This research is motivated by the lack of students' reading ability and interest in reading at SMPN 1 Pagu and they prefer fun activities because they think that reading is boring unlike when reading novels, comics and other picture books. So in this case it requires special attention from teachers and parents to provide extra education for children so that they are interested in reading and improve their reading comprehension skills, both at home and especially at school. The formulation of the problem is 1) What is the influence of the Quantum Reading Learning Model on Students' Reading Comprehension Ability in Class Ⅶ Social Sciences Subjects at SMPN 1 Pagu? ; 2) What is the influence of the Quantum Reading Learning Model on Students' Reading Interest in Social Sciences Subjects in Class Ⅶ at SMPN 1 Pagu? . The research objectives in this thesis are 1) To determine the effect of the Quantum Reading learning model on students' reading comprehension abilities in class VII social studies at SMPN 1 Pagu; 2) To determine the effect of the Quantum Reading learning model on students' reading interest in social studies subjects at SMPN 1 Pagu, Kediri Regency in 2023/2024. This research uses a quantitative approach. Quasi experimental type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all class VII students at SMPN 1 Pagu, Kediri Regency. The samples in this research were class VII B students consisting of 36 students and class VII C consisting of 36 students. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used is the paired sample T test (Paired Sample T Test). The results of the research show that 1) the Quantum Reading learning model has an influence on the Reading (Comprehension) of Class VII students at SMPN 1 Pagu, Kediri Regency 2023/2024, as evidenced by the obtained significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. 2) the Quantum Reading learning model influences the reading interest of Class VII students at SMPN 1 Pagu, Tulungahung Regency 2023/2024, as evidenced by the acquisition of students' reading interest with a significance (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Learning organisation strategies or Learning Strategies refer to the ways used by educators or instructors to organise and structure the learning process to be effective and efficient. Where there are 3 indicators, namely modification of time allocation, modification of content or material and modification of the teaching-learning process. Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 40 Jakarta opens a pathway for students with special needs or often called people with disabilities. This study aims to describe the modification of time allocation for children with special needs (ABK) in the Merdeka Curriculum of SMPN 40 Jakarta. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Social Studies Learning Strategy for children with special needs is included in the good categorisation with a percentage of data accumulation results of 68%. This means that the modification of time allocation for children with disabilities at SMPN 40 Jakarta has been done well.

Teachers are a big influence in cultivating the success of students' insight and attitudes. The guidance given by teachers also needs to be given to the values of caring for the environment. The character of caring for the environment does not only come from intuition and talent, but also comes from habits and an educational process that cares about the environment. A concrete manifestation provided by the government in cultivating the character of caring for the environment through the Adiwiyata Program in schools. The predicate of Adiwiyata is Mandiri and is an example of a school to be coached by other schools, so to find out more the researcher wants to conduct research on the role of teachers in cultivating environmentally caring character through the Adiwiyata program. The aim of this research is to (1) find out the role of social studies teachers in forming character caring for the environment at SMPN 1 Wlingi (2) knowing the form of character that cares for the environment in students at SMPN 1 Wlingi. This research uses a qualitative approach and an intrinsic case study type of research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking data validity through technical triangulation and confirmability. The data analysis technique for this research is the Miles and Huberman technique through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this research are 1) The Role of Social Studies Teachers in Forming Environmentally Caring Characters a) Curriculum that is integrated with the environment, in the form of lesson plans/teaching modules that are integrated with material about the environment b) Participatory activities, in the form of the habit of cleaning the environment every morning, with guidance teachers, and insight through activities from learning materials. 2) Forming environmentally caring character through the Adiwiyata Program at SMPN 1 Wlingi in the form of an independent attitude and sense of responsibility possessed by students which is proven by the many activities that support the Adiwiyata Program, such as picket activities every morning and after school, clean Fridays, competitions cleanliness of the class, several activities integrated with learning materials in the form of making vlogs. and in general, SMPN 1 Wlingi implements minimizing plastic waste through the attitude of students by bringing provisions or drink bottles from home.

