study aims to analyze the influence of job description on employee performance at the Sumenep Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. The background of this research is based on the importance of clarity of job descriptions in supporting the optimal performance of employees, especially in public service agencies that deal directly with the community. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis technique through the help of Smart PLS 2.0 M3 software. Primary data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 20 respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that job description had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient value of 0.808 and an R-square value of 0.652. This shows that the clearer the job description received by employees, the higher the level of performance produced. Job descriptions play an important role in improving work efficiency, minimizing role conflicts, clarifying responsibilities, and supporting an objective performance evaluation process. This study suggests that government agencies regularly update and socialize job descriptions to all employees to improve the performance of individuals and organizations as a whole.

This research was conducted at PT ADAM DANI LESTARI with the formulation of the problem is how the distribution strategy process of Frisian Flag products. The purpose of this study is to determine the distribution strategies of Frisian Flag products. The data used in writing this journal were collected through interviews and analyzed using qualitative description methods. The results of this study concluded that the distribution strategy process of Frisian Flag Milk products carried out by PT ADAM DANI LESTARI uses a direct distribution strategy to dominate the market and face competitors. However, in order to increase the brand and customer value, the company uses wholesalers and retailers so that products can be sold and delivered to consumers properly and maintain the availability of Frisian Flag Milk products in Medan City.  

The purpose of the study was to determine the description of juvenile delinquency behavior that occurs in students. The study used a descriptive research method in which the author tried to reveal and describe how Juvenile Delinquency in Students of SMAN X Lengayang in Pesisir Selatan. Descriptive research is one type of research that aims to describe systematically, factually, and accurately about the facts and characteristics of a particular population. From the tests that have been carried out, the results obtained are that the level of juvenile delinquency is included in the moderate category. In the gender category, 27 male students have a moderate level of delinquency and 36 female students have a moderate level of delinquency. As for the class category, class 10 has 22 people, class XI 17 people and class XII 24 people with a moderate level of delinquency. The highest level of delinquency is in class XII, this is due to the feeling of being the most senior in school.

The purpose of this study is to determine the construction and existence of Islamic educational management science. The research conducted is descriptive in nature where researchers collect words not in the form of a series of numbers for this study which in essence these words can provide a description or present existing problems and problem solving. The data analysis used is by analyzing the content, where the analysis emphasizes more on describing the contents of various existing propositions that are born from various theories and previous analyses conducted by other researchers. The results of the study indicate that the construction of science or the order of science is certainly related to several understandings about how someone seeks knowledge. The construction of the Islamic education system refers to the process of planning, organizing, and implementing various components and strategies of education based on the principles and values of Islamic teachings. The existence of Islamic Education Management shows that Islamic Education Management really exists and its existence is recognized in real terms by society. Existence Islamic educational management science focuses on governance actions that are considered not yet fully implemented by Islamic educational institutions, for example the concept of transparency and integrity. Theoretically, the discussion can be shifted to Islamic education science or to Islamic studies rather than directly to holy verses that can be dogmatic

This study aims to identify the numeracy ability of grade I students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Based on Cognitive Level. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population used by all students of MIN 4 Medan. Sampling from the population used the Issac Michael technique which obtained a result of 249 from the entire population. Furthermore, samples were taken using cluster sampling which was specifically for classes I, A and I B, a total of 56. The test instrument is in the form of an objective description of the "filling" and the results are in the form of scores. The data analysis in this study is a descriptive quantitative data analysis. The results showed the numeracy ability of students in class I MIN 4 Medan, namely: 1) the level of remembering for the "high" category was 37 students or 75.51%; for the "medium" category: there are 4 students or 8.16%; and the "low" category there are 8 students or 16.32%. 2) the level of understanding for the "high" category was 28 students or 57.41%; the "medium" category has 16 students or 32.65%; and the "low" category there are 5 students or 10.20%. 3) the application rate for the "high" category was 18 students or 36.73%; the "medium" category has 29 students or 59.18%; and the "low" category has 2 students or 4.08%. The implication in this study is to increase the practice of contextual questions and carry out game-based learning.

