This study aims to determine the effect of product variation on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the influence of product variation, product quality, and service quality simultaneously affect satisfaction consumers of Toko Ramai Semarang. The type of research used is inferential. The population in this study are consumers who shop at TokoRamai Semarang. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.

We do this Community Service activity with the aim of increasing the understanding of Pulisen residents, especially RT.07 / RW.08 in understanding about obtaining certificates through the PTSL program, this is done incidentally as a State program carried out by BPN The method used in the implementation of this Community Service activity is to use the lecture method, followed by a question and answer (discussion) related to the theme of this activity. Based on observations that we have done some time ago, and also accompanied by the results of interviews that are casual in nature, Pulisen residents, especially RT.07 / RW.08, in understanding about obtaining certificates through the PTSL program this is done incidentally as a State program carried out by BPN, including among others: 1. Low understanding of Prona 2. Low understanding of Ayudication 3. The low level of citizen participation in understanding PTSL

Pregnancy is a physiological and normal process, not only related to biological aspects but also related to a woman's psychological, emotional and spiritual aspects in life. A woman has a duty to fulfill the role of a mother during her pregnancy. This service activity is carried out with the aim of providing information about pregnancy, various psychological changes during pregnancy and how to make psychological adaptations during pregnancy in achieving the role of mother at the Jumpandang Baru Community Health Center. The number of participants in this service activity was 20 people which was carried out on November 21 2020 at the Tallo District Office using the lecture and question and answer method as well as the sharing method. The results of this activity show changes in behavior in the form of successful adaptation, especially in psychological changes during pregnancy.

Early childhood development has an important role in the development of an individual. In order for a child to have good development, it is necessary to carry out early detection of the child's growth and development with the aim of achieving optimization of a child's development. Data shows an increase in the prevalence of parents who do not regularly monitor their children's growth and development. Monitoring the growth and development of toddlers is carried out in conjunction with early detection of developmental disorders in toddlers so that intervention and simulation can provide optimal results. This community service activity aims to determine children's developmental growth and deviations that occur as well as providing education to parents, especially about the growth and development of pre-school children and the factors that support children's growth and development. The target of the activity is pre-school children and mothers/parents of Prima Bhakti Kindergarten students. The method used in the activity is the KPSP child growth and development detection instrument and to increase parents' knowledge about growth and development, it is carried out through counseling, question and answer discussions and demonstrations on how to stimulate children's growth and development. The results of early detection of growth assessment using the WHO curve showed that 95% had normal stature and normal nutrition and 5% were malnourished. Examination of children's development with the KPSP instrument was 100% developmentally appropriate. The education provided to parents shows that they are active participants in question and answer discussion activities and demonstrations of growth and development stimulation.

The objective is to determine the effect of compliance, on tax violations and the presentation of means of transportation to make tax payment transactions for vehicle transportation equipment. This research was conducted at SAMSAT Semarang City. The amount of data taken by the sample is 100 by collecting data. The search for the number of respondents was carried out by means of questions and answers, questionnaires. The results of this study, the data can be seen that the effect of compliance, on the violation of the Vehicle Transportation Tax to pay the vehicle tax at the Semarang City SAMSAT Office

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran norma dan keadilan pada PPKn bagi peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 23 Surakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaran, kepala sekolah dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran norma dan keadilan dalam pembelajaran PPKn di SMP Negeri 23 Surakarta kurang optimal. Hal tersebut ditujukkan dengan hasil penilaian aspek afektif yaitu kurang optimal, hal tersebut ditunjukkaan siswa kurang aktif menjawab pertanyaan serta siswa kurang memperhatikan penjelasan guru dengan seksama. Hasil penilaian aspek psikomotorik yaitu aktivitas siswa dalam menyampaikan hasil kerja kelompok di depan kelas sudah baik. The kind of research is descriptive qualitative research. The sources of data are primary and secondary data. The subjects of the research are teachers of civics subject, the principal, and the students. The methods of collecting the data are observation, interview, and documentation. The trustworthiness was conducted through source and method triangulation. The technique of analyzing the data used interative analysis model. The research findings show that the process of norms and justice learnings on civics of 7th grade students at SMP Negeri 23 Surakarta is less optimum. It could be viewed from less optimum affective factor showed from the studenst who are less active in answering questions and they less pay attetion of the teacter. The result of assessment from psychomotor aspect is that the activity of the students in conveying the result of group activity in front of the class is good. This community service is in the form of delivering material exposure to the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning to Teachers of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta. Community service by presenting teachers, school principals and in material presentation and interactive question and answer events to the level of mastery of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta teachers regarding the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning for SD Mojosongo III Surakarta Teachers is intended to be able understand the essence of 4C in learning to support the smoothness of the learning process as well as theoretical clarity and a better understanding of learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in elementary schools. The delivery of this material to all teachers at SD Mojosongo III Surakarta, school principals and school supervisors totaling 25 teachers, both classroom and sports teachers, religion teachers and art teachers from parallel classes at the school. With the hope of teachers in the learning process in the classroom so that aspects of teacher knowledge and skills can further improve the abilities and professionalism of primary school teachers. Providing a scientific basis for elementary school teachers in understanding the essence of 4C Implementation in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning which consists of Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity, and provide theoretical clarity and understanding better about learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in Primary Schools. The implementation will be held on Monday, July 15 2020 in the SD Mojosongo III Surakarta classroom with a 6 hour implementation time pattern, starting at 8.00 WIB until 15.00 WIB. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation that mothers breastfeed for a minimum of 6 months has not been achieved, this is because the psychological condition of mothers after giving birth often experiences disturbances, which will affect breast milk production. This problem can occur due to the transition period to becoming a parent, the anxiety felt during post partum can be one of the factors influencing breast milk production. The aim of this service is to This service activity is carried out with the aim of providing information about psychological adaptation in breastfeeding mothers and how to carry out this psychological adaptation to achieve optimization of the role as a mother at the Jongaya Community Health Center. The number of participants in this service activity was 15 people which was held on July 28 2023 at the Jongaya Community Health Center using the lecture and question and answer method as well as the sharing method. The results of this activity show changes in behavior in the form of successful adaptation, especially in psychological changes during breastfeeding.  