This study investigates the alignment between global competency frameworks and local educational practices, particularly in multilingual classrooms. With globalization influencing education, acquiring skills like intercultural communication and global citizenship is vital. However, integrating these competencies into local curricula remains inconsistent, especially in multilingual settings, where linguistic and cultural diversity pose challenges. Using qualitative methods such as curriculum mapping, teacher interviews, and classroom observations, the study identifies areas of alignment and misalignment. While global competencies are integrated into subjects like social studies and global health education, technical subjects like mathematics and science show less alignment. The study also highlights gaps in the development of intercultural competence and global communication skills, which are often underrepresented. Challenges like language barriers, the monolingual habitus of many schools, and limited professional development for teachers in multilingual contexts hinder the full implementation of global competencies. The study recommends improving curriculum integration of global competencies across all subjects and enhancing teacher training to support multilingual classrooms. Future research should explore regional variations in multilingual settings and how technology can aid in developing global competencies. Addressing these challenges will better prepare students for both local and global challenges in an interconnected world.

Self-efficacy is an individual’s confidence about performed accompanied task by the ability to complete the work that has been given. PKM can improve confidence education student to teaching in providing direct learning to learners. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that can increase self-efficacy of teaching in PKM courses. This research used a descriptive method with the research subjects of UNJ Social Studies Education Students class of 2020 who has attended the PKM course. UNJ Social Studies Education students have a moderate level of self-efficacy, which means that UNJ Social Studies Education students have the confidence to teach and are able to complete the task given during PKM. However, in the preparation process its implementation still has some shortage so that it can affect the self-efficacy of teaching. Influencing factors are (1) interest in becoming a teacher, (2) supporting courses, (3) implementation mechanisms, (4) sources of self-efficacy, Mastery Experience, Vicarious Experience, Social Persuasion, Physiological and Emotional State. Researchers can then use questionnaires so that the results obtained have definite numerical data so that self-efficacy can be measured properly.

The success of learning can be seen from student learning outcomes. Education can be said to be good if the process, educators, methods and knowledge conveyed can be accepted and absorbed by students which can later be applied again by those students. The aims of this research are 1) to find out the application of the lecture method to the learning outcomes of class VII students in Social Sciences subjects at Mts Al Huda Bandung, to find out the advantages and disadvantages of applying lecture method learning to social studies subjects for class VII students at MTs Al Huda Bandung, to find out to what extent are the learning outcomes of class VII students in Social Sciences subjects at Mts Al Huda Bandung. The data collection techniques used are interview techniques, object-related observation techniques and documentation techniques. At the same time, data analysis techniques are used to reduce, present and draw conclusions. Instilling environmental care character education in students through the adiwiyata program is very important considering the development of science and technology which makes human behavior increasingly exploit natural resources and lose concern for the environment. Through the Adiwiyata program, environmental care character education is expected to generate and realize environmental awareness by introducing children to the importance of environmental conservation. Environmental preservation can be pursued, especially in schools, through the Adiwiyata program. One of the schools in Tulungagung Regency which has the adiwiyata title is SMPN 2 Kauman Tulungagung. This research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation. The formulation of the problem in this research is related to activities in cultivating character education that cares about the environment, strategies for cultivating character education that cares about the environment, supporting and inhibiting factors for cultivating character education that cares about the environment. This research aims to: 1) find out the activities of instilling environmentally caring character education through the adiwiyata program in class IX social studies students at SMPN 2 Kauman Tulungnagung, 2) find out strategies for instilling environmentally caring character education through the adiwiyata program in class IX social studies students at SMPN 2 Kauman Tulungnagung, 3) determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for instilling environmentally caring character education through the adiwiyata program in class IX social studies students at SMPN 2 Kauman Tulungnagung. The results obtained from the research show that 1) in class VII, through socialization on waste recognition, socialization on waste selection, and socialization on waste banks, in class VIII there has begun to be a strengthening of the character of caring for the environment with discipline through class pickets, clean Fridays, not throwing away litter, keeping the classroom and yard clean, responsibility by being willing to accept punishment if you make a mistake, in class IX they have become role models for their younger classmates by giving examples of planting trees and caring for trees, 2) the strategy is that the school takes part in regular competitions, and schools make rules relating to adiwiyata, if anyone violates them they will be punished, 3) supporting factors such as example, teacher strictness, school regulations. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include school internals, student habits, students' lack of awareness of obeying the rules..

