This article critically examines the implementation of Law No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection in Indonesia, focusing specifically on the challenges and strategies for protecting the rights of street children, with a particular emphasis on the context of Kendari City. Using a normative legal and socio-legal research approach, combined with a criminological perspective on vulnerability and exploitation, this study analyzes the effectiveness of the existing legal framework, educational interventions, and social support mechanisms. Key findings reveal that despite a strong legal foundation, significant gaps remain in the practical fulfillment of street children's rights due to socio-economic determinants, inadequate resource allocation, and coordination complexities. The article highlights the crucial role of non-formal education and victim-centered approaches in addressing child criminal exploitation. Comparative insights from international standards, such as the UNCRC and restorative justice principles, underscore the challenges of universal implementation while offering pathways for improved protection. Recommendations include strengthening inter-agency collaboration, expanding tailored education programs, and fostering greater community engagement to ensure a more just and protective environment for all children.

The Regional Regulation of Palangka Raya City Number 09 of 2012 focuses on regulating the use of public spaces and economic activities, including the presence of street clowns as an important element in the city's cultural diversity. Street clowns, who serve as both entertainment and a source of income, face significant challenges due to this regulation, especially regarding permits, locations, and operating hours. Although aimed at creating a neat and orderly urban environment, the implementation of regulations often does not consider the broader social impacts, thereby limiting their mobility and disrupting their income. This research analyzes the impact of Regional Regulation Number 09 of 2012 on the lives of street clowns, by exploring the provisions in the regulation and their responses to the challenges faced. The methods used include literature review and data analysis from previous research, regulatory documents, and related literature. The research results are expected to provide insights into the interaction between government regulations and the lives of the informal sector community, as well as to evaluate the balance between urban planning and the protection of street clowns' rights as an integral part of Palangka Raya's culture.

Discipline is one of the parts included in the implementation of the Indonesian student profile. To create a golden and superior Indonesia, of course the nation's children as the next generation must be equipped as well as possible, including in terms of education. Student discipline has experienced a decline, both discipline at home, discipline at school, and especially discipline in the community. Many school children often go to school late, are often reckless on the street, often wander around at night, rarely pray, and have other bad behavior. This shows that student ethics and discipline have experienced a significant decline, which if left unchecked will definitely hinder the realization of a golden and superior Indonesia. That is why as an educator, a PAK teacher must be able to guide the nation's future young generation to live ethically and disciplined lives. With the ethics and professionalism possessed by PAK teachers, it is hoped that more and more students will live disciplined and civilized lives.

A Mixed Use Building project in downtown Surabaya is the basis of this design. The project is located on Menanggal Wisata street in Surabaya, which is in the area of Kodim Brawijaya and very strategic. To overcome the phenomenon, the designer should think about how to maximize the land function (in the middle of the city and dense environment) and organize the circulation system. because the multifunctional building project to be built should be able to carry out various functions in one space. Residential, coworking, and shopping center functions are all part of the building. The biophilic concept, which means applying natural elements both physically and non-physically to the inside and outside of the designed building, is a common concept in Mixed Use building design. The construction is a multifunctional building with three floors of shopping center and eight floors of apartment units. The building period consists of two main basic forms, which are connected by a connecting mass for the apartment spaces.

Law is a rule of rules made to regulate every behavior of the community so as not to carry out deviant activities. One of the actions that deviate from the norms of human life association is social problems, namely problems that occur in society where the perpetrators and victims are the people themselves. One of the deviant actions from the community is the crime of beheading where this beheading began to be rife in the Medan city area. The problem that has recently paraded the streets is often termed Begal. This begal is one of the street crimes, which has recently received serious attention from the public and law enforcement officials. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research and using direct interview techniques to police investigators for beheading crimes. The results showed that from several incidents that were successfully revealed by the police, data could be obtained that the perpetrators of this begal crime came from families with low economic and there was no relationship between low punishment for beheading perpetrators to the increase in beheading cases because the legal sanctions given are aimed at providing accountability for the acts resulting from crimes committed by someone

Along with the development of the times, we see many hotels experiencing changes. A change that is rarely reviewed as a news topic is the software overhaul that occurs in hotels from offline to online systems. Lay people only see changes in hotels from a visible perspective, without having to know whether the hotel's system and system applications have changed. One of the factors in system development at Hotel Cipta is the need for hotel management to prioritize the development of system applications from offline to online systems, even web-based. It is not easy to overhaul an existing system application compared to creating a new system application. There are several software engineering methods and models that are commonly used to analyze system needs and design systems in the software development process. One of them is the incremental delivery model. This makes it interesting to try to apply the incremental delivery model to the development of the Hotel Cipta information system application by taking place at the Hotel Cipta on KH. Wachid Hasyim Street, Central Jakarta. In this study, the object of research is the Front Office department.

