The title of this research is Moral Values ​​in the Short Film Don't Read Pancasila by Rafdi Akbar. Film itself is a tool to convey various messages to the public or community with story media. The film Don't Read Pancasila tells the story of a family with a child named Sandy. As a child, Sandy grew up like children in general. But on the other hand, Sandy suffers from a syndrome called Asperger's or in other words called Autism, causing him trouble or difficulty from an early age, so that he is always seen as strange and stupid by many people including his friends because of his temperament and autistic nature. . The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Meanwhile, the results obtained in this study are in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences obtained in the short film Don't Read Pancasila by Rafdi Akbar. The data collection technique that the author did in this study used the listening and note-taking technique. This study aims to find the moral values ​​contained in the short film Don't Read Pancasila by Rafdi Akbar. While the results obtained in this research are displayed in the real reality, namely the existence of moral values ​​such as courage, humility, lying and compassion.

Cases of death due to COVID-19 have also increased the number of children who have become orphans.  Thus, these children are now in need of social welfare service (PPKS). Children who have lost their parents due to COVID-19 in Pekanbaru City are the highest compared to all regencies/cities in Riau Province, these children belong to a vulnerable group  so that inclusiveness (partiality) is needed for them. This study aims to look at inclusive governance in handling children who have lost their parents due to COVID-19 in Pekanbaru city. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive nature. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the handling of children who lost their parents due to COVID-19 in Pekanbaru City had fulfilled three elements of inclusive governance, namely transparency, participation, and equal treatment. However, in the implementation of the three elements of inclusive governance, there are still obstacles, namely changing policies and disproportionate assistance.

This study aims to: (1) describe the sense of ekopuitika theory; (2) describe the working mechanism of ekopuitika theory; and (3) describe the application of the ekopuitika theory in the oral literature. The theory used in this research is  ekopuitika theory, ecology theory, and poetics theory. Sound that includes: a) rima; (b) assonance; (c) alliteration; (d) anaphora; (e) efoni; (f) kakafoni; and (g) onomatopoeic. 2. Rime (metrum and rhythm) 3. Word includes: (a) vocabulary; (b) diction; (c) figurative language; (d) imagery; and (e) linguistic factors. 4. Phrase that includes: (a) nominal phrases; (b) verbal phrase; (c) the numeral phrase; (d) the adverb phrase; and (e) the prepositional phrase. 5. Sentence/array includes: (a) declarative sentences; (b) interrogative sentences; (c) the imperative sentence; and (d) the exclamatory sentence. 6. The discourse that includes: (a) cohesion and (b) coherence. Problem formulation, Based on the background outlined above, then the problem is: What is the quality of services that includes Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy effect on customer satisfaction in the Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara .Objective, while the objectives of this research is to determine how much the quality of the services provided by Sinar Bone Supermarket. "Quality of service refers to judgments of customers about the core of this service and the service provider itself or the entire service organization, most people are now beginning to show demand towards service excellence, they are no longer just need a quality product, but they prefer to enjoy the convenience of service " The method used in  this  research is  descriptive quantitative method in  accordance with  the  purpose of  the  research presented in advance outlining the nature of the nature and looking for a systematic description of the facts under investigation From the discussion above results show that the performance of the services provided by the service provider is very influential on consumer satisfaction, the strategy adopted by a Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara , especially in the service sector should be implemented properly. 

This study aims to: (1) analyze and discover the nature of the approval of the Notary Honorary Council as an effort to protect the law against notaries in the judicial process; (2) Analyze and find law enforcement for Notaries related to Professional Ethics. This type of research is normative law. While the research approach used, namely: Legislation, conceptual approach, and case approach, as well as a comparative approach. The legal materials used in this study are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. While the analysis of legal materials using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) The regional MKN has the authority to examine applications submitted by investigators, public prosecutors or judges; as well as giving approval or rejection of requests for approval to take photocopies of minuta deed and summons Notaries to attend investigations, prosecutions, and judicial processes (66 paragraph (1) UUJNP), (2) Sanctions imposed on Notaries who violate the professional code of ethics are regulated in Article 85 UUJN, namely in the form of: Verbal warning; Written warning; temporary stop; Honorable discharge; and Dishonorable Dismissal by the Notary Honorary Council.

Stock investment in the capital market promises two forms of profit, capital gains and dividends. In addition to high profits, stock investments also have a high risk of loss because stocks have a nature high return-high risk. One of the risks posed is the ups and downs of stock prices that occur at any time can cause losses such as capital loss. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROE, DER, and exchange rates on stock prices in BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique. The sample obtained amounted to 13 companies. The results of the analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 shows that ROE has a positive and significant effect, DER has a negative and significant effect, while the exchange rate has no significant effect on stock prices.

