Proses rekrutmen tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Islam Ar-Rasyid Palembang masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan inefisiensi dalam manajemen data pelamar, penjadwalan wawancara, dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini merancang aplikasi open recruitment berbasis web dengan mengintegrasikan algoritma round-robin untuk penjadwalan otomatis dan modul CV parsing berbasis natural language processing (NLP). Metode pengembangan menggunakan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi (Laravel & MySQL), dan pengujian black-box. Hasil implementasi ini menunjukkan sistem berhasil mengurangi waktu rekrutmen hingga 50% serta dapat meningkatkan akurasi manajemen data pelamar. Aplikasi ini memenuhi standar Kepmenkes No. 123/2022 tentang Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit.

The rapid growth of the fashion industry in Indonesia, particularly in Bandung, has increased the demand for structured and efficient sewing course management. Bandung Vision Center, as one of the institutions providing sewing training, faces significant administrative challenges due to the continued use of manual registration and attendance monitoring systems. These conventional processes result in data inaccuracies, slow information retrieval, limited transparency, and difficulties in monitoring participant progress across multiple training waves. This study aims to design and develop a web-based application to optimize participant registration and attendance monitoring processes at Bandung Vision Center. The research adopts an Agile software development methodology to ensure iterative development, flexibility, and responsiveness to user requirements. The system is implemented using the Laravel framework for backend development, ReactJS for frontend interface design, and MySQL as the relational database management system. System modelling is conducted using UML diagrams, and functionality testing is performed using the black-box testing method. The results indicate that the developed application significantly improves administrative efficiency, enhances data accuracy, and enables real-time monitoring of participant attendance. Additionally, the system increases transparency, facilitates structured data management, and supports better decision-making for course administrators. The implementation of this web-based application demonstrates its effectiveness in modernizing administrative processes and strengthening institutional competitiveness in the local fashion education sector. Future enhancements may include integration of online payment features, automated notifications, and advanced data analytics to further improve service quality and user satisfaction.

Blessing Store is a business engaged in the sale of clothes, shoes and hoodies located in Rawalumbu District, Bekasi City, West Java. Blessing.Store offers various types of clothes, shoes and hoodies. So far, Blessing Store product marketing has been through Instagram social media. Basically, the use of this media has been able to increase marketing and sales. However, there is another problem in the use of this media, namely the form of product promotion through advertising must incur quite a large cost because the advertising display rates are expensive to reach more consumers. Therefore, in this Scientific Writing, a Blessing Store website was created using PHP and MySQL. The stages of creating this website include designing the website appearance, creating a database using MySQL, creating program codes using PHP programming, creating a website appearance using the Bootstrap framework, and testing. Based on the results of testing the Blessing Store website using the Blackbox Testing method, device, browser, all page functions contained in this website have been successful according to their functions, so it can be concluded that the creation of the Blessing Store website has run according to what is expected and there are no obstacles. This website is expected by consumers to get information about products, locations, how to order, payments, and so on in more detail and complete. In addition, this website can facilitate Blessing Store managers in managing transactions, organizing incoming orders, and increasing marketing activities. This research aims to develop a stock recording website for the Ferra Outfit clothing store using Bootstrap, PHP and MySQL technology. This website is designed to make it easier for admins to record incoming and outgoing goods and compile stock reports, thereby increasing the efficiency and accuracy of stock management. The research method used is the waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment and application maintenance. The results of this research show that the website developed is able to make it easier for admins to manage stock of goods in real-time, ensure data accuracy, and help in making better decisions.

This study aims to design and implement a seller website at the Zianzainshop Store that sells products from the Jimshoney brand, such as bags, wallets, and watches. This website is designed to make it easier for customers to make purchases and to help admins manage product and sales data. The main features of this website include the user page and admin page. On the user page, customers can see the number of available stock items, product descriptions, product prices, and make purchase transactions directly. Meanwhile, on the admin page, there are features for managing product, sales, and invoice data. The website development process uses PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap to ensure a responsive and functional appearance. In addition, a storyboard is used to describe the connection between the storyline from the beginning to the end of the application page. Testing is carried out using the blackbox method on various browsers and devices to ensure that each function of the website runs well and according to expectations. The results of the study show that this website has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of the ordering and payment process, facilitating transaction data tracking, and increasing the reach of new customers.

This scientific paper discusses the design of a web-based video production project management tool using the Laravel framework. The website is designed to facilitate communication and coordination between clients and vendors through a Single Role Perspective. On the first page, users are presented with a Login page. Upon successful login, they are directed to the Homepage, where they can view a table displaying detailed information on all assigned tasks. The Navigation bar includes an Upload feature for data submission. Additionally, there is a Manage Work feature that allows users to assign editors responsible for specific materials.

