The study investigates the influencing mechanisms behind Shaoxing High School parents' purchase intentions regarding online courses for their children's education. It identifies three primary factors: convenience, social influence, and performance expectations. Convenience pertains to the ease of access, flexibility, and user-friendliness of online platforms, significantly enhancing parents' willingness to enroll their children. Social influence highlights the impact of recommendations from peers and community members, reinforcing parents' confidence in their choices. Performance expectations focus on parents' beliefs about the educational outcomes of online courses, emphasizing the importance of perceived effectiveness and quality of instruction. These factors reveal a comprehensive framework that educational providers can leverage to tailor their offerings, thereby improving enrollment rates and student success in online learning environments. The findings underscore providers' need to address these key dimensions to enhance parental engagement and satisfaction in selecting educational programs based on the sample population of 380 high school parents.

This research examines the impact of leadership style and communication on staff performance within an energy sector organization in Madura. The primary problem addressed is the need to understand how different leadership attributes and communication effectiveness impact employee productivity and satisfaction. In today’s competitive business environment, effective leadership and communication are essential for achieving organizational goals and fostering a motivated workforce. The objective of the study is to identify key indicators of leadership and communication that contribute to enhanced employee performance, thereby providing actionable insights for organizational improvement. A quantitative survey method was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire with Likert scale items to gather data from 50 employees. This approach allowed for the collection of measurable data regarding employee perceptions of their leaders' styles and communication effectiveness. The analysis revealed that communication skills and the ability to control subordinates were rated highest by respondents, indicating satisfaction in these areas. However, lower ratings for motivational ability and emotional control suggest areas for improvement, highlighting the need for leaders to develop these critical skills further. The findings support the hypothesis that effective leadership and communication are critical for fostering a productive work environment, with significant implications for organizational success. The study concludes that organizations should prioritize leadership development and communication training to enhance employee engagement and performance. Limitations include the focus on a single industry, suggesting the need for further research across diverse sectors to validate these findings and explore their long-term impact on organizational outcomes. Future studies could also investigate the interplay between leadership styles and employee performance over time, providing deeper insights into effective management practices.

This article aims to identify and analyze strategies for developing Arabic vocabulary (mufradat) in the context of contemporary language learning. Mastery of vocabulary is a key pillar in language skills, encompassing listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. Challenges in teaching Arabic today include low student motivation, limited learning media, and a lack of contextual and innovative approaches. Therefore, adaptive strategies are needed to meet the demands of modern times and technology. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method, analyzing various scholarly sources such as journals, books, and research reports from the last fifteen years. The study reveals that effective strategies for vocabulary development include the use of interactive digital media, thematic approaches, project-based learning, and cooperative learning. The validity of these findings is reinforced through triangulation of sources and theories. Proper integration of these strategies has been proven to enhance vocabulary acquisition, student motivation, and active engagement in the Arabic language learning process. This study is expected to serve as a reference for educators, curriculum developers, and researchers in designing more effective and contextual vocabulary learning.

Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is a major global threat, contributing to high mortality and infectious complications worldwide. In response, Indonesia has developed the National Strategy for the Control of Antimicrobial Resistance in the Health Sector for 2025–2029. Within this framework, the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) plays a strategic role both as a lead organizer and partner in implementing cross-sectoral interventions. BPOM is involved in drafting regulations, supervising the distribution and use of antimicrobials, and conducting public education programs. Its role aligns with the people-centred and One Health approaches, emphasizing multi-sectoral collaboration and community engagement in AMR control. This study applies a normative legal approach based on literature and regulatory analysis to evaluate BPOM’s role in the national strategy.

Catechists hold a crucial role in accompanying the faithful on their spiritual journey. This study aims to explore the dimensions of spirituality and the vocational dynamics of catechists within the pastoral context of the Catholic Church, employing a descriptive qualitative approach. Unlike previous studies that primarily emphasized the catechist as a doctrinal instructor, this research highlights the depth of the catechist's personal relationship with Christ as the foundation of their spirituality. The main findings reveal that catechist spirituality manifests in three key dimensions: (1) a contemplative and intimate relationship with Christ as a source of inspiration and strength, (2) a commitment to service that goes beyond institutional routines, and (3) active engagement within the faith community as a space for growth and mission. Furthermore, this study identifies that the awareness of the catechist’s vocation evolves through theological reflection on concrete pastoral experiences—an aspect often overlooked in prior research. These findings underscore the urgency of continuous formation programs that are not only pedagogical but also spiritual and contextual, in order to strengthen the identity and missionary resilience of catechists amid contemporary pastoral challenges.

The evolution of social media and its algorithms has transformed the dissemination of Pancasila as Indonesia’s national ideology. This study aims to analyze the representation of Pancasila in algorithmically curated digital discourse and its impact on public understanding. A qualitative approach, combining digital discourse analysis and netnography, was applied to examine content on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Findings reveal the dual role of social media algorithms: while facilitating educational content on Pancasila (e.g., religious tolerance, human rights campaigns, and nationalism), they also amplify polarizing content, hoaxes, and hate speech that contradict Pancasila values. Analysis of Pancasila’s five principles shows that conflict-driven content (e.g., ethnic-religious issues) gains higher virality due to algorithms’ prioritization of engagement metrics. The filter bubble and echo chamber phenomena exacerbate discourse fragmentation, hindering inclusive dialogue about national ideology. The study concludes that Pancasila-based digital literacy, algorithmic transparency, and multistakeholder collaboration are critical to optimizing social media’s role in strengthening national identity. Policy recommendations include integrating "social cohesion" parameters into algorithm design and regulating content to uphold diversity.

Employee performance is a measure of organizational progress and development, and is the key to the success of human resource management practices. This study aims to empirically test and prove the mediating role of work engagement on the relationship between meaningfulness of work and ethical climate on employee performance. This study involved the use of Partial Least Square to analyse data collected from 51 employee of Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Gresik. The sampling technique used in this research was saturation sampling method. The results of this study indicate that meaningfulness of work and ethical climate have a significant positive effect on work engagement, meaningfulness of work does not have a significant effect on employee performance, ethical climate and work engagement have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The analysis reveals that work engagement fully mediates the relationship between meaningfulness of work and employee performance, and partially mediates the relationship between ethical climate and employee performance. A good understanding of the meaningfulness of work and a positive ethical climate in the organization encourages work engagement among employees. However, the mismatch between skills and employee job descriptions, lack of employee comfort in working and lack of employee experience in the work they do means that employees cannot provide optimal performance. Ethical climate can also encourage employees to act in the best way at work, meanwhile, work engagement can encourage employee spirit.
