Currently, Covid-19 is a major problem that is being faced by almost the entire world, including Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has multi-sectoral impacts from various aspects, namely health, education, social and economy, including what happened in Blora Regency. Synergy with various parties such as Babinsa, village midwives, village heads and village officials is needed to support health protocols, besides the active role of the National Police in this case Bhabinkamtibmas (Bhayangkara builder of security and public order) is very important in efforts to control the spread, minimize prevention and provide education as well as information to the public regarding Covid-19 in order to create a conducive security and social order situation. The empowerment of the Blora Police bhabinkamtibmas in the target villages or sub-districts has been going well considering the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic in Blora Regency is increasing every day but is not matched by public awareness to comply with the health protocols applied.

One type of local government supervision is internal control. This internal control is carried out by the government internal control apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate. The main role of APIP is as a consultant and problem solver for local governments with the task of conducting inspections, reviews, monitoring and evaluation, as well as other supervision of the implementation of tasks and functions of local government organizations.This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The location chosen for this research is the Inspectorate of Pekalongan City. The data source retrieval technique in this study uses data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the focus of this research is on examining the influence of APIP's role in the implementation of the maturity of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Pekalongan City Inspectorate.The results of this study are (1) the Pekalongan City Inspectorate performs its role as a leader who is the forefront funnel by coordinating, carrying out control functions, encouraging the creation of bureaucratic reform and governance, (2) Pekalongan City Inspectorate has an Internal Supervision function which includes activities that include: directly related to quality assurance that supports the implementation of an effective, transparent, accountable and clean government from KKN practices, (3) As a consultant to the Pekalongan City Inspectorate must know more than the party conducting consultations regarding regional financial management in accordance with the laws and regulations that exist, (4) Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus plays a role as Quality Assurance, namely ensuring that an activity can run efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the rules in achieving organizational goals, and (5) The role of the auditor as a catalyst based on employee perceptions influence on the achievement of the goals of the organization.

This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. This research is motivated by the important role of students in building constructive habits of mind. Setting the age of 7 or 8 is not the final limit for hadhanah, but it is the right for children to determine who to have hadhin. Second, the analysis of the as-Shafi'i school uses the argument from al-Quran sura at-Tahrim verse 6, which contains the general basis of hadhanah, then sura al-Baqarah verse 233, which contains the role of the mother in caring for her child, such as breastfeeding, caring. The number of MSMEs that have halal certificates is still far less than large industries, including MSMEs in Kedungsalam Village, Donomulyo District, Malang Regency. Based on these problems, the Accounting Department of Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) held a halal literacy activity for MSMEs. This halal literacy activity has never been obtained by participants before. The purpose of this activity is that in the future MSMEs in Kedungsalam Village can improve product quality through halal certification, so that they can survive and compete in the globalization era. This service activity is considered right on target, because MSME products that are not yet halal certified can register through the Halal Center at UM. The UM Halal Center has been officially established since early 2019 which has a role in providing services to the community's needs for halal certification, namely accompanying, fostering, and overseeing halal product guarantees.

The effectiveness of implementing school principal academic supervision in improving teacher performance in developing evaluations of learning outcomes at Bilal One Roof Public Middle School, Adonara Timur District for the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research is school action research through the implementation of the Principal's academic supervision including planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the study show (1) the increase in teacher performance by the principal through the academic supervision of the principal shows an increase in each round. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal has a high commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) consistently and continuously. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal is responsible for loading and unloading activities at the port. Stevedoring Workers (TKBM) have an important role in achieving the performance of loading and unloading activities from the port to the ship and from the ship to the port. Loading and unloading workers are one part of the workforce that needs attention because the work process they carry out carries the risk of work accidents. Work safety issues are factors that must be taken into account when carrying out loading and unloading work at the port. However, there are challenges in terms of a lack of understanding of the importance of creativity, a lack of creative teaching methods, and suboptimal involvement between teachers and parents. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the role of teacher and parent creativity in increasing children's interest in learning through Christian religious education. Through a qualitative approach and data analysis, this study identified existing problems and provided workable solutions. The results of the study show that a deep understanding of the importance of creativity, the use of creative teaching methods, and the active involvement of teachers and parents can encourage children's interest in learning in the context of Christian religious education. This study provides practical recommendations to enhance the role of teacher and parent creativity in strengthening children's interest in learning through Christian religious education, with the hope of improving the quality of Christian religious education that children receive.

Abstract: Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) plays a pivotal role in the economic development of many countries, especially in emerging markets. This paper explores the relationship between FDI and sustainable development goals (SDGs), with a focus on sectors like renewable energy, infrastructure, and education. By analyzing case studies from Latin America and Asia, the study highlights the contributions of FDI to sustainable development, such as job creation, technology transfer, and economic growth. Additionally, it examines the limitations, including dependency risks and environmental challenges. Findings suggest that targeted FDI policies are essential for maximizing FDI's positive impacts on sustainable growth.

The failure of parents to teach responsibility to children will cause various bad effects for children both now and in the future. Responsibilities are important in children's lives because they are correlated with children's emotional intelligence, social relationships, have a good impact on educational aspects, and contribute to children's success in the future. Because of the closeness of the relationship and the bonds they have, parents are the most appropriate person to teach responsibility to children. This research article aims to highlight what role Christian parents can play in contributing to the maximum in teaching their children about responsibility. By using the description method and getting support from literature review, it is hoped that it can provide a strong and in-depth picture related to the discussion of Bible stories about responsibility, the importance of responsibility for children, and the contribution of parents in teaching responsibility to children. The results of this study found that parents can contribute maximally in teaching responsibility to children when they begin to introduce responsibility as early as possible, make responsibility a habit of behavior, become role models, and be sensitive when teaching children. Through living these five things in real life by parents, parents will contribute maximally to the growth of children's responsibilities.

The sample used in this dipenelitian is saturated sample in which every Member of the population serve as samples. In this study, data gathering is carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the determination of the calculation can be seen that the value of R2 is 0.907 Adusted. This can indicate the magnitude of the role or contribution that independent variable (X1), namely incentive can explain or influence the dependent variable (Y) the performance of employees amounted to 95.2%, while the rest is affected by other factors that do not researched. And based on the results of testing linearity obtained value p value of 0.05 0.00 < Sig. This indicates acceptance of the H1 so that the relationship can be inferred variable x with y Linear.

This study examines the genealogical transformation of the Neosufi order in Indonesia, focusing on the shift from a private-ritual institution to an active and open social movement in the public space. Through a qualitative approach based on literature study and hermeneutic analysis, this paper highlights how the Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah Order (TQN) Suryalaya represents a new form of Sufism that combines spiritual depth with collective social action. This transformation is seen in various fields, ranging from drug rehabilitation, Islamic boarding school education, to spirituality-based economic empowerment. The order is no longer just a space for contemplation, but also plays a role in the process of social reconciliation, moral advocacy, and expansion into the public space through digital media. However, this dynamic also raises genealogical problems in the form of spiritual symbolization by the state, co-optation of power, and ambiguity in the interpretation of modernity. Indonesian Neosufism is a contextual response to spiritual and social crises, as well as a field of negotiation between the legacy of tradition, the demands of modernity, and the structure of state power. This study is a development of the author's dissertation and academic book manuscript that is being prepared for publication, thus presenting theoretical and practical contributions to the study of Sufism and social development.