Quality of service not yet optimal because many basic health facilities do not meet the standards of service readiness and the absence of standard health service guidelines. Puskesmas, which are first-level health facilities, are at the forefront of efforts to reduce inequalities in health development in all regions. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of health services for outpatients at the Lateri Public Health Center in Ambon City in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative study using a descriptive design with a sample of 137 respondents by using accidental sampling. The instruments used were questionnaires and writing instruments. The data analysis used was univariate analysis. Research resultIt is known that the tangibles variable (evidence / form) the respondent answered did not support more with it, the number of respondents was 69 people (50.4%). Reliability (Reliability), respondents answered more not according to amounting to 69 (50.4%). For the responsiveness variable (responsiveness), respondents answered responsiveness amounted to 83 people (60.6%), good Assurance (Assurance) amounted to 95 people (69.3%) while the empathy variable (empathy) who answered was 97 people (70.8 %).It is concluded that almost all of the dimensions of service quality found in this study are good.

This article aims to describe the review of Islamic law on the obligations of a father who abandoned the maintenance of the child in the decision of the Supreme Court number 608/K/AG/2003 and describing a living madliyah children after divorce based on the protection of children's rights in Law Number 23 Year 2002 on the Protection of Children. This research is included in the type of normative legal research, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The processing of legal materials in normative legal research is by means of literature studies which are described and then linked between one legal material and other legal materials, especially the relationship between the elements covered in the research problem. So it is presented in a systematic writing form to answer the problems that have been formulated in this research. The result showed that the duty of a father to meet child support does not become payable if the elapsed time, but it could be due to maintenance if there is a decision of the judge. This imposition on the grounds that the father in condition to be able to work deliberately remiss. Supreme Court Decision No. 608/K/AG/2003 does not conflict with Islamic law. Every parent has an obligation to be responsible for nurturing, nurture, educate, and protect children. Deliberateness of a father neglects the obligation to provide maintenance, so that children can not get their rights and suffer a loss, then it can be described as acts of negligence as regulated in Law Number 23 of 2002 on the Protection of Children

This extension activity was conducted for Karang Taruna Desa Papahan, Kec. Tasikmadu, Kab. Karanganyar. The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures.This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. While positive behavior is anaction that is in accordance with the character, culture, norms and noble values in the community.In order for children to grow and develop optimally, the family or parents need to increase theirrole. Along with the times and the assimilation of culture in the era of globalization of positivebehavior in children such as manners, tolerance, caring for others and respect for others isincreasingly lost. The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. Based on observations, the learning method used at SD N JatisariSemarang in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers with the book media. Learning methodswhich so far has not been implemented enough to have an impact on the level of student understanding ofmaterial taught. The method used was less successful so students felt boredand saturated. Efforts to overcome the problems of the learning process need a solutionwith new methods that can be developed. This research uses the concept of mediainteractive Talking Stick method by adding interaction and bringing interesting featuresas well as a system for better and more varied enjoyment through prominent figureshas a good character and at the same time has a history of using puppet media.From the results of the analysis, the concept of the media chosen as interactive media is character recognitionPandawa puppets in the form of a cartoon Manga (Japanese style cartoon) so it becomesmore attractive without reducing the value of local kerifan contained therein. The strength of the mediathis is modifying wayang recognition products through digital services on a system-based basiscomputers that respond to user actions, besides that the product has other advantages, namely the teachercan change or replace evaluation questions. The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.

