Youth are a generation that lives in the digital era and they are very adept at using digital devices and are always updated with current technological developments. Technological developments cannot be avoided by anyone, including the church. There needs to be innovation and strategies for using technology in church services. The use of technology will make it easier for the church to reach and build the identity of youth, but on the other hand, if the church is resistant to technological developments, it is likely that church youth will withdraw and find it difficult to get involved in church activities. The role of the church in shaping the spiritual identity of the younger generation in the digital era is becoming increasingly important along with developments in technology and information. In an era where access to a variety of content and outside influences is very easy, the church has a great responsibility to ensure that young people have a solid spiritual foundation. The church can play an effective role in shaping the spiritual identity of the younger generation amidst the flow of digital information. And churches can use various methods and strategies to help youth build their spiritual identity. This includes the use of technology to spread religious teachings, the creation of supportive online communities, and the provision of targeted spiritual formation. Apart from that, the church also needs to understand the unique dynamics and challenges in the digital era, such as changes in lifestyle and values faced by today's young generation.

Digital transformation in the tourism industry is an important element in increasing competitiveness and tourist destinations. One sector that has great potential to adopt digital technology is religious and cultural tourism, which has high historical and cultural value. This research aims to analyze the implementation of digital transformation in the management of religious and cultural tourism with a case study in the Sultanate of Banten, a historical site that is an important part of Indonesia's historical journey. The Sultanate of Banten has adopted several digital technologies, such as marketing via social media, mobile applications for tourist information, and the use of technology-based visitor management systems. However, the application of digital technology is still limited to promotional and information aspects, while digital-based tourism experience management such as augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) has not been fully implemented. The challenges faced include limited human resources, technological infrastructure, and understanding the long-term benefits of digital transformation. It is recommended that local governments and related parties increase human resource capacity in the field of technology, strengthen digital infrastructure, and develop more interactive digital platforms to improve the quality of tourism experiences. Effective digital transformation can contribute to the management of religious and cultural tourism that is more sustainable and attractive to the younger generation.

This community service activity aims to introduce the advantages of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) compared to Elementary Schools (SD) and the Paket A Program, particularly in the context of student learning and character development. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah excels in the integration of religious and general education, supporting the holistic development of student character. Based on various studies, including the development of gamification-based literacy media in MI and the internalization of multicultural values in MI, MI has proven to be more effective in instilling important religious and social values at an early age. While the Paket A Program provides educational opportunities for school dropouts, it does not directly accommodate religious education as MI does. The advantages of MI are also reflected in the development of wahdatul ulum-based teaching materials and interactive e-modules to improve science skills, which demonstrate a more innovative approach to teaching and align with 21st-century learning principles. Therefore, this activity aims to increase public understanding of MI's advantages in shaping student character, skills, and socio-economic intelligence, while emphasizing the importance of religious education in supporting the moral and ethical development of children.

The history of the development of the Eastern Orthodox Church in the Byzantine Empire reflects the close relationship between politics and religion. This study examines how the Eastern Orthodox Church was formed and developed in the context of an empire that dominated the eastern regions of the Christian world. The main issues that arise are the Church's dependence on imperial patronage, internal conflicts such as iconoclasm, and the schism with the Western Church (Schism of 1054), which played a role in the formation of the Eastern Orthodox identity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of the Eastern Orthodox Church in the political, cultural, and theological context of the Byzantine Empire. It also explores the imperial influence on the church hierarchy and the evolution of theological teachings, as well as understanding how these dynamics shaped the unique characteristics of the Eastern Orthodox Church. The research method used is qualitative with a historical approach, through the analysis of literature and council documents. Data was drawn from various primary and secondary sources to explore the relationship between the church and the empire. The results show that the Eastern Orthodox Church flourished under Byzantine protection. Internal conflicts such as iconoclasm and external challenges such as the Great Schism affected the historical development of the church. Although the Byzantine Empire collapsed in 1453, its influence remained inherent in the traditions and hierarchy of the Eastern Orthodox Church that persist to this day.

Christian religious education teachers provide guidance for students in understanding the values of faith such as love, justice, humility, forgiveness, and service to others, apart from just being teachers. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by carrying out a literature review to find the role played by Christian religious education teachers in developing the learning process. From the research results, it was revealed that effective learning planning is able to provide support for students in understanding and applying religious values in their daily activities. However, teachers face several challenges, such as limited resources, lack of adequate training, resistance to change, and difficulties in implementing online learning. Improving teacher skills, utilizing technology, creating relevant modules, and collaboration between schools are key elements in the proposed solution. This article aims to describe the implementation of the Madrasah Education Section's Educator and Education Personnel Management Information System (SIMPATIKA) at the Palangka Raya City Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The main focus in this research includes: implementation, effectiveness of use, and inhibiting factors of SIMPATIKA implementation. This research was conducted qualitatively with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of SIMPATIKA has been carried out by the Madrasah Education Section at the Palangka Raya City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, which is managed by SIMPATIKA Special operators.2) The effectiveness of using SIMPATIKA as a madrasah data management system has not been fully realized.3) The inhibiting factors of SIMPATIKA implementation are mainly caused by the ignorance of some teachers in accessing the management information system for educators and education personnel (PTK). This has led to the delegation of SIMPATIKA account management to madrasah operators, whereas the account should be managed individually by each educator. The proposed solution is to hold technical guidance on the SIMPATIKA management information system, and provide an understanding of the rights and responsibilities in using individual SIMPATIKA accounts..

This study investigates the impact of Islamic education on promoting environmental awareness and sustainable economic behavior among youth. As environmental issues continue to pose significant global challenges, fostering eco-conscious behavior among the younger generation is essential for ensuring long-term sustainability. Islamic education, with its emphasis on ethical responsibility, stewardship, and accountability as outlined in the Quran and Hadith, provides a unique framework for shaping pro-environmental attitudes and behaviors. This experimental study compares two groups of students: the treatment group exposed to green-Islamic content and the control group receiving general civic education. The research measures students' environmental awareness, knowledge of sustainability, and behavior before and after the intervention, using pre-test and post-test questionnaires, as well as qualitative interviews. The results indicate that the treatment group exhibited a significantly greater improvement in environmental awareness and sustainable behavior compared to the control group. These findings suggest that Islamic education, by integrating religious and ethical principles into environmental education, can effectively encourage sustainable behaviors such as resource conservation, waste management, and ethical consumption. The study highlights the importance of incorporating Islamic values into educational curricula as a means to foster a more environmentally responsible generation. Additionally, the research emphasizes the need for further studies to explore the long-term effects of eco-conscious Islamic education across different cultural and educational contexts. The results of this study contribute to the growing body of knowledge on the role of religious education in addressing global environmental challenges and promoting sustainable development.