This research provides an in-depth description of client experiences, processes, and variables that contribute to the services they offer. The method used in this research is, descriptive qualitative method with the technique of collecting data through direct observation and interviews. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer offers various services, such as make-up artist (MUA), prewedding, decoration, location, catering, photography, film, and entertainment. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer conducted a SWOT analysis which showed that there are strengths to attract customers and low prices. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer managed to record a good profit from the sale of its wedding packages. As the Institute of Vocational Education, the Naval Academy has the task of forming a cadets became officer Tanggap, Tanggon and Trengginas. Moreover, AAL also formed Cadets become professional officers so as to face the task - the task in the field assignment. To support these tasks then conducted education and training of the cadets were held for 4 years with details of one year in Magelang Military Academy and three years in the AAL. Hopefully, with four years of education and training, cadets already have the provision of sufficient knowlegdes and skills, so as to become a professional officer who is ready to face a variety of terrain assignment. However, at this time cadets after being elected Lieutenant indirect positions and duties in his unit but had to get additional knowledge and skills through the course of several months of junior officers.According this background, the author examines the extent to which the influence of education and training to the formation of a professional cadets AAL towards World Class Naval Academy. Researchers will carry out research at the Naval Academy in Surabaya. As the subject of this research is the teachers who taught at the Naval Academy. The method used is quantitative method with data collection by distributing a questionnaire / questionnaire of 115 respondents and literature. Collected data is processed, beginning with testing the validity of data that includes test validity and reliability of research instrument, normality test and data analysis consisted of descriptive analysis indicator variables of the study, analysis of the description of the indicator variables of the study, the coefficient of multiple determination (R square) and hypothesis testing. The test results hypothesis states that the value of F count larger than F table (41.393> 3.93), while the significance value obtained was 0,000 that is smaller than the value of the degrees of freedom (0.000 <0.05). Based on the above test the hypothesis can be accepted, it means that independent variables consisted of Education (X1) and exercise (X2) simultaneously significant effect on Professionalism (Y) Cadets Naval Academy. From the analysis of quantitative data will be concluded that the results of research. In conclusion, the researchers delivered a number of recommendations in order to establish the Naval Academy to become a World Class Naval Academy.

The application of the Anti-Dumping Code in international trade law is the topic of discussion in this article. Particular attention is paid to what happens when unfair trade practices are involved. The primary focus is on addressing the issue of price discrimination in international trade, which frequently brings about negative consequences for developing nations like Indonesia. The article provides a description of the phenomenon of dumping, including its impact on domestic producers, as well as anti-dumping rules within the context of the GATT and WTO. This is accomplished through theoretical studies and normative analysis. In addition, it covers the difficulties that arise when putting anti-dumping legislation into effect, as well as the remedies that can be implemented to defend domestic markets from losses that are caused by dumping. The purpose of this article is to highlight the significance of international cooperation and domestic law amendments in order to maximize the effectiveness of the Anti-Dumping Code as an instrument for protecting fair trade.

This study aims to analyze the language strategies used in promotional articles about Bedil Island tourism published in local Banyuwangi online media and how the language forms the representation of the image of the tourist destination. Bedil Island is one of the new tourist destinations that is developing and starting to be known to the wider community, especially through online media coverage. Through a qualitative approach with a literature study method, this study examines two promotional articles about Bedil Island tourism published by different local sites. The results of the analysis show that the language strategies used include the use of metaphors, local origin narratives, strong visual descriptions, and the insertion of quantitative data to build the credibility of the information. Phrases such as “Banyuwangi's Raja Ampat” and “hidden natural lagoon” play an important role in building the reader's imagination of the beauty and exclusivity of Bedil Island. The representation of the image of Bedil Island is also formed through a combination of emotional, ecological, and rational aspects presented in the text. This study shows that the language in promotional articles is not neutral, but is used strategically to shape the perception and image of the destination in the minds of the audience. Therefore, understanding the use of language in tourism promotion is important, especially in the context of sustainable local tourism development.