During the process of shipping goods sometimes it does not need to be done with problems, for example regarding expenditures, both originating from nature, human actions or from the nature of the goods themselves. In answering this law, the approach method is carried out using the sociological juridical method with descriptive analytical specifications and the analysis is done qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the standard agreement in the transportation agreement determined by the carrier according to the position of the parties is not balanced and there is no freedom of transfer to determine the contents of the agreement. Factors that cause ownership change, damage or loss of goods in PT. Pandu Logistics is 2 factors, the first factor which is a factor of PT. Extension methods include lectures, discussions, question and answer. Activity plan extension done 2 times, the first meeting of a talk foster entrepreneurial soul, second meeting: improving the skills of the production. The outer of this activity are: 1) the SME has the spirit of entrepreneurship. 2) SME have the skills to make bird cage. The purpose of community service activities with the theme of Information Service on Reproductive Health in Young Women Aisyiah I orphanage member West City Banjarsari Solo is to provide knowledge about reproductive health in young women members of Putri Aisyiah I West Kota, Banjarsari, Solo in order to take care of themselves and prepare self as a prospective mother.The target of this community service activity is the realization of the guidance to maintain the health of femininity that can be used by young women members of Orphanage Princess Aisyiah I West Town, Banjarsari, Solo. So that helps the achievement of the goal effectively and efficiently is able to maintain the health of her feminine in a preventive and correct so that become healthy citizens.This community service is implemented by applying Brenstorming method, Lecture method, Question answer method, and Exercise method to make the material easy to receive and practiced completely by the members. Information service is conducted for one month with frequency of exercise once a week, place of execution at Princess Orphanage Aisyiah I Solo. Through this activity the members have knowledge about reproduction health, so as to strengthen the self-adolescent girls who entered the orphanage and finally the young women become members of a strong and productive society.Keywords: Information services, reproductive health.

The aim of this research is to determine the description of adolescent knowledge about the early symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases based on the definition, early symptoms and types of STDs at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. The type of research used was descriptive research, to determine adolescent knowledge about the early symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar in 2018. The results of research conducted on 50 respondents at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar showed that there were 49 people (98 %) of respondents who answered correctly about the definition of sexually transmitted diseases, 47 people (94%) answered correctly about the symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases and 47 people (94%) answered correctly about the types of sexually transmitted diseases. From the results of the research the author draws the conclusion that adolescent knowledge based on the definition of sexually transmitted diseases is good with the highest percentage of 98%, based on the symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases is good with the highest percentage of 94%, based on the types of sexually transmitted diseases is good with the highest percentage of 94 %. It is recommended that students of SMA Negeri 11 whose level of knowledge is in the good category to be maintained and who are still lacking to motivate themselves to study and seek more information about sexually transmitted diseases.

Willingness to pay taxes is a necessary first step to carry out taxation. It's own volition arise based on many factors that influence it. This study was to find out how much influence the awareness factor to pay taxes, knowledge and understanding of tax regulations, a good perception of the effectiveness of the tax system, and the Sunset Policy jointly on the level of willingness to pay taxes in the region of UMKM Semarang. Data collection is done by collecting primary data in the form of questionnaires. The research sample consists of 131 taxpayers who have been willing to fill in questionnaires. While a decent sample processed in this study were 125 questionnaires. Method to answer the research question is processed by linear regression using SPSS. Results of research showed that: (1) consciousness of paying taxes and a significant positive effect on willingness to pay taxes. (2) Knowledge and understanding of tax regulations have a negative influence and no significant on willingness to pay taxes. (3) A good perception of the effectiveness of the tax system has positive affect and significant on willingness to pay taxes. This study aims to investigate the influence of Problem-Based Learning/PBL) to increase student’s softskills in Accounting Department at Ambon City and then simultaneously generate accounting learning model that can be used by universities to improve the quality of learning both personal qualities and scientific quality through analytical skills, creativity, and open to innovation and new findings. The population in this study were students from the Department of Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Economics, Pattimura University in Darussalam Ambon. Samples were students from the Department of Accounting that would  taken courses in Management Accounting at Department of Accounting - FE Pattimura University, and Darussalam University in Ambon City. In every department, sampling of 30 people. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. Methods of data collection begins with the class treatments (to make small groups, giving the case/problem, advice by the facilitator, discussion in small group, resume small group, and facilitators make conclusions on the problems discussed), then a questionnaire distributed to respondents for answering that how perception’s respondent of PBL influence to  increase in student’s softskills. The results of hypothesis testing with simple regression analysis showed that problem-based learning (PBL) to have significant effect on the increase student’s softskill in university of state and university of private at Ambon City.   Key Words: Problem-Based Learning, Softskills
