Students' understanding of the linguistic principles that govern procedural texts, lack of teacher interest, and ineffective implementation of learning strategies were the impetus for conducting this research. The aim of this research is to provide an overview to class This research uses a quantitative research approach, more specifically a pre-test posttest control group design. Pre-test and post-test evaluations were carried out on both groups. The research sample consisted of 62 students, consisting of 30 class XI.B students as the experimental group and 32 class XI.C students as the control group. This research uses various data acquisition methods, such as documentation, written assessment, and observation. The t-test with paired sample significance levels was implemented in the SPSS version 22 computer program as part of the data analysis method. The results of the t-test carried out at a significance level of 0.05 show that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Regarding procedure texts, the Student Facilitator and Explain methodology has a big influence on the writing ability of MA Subullusalam Sriwangi class XI students.

Social assistance is an important aspect of government and non-government programs that can help on a large scale for the community so that the impact is to lighten life in the short term, but social assistance has several criteria such as income, social conditions, family status and the impact of the economic situation. . Knowing the criteria for social assistance is done by applying data mining to social assistance using the Naive Bayes algorithm procedure which produces accuracy calculations from 100 testing data, obtained good values, namely accuracy of 95.00%, precision of 92.31%, and recall of 97.95%.

This research aims to see how much influence results from learning using the Blended learning flex model system on student learning outcomes and their role in the learning process, especially on the material of writing procedural texts. In this study, a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design was used. One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design is a type of Pre-Experimental Design research. Data collection techniques use exams/tests and documentation. The population and sample size of this research are all class IV students at UPT SPF SDN Mamajang I, Makassar city, totaling 25 students. This research aims to determine the implementation of campaign finance audit procedures and evaluate their conformity with applicable quality standards.  The case study was conducted at the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Luthfi Muhammad & Partners. The data source was obtained from interviews with partners, the head of the audit implementation team, and members of the campaign fund auditors of KAP Luthfi Muhammad & Partners.  The research results showed that KAP Luthfi Muhammad & Partners did not make direct visits to the clients concerned when collecting the required reports and supporting evidence because it was done via the SIKADEKA website. At the stage of auditing campaign funds, KAP Luthfi Muhammad & Partners has referred to KPU regulations and applicable audit standards. Namely PKPU No. 18 in 2023.

This research aims to provide an overview of experimental procedures to determine the correct price and solubility product (Ksp) as materials in introductory chemistry practical work. This research was preceded by an experiment to assess solubility values ​​and products, and then a descriptive analysis was carried out regarding the results obtained. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the steps for determining Ksp are (1) Calculating the mass of substances that can dissolve in a specific volume of solvent, (2) Calculating the mass of substances that can dissolve in 1 liter of solvent (solubility in g/L), (3) Calculating moles substances that can dissolve in 1 liter of solvent (molar solubility in units of mol/L), (4) Calculate the concentration of each ion, and (5) Calculate the Ksp of the compound from the concentration of each ion raised to the power of the reaction coefficient.

Export activities are the activity of removing goods from within the country to the destination country. So exports are trade by sending goods to a country with which there has previously been an agreement by each representative of the country concerned, namely the exporter and importer. The smoothness of the export process can be seen from the document handling procedures carried out by PPJK so that the cargo can enter the customs area without any problems occurring. The aim of this research is to analyze the export document procedures for abrasive cloth cargo by PT. Millennium Trans Bahari as PPJK. In writing this thesis, research was carried out using a qualitative approach through direct observation methods at PT. Millennium Trans Bahari, interview method with one of the operational staff and documentation in the export and import division in the form of written data which includes documents required for export activities. The results obtained in this research are that the analysis of procedures for abrasive cloth cargo export documents by PPJK at PT. Millennium Trans Bahari, in its implementation, is in accordance with existing procedures.

This research is a developmental research with Borg and Gall designs. Data collection techniques implemented are structured interviews and rackets that will be given to students, teachers and experts. Descriptive analysis is the data analysis technique used in this research. The results of this study show that the results of validation by material experts, media experts, Indonesian language teachers, and student evaluation of the materials developed indicate that the materials are in the category of "Very Worthy". The validation results of the qualification can be described as follows: 88% of the evaluation results are very good, 2% of the media results are good, 91% of the lesson outcome is good, and 93% of the student or student participant's credibility is good.

