Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) is a condition of permanent and progressive decline in kidney function. CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis often experience sleep disturbances, which impact their physical and psychological condition. Non-pharmacological interventions such as deep breathing relaxation and lavender aromatherapy can be alternative therapies to address these disorders. This study analyzes nursing care for sleep disturbances in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis and evaluates the effectiveness of deep breathing relaxation therapy combined with lavender aromatherapy inhalation. This study used a case study approach with three CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis and experiencing sleep disturbances. The intervention was carried out for three days with a combination of deep breathing relaxation therapy and lavender aromatherapy inhalation. After three days of intervention, complaints of insomnia decreased in all three patients. The sleep pattern score increased to 5, indicating undisturbed sleep patterns. Deep breathing relaxation therapy combined with lavender aromatherapy inhalation is effective in addressing sleep disturbances in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis. This therapy is recommended as an additional intervention in the hospital and should be carried out with family support to increase patient comfort.

The use of information technology (IT) in the government sector requires structured risk management to ensure the continuity of public services. The Department of Communication and Information Technology (Dinkominfo), as a digital service provider, faces various potential risks such as network disruptions, hardware failures, and cyberattacks that could interfere with daily operations. This study employs the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to identify, analyze, and formulate strategies to mitigate existing IT risks. Through the FMEA approach, each potential failure is evaluated based on its severity, occurrence, and detection capability, which are then used to calculate a Risk Priority Number (RPN). The analysis reveals that the highest RPN values are associated with information system errors, hardware failures, and network overloads. As mitigation measures, the study recommends conducting regular system audits, upgrading network capacity, and performing preventive maintenance on devices. This approach demonstrates that FMEA is an effective method for managing IT risks within government institutions.

Premature ovarian failure (POF) is a condition where the ovaries stop functioning before the age of 40 years, resulting in permanent infertility. IVF with own eggs in POF patients has a very low success rate, so egg donation is the most effective alternative. This review aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using egg donors in IVF programs in women with POF, through an analysis of 20 studies systematically selected from international scientific databases. The results of the study showed that egg donation consistently increased the clinical pregnancy and live birth rates in POF patients, although accompanied by obstetric risks such as gestational hypertension and preeclampsia. New reproductive technologies such as in vitro maturation (IVM), stem cell therapy, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) also provide additional prospects for restoring ovarian function. In conclusion, egg donation is a major strategy in the management of infertility due to POF, which requires the support of an integrated clinical, ethical, and policy approach.

To securely access servers remotely, an important protocol in the modern era is Secure Shell (SSH). However, brute force attacks, which are automated attempts to guess repeated username and password combinations, are often the main target of this service. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the vulnerability of SSH services to brute force attacks and evaluate how effective Fail2Ban is as a mitigation tool. This method uses simulated experiments with two virtual machines; Kali Linux is used as the attacker with the Hydra tool and Ubuntu Server is used as the target. The results show that SSH is highly vulnerable to brute force attacks if not protected. Hundreds of login failures from the same IP without restrictions show this. After using Fail2Ban, the system can automatically find and block the attacker IP after three unsuccessful logins. With easy configuration and fast threat detection, Fail2Ban has been proven to improve the security of SSH services. This study suggests using Fail2Ban to improve the defense of SSH services against cyberattacks, especially brute force attacks.

Individual candidates are one of the nomination paths other than political parties that use public support as a prerequisite for being appointed as regional head candidates. Individual candidates are often referred to as democratic paths or grassroots paths because candidates who are successfully appointed truly come from public support that has been verified with certainty through factual verification. Individual candidates are also often seen as a solution to the high political dowries and the phenomena of corruption, collusion and nepotism that arise from the failure of political parties to carry out their function as the people's dignity. However, their existence has always been discredited by political parties, especially since the change in the nomination threshold by political parties which was decided in the Constitutional Court decision 60/PUU-XXII/2024. This literature study examines the potential presence of individual candidates in reducing political dowries and corruption which is also useful for upholding democracy with people's sovereignty. Therefore, it is necessary to consider reducing the threshold for support for individual candidates to balance the political battle of regional elections. By highlighting individual candidates as tough political opponents, it will trigger changes in the structure and working mechanisms of political parties in order to gain the sympathy of the people that has been lost over the past few decades

