The aim of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of the Service Quality (X) variable consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), and Physical Evidence (X5) on Satisfaction Consumer (Y) Mobile Phone Service at the Kandilo Cell Com Shop in Tanah Grogot. The samples in this study were consumers who serviced cellphones at the Kandilo Cell Com Shop in Tanah Grogot in June and July 2023 using an incidental sampling technique and the number of samples obtained was 70 people. Consumers as the sample in this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 22 statements. Responses to the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability before multiple linear regression analysis was carried out.Next, partial testing was carried out by looking at the t-count value for each service quality variable consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), and Physical Evidence (X5). Each amounting to 4,878; 2,912; 2,805; 3,268; 1.126 which when compared with ttable of 1.997, then reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), guarantee (X3), and empathy (X4) influence consumer satisfaction (Y) of cellphone service at the Kandilo Cell Com Store in Tanah Grogot because of the value tcount > ttable. Meanwhile, physical evidence (X5) has no effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with cellphone service at the Kandilo Cell Com Shop in Tanah Grogot because the calculated t value < t table. So the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction (Y) of cellphone service at the Kandilo Cell Com Shop is the Reliability variable (X1) because the tcount is the highest.

Data validity checking technique is done by tringulation. The data analysis techniques used are inductive analysis, deductive analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of research on the meeting package promotion mix strategy at Syamsiah Padang Lawas Hotel, it can be concluded that the hotel has strengths in utilizing various advertising media, sales promotion, personal selling, public relations, and direct marketing. Advertising strategies through social media and print media allow hotels to reach a wide market segment, while providing discounts in sales promotions can increase bookings. Personal selling is effective in building direct relationships with customers, and involvement in public relations can improve the hotel's image. Direct marketing through WhatsApp has also proven to be efficient in targeting specific customers. However, there are some weaknesses, such as the design of pamphlets and brochures that are not updated, customer dependence on discounts, limited reach of sales calls, and lack of collaboration with the media and website development. Threats from competitors, negative public perception, and strategic mistakes also need to be well anticipated. By maximizing strengths and opportunities and overcoming weaknesses and threats, Hotel Syamsiah can optimize promotional strategies to achieve better results.

Basically, the only person who can pawn an object is the owner of the object, but now incidents have become widespread where other people pawn objects that do not belong to them without the consent of the owner of the object. In this case, the owner of the object can file a lawsuit for revindication when the object is taken by someone else. However, Article 1977 paragraph (1) BW states that whoever controls a movable object is considered the owner. Given these legal problems, this research wants to examine the legal protection of owners of pawned objects whose objects are used as pawn objects by other people without their consent. This research aims to analyze the applicability of the Nemo Plus Juris Transferre Potest Quam Ipse Habet principle as a basis for encumbrances on pledged objects without the consent of the owner of the object as well as legal protection for the owner of the object and the recipient of the pledge when the object is used as an object of pawn by another person without the knowledge of the owner of the object. The research method used in this research is normative legal research using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. This research uses primary and secondary legal sources by collecting through literature studies which are then analyzed using descriptive analytical methods. The results of the research are that the agreement made by the pawnbroker and the debtor who is not the owner of the object is valid because the validity of the pledge is determined by handing over the pawned object to the creditor and the creditor cannot be blamed if he receives an unregistered movable object in good faith.

This research was conducted on UMKM groups established based on program instrumentation in the form of community development. The focus of this research is on the dynamics and processes that involve groups as strategic alliances between knowledge sharing and competitive motives. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Identification of research informants was done by snowball sampling through key informants of group leaders and former group mentors. Triangulation of sources and methods was used to ensure the validity of the data. Field data will be collected, classified, reduced, and then interpreted according to the Miles and Huberman method. The group will be able to work and evolve if there is a reciprocal process of interests among its members, such as sharing knowledge. Between competitive motives and the process of sharing knowledge will potentially negate each other in group dynamics. Therefore, this dynamic requires factors that can ensure a balance between the two. How to keep competitive motives at a healthy competitive level and, on the other hand, not interfere with the process of sharing knowledge, which is one of the indicators that the group is working and developing.