PT Aaron Innovation is a company that focuses on marketing yummys mother and child products, such as breast milk, maternity food, and baby skincare. With the wider reach of consumers through the TikTok platform, the company faces the challenge of increasing product return rates. This study aims to optimize the product return process at PT Aaron Innovation by identifying and implementing strategies that can increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, speed up and improve the accuracy of return handling, and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a survey method, collecting data through direct observation and interviews with sources. The results showed that the current returns system is not optimal, with ineffective SOPs and a lack of special areas for returns handling, causing delays and irregularities in handling returned products.

The location where the research was carried out was SMA Negeri 8 Medan, which is on Jl. Pandau Hulu II, Sampali No. 23 Medan City District, Medan Area, North Sumatra, 20233 This study was carried out in June 2024. Through descriptive research, this study examines students' writing abilities in procedure text material. 34 SMA Negeri 8 Medan class XI students participated in this research. According to the findings of this study, the procedure text's content received an average score of 26.32 out of 100, placing it in the Good category at 75.21 percent. The number then was 825 for the procedural text structure aspect, with an excellent percentage of 80.88 percent and an average score of 24.26. The number is 1001 for the semantic part of procedural texts with a typical score of 29.44 and an excellent level of 84.12%. 2. According to KKM 75, the ability to write procedural texts is demonstrated by the fact that 27 students (79.41 percent) have completed the Indonesian Language KKM and 7 students (20.59 percent) have not completed the Indonesian Language KKM. 3. In view of the examination of achievement rates, the capacity to compose methodology texts of 16 understudies (47.06%) was in the excellent class, trailed by 15 understudies (44.12%) in the great class, 3 individuals (8.82%) in the great class. moderate, 0 understudies (0%), and 0 understudies (0%) in the unfortunate class.

Dacryocystography examination is the examination of the radiologist to show the nasolacrimal duct by using a positive contrast medium. The purpose of this examination is to describe the system of tear duct blockage and the level of blockage. This research method is descriptive with aproachcase study conducted in RSUP. Dr. WahidinSudirohusodo Makassar on Juni 2019. The inspection technique is done by using the projection Antero Posterior (AP), which contrast material is inserted throught the tear duct in the lacrimal punctum which empties into the concha nasalis inferior. From the result of the examination has been done, it can be concluded that the contrast as much as 1 cc inserted throught the superior lacrimal punctum, contrast restrained and spilled out. Contrast as much as 1 cc inserted throught the inferior lacrimal punctum, the contrast seems to fill out the inferior palpebra area. From the research,  lacrimal duct obstruction impression superior and inferior.

This research aims to increase students' interest in learning in class VII-2 National Hero Middle School in Indonesian language subjects through the use of audio-visual learning media. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in two cycles. Data collection was carried out by observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research results show an increase in students' interest in learning based on the results of observations and questionnaires. At the pre-research stage, observation results showed that students' interest in learning was still low. After implementing audio-visual learning media, students' interest in learning increased. It can be concluded that the use of audio-visual learning media can increase interest in learning Indonesian for class VII-2 students at National Hero Middle School for the 2023/2024 academic year.

This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects in this research were in class VII-3 with a total of 30 students. The aim of this research is to improve the learning quality of class VII-3 students at SMPn 45 Medan in procedural texts using the project based learning model. The project based learning model is a model that involves a project in the learning process. Based on research, the application of the project based learning model is very effective because students' results of writing procedural texts have increased from cycle I to cycle II.