Gender-based violence has become a growing global problem, but in Mexico, the phenomenon of femicide has reached a concerning crisis level. Femicide, or the killing of women because of their gender identity, reflects the most extreme form of inequality and injustice experienced by women in society. This study seeks to examine the femicide crisis in Mexico as a manifestation of the state's failure to fulfill its obligation to protect women's rights. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this study analyzes how weak legal institutions, high rates of impunity, and a deeply rooted patriarchal culture exacerbate the situation of violence against women. In addition, this study also examines the extent to which Mexico has implemented international standards, especially the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), and how the state has failed to implement them effectively. Using the concept of state failure, this study concludes that the femicide crisis in Mexico is not only a social problem, but also reflects the state's structural inability to provide equal legal protection and justice for women. Therefore, there needs to be a comprehensive reform of the legal system and gender-responsive public policies based on human rights principles. Therefore, increasing institutional capacity and strengthening public accountability mechanisms are important steps so that the state is no longer negligent in handling femicide and is truly present for victims in a real and comprehensive manner.

The continuous operation of airlock machines in wheat milling facilities plays a critical role in the material handling system, especially in the transfer of grain from ships to silo storage. At PT XYZ, the airlock machine has been identified as the equipment with the highest frequency of downtime over a three-month observation period, leading to significant disruptions in production flow and increased corrective maintenance costs. This study aims to analyze the failure modes of the airlock machine using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and to develop preventive maintenance recommendations based on the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) values. The research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, involving field observations, interviews with maintenance personnel, historical breakdown analysis, and machine technical documentation review. The FMEA results indicate that the seal, gear, and bearing are the most critical components, with RPN values of 224, 210, and 192, respectively. These components are prioritized for preventive actions such as regular seal replacement, scheduled lubrication, gear inspections, and motor monitoring. Simulation of the proposed maintenance strategy demonstrates a 66.7% reduction in downtime, from 18 hours to 6 hours per month, and a 43.7% reduction in total maintenance costs, from Rp 9,034,500 to Rp 5,087,500 monthly. These results validate the effectiveness of the FMEA method in identifying risk-prone components and optimizing maintenance planning. It is recommended that PT XYZ institutionalize periodic FMEA updates and establish a cross-functional analysis team to continuously monitor and improve equipment reliability.

This study aims to examine the principle of cooperation in pragmatic analysis based on Grice's theory as applied in the Indonesian comedy show Lapor Pak! broadcast on Trans7. The focus of the research is on the violations of the maxims of quantity, quality, relevance, and manner as performed by characters such as Andika, Surya, Vincent, Wendy, and Kiki. These violations are analyzed as strategic communicative acts intended to generate humor. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method with listening and note-taking techniques applied to purposively selected dialogue transcripts. The findings reveal that the deliberate violations of Grice’s maxims function not as communicative failures, but as rhetorical and pragmatic tools that enhance comedic effect, deliver subtle social criticism, and strengthen character portrayal. Therefore, in the context of entertainment discourse, violating cooperative principles serves as an effective and purposeful pragmatic strategy.

This The maintenance objectives of a C6240A-type lathe involve a number of crucial aspects, including gears, tool bits, toolposts, lower sled and upper sled. This study was to investigate effective maintenance strategies for each of these components, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance. Gears: Regular lubrication is also necessary to ensure smooth gear movement and prevent excessive friction that could lead to failure. Chisel Bits: Monitoring the condition of the tool blade needs to be done regularly. Toolpost: The toolpost needs to be checked periodically to ensure availability and safety of the cutting tool. Bottom and Top Slings: Maintenance of the lower and upper slings involves checking for tension and wear. C6240A type lathe users can minimize the risk of failure, improve operational efficiency, and extend the life of the machine. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, by means of observation and interviews. The results of this study are that the gears can be more durable because lubrication is always given and not easily thirsty, the tool blade is not easily blunted because the workpiece is fed little by little, and frequent honing is done to keep it sharp. The locking toolpost is not easily damaged if you use a rubber hammer when locking, the bottom row makes a change of ashock so that it can do automatic turning. This maintenance can increase the life of the lathe for longer operation.

