Approach is an effort to achieve a goal and become successful. In the world of education, an approach can be defined as a plan, method, or series of activities aimed at achieving certain educational goals. A learning approach can be defined as a plan that includes a series of activities aimed at achieving certain educational goals. This research aims to find out how effective the game-based Indonesian language learning approach is in the independent curriculum. Background This research begins with the need to understand in depth the use of game-based learning approaches in the Independent Curriculum in Indonesian language subjects. Literature study method Studying previous research through literature study which is used to provide an understanding of previous results, both successes and challenges in implementing a game-based learning approach. This helps in research planning to take advantage of positive experiences and overcome obstacles that may arise.

Child adoption is a legal action that transfers a child from the sphere of power of parents, legal guardians or other people responsible for the care, education and raising of the child into the adoptive parents' family setting. This research is conducted with the aim of knowing how the concept of child adoption and how child protection efforts in Indonesia are associated with the practice of child adoption. This study used a normative juridical approach in order to accomplish its goals. Descriptive analytical research specifications are used. The protection of children regulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection is still not running effectively due to various forms of abuse directed to the child's home environment, including child abuse practices where the child fails to follow the rules or procedures, there are potential consequences that can cause the child to become less normal.

Reading silently is a type of reading that is often done by someone to seek information and increase knowledge. A person should have the ability to read as a means of communication. In reading ability, there are techniques that a person can use, one of which is the Skimming technique. The aim of this research is to see the application of the skimming technique in improving the ability to read silently in teenagers aged 17-20 years. The method used is descriptive, explaining clearly the data that has been found. Meanwhile, for this data collection technique, the author uses interview and observation techniques with the target respondents, then the data is recorded and data analysis is carried out. The data analysis technique in this research uses three stages, namely data reduction, presenting data, and drawing data conclusions. The results of this research show that the skimming technique is very effective and efficient when used for the ability to read silently. Through this technique, teenagers experience continuous improvement because they apply skimming techniques in their reading activities.

This study aims to determine the role of human resource audits on training and compensation on employee performance and career development as an intervening variable at PT XYZ. The research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT XYZ who were placed in outlets in Taman sub-district, Sidoarjo. The sampling technique in the study used Purposive Sampling Technique with the criteria of employees who deal directly with consumers totaling 35 people. Data obtained by filling out a questionnaire. The data was processed using the SmartPLS statistical tool and analyzed using the inner and outer models. The results of the study found that training and compensation have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance and training has a positive and significant effect on career development.

This research examines the role of leadership in managing organizational change. The role of leadership in today's organizations, organizational change has become a major and important thing. The role of an effective leader aims to successfully manage change. The aim of this research is to determine the role of leadership in the organizational change process, as an influence on future progress. Literature review and theoretical analysis are combined with qualitative research methodology in this work. Based on the research results, examine the meaning of leadership, the role of leadership for the organization and the leader's efforts to change the organization. Members inspire and motivate change when they participate in decision making and accept change under leadership. Planning, directing and implementing necessary changes becomes easier with collective decisions and those of a single leader. Department members who want to better manage organizational change will greatly benefit from this research.

Diarrhea remains a health problem in developing countries such as Indonesia and is a major cause of mortality and mobility, especially in children. The prevalence of diarrhea based on symptoms is calculated by combining diagnosed or symptomatic diarrhea cases. The incidence and prevalence of diarrhea in Indonesia are 3.5% and 7.0%. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of health education on the level of knowledge about diarrhea in children at SD Negeri 1 Sokaraja Tengah. This research method uses quasi experimental with One group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used total sampling with a sample size of 56 students. Data was taken using a questionnaire. The results showed that the majority of female gender with 29 respondents (51.8%). There is a difference in the level of knowledge about diarrhea before and after being given health education. Based on statistical tests using the paired t test results in a p value of 0.000 which means there is a significant effect.