This research is carried out to study the types and meanings of compound words found in Kendrick Lamar’s song lyrics on the GNX album. The main goal is to identify how the compound words are formed and to understand their meanings. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The theory from McCarthy (2002) is used to group the compound words into three types: noun compounds, verb compounds, and adjective compounds. To analyze the meanings, the study uses Booij’s (2007) theory, which explains two kinds of meaning in compounds: endocentric and exocentric. The data for this research are taken from all twelve songs on the album. The results show that the lyrics include all three types of compound words. The meanings found in the compounds include both endocentric and exocentric types. These findings are explained using simple written descriptions to give a clear understanding of the compounds found in the lyrics. The analysis shows that the lyrics contain many uncommon compound words, which shows the use of creative and modern language.

Descriptive research in the field of education is a study that aims to provide a detailed description of various problems in the world of education, both from technical and non-technical aspects. The main objective of this study is to examine the basic principles of descriptive research in the field of education. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study design, where researchers examine various relevant sources such as books, scientific journals, research reports, and other references related to the topic. The findings of this study indicate that descriptive research plays an important role in describing the real conditions that occur in the world of education. This approach allows researchers to recognize, describe, and analyze various elements that influence the process and outcomes of education. Information generated from descriptive research can be used by educators, policy makers, and other related parties in developing educational strategies that are more targeted and in accordance with the needs of students.

This research aims to: 1) to know the condition of students in memorizing the Qur'an using translated and non translated Al-Qur'an at PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah Kalibeber Wonosobo; 2) to know the effectiveness of the method of memorizing translated and non translated Al-Qur'an at PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah Kalibeber Wonosobo; 3) to know the factors that influence the effectiveness of the method of memorizing Al-Qur'an using translated and non translated Al-Qur'an at PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah Kalibeber Wonosobo. This thesis uses a comparative descriptive qualitative research approach.  Where researchers understand phenomena or events through an in-depth description of the data collected in the form of words not numbers. And comparing in depth (qualitative) about a phenomenon, with the aim of identifying similarities and differences, as well as understanding the context and meaning behind it. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation.  The data analysis techniques used in comparative descriptive qualitative analysis are data selection, data classification, data interpretation and the final step of comparison, where researchers compare the speed level of memorizing the Qur'an with the use of different Qur'ans but using the same method. The results showed that: 1) the condition of students who memorize using the translated Al-Qur'an tends to have a better understanding of the meaning of the verse, but the memorization process is slower because it takes time to understand the meaning of the verse. Students who memorize using the non-translated Al-Qur'an are faster in memorizing because they only focus on the lafadz and the rhythm of the reading. 2) the effectiveness of memorization methods using translated and non-translated Al-Qur'an at PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah. In terms of speed, memorizing using the non-translated Al-Qur'an is superior because students only focus on repeating the lafadz. The durability of memorization in both methods is strongly influenced by the consistency of murojaah. Understanding the meaning is better owned by students who memorize using the translated Al-Qur'an. 3) factors that influence the effectiveness of memorization, namely motivation, intelligence, psychological conditions, support from parents and ustadzah, learning environment, as well as time management and discipline are very influential on the success and effectiveness of students' memorization.

This study is motivated by the ongoing practice of oral dakwah methods amidst the rapid development of technology and the growing variety of dakwah media. Although digital dakwah is increasingly widespread, direct oral preaching still holds a special place in the hearts of the community. The focus of this research is the perception of the Talunblandong Village community towards the oral dakwah delivered by Kiai Falaqul Alam, as well as how they receive and interpret it. This study also examines the impact of this dakwah on the social and religious life of the community. The research employs a qualitative approach with Edmund Husserl’s phenomenological method, emphasizing individuals’ subjective experiences. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving community members who attend Kiai Falaqul Alam’s dakwah. Data analysis was conducted using Descriptive Phenomenological Research (PFD), including unit of meaning description, psychological description, structural description, and thematic synthesis. This process aims to uncover the deepest meaning of the community’s experience of the dakwah they receive. The results show that Kiai Falaqul Alam is perceived as a wise preacher with an easy-to-understand and socially relevant preaching style. The community responds enthusiastically because the content of the sermons meets their spiritual needs and everyday life. The dakwah has positively impacted the community by increasing religious awareness, changing behaviors, and fostering a spirit of togetherness. This indicates that oral dakwah remains an effective method for conveying Islamic values in a touching and lasting way.