This research aims to describe and determine the influence of the Hypnoteaching Method on the Social Sciences Learning Outcomes of Class IV Students at UPT SD Negeri 181 Inpres Pattopakang, Takalar Regency. This research uses a Quantitative Experimental research method. The population in this study were all UPT students at SD Negeri 181 Inpres Pattopakang, Takalar Regency. The sampling technique used in this research is the Purposive Sampling technique, the sample in this research is all 34 class IV students. The instruments used in this research were observation of learning outcomes tests and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the research were based on descriptive analysis using SPSS version 26 regarding fourth grade students at UPT SD Negeri 181 Inpres Pattopakang, Takalar Regency. The average value of learning outcomes before applying the hypnoteaching method was 46.32 and after applying it. increased to 83.68. Based on inferential analysis with the help of SPSS version 26 in the normality test using the Kolmogrov-Smirnov test and it can be said that the data meets the assumption of normality because the significance value is >0.05 and in the independent sample t-test hypothesis test the value obtained sig (2-tailed) < 0.05 in the sense that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. From the results of the Normalized Gain Score (N-Gain) test, a value of 0.69 was obtained in the medium category and for the N-Gain percent, a value of 69.60 was obtained with a fairly effective classification. So it can be said that there is an influence of the hypnoteaching method on the social studies learning outcomes of class IV UPT SD students. Self-efficacy and learning difficulties are the basis of this study. The purpose of this study is to look for the relationship between self-efficacy and learning difficulties of Shiva Class XII Social Studies SMA Negeri 1 Juwana.      In this study the method used is quantitative with a correlational type of research, the population in this study is as much as 150. The sample of this study was 124 students who were determined by saturated sampling techniques. The data collection technique used the Self-efficacy scale and the Learning difficulties scale.Based on the correlation test, a sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, then the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and learning difficulties in students Kels XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Juwana. With a correlation level if viewed from the Pearson Correlation value of 0.657 which means the correlation level is moderate. Based on the F count of 92,879 with a significance level of 0.000, where the result can be interpreted as less than 0.5, it can be concluded that there is an influence between variable X (self-efficacy) and variable Y (learning difficulties) with a percentage of 43.2%.The relationship between self-efficacy and learning difficulties possessed by students is caused by the lack of self-confidence of students in subjects. The acquisition in this study can be said that if the self-efficacy of students is low, the level of difficulty experienced is higher, then vice versa if the self-efficacy of students is high, the lower the learning difficulties experienced by students.

This study aims to determine the role of Civics Teachers in the Formation of  Students’ Nationalism Attitudes at SMA Negeri 1 Roledelu in class X IPS 1This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Roledelu in class X Social Studies Department in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year.The method used is a research method with a descritive quantitative approach.The results obtained indicate that the role of PPKn teachers is very important in increasing the nationalism attitudes of students at SMA Negeri 1 Roledelu, namely civics Teachers as mentors, Civics Teachers as bridges between generations, Civics Education teachers as a stimulus for creativity, and Civics Education teachers as authorities.

The main problem in this research is whether there is an effect of using interactive PowerPoint learning media on fourth grade students' interest in learning in social studies subjects at SD Inpres Parang, Ulu Ere District, Bantaeng Regency. Meanwhile, the aim of the research carried out was to determine the effect of using interactive power point learning media on fourth grade students' interest in learning in social studies subjects at SD Inpres Paranga District. Ulu Ere District. Bantaeng. This type of research is pre-experimental research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this research was fourth grade students at SD Inpres Paranga, Ulu Ere District, Bantaeng Regency. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the use of interactive power point media on the learning interest of fourth grade students at SD Paranga Presidential Instruction, District. Ulu Ere Bantaeng Regency. The design used in this experimental research is one group pretest-posttest design. This can be seen from the comparison between the pre-test and post-test scores. The average pre-test score obtained was 55.47. The average score was in the 55-64 interval which was included in the medium category. However. The average posttest value obtained was 81.94 which was in the 65-84 interval, which means it was in the high category. The research results were obtained by researchers using at distribution table with a significance level of a = 0.05 and d. b = N-1 =17-1=16 then we get t0.05 = 1.024. After obtaining t Count = 10.45 and t Table = 1.024, we get t Count > t Table or 10.45 > 1.024 so it can be concluded that the use of Interactive Power Point Media has an effect on the learning interest of class IV students at SD Inpres Paranga District. Ulu Ure District. Bantaeng. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant difference in the influence of the use of interactive power point media on interest in learning social studies among fourth grade students at SD Inpres Paranga District. Ulu Ere District. Bantaeng.