This research investigates the phenomenon of juvenile brawls with a focus on analyzing trigger factors and developing effective intervention approaches. Involving field research and psychological analysis, this research identifies that interpersonal conflict in the context of schools and urban communities plays a crucial role in triggering brawls. Factors such as economic strain, academic pressure, and lack of interpersonal understanding among teenagers stand out as major triggers. Apart from that, the influence of pop culture and the social environment also contributes significantly to the increase in brawl incidents. This research presents recommendations for developing preventive programs that involve collaboration between schools, families and communities. A holistic intervention approach, including psychological and social aspects, was identified as key to reducing and preventing youth brawls. It is hoped that this research can provide valuable insights for practitioners, researchers and policy makers in creating a safe and supportive environment for adolescent development.

This journal aims to conduct a juridical study on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the creation and dissemination of pornography content on social media, with a focus on Indonesian positive law. The main issues identified involve efforts to regulate the use of AI in pornography from an ethical standpoint and the necessity of appropriate regulations. The research has two main objectives: first, to identify the risks arising from the misuse of AI in creating pornography content and find ways to address these risks; second, to analyze the appropriate legal regulations regarding the use of AI to address the creation and dissemination of pornography content on social media, as well as to study regulations applied by some countries regarding AI use. The research findings indicate the positive impact of AI in various aspects of life, but its use in pornography production poses negative effects that require regulation. In Indonesia, regulations are limited to specific types of AI, necessitating updates to protect society from potential misuse of AI technology.

Emotional intelligence is a major focus in modern psychological studies, and research continues to expand to understand its aspects, factors, and benefits. This literature review explores the dimensions of emotional intelligence which include understanding one's emotions, managing emotions, empathy, and social skills. Factors that influence emotional intelligence, such as social environment, life experiences, and genetics, are an important focus. The benefits of emotional intelligence include improved psychological well-being, better interpersonal relationships, and superior academic and professional performance. This article aims to understand and develop a person's emotional intelligence. The method in this article uses literature study, namely a data collection method by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to research. This article details the contribution of various studies to enriching the understanding of emotional intelligence, providing a basis for the development of more effective training programs. in increasing individual emotional intelligence.

Hypertension is a serious public health problem, with a significant contribution to global mortality and disability rates. This disease is predicted to continue to increase in the next few years. The aim of this study was to increase the understanding about hypertension and its prevention. The use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is important in mapping and treating this disease. Through community service activities in Bandarharjo Village, knowledge about hypertension and prevention efforts can be increased. Discussion method as well as leaflet distribution have proven effective in increasing public understanding about hypertension. Evaluation of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge, confirming the importance of this approach in public health education. It is hoped that this activity can have a positive impact in the long term by increasing awareness and preventive measures for hypertension in the community.

This research explores the intricate relationship between digital citizenship, moral development, and family-based character education, focusing on integrating technology. Employing a library research approach and descriptive analysis method, the study delves into existing literature to investigate the impact of technology-based interventions on parental influences in shaping children's ethical decision-making in the digital age. The research addresses three primary questions: (1) How does incorporating technology in family-oriented character education programs impact children's formation and reinforcement of moral values and digital citizenship skills compared to traditional methods? (2) What are the key challenges and opportunities families face when leveraging technology for character education, and how do these factors influence the effectiveness of moral development within the familial environment? (3) In what ways do parental involvement and modelling of digital behaviours shape children's ethical decision-making and online conduct, and how can technology-based interventions enhance or alter these parental influences on their children's moral development and digital citizenship? Through a comprehensive review of theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, and technology integration models, this research aims to provide valuable insights into the evolving dynamics of character education within the digital landscape.

The teaching profession has an important role in educational management. From here we will explain the role of driving teachers in the independent curriculum and the impact of the presence of the new curriculum, namely the Independent Learning Curriculum, which demands the role of teachers as the main guard of change to change mindsets and increase their competence to suit the demands of the new curriculum. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the role of driving teachers in managing enjoyable learning using existing technology so that students are encouraged to improve their academic achievement. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely using interview data collection techniques with teachers at schools. The data analysis technique used is in the form of notes on the results of the interviewees. The results of this research reveal that the real role of teachers in the Merdeka curriculum in the Merdeka learning era, especially the role as driving teachers, namely teachers in the Merdeka learning curriculum must be able to act as a driver to have professional teaching skills with the requirement of being able to manage the class effectively, being able to build effective relationships with students. and must be a person who is creative, innovative, skilled and has high enthusiasm to accompany teaching and learning activities at school.