Pempek is an iconic dish from Palembang that can now be ordered online through e- commerce platforms. This research aims to develop a web application for selling pempek, facilitating the transaction process for both sellers and buyers. The research method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, which includes the stages of planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.In the planning stage, system requirements are collected and analyzed to understand the problems faced in the manual distribution of pempek. The design is carried out using UML diagrams, website architecture, and interface design. Development involves writing code using PHP, MySQL, and the Bootstrap Framework. Testing is conducted to ensure the functionality of the system and to identify any shortcomings. Implementation is carried out after the system has been tested and is ready for use.The research results show that this web application facilitates buyers in ordering pempek, speeds up the transaction process, and helps sellers manage stock and inventory. In conclusion, this application can be an innovative solution to improve the efficiency of online pempek sales, expand market reach, and provide a more practical and modern shopping experience for customers. The problem of accessibility and efficiency of book search is still a major challenge in school libraries, especially those that still rely on manual systems. This study aims to implement and test the effectiveness of an information retrieval system (IRS) based on the Dice Similarity method in the SMA Negeri 1 Siantan Library, West Kalimantan. The research method used is experimental descriptive quantitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as system testing on collection data and library user activities. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, and evaluated using precision and recall metrics. The results showed that the system has a Precision value of 100% and a variable Recall value, with the highest value of 66.66% and the lowest of 14.28%. The implementation of this system significantly speeds up the search process, minimizes recording errors, and increases user satisfaction. The findings recommend the adoption of Dice Similarity-based IRS as an applicable solution for school libraries in supporting literacy and easy access to information. The findings are expected to be a reference for the development of library information systems in educational environments with limited resources.

This study aims to design and implement a web-based outpatient registration information system at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) X to overcome issues arising from the manual registration system. The current manual registration system at RSUD X causes problems such as long queues, potential data entry errors, lost files, and difficulty in finding patient medical history. As a result, patient waiting times are longer, the administrative staff's workload increases, and the overall effectiveness of services decreases. The research method used is a qualitative one, which describes various processes in the system, from patient data input to the digital registration receipt output. The system design approach uses the waterfall method. Data collection was carried out through purposive sampling, while data gathering was done through interviews with registration officers, direct observation, and a documentation study in the medical records unit. The system is built with a combination of technologies, including PHP as a server-side programming language and MySQL as the database. The result is a web-based outpatient registration information system that can improve the efficiency and quality of hospital services. The advantages of this system include wide accessibility, time efficiency, and effective data management. This system is expected to reduce patient queues, improve the efficiency of the registration process, and simplify patient data management. However, the implementation of this system may face challenges such as limited resources and user skills. Solutions to overcome these challenges are effective resource allocation and user training. Overall, the web-based outpatient registration information system can be an effective solution to improve service quality at RSUD X.

Databases play an essential role in modern information systems because they enable the efficient storage, management, and retrieval of structured data. This study focuses on the implementation of a simple database using two relational database management systems (RDBMS), namely MySQL and PostgreSQL. The research stages are carried out through requirements analysis, designing entity-relationship diagrams, implementing tables and their relationships, and testing the system to assess functionality. The case study used is student data recording, where both RDBMSs are tested through a series of basic CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations. The results show that both MySQL and PostgreSQL are capable of carrying out these operations effectively while maintaining data integrity and consistency. However, PostgreSQL offers additional advantages due to its support for more complex data types, a better level of compliance with SQL standards, and advanced features that support the needs of large-scale application development. Conversely, MySQL remains superior in terms of ease of use and application to simpler needs, making it more practical for small projects or applications with standard workloads. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that both RDBMSs are equally suitable for use, but the ideal choice depends heavily on the context of the needs; PostgreSQL is more suitable for applications that demand high scalability and size, while MySQL remains relevant for lightweight and efficient implementations.

This research aims to address the challenges in sales data management and limited market reach faced by the Inegena Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in North Bajawa District, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The BUMDes produces and sells candlenut oil, a superior local product, but currently uses a manual sales and recording system (B2B and B2C), which leads to fluctuating demand, difficulties in sales data analysis, and decision-making that lacks valid data. To address these issues, a web-based e-commerce system was implemented. This system was designed using Agile methods, involving planning, implementation, software testing (black box testing), documentation, deployment, and maintenance. Furthermore, the Naïve Bayes algorithm was applied to visualize sales data and support better decision-making by classifying best-selling products, popular payment methods, and sales levels. The results of this research are expected to assist Inegena BUMDes in improving sales efficiency, expanding the market reach of candlenut oil products nationally. This system uses supporting software such as Xampp, PHP, and MySQL.