This research aims to find out how teachers perceive the implementation of TPACK in current social studies learning. Learning has now entered the 21st century which requires teachers to be able to have communication and collaboration skills as well as utilize technology in the learning process within a framework in the form of TPACK. There are 7 components that need to be known in TPACK, including Technological Knowledge, Pedagogical Knowledge, Content Knowledge, Technological Pedagogical Knowledge, Technological Content Knowledge, Pedagogical Content Knowledge, and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge. The purpose of this article is to find out the views or perceptions of teachers in implementing TPACK in elementary school social studies learning. This research method uses library research, namely a method with a data collection process by understanding and studying theories from various literature study sources related to research issues or problems. The results of the research are that teachers' perceptions regarding the implementation of TPACK are very important and the components in the TPACK section need teachers to understand and apply them to students in the 21st century learning process.

SEJARI PADLET (Semangat Belajar IPS dengan Padlet) which is carried out on grade 6 students at Karangasem State Elementary School aims to increase students' enthusiasm or interest in learning. Padlet application as a container for sharing learning materials from teachers. Students independently explore the features of the Padlet application which has been filled in with learning material by the teacher. Students do not need to download the application but simply open the link. The Padlet application can be opened at any time so students can study the material again in sequence. Best practice has been implemented by applying the learning by doing method in several stages. The first stage is the preparation stage, the second stage is training, the third stage is the implementation of the learning process. The results of questionnaire analysis and observations during social studies learning before and after using the Padlet application increased by 42.8% to 86.8% from 44% before learning using the Padlet application. Previously, only around 4 students out of 9 students showed interest in taking part in social studies lessons. After using the Padlet application, around 8 out of 9 students have shown interest in taking part in social studies learning. The average student learning outcomes also increased by 13.75 to 90 from the previous 76.25. All student learning outcomes are above or equal to the KKM, meaning students understand the lesson material more easily. From these data it can be concluded that the Padlet application is able to increase students' enthusiasm and interest in learning social studies.

The implementation of the program in 2013 has brought changes to the learning process. Minister of Education and Culture Regulation no. Decree Number 65 of 2013 concerning Primary and Secondary Education Process Standards points to the need for learning processes to be guided by the principles of a scientific approach. The scientific approach applies to all subjects at all levels. Adopting a scientific approach can certainly cause its own difficulties, especially in exact subjects such as social studies. This research aims to conduct a study of the implementation of the 2013 social studies curriculum in secondary schools that implement the 2013 curriculum. The results of this research show that in general the implementation of the 2013 social studies curriculum in secondary schools uses the mutually adaptive curriculum implementation method, social studies teachers still encounter several obstacles, doubts doubtful and difficult to adapt to real conditions. This is proven by the academic performance of social studies teachers who use scientific methods, but most social studies learning is only carried out in the classroom so it does not provide special training learning experiences for students.

This research discusses the development of social studies material at MIS Aisyiyah North Sumatra by integrating the teachings of the Koran and Hadith. Involving critical analysis of existing materials, this research sets out development steps that ensure alignment with Islamic principles. Methods include identification of material, assessment according to Islamic values, and preparation of new material. Teacher and stakeholder participation is integrated to ensure acceptance and effectiveness of implementation in the educational environment. This research is expected to provide practical guidance for MIS Aisyiyah and similar madrasas, enabling the development of social studies material that reflects Islamic values, strengthening students' understanding of social studies while strengthening the moral and spiritual foundation.

This research discusses the development of social studies material at MIS Aisyiyah North Sumatra by integrating the teachings of the Koran and Hadith. Involving critical analysis of existing materials, this research sets out development steps that ensure alignment with Islamic principles. Methods include identification of material, assessment according to Islamic values, and preparation of new material. Teacher and stakeholder participation is integrated to ensure acceptance and effectiveness of implementation in the educational environment. This research is expected to provide practical guidance for MIS Aisyiyah and similar madrasas, enabling the development of social studies material that reflects Islamic values, strengthening students' understanding of social studies while strengthening the moral and spiritual foundation.
