This research aimed to determine the mapping of regional tax potential in Sikka Regency based on superior, potential, developing and underdeveloped sources. The research methods used in data collection are observation, documentation, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique used was a quantitative descriptive analysis technique using Klassen typology analysis. The findings of this research indicated that, out of the ten regional tax revenue sources in Sikka Regency, none, fall into Quadrant I (Superior Sources). This is because, among these ten sources, there is limited revenue potential and insufficient capacity to effectively manage high-potential sources. In Quadrant II (Developing Sources), no tax revenues were identified, as the government faces challenges with low-income potential and cannot efficiently manage even low-potential sources. Quadrant III (Potential Sources) includes street lighting tax, rural and urban land and building tax, and land and building acquisition tax (BPHTB). These sources are characterized by low potential, but the government has demonstrated a strong capacity to manage them effectively. Conversely, Quadrant IV (Underdeveloped Sources) comprises hotel tax, restaurant tax, entertainment tax, advertising tax, parking tax, groundwater tax, and non-metallic mineral and rock tax. These sources are constrained by both low-income potential and the government's limited ability to manage high-potential revenue streams effectively.

Tower 1 at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya is a high-rise building (High Risk Building) in the education and office sectors, experiencing an annual increase in energy consumption. Therefore, regular and thorough energy audits are necessary to save electricity consumption and ensure that usage aligns with the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 13 of 2012. An energy audit is a method to calculate the energy consumption level of a building and determine potential energy savings through energy conservation. The Electrical Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) is used as a parameter to determine whether the building's energy consumption is efficient or wasteful. The initial energy audit of Tower 1 was conducted quantitatively with on-site measurements over one year, covering the building's electrical system and area. The measurements indicated that the IKE of Tower 1 is 50.86 kWh/m²/year. Subsequently, the total installed electrical energy consumption load was calculated, yielding an IKE of 166.15 kWh/m²/year. Based on the initial energy audit results, energy conservation measures were recommended, including upgrading the lighting system with higher lumen lamps and adjusting air conditioning (AC) to the established standards. Implementing these recommendations resulted in an increased IKE of 176.04 kWh/m²/year, which is still considered efficient compared to the ASEAN-USAID standard of 240 kWh/m²/year.

Freon is one of the refrigerants used in refrigeration systems. The refrigeration system has a very important role, namely to preserve food ingredients so that food can last longer. The use of freon is not only used in ships but is widely found in home appliances in refrigeration systems used in freezers, air conditioners, refrigerators, and dispensers. If more freon is used, the negative impact that arises is greater, namely the depletion of the ozone layer and global warming which can have a bad influence on health, the life of living things and the environment. The purpose of this researcher is to create a tool to reduce the negative impact of freon use, namely by using peltier as a cooling medium with environmentally friendly thermoelectric modules. This study uses trial and error methods. Where the trial process is carried out by turning on one of the working push buttons and observing the temperature value. Then it is processed by the control system, namely Arduino Mega which will later provide a PWM output signal to the IRF540 mosfet when the output temperature value is in line with the reference value and vice versa. The test of this tool was carried out by comparing measurements between the author's prototype tool and the standard measuring tool, namely the digital thermometer. Based on the test results, this device can produce a minimum temperature of 140C at 30-minute intervals without any media. The trial using 330ml bottled water can reach a temperature of 170C within 30 minutes in the cooler box. This tool is also equipped with an automatic monitoring system using a PWM signal in the form of a change in fan speed, which is 255 RPS maximum speed and when getting a PWM signal it changes to 50 RPS. The percentage of errors resulting from the comparison of standard measuring instruments and sensor values had the highest and lowest percentages of 2.37% and 0.84% in cold dispersion conditions without charge. Then the highest and lowest error percentages were 1.69% and 0.72% in the state of containing a load of 1 330ml mineral bottle. This ptototype uses data recording using Micro-SD as a data logger.

The Qur'an plays a major role in guiding humans to learn, gain knowledge, and direct all aspects of life both individually and socially in a positive direction. With the content of guidance, advice, and perfect laws, the Qur'an is the main source of reference for Muslims in living their daily lives and achieving success in this world and in the hereafter. The method that researchers use is descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive qualitative research is research conducted thoroughly on an object. The researcher becomes the main instrument in a qualitative study. Then, the results presented by the researcher are explained in the form of words obtained through valid data. Because qualitative research emphasizes meaning rather than generalization, and also the data cannot be resolved with statistical counts. The treatment process that occurs in one of the Tanjungpinang Kota communities affected by sticking disease is with the help of Koranic verses recited by the ustadz using mineral water media. The mineral water used is the condition that will be used in the treatment process. The water is then read the verses of the Qur'an by the ustadz and washed to several parts of the body of the person affected by sticking disease such as washing the head, hands, feet and finally the face. This paper describes the community's belief in the Qur'ān as a source of healing, which is deeply rooted in Islamic tradition and widely practiced in various Muslim communities, including in Tanjungpinang. The Qur'ān is not only seen as a holy book with high spiritual value but also as a source of alternative medicine that can cure physical, mental and spiritual illnesses.

The crime of illegal sand mining is a problem that requires the attention of various parties. The current phenomenon is that illegal mining is rampant among individuals and companies. Based on data from the Central Lampung Police, illegal mining crimes occur every year, while data from Walhi Lampung and the Environmental Service shows that there are still very few mining activities that have IUPs. This shows that illegal mining crime is a problem that must be handled by various elements. The research method used is a Normative Juridical and Empirical Juridical approach. Sources and types of data in research were obtained from field studies with interviews and literature studies. This research was conducted at the Central Lampung Police, lecturers at the Faculty of Law, Unila University, Walhi Lampung, and the Environmental Service. The results of this research describe that the police do not only focus on law enforcement, but also focus on preventative efforts to tackle illegal mining crimes. Even though Law Number 3 of 2020 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining, the Police does not contain the authority of the Police in mining crimes. However, the police as the front guard of law enforcement officials must make countermeasures. This includes pre-emptive efforts to identify potential risks that cause illegal mining to occur. Monitoring efforts are carried out actively and periodically and are routinely used as an effort to detect potential crimes before they develop into real crimes. The preventive approach involves outreach and education activities in areas where there is potential for mining to increase public awareness about the negative impacts of illegal mining crimes. Then the last one is repressive efforts as a form of providing legal certainty