The purpose of this study is to determine how the regulation and implementation of legal protection for lenders in cases of default based on the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 77/POJK.01/2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Money Lending Services. This study also examines the form of legal responsibility of the platform organizer, as well as dispute resolution efforts that can be taken by lenders. The research method used is the normative legal method with a statutory regulatory approach and case studies. Data were obtained through literature studies and documentation of applicable legal provisions, as well as relevant documents and reports from PT. Crowde. The analysis was carried out qualitatively-descriptively to assess the suitability between field practices and applicable regulations. The results of the study indicate that POJK No. 77/POJK.01/2016 has not fully provided comprehensive legal protection for lenders in cases of default. Legal responsibility for default is still largely borne by the civil relationship between the borrower and the lender, without any concrete risk recovery mechanism from the organizer. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, increase platform transparency, and play an active role for the OJK and the Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association (AFPI) in supervising and following up on default cases.

The church's diaconal practice faces a crisis of effectiveness. The dominant model of charitable diakonia (almsgiving) has proven ineffective in addressing the root causes of poverty and structural injustice. Empirical studies show that this failure is often not due to a lack of resources, but rather a failure of strategic management and a narrow theological understanding of diaconal practice itself. This research argues that to respond to poverty effectively, the church requires a dual paradigmatic shift. First, a theological shift in service from charitable diakonia to transformative diakonia, grounded in Liberation Theology and Reformed social justice spirituality. Second, a conceptual shift in "management" from a secular concept to the theological practice of "Transformative Oikonomia", a prophetic stewardship rooted in scripture (Acts 6) and ecumenical frameworks (WCC). Using a qualitative literature review methodology, the author reconstructs a management model for effective and just ministry. In this model, "effectiveness" is redefined and measured not by logistical outputs, but by two theological pillars: (1) Relational Effectiveness, measured by the Theology of Hospitality (Pohl), focusing on the restoration of human dignity; and (2) Structural Effectiveness, measured by tangible contributions to the JPIC (Justice, Peace, and Integrity of Creation) agenda. This study concludes that the Transformative Oikonomia model liberates the church from the "charity trap" and enables a holistic fulfillment of the Missio Dei.

The Ripple Mill machine is one of the vital components in a Palm Oil Mill (PKS) that functions to separate the palm kernel from its shell. This process is very important because the quality and quantity of the palm kernel produced will directly affect the economic value and production efficiency in the palm oil industry. At PTPN IV Regional II Plantation Unit and Adolina PKS, various technical problems were found that caused a decrease in machine performance, including rotor bars and square bars that experienced wear due to age and improper machine settings. In addition, other damage that often occurs is a broken van belt due to age and excessive tension, feeder motor dysfunction caused by excessive load, and motor overheating that occurs due to age and high workload. To overcome these problems, this study uses the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. This method aims to identify various potential failures, assess the severity, frequency of occurrence, and detection capability, so that the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value can be calculated as a basis for repair priorities. The results showed that worn rotor bars and worn square bars had the highest RPN values, each at 280, equivalent to 40.23% of the total identified risks. This indicates that these two components are critical points requiring immediate repair and maintenance attention. Applying FMEA in this context provides tangible benefits, including helping the company formulate a more targeted maintenance strategy, reducing the risk of recurring damage, and minimizing downtime that impacts production. With more systematic maintenance, operational efficiency can be improved while extending the lifespan of the Ripple Mill machine.

Women entrepreneurship in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) plays a vital role in the local economy. However, women entrepreneurs often face complex emotional and psychological challenges due to their dual roles as housewives and entrepreneurs. Market uncertainty, social pressure, and lack of support from their environment further burden their workload. This study aims to explore the subjective experiences of women micro MSMEs, particularly in dealing with the psychological pressures of carrying out these roles. The research method used is a qualitative phenomenological approach with seven informants from the culinary, handicraft, and online trading sectors. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and non-participant observation, then analyzed using a thematic approach based on the Miles & Huberman model. The results of the study revealed four main themes: (1) the pressure of dual roles that often trigger stress and emotional exhaustion (burnout), (2) chronic anxiety related to fear of business failure and income instability, (3) spirituality and religious activities as meaning-based coping mechanisms, and (4) the importance of social support from partners, family, and community as a balance of emotional conditions. These findings confirm that the success and sustainability of women's businesses depend not only on economic capital or technical skills, but are also significantly influenced by mental health and the strength of social networks. Therefore, empowerment programs for women's MSMEs need to be designed holistically, encompassing psychosocial aspects, coping strategy training, and strengthening supportive and inclusive social networks.
