Stock reports on purchases and sales of a period. useful for helping employees to assess the amount of inequality in the flow of purchases, monitor stock / inventory of goods, and provide reports both purchase reports, sales reports, stock condition reports, and profit / profit reports to management to determine further business policies The process of recording transactions in a conventional or paper-based manner is identical with several weaknesses, namely easily damaged, difficult / long when looking for stored data, difficult / long when it comes to generating reports. These weaknesses can be corrected by implementing computer-based monitoring applications. If the monitoring application is planned/made properly, the computer-based information system is relatively safer. The model to be developed refers to the Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall and the tools used and the tools used to design the system are use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. while the implementation of making stock/inventory monitoring applications is done with PHP web-based programming and databases using MySQL. This application can help and get more accurate information about the stock data of goods that have run out.

This research aims to determine the influence of the records management system on the implementation of good government at the Banyuurip District Office, Purworejo Regency. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. Research data was obtained from 24 respondents who were also samples in this study, all of whom were employees at the Banyuurip District office. Furthermore, the data obtained in this research was analyzed using Simple Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Simple Regression Analysis, Determination Analysis, and T Test. The results of this research show that the correlation coefficient of the records management system is in the interval 0.60-0.799, meaning the level of relationship between these variables strong. . This means that the better the records management system, the better the implementation of good governance. Based on simple linear regression calculations, the regression equation Y= 19.688 + 0.536 (X) is obtained. The result of the constant coefficient is 19.688 on the value of the records management system variable (X), so the level of implementation of good governance is 0.536. The coefficient of determination seen from R Square is 0.524, this means that the contribution of the archive management system variable (X) to the implementation of good governance variable (Y) is 52.4% while the remaining is 47.6%. The results of the t-test calculation show that the t-table value is greater than the t-count, so that the working hypothesis (Ha) which states that partially there is a positive and significant influence between the records management system variable (X) on the good governance implementation variable (Y) is accepted. , and the null hypothesis (H0) which states that partially there is no positive and significant influence between the archive management system variable (X) on the implementation of good governance variable (Y) is rejected. This shows the influence of the records management system in implementing good governance in the Banyuurip District Office, Purworejo Regency.

In the spatial planning regulations, the mixed area is regulated in a mixed zone (C), which includes; housing and trade / services, housing and offices, trade / services and offices. For the use of the mixed zone category, it must be supported by the existence of a clear zone boundary which can limit the further expansion of the mixed function and there must be an effort to encourage the development of the mixed function towards a certain designated zone. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct this research to provide input and suggestions for related parties, including mixed area typology, mixed area prerequisites, mixed area principles, mixed area criteria and standards.   Keywords: mixed-use area, typology, prerequisites, principles, criteria

Background: Implementation of the family planning program still faces several obstacles. Factors that cause PUS to be reluctant to participate in family planning include: In terms of service, up to now, there is still a lack of quality, as evidenced by family planning participants who stopped using contraception. As well as in terms of delivery of counseling, it puts forward rational, effective and efficient contraceptive choices. Research Objectives: to determine the relationship between family planning services and counseling on obstacles to the implementation of family planning programs in the Bajeng Community Health Center, Gowa Regency. Methods: This study used a Cross Sectional Study method. The sample in this study was PUS who did not participate in family planning. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data were processed using SPSS and descriptive and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test and presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Results: This study shows that there is a relationship between family planning services and obstacles in the implementation of the family planning program where the p value is obtained. There is a relationship providing counseling to obstacles in the implementation of the family planning program where the value of p =, 000. This means that the p value <? (0.05) because the p value is less than 0.05. Conclusion: There is a Relationship between Family Planning Services and Counseling Providing Against Barriers to Implementing Family Planning Programs in the Work Area of the Bajeng Community Health Center.