The manual attendance system using paper at work locations other than offices at PT Gresik Migas creates challenges in the effectiveness and efficiency of employee attendance records. This study implements a web-based attendance system that integrates geolocation and selfie features to improve the accuracy and efficiency of attendance recording. The system was developed using native PHP for backend, jQuery for frontend, MySQL as database, and Leaflet JS for geolocation implementation. Implementation results show the system was successfully implemented in 5 different locations with a 50-meter validation radius and used by 40 employees. This system enables real-time attendance monitoring through an admin dashboard and produces more efficient attendance records compared to the previous manual system.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Zao Martial Art yang merupakan salah satu usaha industri konveksi yang bergerak dalam memproduksi seragam dan perlengkapan alat-alat taekwondo yang terletak di Jl. Raya Manyaran-Gunungpati, Cepoko, Kec.Gunung Pati, Kota Semarang. Perhitungan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas setiap bulannya menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan untuk pencatatannya masih menggunakan tulis tangan pada selembar kertas. Belum adanya sistem informasi berbasis dekstop yang dapat memudahkan bagian pencatatan dan perhitungan penerimaan serta pengeluaran kas pada Zao Martial Art. Sistem informasi berbasis dekstop ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengelola pencatatan data serta perhitungan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian dilakukan dengan beberapa opsi, diantaranya wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan Microsoft Visual Studio 2013,  Xampp, MySql. Perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unifed Modeling Language) dengan metode R&D (Research and Development) sebagai metode pengembangannya.

Managing employee payroll is a crucial aspect in agency administration, including at the Kimi Nabire Community Health Center. The manual payroll system that is still used often causes problems such as calculation errors, late payments and lack of transparency. This research aims to design and develop a website-based payroll application to increase efficiency, accuracy and transparency in payroll management. This application was developed using the waterfall method with PHP and MySQL-based technology, and is designed to be accessed by administration and branch heads. The main features provided include managing employee data, automatic salary calculations, creating digital pay slips, and real-time payroll reports. Test results show that this application is able to reduce calculation errors and speed up the pay slip distribution process. With this application, it is hoped that the Kimi Nabire Community Health Center can manage payroll more efficiently and accurately, as well as becoming a reference for other agencies facing similar problems. This research contributes to the development of a website-based payroll management information system, both academically and practically.

Effective drug inventory management is essential for hospital pharmacy management to prevent stock shortages and waste due to expiration. Bina Kasih Hospital faces obstacles such as manual recording and reporting difficulties. This study designs a web-based drug inventory information system with waterfall methodology, using PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap interface. This system allows real-time data access, stock tracking, automatic notification, and data integration. Testing using black-box and user acceptance testing showed increased operational efficiency, with a reduction in recording errors of up to 80% and an acceleration of reporting of up to 50%. This system supports auditing, reporting, and data integration. This solution is expected to optimize Bina Kasih Hospital's pharmacy management, with the potential for further development for integration with electronic medical record modules and procurement systems.

Guava Komputer adalah toko yang menyediakan berbagai produk komputer dan laptop, termasuk laptop, desktop, aksesori, perangkat keras, dan perangkat lunak dari merek-merek terkemuka. Namun, dalam proses bisnisnya, toko ini menghadapi masalah dimana pelanggan sering kesulitan memilih laptop yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka, akibat banyaknya tawaran yang diberikan oleh pegawai toko. Selain itu, pegawai juga merasa kesulitan saat melayani banyak pengunjung. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diterapkan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), yang dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Metode AHP membantu dalam menentukan urutan alternatif dan memilih alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini efektif membantu pelanggan menemukan laptop yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka, dengan nilai tertinggi yang disarankan. Sistem ini diuji dengan skor validitas 4,63 (sangat baik) dan efektivitas 90% (sangat efektif), serta telah berhasil diuji oleh penguji internal dan eksternal, menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini bekerja sesuai harapan dan memberikan informasi yang valid dan efektif.

Usaha UMKM Nata Nugros Singkong memproduksi dan menjual produk olahan singkong seperti Gethuk Crispy, Gemblong Cotot, dan Singkong Keju. Lokasi bisnis ini adalah di Dusun Krajan, Desa Doplang, Kecamatan Bawen, Kabupaten Semarang. UMKM Nata Nugros Singkong menghadapi masalah dalam mengelola transaksi penjualan produk, memantau stok dan ketersediaan produk, dan membuat laporan dengan cara yang lebih konvensional atau berbasis kertas. Menurut pendapat kami, penerapan sistem informasi penjualan adalah langkah yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada. Sistem informasi ini berbasis web menggunakan PHP dan MySQL.

The development of information systems today is very fast and rapid, one form of information system that is easy to develop is web-based. The use of information systems in the medical world is very much, but there are still some who have not utilised these information systems to help the work of a medical staff, especially in helping the development of mental health. The system used to help improve mental health at Dr Muhammad Zein Hospital is currently still conventional, namely face-to-face between medical personnel and patients, which makes adolescents who have problems with their mental health have various reasons not to visit a psychiatrist. This web-based adolescent mental health screening application is designed using the php programming language, MySQL database and a decision-making system using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. By implementing this Web-based Adolescent Mental Health Screening Application Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method, it is hoped that it can help adolescents to know their mental health independently and provide information and education about mental health disorders.