This research is motivated by the success of phenomenon educational institution based on nature that serve as one of the alternative educational institutions in Indonesia. The success of the phenomenon came from from the ability of sekolah alam to shape and transform the sought-after core values. This research aims to explain the process of forming and transforming core values based on environmental uniqueness and local wisdom at Sekolah Alam Kebun Tumbuh (SAKT) which conducted in August – December 2021, and located in the middle of an urban area. Researcher used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation as well as analysis using interactive model qualitative techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research indicate that all educational and learning activities in sekolah Alam carried out with an integrative holistic approach with nature as a place, source, and learning media in the context of cognitive processes, awareness, enlightenment, empowerment, character building and children's behavior. The core values developed by Sekolah Alam Kebun Tumbuh are based on five values, includes noble character, critical thinking, leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and toughness. These core values are the hallmark and differentiator from Sekolah Alam Kebun Tumbuh from other sekolah alam as well as the brand image of Sekolah Alam Kebun Tumbuh. In addition, it continues to embody the three dimensions of core values in general, namely curriculum, methods, environment and physics.

This study aims to investigate the impact of democratic parenting style, single parent resilience, school environment, and religious education on child character development. Through an exploratory approach, the research seeks to understand the intricate interplay between these factors and their effects on shaping children's character traits. The study employs purposive sampling to gather insights from diverse perspectives, including parents, educators, and religious leaders. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify recurring patterns and themes within the narratives. Initial findings suggest that democratic parenting fosters independence and empathy in children, while single parent resilience contributes to resilience-building. Additionally, the school environment and religious education play significant roles in instilling moral values and ethical principles. These findings underscore the multifaceted nature of child character development and highlight the importance of considering various influences in nurturing well-rounded individuals.

The Digital Age is a period that cannot be separated from the rapid increase in information technology. Islamic nature and character is very valuable as a channel and barrier for children at TPQ in managing information technology in today's digital era. This is what underlies the importance of Parenting Skill Training for TPQ Al Ikhlas Santri Guardians in the Digital Era, the Islamic Digital Parenting community movement program. This program demonstrates to introduce the computerized world to guardians, and teach them to have the option of getting ready. Young people are facing the rapid advancement of innovation by applying Islamic traits to children. This Business Program aims to provide skills to prepare and provide knowledge to guardians regarding correct Islamic parenting patterns for children in old age. Departing from this problem, then, at that time, what the guardians of santri needed to do to prevent and survive the bad consequences of the computerized world was to develop Digital Resilience in children. Advanced Resilience is its capacity to control the possible risks of an internet-based world by developing virtues in young people (Shotbolt, 2016, 2017). This work should be made possible by instilling great Islamic qualities and character in young people.

The research seeks to reveal the perspective of the truth about God, is library research with a philosophical inquiry approach. Primary data sources are from the Al-Qur'an and hadith, strengthened by secondary data from other literature, then analyzed for interpretation, comparison and reflection. The research resulted in the conclusion: Proving the truth of God is not only a topic of discussion for Western philosophers, but also Muslim philosophers and theologians, such as Muslim philosophers and theologians who were followers of the Mu'tazilah and al-Ash'ariyah. This proof is divided into two propositions, First, Argument a novitate mundi (dalil al-huduts), which emphasizes the temporality of the universe, and has actually been used popularly by Muslim theologians with a general procedure, proving the temporality of the universe, second, the postulate of possibility (dalil al-imkan), focuses on arguments from contingency. These two proofs confirm that God is real. In this way, the thoughts of Muslim philosophers increasingly strengthen the existence of the reality of God. After the formula for the nature of salbiyah is applied to all Gods, it can be seen that all Gods are void Gods, except Allah SWT who is true.  

Motivation is the most basic factor in educational institutions to mobilize the potential of human resources to foster enthusiasm in working with organizational goals. The second factor is the leader as a leader who is able to mobilize human resources. Sensitivity leaders are expected to understand the nature and human needs. The hierarchy of human needs is expected to be another consideration in motivating staff, teachers (ustadz) or employees. Five things human needs that need to be considered are: physiological, safety, social, esteem and self-actualization needs. If a leader puts forward human values ​​in motivating his subordinates, then productivity and success can be realized in the institution or agency he leads.

The purpose of this study is to show that currently Indonesia is facing significant challenges related to the destruction of natural resources and the environment. High deforestation, caused by illegal logging activities and the expansion of oil palm plantations, is a major cause of habitat loss and threats to biodiversity. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that increasing the active participation of all components of the nation to achieve forest management goals, increasing the implementation of the Eco Tourism program as a mitigation effort in overcoming pollution risks, ecosystem health, and sustainable water resources to mitigate the impact of global warming in the context of National Resilience.  

The purpose of this study is to determine how product innovation, brand image, and digital strategy affect the purchasing decisions of Palu consumers regarding Indomilk milk. The employed research methodology is quantitative in nature, incorporating both primary and secondary sources of data. The study's population comprises Indomilk milk consumers residing in Palu, the exact number of whom has not been determined. Due to the unknown quantity of the population, the number of respondents for this survey was calculated using the Paul Leedy formula and came to 81. The data for this study was gathered through the distribution of a questionnaire to the sample of respondents. This study employed various data analysis techniques, including instrumental tests, tests for double linear regression, t tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests. On the basis of this study's data analysis, it is possible to conclude that product innovation, brand image, and digital strategy significantly impact the purchasing decisions of Palu consumers regarding Indomilk.

