of local wisdom manifests noble values that reflect the collective cultural appreciation of the society. This research examines the values of local wisdom embodied in the oral tradition of Umpasa within Batak society through an ecolinguistic approach and communication ethnography studies. The oral tradition of Umpasa is an inseparable part of the rich and diverse Batak culture, containing advice, proverbs, and songs laden with ancestral wisdom and teachings. Unlike physically tangible local wisdom, Umpasa exists as an intangible heritage transmitted orally, bringing deep understanding of the relationship between humans and nature and culture. These dimensions of local wisdom reflect the collective cultural appreciation of Batak society. Pulau Jambu village, located in Kampar Regency, Riau, Indonesia, has an area of 60.7 km2 and a population of around 3,254 people, with the majority adhering to Islam. This village is divided into four hamlets: Sungai Betung, Kampung Panjang, Kampung Baru, and Pulau Jambu. This article describes the four main pillars that form the essence of Indonesian people's lives in Pulau Jambu Village: the "Kukerta Bangun Kampung" program as a form of community service, a lively 1 Muharram celebration, outreach efforts about stunting, and the commemoration of independence on August 17.each of these elements reflects cultural identity, religious values, health challenges, and the spirit of patriotism in the village community. With a variety of activities that include Adhan, Recitation, Tahfidz competitions, as well as festive competitions on August 17, Pulau Jambu Village strengthens Indonesian unity and culture while overcoming the problem of stunting and improving people's welfare

Learning the History of Islamic Culture (SKI) in Madrasahs has the aim of providing knowledge about Islamic history and culture to students, then from this history students are expected to be able to take inspiration, values ​​and meaning in that history. However, in reality, after being investigated, learning the history of Islamic culture in Madrasas found several problems (problematics) in SKI learning. This research aims to find out what the problems are and how to overcome them by using the library research method by reading sources from the internet such as journals which the researchers then analyze. Then the results of this research are that the problems of SKI learning include: problems of students, problems of educators, problems of facilities and infrastructure, problems of insufficient learning time, negative views about SKI, problems of learning that is less interesting or monotonous, and problems of the dominance of cognitive aspects of knowledge. In SKI learning, the solution to overcome this problem is for teachers to better master the learning material and teachers are required to be creative and innovative in creating an SKI learning atmosphere that is interesting and easy to understand by students by using interesting strategies, media and methods using advanced science and technology technology.

This research aims to investigate how the values ​​of the motto "Satu Tungku Tiga Batu" are understood and internalized through Islamic Education learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. In this context, Islamic Education plays a significant role in shaping individuals' character and morality. The motto, which carries the meaning of unity, cooperation, and mutual support, has not been fully interpreted in the context of Islamic learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. A case study method is used to examine how this motto is applied in the Islamic Education curriculum. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with lecturers and students, and content analysis of lecture materials. The results of this research highlight the importance of the role of Islamic education in shaping understanding and acceptance of moral values ​​among students. The implications of these findings include suggestions for curriculum development and strategies to enhance the integration of Islamic values ​​in an academic context. This research contributes to understanding how Islamic education can strengthen ethical principles and reinforce communal bonds within the educational environment.

This article describes the training and teaching of Bible songs conducted at the Gereja Kristen Setia Indoneisa (GKSI) Nazareth Keladan, West Kalimantan, with the aim of increasing children's spiritual identity and Bible understanding. Participatory approach methods and song-based learning approaches were applied in this activity. This article describes the process of planning and implementing the training, the materials presented, as well as the results and impacts achieved. It is hoped that the training and teaching of Bible songs will strengthen children's relationship with the Bible, help them recognize the character and values of the Bible, and increase their participation in the worship life of the church.

Understanding the fiqh of buying and selling plays an important role in shaping the character of madrasah students who are honest, fair, and responsible in their daily economic activities. This article aims to examine the urgency of understanding the fiqh of buying and selling for madrasah students and its impact on their economic behavior. The study was conducted in one of the madrasah aliyah with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that understanding the fiqh of buying and selling can increase students' awareness of the importance of honesty and justice in economic transactions. However, challenges still exist in the process of internalizing fiqh values consistently in real life. Therefore, the role of teachers and contextual learning approaches are very important to strengthen the understanding and practice of fiqh of buying and selling among madrasah students.