Street children constitute a highly vulnerable population who spend most of their time in public spaces working in the informal sector and are at increased risk of engaging in deviant behaviours. Social support and resilience are recognised as key protective factors that may enable street children to adapt to adversity. This quantitative study employed a cross-sectional correlational design to examine the association between social support and resilience among street children in Semarang City, Indonesia. A total of 42 street children were recruited using accidental sampling. Data were collected using modified Likert-type questionnaires measuring social support (social embeddedness, enacted support, and perceived support) and resilience (emotion regulation, impulse control, causal analysis, self-efficacy, realistic optimism, empathy, and reaching out). Data were analysed using univariate statistics and Spearman’s rank correlation test. Most respondents reported moderate levels of social support (90.48%) and resilience (66.67%). Spearman’s test indicated a significant, positive, yet low correlation between social support and resilience (p = 0.014; r = 0.228). These findings suggest that higher social support is associated with greater resilience, although other internal and external factors are likely to contribute to resilience among street children.

The increasing number of motor vehicles in Indonesia produces repetitive mechanical loads on road surfaces that are rarely converted into useful energy. This study designs and evaluates a piezoelectric energy-harvesting speed bump intended to support low-power street lighting. The prototype integrates 25 piezoelectric discs (50 mm diameter) connected in series, an AC–DC bridge rectifier, a 2.7 V/500 F supercapacitor for short-term storage, and a DC–DC step-up converter to charge a 12 V battery. Field tests used a motorcycle at speeds of 5, 10, and 15 km/h with rider masses of 48, 70, and 79 kg; each condition was repeated ten times and averaged. Output voltage, current, and electrical energy per pass were measured after rectification. Results indicate that higher speed and mass increase electrical output, with a peak energy of 0.021 J at 15 km/h and 70 kg and an estimated conversion efficiency of about 0.20%. After repeated charging cycles, stored energy powered a 12 V/20 W LED lamp for several minutes. The proposed integration of series piezoelectric elements with supercapacitor buffering and step-up regulation demonstrates a feasible micro-energy harvester for traffic-dense areas and provides a basis for durability and scaling studies. Future work addresses packaging, fatigue, and multi-vehicle loading.

Ardiansyah. Evaluation of Regional Regulation Number 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Lima Belas Ilir Village, East Ilir I District. This study aims to: 1) Analyze and describe the Evaluation of Regional Regulation Number 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Lima Belas Ilir Village, East Ilir I District; 2) Analyze and describe the Supporting and Hindering Factors for the Evaluation of Regional Regulation No. 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Limabelas Ilir Village, East Ilir District I. The research design used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Descriptive research can be interpreted as a problem-solving procedure that is investigated by describing / describing the state of the subject/object of research (a person, institution, society and others) at the present time based on facts that appear or as they are (Nawawi in Klicit, 2008). The results of the study concluded that: 1) The implementation of Regional Regulation No. 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Limabelas Ilir Village, Ilir Timur I District has not been optimal so far. Problems related to peace and order still often occur, such as thuggery and violations by street vendors that disturb public order and order. Education has been carried out many times through socialization and approaches through local community leaders, but the number of violations has not been able to be suppressed and is still occurring. Related to this, the lack of a high level of public awareness in complying with the regulations is considered to be the main cause of frequent violations, plus the lack of optimal enforcement of violations committed, so that violators are not deterred and tend to be ordinary in committing violations; 2) Supporting Factors for the Evaluation of Regional Regulation No. 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Fifteen Ilir Village, East Ilir District I is the existence of clear rules or legal basis contained in Regional Regulation No. 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order itself, then the high commitment shown by the employees of the Fifteen Ilir Village Office. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that there are still many residents of Lima Belas Ilir Village who do not understand Regional Regulation Number 44 of 2002, the level of public awareness in complying with regulations is still lacking, lack of supervision from related parties, so that in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 44 of 2002 has not been able to be applied properly, and the approach taken to the community is still not optimal.