Destinasi wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Pati menjadi trend wisata saat ini yaitu wisata alam di Hutan Pinus Pangonan. Hutan Pinus ini merupakan wisata Alam yang berada di pegunungan Muria, lebih tepatnya di Desa Pangonan, Kecamatan Tlogowungu, Kabupaten Pati. Hutan pinus Pangonan merupakan lahan milik Perhutani yang sangat potensial. Pengelolaannya di bawah Bumdes Gunungsari Pangonan. Dari kajian melakukan penelitian mengenai Hutan Pinus Pangonan untuk dijadikan sebagai destinasi unggulan di Kabupaten Pati. Masyarakat dan Pemerintah daerah ikut terlibat dalam pengelolaan daya tarik Hutan Pinus Pangonan. Daya tarik wisata Hutan Pinus Pangonan ini masih belum maksimal untuk anggaran yang dikeluarkan, sehingga membutuhkan suatu kerjasama yang maksimal antara pengelola dengan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Pati. Perkembangan pariwisata dengan trend global back to nature terus mengalami peningkatan. Sebab pada umumnya pengembangan pariwisata di daerah tentu memiliki motivasi pada kemanfaatan ekonomi yaitu devisa bagi daerah, negara, serta peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dan pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan, bahwa fasilitas yang sudah memadai menjadi faktor pendukung untuk dikembangkannya menjadi sebuah destinasi unggulan dengan konsep ekowisata. Pengembangan atraksi di Hutan Pinus Pangonan harus menjadi fokus utama dalam pengelolaannya.

The subject of Tax Law is an individual (person) and a Legal Entity or Corporation. In the enforcement of tax law, there are often deviations from the Tax Law, both committed by individuals and corporations. Efforts to resolve these irregularities for person actors are easier to resolve in accordance with applicable law, but for corporate actors there are many obstacles. What is this obstacle, is revealed through research. The research was carried out with the type of juridical nomative research, the nature of the research was descriptive. The dominant data source is secondary data, which includes primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results of the study indicate that the obstacles that arise in law enforcement against corporations are caused by weaknesses in legal substance, weaknesses in legal structures, weaknesses in legal culture and weaknesses in procedural law.

In addition, the opinions and solutions of religious leaders regarding early marriage.In this study, the research used by the compiler is a type of field research (field research), to the Tamanan KUA and several Tamanan religious leaders regarding their views on early marriage. The nature of the research used is descriptive, analytical, primary data, namely the original source without previous intermediaries, which is the source of data on the words or actions of a person who is observed or interviewed. In this study, the authors used Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning marriage, especially articles related to the discussion in this thesis. Based on the methods used above, it was revealed that the factors causing early marriage in the District itself, namely: environmental factors, economic factors and also factors regarding understanding of religion. these factors are what cause many early marriages in Tamanan District. Then the opinion of the figures is that there are some who agree with the existence of early marriage or in the legal language of marriage dispensation. Because there are dasrnya that allow marriage dispensation. Some religious leaders disagree with early marriage. Because a marriage needs readiness from various aspects. One of the figures agreed with early marriage, as long as the marriage was carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Mathematics is an applicable science and very close to human life, so mathematics is very important to learn from elementary school. However, the mathematics competence of elementary school students in Indonesia is relatively low. One of them is SD IT Cahaya Ummat which is located in Karangjati, Kecamatan Bergas, Kabupaten Semarang, the grade 6 students' average mathematics score is lower than other subjects. So far, learning is still conventional in nature with learning resources in the form of printed books, thus it is necessary to have learning innovations to increase students' interest in learning mathematics.The design of interactive media as a learning aid can be a solution to attract students' attention to be more focused when the teacher explains math material in class. When students feel interested and focused on learning, learning will be more effective so that students' understanding of the material presented by the teacher will also increase.Interactive learning media made with Adobe Flash CS5.5 to combine text, images, sound, and animation will make the application more attractive, so that students are more interested in learning mathematics with statistics material. The results of the validation score obtained from media experts are 34, material experts 39, and users 35, so this learning media product is classified as a very good category, so it is valid to be used.  

The purpose of this study is to examine influence of financial stability, external pressure, nature of industry, and rationalization to financial statement fraud. The sample used in this study is manufacture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI)in the period 2018-2019. By using purposive sampling method, it is obtained as many as 77 mnufacture companies as the study sample. The method of analysis used in this study is logistic regression. In this research include overall fit model test, hosmed and lemeshow test, goodness of fit test, and classification matrix result of this study indicate that the financial stability is significant to financial statement fraud, while external pressure, nature of industry, and rationalization are not significant to financial statement fraud