Sebagai salah satu bank terbesar dan terkemuka di Indonesia, PT BCA, Tbk memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam memastikan bahwa praktik bisnisnya mencerminkan standar etika yang tinggi dan sikap bisnis yang bertanggung jawab. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan yuridis empiris yang komprehensif. Langkah pertama melibatkan tinjauan mendalam terhadap literatur yang relevan tentang etika bisnis dan sikap bisnis dalam industri perbankan, serta kerangka hukum yang mengatur praktik bisnis di Indonesia. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini akan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan manajemen senior dan staf kunci di PT BCA, Tbk untuk memahami bagaimana etika diterjemahkan ke dalam keputusan bisnis sehari-hari dan bagaimana sikap bisnis mempengaruhi strategi perusahaan. Selain itu, analisis dokumen internal perusahaan akan dilakukan untuk memeriksa kebijakan dan prosedur yang telah diterapkan oleh PT BCA, Tbk terkait dengan etika dan sikap bisnis. Data yang terkumpul dari wawancara dan analisis dokumen akan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, memungkinkan identifikasi pola, tren, dan temuan kunci yang berkaitan dengan peran etika dan sikap bisnis dalam penerapan di PT BCA, Tbk. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang bagaimana etika dan sikap bisnis di PT BCA, Tbk memengaruhi kinerja perusahaan dan citra mereknya. Temuan ini juga dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan praktik bisnis yang lebih bertanggung jawab di sektor perbankan Indonesia secara umum.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on the performance of employees in the logistics and distribution department at CV. Sinar Teknik Perkasa. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is CV. Sinar Teknik Perkasa, located at Central Dawuan, Cikampek, Karawang, West Java 41373. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The results of the interviews and observations were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The preliminary study results show that the implementation of SOP in the logistics and distribution department at CV. Sinar Teknik Perkasa has been effective. The preparation of SOPs was carried out by making field notes on mentoring activities and compiling SOP formats. Meanwhile, the implementation of SOP preparation assistance was carried out in six stages, namely the preparation stage, the formation of an implementation team, planning, drafting, testing SOP drafts, and implementing SOPs. SOPs are needed to regulate the quality assurance of organizational management.    

The purpose of this research is to conduct a literature review of previous studies and document various kinds of references on topics and related to the effectiveness of the implementation of investigative audit procedures in disclosing fraud. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach and can also be called a literature study. This research uses secondary data in the form of previous research journals. The results of this study are based on literature in previous research journals by several researchers, it is concluded that audit techniques, auditor ability and auditor experience affect the effectiveness of the implementation of investigative audit procedures in disclosing fraud.

The development of information technology has provided numerous benefits in the advancement of various organizations. One government organization that has implemented information technology to support its business processes is the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of East Java Province. With the increasing number of information technology services used by the Department of Cooperatives, new challenges and consequences inevitably arise in the service maintenance process when an incident occurs with the information technology services. Unfortunately, the Department of Cooperatives appears to lack a clear procedure and guidelines for incident handling due to the absence of a related SOP. The purpose of this thesis is to formulate a Standard Operating Procedure related to incident handling that can be utilized by the Department of Cooperatives as a standard or reference, particularly in resolving incidents in information technology services. The SOP formulation uses the ITIL V3 framework because this framework includes the Service Operation domain, which contains the incident management process formulated based on best practices. Data collection for this thesis will be conducted through interviews and using the RACI Chart to determine the interviewees. This thesis results in 3 Standard Operating Procedures, 3 Record Documents, 1 Form, and 1 Priority Guide document, all of which are formulated based on the relevant framework and have been validated by the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of East Java Province.

