Inclusive village development is a strategic priority in realizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with Village-Owned Enterprises ( BUMDes ) as the driving force of the local economy. However, the participation of vulnerable groups—such as people with disabilities , the elderly, women, and the poor—is still limited in BUMDes services . This study aims to evaluate the quality of BUMDes services in Daha Utara District through the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) approach which includes five dimensions: tangibles , reliability , responsiveness , assurance , and empathy . The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach . Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with three categories of participants: BUMDes managers , vulnerable groups, and community leaders. The results of the study indicate that physical facilities ( tangibles ) are not inclusive, service reliability is disrupted by limited human resources, and the assurance dimension has not been supported by ongoing training. Meanwhile, the responsiveness and empathy dimensions are relatively good interpersonally , but are not yet structured institutionally. The main obstacles identified are the lack of budget, lack of training, and the absence of a formal complaint mechanism. On the other hand, moral support from village managers and figures is a supporting factor for service transformation. This study concludes that improving the quality of inclusive services requires a transformative and participatory approach , including adaptive digitalization and active involvement of vulnerable groups in planning. These findings are expected to be the basis for making fairer and more responsive village development policies.

Reliable internet connectivity is a crucial element in supporting work effectiveness at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in Central Lombok. However, users of the internal WiFi network have reported various issues, including inconsistent speed and weak signal stability. This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the WiFi network services using the Servqual method, which assesses service quality based on five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to employees and staff who utilize the network. Data analysis was conducted by measuring the gap between users’ expectations and their perceptions of the service quality. The results show that most dimensions experienced a negative gap, particularly responsiveness (-0.47) and tangibles (-0.40), indicating inadequate response speed and suboptimal infrastructure conditions. Conversely, assurance (+0.40) and empathy (+0.27) showed positive gaps, reflecting users’ trust in the competence of IT staff and their perceived attentiveness. These findings highlight the need for technical evaluations, infrastructure improvements, and capacity building of human resources through regular training. This research contributes to the understanding of information technology service quality in the public sector and provides a foundation for strategic decision-making to enhance digital services. Moreover, the study encourages further research using mixed methods to gain a more comprehensive understanding of user satisfaction with WiFi services in government institutions.

This study investigates the linguistic expression mendokusai as used by the character Nagi Seishirou in the anime Blue Lock: Episode Nagi, examining how this phrase reflects his personal attitude and patterns of social behavior. Mendokusai, commonly found in Japanese youth language, conveys meanings such as “bothersome,” “annoying,” or “too much trouble,” and is often associated with a passive or indifferent tone. Adopting a pragmatics and sociolinguistics framework, this research analyzes the function of the expression within the character’s dialogue and its role in shaping Nagi’s identity as a so-called “lazy genius.” Employing a descriptive qualitative method, the study closely examines selected scenes in which Nagi uses mendokusai across different social and emotional contexts. The findings suggest that Nagi’s repeated use of the phrase is not merely habitual but a deliberate linguistic strategy that highlights his aversion to social expectations, preference for simplicity, and effortless self-assurance. This research demonstrates how the recurrence of a single expression can serve as a significant marker of character identity and behavior, especially in contemporary portrayals of Japanese youth.

Registration counter services as the main gateway for patient interaction with hospitals play a crucial role in shaping public perception of the quality of health services. However, Kaimana Hospital faces challenges such as long queues, limited physical facilities, and reliance on coordination between units, which have the potential to reduce patient satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the gap between patients' expectations and perceptions of the quality of registration counter services using the SERVQUAL model, focusing on five dimensions: Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness (responsiveness). The qualitative-descriptive method is applied through direct observation during the workday, semi-structured interviews and analysis of secondary documents. The results of the study showed that officers were considered competent in providing Assurance information  and showed spontaneous empathy for the Empathy vulnerable group. However, the Reliability  dimension is hampered by long queues and reliance on the availability of medical personnel, while Tangibles is limited to physical facilities that are less adaptive during visitor density. Responsiveness is also influenced by fluctuations in the number of patients and coordination between units that are not optimal. The main gap lies in the absence of a digital queuing system, structured inclusive protocols, and standardization of officer competencies. Strategic recommendations include certification-based HR training, integration of digital queue technology, infrastructure optimization, and strengthening operational coordination. This research emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to create an inclusive, efficient, and sustainable service ecosystem, as well as a reference for regional hospitals in improving the quality of services based on the SERVQUAL model.

