Stunting is a condition of impaired growth in children under five caused by chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections, which impacts the physical and cognitive development of the child. Ajung Kalisat Village has a relatively high prevalence of stunting, necessitating effective interventions to prevent this condition. This study aims to evaluate the potential of pumpkin pudding as an alternative functional food in the prevention of stunting in children under five in Ajung Kalisat Village. Pumpkin was chosen due to its high nutritional content, such as vitamin A, fiber, and antioxidants, which are beneficial for children's growth and development. The research method involved a trial of giving pumpkin pudding to children under five over a specific period and evaluating its impact on their nutritional status and growth. The results of the study showed that the consumption of pumpkin pudding significantly improved the nutritional status of children under five and has the potential to prevent stunting. Therefore, pumpkin pudding can be considered an effective alternative functional food in efforts to prevent stunting in the community.

An elderly person is someone who reaches the age of > 60 years. This increase in age will result in a decrease in the ability of the body's functions, one of which is the nervous system, namely a mild, moderate decline in cognitive function and even dementia. Severe dementia will result in elderly people being unable to carry out activities so that they will experience elderly people who are not prosperous and happy. To overcome this, puzzle therapy is needed. Puzzle therapy is a game of arranging certain shapes until they become a complete image or form a certain pattern. This is to stimulate and improve the cognitive function of the brain. It is known that nursing care for elderly people with decreased cognitive function is provided by providing puzzle therapy. This case study uses a descriptive method with a nursing process approach carried out on 3 clients using a One Group Pretest Posttest puzzle therapy research design on cognitive function in the elderly. The implementation results showed that there was a change in the MMSE score after being given puzzle therapy for 5 consecutive days, namely Mrs. F from 21 to 23, Mrs. L from 22 to 24 while Mrs. E of 16 and still has a score of 16. The average MMSE score which increased after being given puzzle therapy was 2 scores. It is hoped that the results of this case study can become an application for implementing puzzle therapy to improve cognitive function in the elderly where caregivers or nursing home staff can also make puzzle therapy a routine activity that can be carried out every week at the Dharma Bhakti KM 7 Palembang Nursing Home.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) estimates that the global population aged over 60 years will increase from 900 million in 2015 to 2 billion in 2050. This demographic is particularly vulnerable to disease and disability, with declining haemoglobin levels long considered a consequence of aging. Nutritional deficiencies, chronic diseases, kidney disease, haematological malignancies, and anemia of unknown cause can all contribute to anemia in the elderly. This significantly impacts physical performance, cognitive function, and overall health. We carried out this activity at St. Francis Assisi, Jakarta, with 36 participants. We perform a physical examination and a complete blood count, including haemoglobin and hematocrit levels, to detect nemia. Among the 36 participants, 18 people (50%) had mild anaemia, 6 people (16.7%) had moderate anaemia, and 1 person (2.8%) had very severe anaemia. Anaemia in the elderly can cause severe health consequences, including physical and cognitive decline, increased hospitalisations, and death. Routine screening for haemoglobin and hematocrit levels is essential for early detection and intervention, improving quality of life and health outcomes for older adults.

The importance of learning media in increasing children's enthusiasm for learning or using learning media will make it easier for an educator to provide learning to young children. Using learning media will not only stimulate cognitive development in children, but will stimulate all aspects of development in early childhood. Researchers carried out research at RA As-Syarif Sibanggor Jae. This research aims to see how early childhood cognitive development develops through games using letter cards as media. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research results include qualitative data which suggests that 1) It is very important to align cognitive development with the golden age because the golden age occurs in the first five years of a child's life. Therefore, the cognitive learning process is very important and effective if carried out through games; 2) Early childhood cognitive development is still in the pre-functional stage, so they are not yet able to think abstractly in learning that requires media; 3) Playing with letters, looking for letters using cards, and asking children questions during the activity. The purpose of this research is to determine the important role of learning evaluation in the learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. Assessment is a very important part of learning and teaching. If learning is important to foster students' spiritual development, then assessment needs to function as an informant to assess the success of learning. Without evaluation activities, it is impossible to find information about the pros and cons of the teaching activities carried out. In some rules, ethics and behavior cannot be ignored in evaluation. Therefore, it is very important to carry out an evaluation of the learning itself.
