Unmanned Surface Vessels (USV) have become a major focus in modern maritime technology for mine search and handling. Unmanned vessels are equipped with advanced sensors such as sonar and lidar to detect and map mines below the water's surface. In addition, image processing systems and artificial intelligence are used to analyze sensor data and identify mine locations with high accuracy. Once a mine is detected, the unmanned vessel is equipped with a mine handling system that can safely destroy or deactivate the mine. Thus, unmanned vessels are an effective and efficient solution in searching and handling mines in potentially dangerous waters. This study discusses the selection of unmanned vessels as a solution to search for and neutralize mines. This study was conducted quantitatively using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine recommendations for Unmanned Vessels with Mine Countermeasure capabilities to the Indonesian Navy. The results of the quantitative study showed the priority of the criteria that would later narrow down to the priority of selecting an Unmanned Vessel from several alternative choices analyzed by the researcher. Theoretically, all previous theories and studies can be used in this study so that they can be utilized in subsequent studies. While practically this study provides recommendations for the Indonesian Navy regarding the characteristics of the Unmanned Axe and various supporting equipment that can be used to carry out Mining Operations and Mine Countermeasures Operations. The calculation results in this study indicate that the priority of the alternative Unmanned Vessel with the highest Mine Countermeasures capability is obtained by Inspector 125 from France with a weight of 0.37450145.

This research explores the use of the Paylatter system (instalmental payments) from a hadith perspective in an effort to understand its relevance to Islamic religious principles. The Paylatter system is a payment method that allows buyers to pay for goods or services in several installments, which is developing rapidly in the modern era. The aim of this research is to find out explanations of the hadiths that explain the paylatter system and to find out how to thematically understand the hadiths that explain the paylatter system. The research method used in this study is literature study, which involves searching, analyzing and synthesizing scientific literature relevant to the topic. The results of this research reveal various views from scholars and researchers in existing literature. This study discusses various arguments that have emerged in the literature about whether the use of paylatter systems is in accordance with the principles of hadith and Islamic ethics. From the research results, it is known that there are elements of benefit in the form of processes and procedures that are fast and more useful, have varying time periods, and also have various attractive promotions. As for the detrimental elements, there are additional fees and interest, causing users to feel addicted and losing money, and can tarnish credit reputation and tarnish BI checking. The paylatter system uses a qardh contract which is permitted in Islam if it meets the pillars and conditions. Some scholars allow paylatter as long as there are no additional late fees, others prohibit it because there are many disadvantages.

The term cognition Refers to mental processes in the human mind, important for understanding the world and interactions with the environment. Jean Piaget highlighted how children build understanding through stages of cognitive development. The Independent Curriculum and Christian religious education provide a relevant context for discussing education and holistic individual development. The method used in this article is library research, namely collecting data from various literature related to research. The stages of literature study include preparing equipment, making a bibliography, managing time, and reading and recording research materials. Data was collected through searching for sources from various media such as books, journals and previous research, with critical and in-depth explanations to support arguments and ideas. The result of this article is that cognitive development is influenced by different stages. Children think differently at each stage, for example from sensorimotor to formal operational. The Freedom to Learn curriculum can integrate Piaget's theory in Christian religious education with a focus on direct experience, critical questions, constructive activities, and stages of cognitive development. Consumer purchasing decisions are a process in consumer behavior where consumers have taken action to make a purchase after searching and understanding information. The increase in sales occurred at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan, where this increase was one of the impacts of consumer decisions. This research purpose to analyze factors that influence purchasing decisions, including price, promotion and service quality at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. The population in this research are consumers who make purchases at Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. The samples obtained were 100 people using Leedy technique calculations. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this research use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis stated that all questionnaire items as research instruments were valid and reliabel, as well as the classical assumption tests, including the multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test, all variabels were declared to have passed the classical assumption test. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained that all regression coefficients were positive with the equation Y= 3.809 + 0.134X1 + 0.365X2 + 0.230X3 + e which means that variabels X1 (price), X2 (promotion) and X3 (service quality) on Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. Hypothesis testing shows that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. Promotions have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. Service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Nusukan. The F test states that the research model for the influence of the independent variabel on the dependent variabel is correct. The coefficient of determination test shows that price, promotion and service quality are able to explain purchasing decisions by 42.6%.

Protecting the rights and interests of the people has an important role for the government. To prevent the increasing number and development of land conflicts in the community, it is very necessary to make definite resolution efforts, for example to meet the needs of the community which is usually used for residence, livelihoods and daily needs, it is necessary to provide legal protection for land rights, and especially property rights to land which are owned by many people. From the description above, land ownership certificates are very important to maintain, but up to now there are still requests for replacement certificates due to loss and damage, so the author is interested in studying in more depth the responsibility of the West Kotawaringin Regency BPN for issuing replacement certificates. The author uses empirical legal research. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively, qualitatively, namely by providing presentations and explaining in detail and in depth and for data collection by searching for data and information in relevant locations related to the research topic using interviews, literature studies and the internet.