This training aims to improve skills in writing a curriculum vitae (CV) and facing job interviews for students at MAN 1 Brebes. The entry of students into the world of work requires good preparation in compiling an attractive CV and facing job interviews with confidence. Training and mentoring methods were used in this study, involving students in effective CV writing exercises and simulated job interviews. The results of the training showed a significant increase in students' ability to write an attractive CV and face job interviews with higher self-confidence. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to the preparation of students for facing challenges in the world of work and increase their chances of getting the job they want.

This study aims to identify misconceptions that may occur in working on arithmetic series operations among PGMI-3 students at UIN North Sumatra. Arithmetic series are an important topic in mathematics that is often used in various scientific contexts. However, misconceptions in understanding and performing arithmetic series operations can be an obstacle to strong understanding and problem-solving abilities. This research uses survey and test methods to identify misconceptions that generally arise when PGMI-3 students work on arithmetic series operations. The research results show that there are several misconceptions involving understanding the general formula for arithmetic series, calculating the nth term, and adding terms in a series. Most of these misconceptions are related to an inaccurate understanding of the basic concepts of arithmetic series. This study also attempts to identify factors that may contribute to these misconceptions, including teaching methods, teaching materials, and students' educational background. The results provide important insights for the development of curricula and teaching approaches that are more effective in understanding arithmetic series operations. With a better understanding of the misconceptions that may arise in working on arithmetic series operations, appropriate action can be taken to overcome this problem and help PGMI-3 students at UIN North Sumatra develop a better understanding of mathematics. This research also has implications in the broader context of mathematics education in Indonesia.

Global competitiveness views exports as one of the important aspects in the economic development of a country. Through the independent study program at LaCorre, it aims to create thousands of young exporters to help advance the Indonesian economy. LaCorre provides a forum for students who want to learn, develop, and export products, especially in the fashion sector that is globally competitive by leveraging digital technology. In the independent study program at LaCorre, students are required to engage in a series of learning activities, starting from the preparation of export materials, export lectures, mentoring, Export Roadshow (JJE), and practical work to writing export final works. This aims to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to be a successful young exporter. The practice of developing a digital-oriented export business plan is the main activity of the independent study program at LaCorre. In this practice, the author collaborated with a team to develop one of the batik products from Indonesian SMEs in order to help facilitate exports and expand the market share of batik products. Overall, the independent study program for one semester went effectively because it had achieved the learning objectives on time.

This study's objective is to examine the influence of servant leadership on turnover intention and the impact of organizational affective commitment as a mediator between these two relationship constructs. This investigation employs a quantitative methodology by surveying restaurant employees in Surabaya using questionnaires. Utilizing Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS), the collected survey data were analyzed. 78 restaurant employees participated in this investigation as respondents. According to the findings of this study, servant leadership and affective organizational commitment have a significant negative effect on turnover intention. In addition, affective organizational commitment can substantially and negatively moderate the relationship between servant leadership and turnover intention. In this research, both theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

Family is the closest person to the patient who has an important role in the patient's recovery. Families are needed to treat people with mental disorders with a positive attitude, can provide support for the growth of hope and optimism. The role of the family in trying to prevent recurrence can be done by providing motivation, being a good listener, providing recreation, and being responsible for treatment and care. This type of research is quasi-experimental with one group pretest design. The sampling method in this study is purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were family members who became caregivers for people with mental disorders at Naimata Hospital with a total of 52 respondents. Data analysis in this study used the T-Test. The research was conducted at Naimata Mental Hospital Kupang City. Data collection will be carried out in August - October 2023. The results showed no relationship between knowledge and attitudes with TB prevention behavior with a p value of > 0.05.  Conclusion: there is an effect of Booklet giving to Caregivers on changes in the perception of Caregiver Burden on ODGJ RS Jiwa Naimata Kota Kupang.