Through this study, the author hopes to provide new insights into the diglossia of MA Al-Falah students in High and Low speech.

This study aims to philologically examine the Simalungun script manuscript containing the early history of Simalungun. This manuscript is one of the important sources in understanding the history, culture, and identity of the Simalungun people from a traditional perspective. This study uses a philological approach by implementing several stages, namely inventory, physical description of the manuscript, transliteration into Latin letters, translation into Indonesian, and content analysis. Through this method, the content of the text can be revealed in depth to reconstruct historical information and cultural values contained in the manuscript scientifically. This research is important to do considering that the existence of Simalungun script manuscripts is increasingly rare and has not received much special scientific attention. The results of the analysis show that the manuscript contains a narrative about the origins of the Simalungun people, including the story of ancestral migration, the formation of clan areas, traditional leadership systems, and cultural values that are passed down from generation to generation. In addition to being a historical document, this manuscript also reflects the identity and outlook on life of the Simalungun people in the past. Through this philological study, the manuscript was successfully reconstructed and interpreted scientifically so that it can become an important source in preserving culture and strengthening regional script literacy.  

This study aims to identify the description of Commitment and Marital life Satisfaction. This study uses the systematic literature review (SLR) method, in order to answer research questions in a structured manner, by referring to the PRISMA 2020 model by reviewing 100 articles with keywords, namely (1) marriage commitment, (2) marriage satisfaction, and (3) commitment and marital life satisfaction. This research used the EndNote X9 application to obtain 5 articles from the Google Scholar database with the help of Harzing Publish or Perish (PoP). The results of this study show that commitment and marital life satisfaction are interrelated in maintaining marital harmony. Commitment, demonstrated through responsibility, support, and long-term orientation, is the foundation of marital stability. Couples with high commitment are better able to deal with challenges such as age difference or long distance thanks to open communication and effective conflict resolution. Factors such as religion, social support and the presence of children also affect satisfaction. Religious values strengthen relationship resilience, while unfulfilled expectations for children can decrease satisfaction.

The role of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in schools is very strategic. The implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools with the independent learning curriculum requires service components that are accompanied by plans and implementations that have been integrated with strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. Quantitative research type with descriptive methods. Descriptive research is a study that tries to answer existing problems based on data. The population in this study were all classes VIII A to VIII F with a total of 265 students. The results of the study showed that the profile of Pancasila students at SMP Negeri 002 Jambi City was 83.33 or a good category. The description of the dimensions of faith, devotion to God Almighty, and noble character in the profile of Pancasila students at SMP Negeri 002 Jambi City was 84.64% or a good category. The description of the global diversity dimension in the profile of Pancasila students at SMP Negeri 002 Jambi City was 87.09% or a good category. The description of the mutual cooperation dimension in the profile of Pancasila students at SMP Negeri 002 Jambi City is 84.12% or a good category. The description of the independent dimension in the profile of Pancasila students at SMP Negeri 002 Jambi City is 75.79% or a good category. The description of the critical reasoning dimension in the profile of Pancasila students at SMP Negeri 002 Jambi City is 82.71% or a good category. The description of the creative dimension in the profile of Pancasila students at SMP Negeri 002 Jambi City is 83.33% or a good category.

Educational evaluation plays a crucial role in improving educational standards, especially in the digital era characterized by advancements in information technology. This study aims to identify how effective evaluation can enhance the quality of education through the use of digital tools. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a literature review approach, where data is collected through analysis and description of information from various sources, including books and journal articles. The results indicate that digital-based evaluations, such as the use of online platforms and assessment applications, improve the accuracy and efficiency in collecting student learning data. Additionally, formative evaluations conducted continuously provide constructive feedback, enhance student motivation, and allow for curriculum adjustments that are more responsive to learning needs. Challenges faced, such as evaluator subjectivity and technological access gaps, were also identified but can be addressed through training and capacity building for educators and students.