In an increasingly competitive and dynamic business era, companies are faced with increasing pressure to achieve success. To achieve this goal, operational efficiency, effectiveness and consistency are key. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are present as an important instrument in guiding companies towards this achievement. SOPs are written guidelines that detail the steps and procedures that employees must follow in carrying out their daily tasks. A good SOP implementation helps companies ensure that every step taken by employees is in accordance with the set standards, reduces the possibility of errors, and improves the quality of the final result. However, awareness of the importance of SOPs is still uneven among companies, and many have difficulty in implementing them effectively. SOPs play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency, reducing the risk of errors, and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. By providing clear guidance to employees, SOPs help in minimizing confusion, speeding up workflow, and increasing productivity. In addition, SOPs also help in maintaining consistent product quality and ensuring compliance with production standards. The importance of operational consistency cannot be overlooked either, as consistency creates customer trust, improves efficiency, and creates a stable work culture. Effective implementation and management of SOPs are key in ensuring operational success. The implementation process begins with the identification of business processes that require SOPs, development of clear SOPs, employee training, and continuous monitoring and evaluation of SOP compliance and effectiveness. In the manufacturing industry, SOPs are essential in maintaining product quality, occupational safety and health, and supply chain management. SOP helps in maintaining consistent product quality, creating a safe and healthy work environment, and optimizing material flow, inventory, and product distribution. Overall, the implementation of clear and well-defined SOP in various aspects of operations is key to ensuring the sustainability and success of the company. By implementing SOP well, companies can improve operational efficiency, maintain product quality, minimize the risk of errors, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, enabling them to remain competitive in an increasingly complex market.  

This research aims to, (1) describe the process of developing procedural text teaching materials containing local wisdom using the Google Sites website, (2) describe the form of developing procedural text teaching materials containing local wisdom in Simalungun using the Google Sites website, and (3) describe the feasibility of teaching materials procedure text containing local Simalungun wisdom with the help of the Google Sites website. The development of procedural text teaching materials containing Simalungun local wisdom with the help of the Google Sites website uses the ADDIE model which is limited to only going through the analysis, design and development stages. The validation stage involved material expert lecturers, media expert lecturers and two Indonesian language teachers. The sample for this research was 31 class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Siantar using the Purposive Sample technique. Data collection techniques were interviews and questionnaires. The research instrument was a validation questionnaire sheet for material experts and media experts using Likert scale calculations. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the product of procedural text teaching materials containing Simalungun local wisdom with the help of the Google Sites website received the "Very Good" criteria with an average of 88.85%, with results from material experts of 83.41% with the "Very Good" criteria. The results from media experts were 88% with the criteria "Very Good" and Indonesian language teachers 92% and 90%, so that the teaching materials were suitable for use as supporting teaching materials in the learning process.

Medical record is a document that contains patient identity data, treatment, examination, action, and other services that have been given to patients. In order for medical records to be maintained, supervision is needed in medical records. The purpose of this study was to find out how the oversight of the medical record alignment system with the Standard Operating Procedures at the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Cempaka Putih. This research method uses a descriptive method with qualitative analysis, conducting observations and interviews that aim to provide an overview and see directly a state of the supervision process during the alignment of medical records in the filing room of the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Cempaka Putih. This research was conducted in a storage room with 5 informants. The results of the study showed that the supervisory process was aligned with the supervisory element, namely determining the size of the implementation, there was a deficiency, namely there was no mention of tasks in the job description in controlling medical records. In measuring the actual implementation, there are inappropriate implementations such as misfiles and there are several tracers that are still hanging. In measuring behavior, officers do not yet have definite standards or tools to measure officer performance behavior. Obstacles in the alignment of medical records through the 5M factor, namely, the lack of number of officers in the filing room, the occurrence of misfiles and staff errors in writing unclear numbers. Materials namely, there are a lot of maps that are too thick. Machines, that is, there are still many tracers hanging on storage racks whose time limit has passed the stipulation. Methods, that is, the Hospital does not yet have an SOP for alignment supervision and there is only a Medical Record alignment system in the SOP for storing and returning Medical Records.

This research aims to analyze students' errors in solving mathematics problems on Systems of Linear Equations in Two Variables according to the Newman procedure. This research was conducted in class VIIIA of St. Catholic Middle School. Johanis Laikit. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The methods used in collecting data were written tests and interviews. The written test was given to class VIIIA students, totaling 18 students as subjects, the test questions consisted of 3 essay questions. Based on the test results, 5 students were selected based on different mistakes to be interviewed. The research results showed that from the 3 questions given, the majority of students made mistakes in answering SPLDV story questions using the Newman procedure as shown in the test results, namely errors in writing the final answer with a percentage of 74.07%, process skills errors with a percentage of 66.66%. , transformation errors with a percentage of 48.14%, understanding errors 35.18%, and reading errors 25.92%.