Paracetamol is a widely used analgesic and antipyretic drug in tablet dosage form. Ensuring the stability of paracetamol tablets is essential to maintain drug efficacy, safety, and quality during their shelf life. This study aims to evaluate the physical and chemical stability of paracetamol tablets stored under different temperature and humidity conditions. The review method used in this article involves analyzing published data from several sources, focusing on changes in physical appearance (color, shape, and odor) and chemical parameters such as active pharmaceutical ingredient content over time. The findings indicate that higher temperatures and humidity accelerate degradation and affect the drug's quality, particularly through discoloration and reduction in active content. Packaging also plays a crucial role in maintaining stability, especially in tropical climates. The results highlight the importance of stability testing in pharmaceutical quality assurance and support the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and appropriate storage guidelines. This paper contributes to the understanding of stability profiles of commonly used drugs and provides a reference for the formulation and packaging development of heat-sensitive medications.

This research examines the implementation of the Integrated Administrative Services Program (PATEN) in Kalidawir District, Tulungagung Regency, as a strategy to bring administrative services closer to the community. This study aims to determine the quality of PATEN services and identify the inhibiting factors in optimizing the conduct of public services. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews, and then analyzed interactively using the Miles and Huberman model. This study adopts five dimensions of service quality according to Zeithaml, Berry, and Parasuraman, namely: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research findings indicate that the implementation of PATEN in Kalidawir District has good performance in terms of service infrastructure, procedural accuracy, responsiveness, and transparency. The inclusivity of services is supported by facilities such as child-friendly rooms and breastfeeding rooms. The staff always implements SOP, provides timely services, and maintains professional behavior. However, there are two main obstacles that hinder the optimization of services: inadequate infrastructure for the elderly and persons with disabilities, as well as limited public understanding of service procedures. These challenges affect access, efficiency, and perceptions of service delivery. This study concludes that although PATEN services in Kalidawir District meet general standards, improving inclusive facilities and communication strategies is essential for more equitable and effective service outcomes.

The certainty of halal status in food products is a crucial issue among Muslim consumers. Products containing additives such as gelatin or those imported from abroad often raise concerns, mainly due to limited information regarding their ingredient composition and production processes. This study aims to investigate the halal status of gelatin-based candy products and various imported foods available in Indonesia. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, product label analysis, and interviews with Islamic jurisprudence experts and representatives from the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH). The findings indicate that most gelatin-based candies in the market contain animal-derived gelatin with unclear sources (either bovine or porcine), while many imported products are not yet halal-certified. In conclusion, Muslim consumers should be more selective in choosing food products, and halal certification bodies play a vital role in educating the public and ensuring transparency in halal information.

The development of the Islamic financial industry in Indonesia has shown significant growth, both in terms of institutions, products, and public participation. However, public doubts remain regarding the level of Sharia compliance of these financial products. Halal certification is a crucial instrument for ensuring that a financial product truly complies with Sharia principles. This study aims to analyze the urgency of halal certification for Islamic financial products and its implications for consumer trust from a Sharia economic law perspective. The research method used is qualitative with a normative-juridical approach through a literature review of laws and regulations, fatwas from the National Sharia Council (DSN-MUI), and previous research findings. The results indicate that halal certification for Islamic financial products plays a strategic role in increasing transparency, accountability, and public trust. However, there is regulatory overlap between Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance and the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Therefore, harmonization of regulations and strengthening oversight by the Sharia Supervisory Board are crucial steps in ensuring the integrity of the Islamic financial system.
