Financial institutions appear in the economy when money has become a medium of exchange for buying and selling. Initially, this institution only served as a connecting vessel for buying and selling transactions. Then came the usury system. This study aims to determine whether the influence of student knowledge about usury can affect the intention to save in conventional banks at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The researcher uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in which the researcher uses field research by interviewing 10 informants, namely students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra who have savings at conventional bank ATMs and Islamic banks. Because what we know is that students, especially UINSU students, must have learned about usury. However, in reality in the field, almost all student respondents definitely use conventional banks, which means they are indifferent to the law of usury. Therefore, the researchers concluded that students only need to learn more about usury and apply it to everyday life.   Keywords: Financial institutions appear in the economy when money has become a medium of exchange for buying and selling. Indonesian is one of the many dialects of Malay. Therefore, High Malay (Melaka/Riau) is used as the basic language of Indonesia. Even though more than 90% of Indonesians are able to understand and speak the language, most Indonesians do not regard their mother tongue as Indonesian. The most common "Indonesian" idiom is associated with situations where a standard variety of Indonesian is spoken official. The local dialect is the language most commonly used in daily interactions among native speakers. People in the Medan area, like other cities, usually speak a dialect of Indonesian which is called the dialect, and the phonological system has recently undergone some changes. This study aims to analyze and display the system of lexical changes in Indonesian spoken by the people of Medan. This paper uses descriptive-quantitative methodology and generative phonological theory in its preparation. The data for this study came from written sources such as journals and articles about the history of changes in phoneme systems, as well as oral sources such as those written by native speakers of the Medan language. The results of this study indicate that generationally, the people of Medan generally remove or change certain phonemes in the words they speak, such as the a and u phonemes in the word "chaotic" which disappear and become o. in the word "kaco." The word "ask" finally develops into the word "ask" by adding the last word as a phoneme. This indicates that many words in Indonesian have different pronunciations when spoken by the people of Medan, and this will be analyzed and presented in more detail in the following sections.

Cost of goods manufactured (COGM) is an important component of making a product, because knowing the COGM of a product can be used as a reference to determine the profit margin of a product. Without knowing the COGM of a product, we will be confused in determining the selling price. The COGM calculation is very influential for the sale of a product whether the product is experiencing a profit or loss. This study aims to determine the COGM calculations that have been carried out by MSMEs are in accordance with COGM accounting calculations or are still only limited to manual calculations. In addition, the main objective of this study is to design an accounting system for determining COGM in the Tempe Chips Industry in determining the cost of production and to apply a variable costing method to determine the cost of goods manufactured in SMEs so that the correct cost of production can be presented. The results of this study indicate that based on Cost of goods manufactured calculations carried out by MSME actors it is still very low so it is necessary to revamp the HPP calculations in accordance with accounting standards. Based on the evaluation of the old system, the author wishes to offer a new system, namely the Information System for Determining the Cost of Production of Tempe Chips SMEs which is expected to be an alternative in solving problems that are being faced by business owners. This new system makes it easy for users related to the process of recording data into the database, so that related parties can easily operate.

BaliMed Hospital Denpasar City has an SOP for providing outpatient medical records, which is a maximum of 10 minutes with an average patient visit of 12,749 per month. However, there were many delays in the provision of medical records that were not in accordance with the rules for a total of 68 out of 100 documents in the preliminary study. The purpose of this study was to analyze the incidence of delays in the provision of outpatient medical records by providing alternative solutions to Web-based Electronic Medical Record information systems. The development of this system uses the waterfall model or more popularly known as the System Development Life Cycle. The analysis was carried out by carrying out several tests, namely usability and intervention, both of which were to determine the effectiveness of the Web-based Electronic Medical Record information system for the provision of medical records for outpatients at the BaliMed hospital. The results of the usability test by calculating the questionnaire instrument obtained a result of 82.62% and categorized as very good or in other words that the Web-based Electronic Medical Record information system implemented at the BaliMed hospital can be easily used by officers as a research sample. The intervention test used a paired sample t-test and obtained a sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, which explains the influence and effectiveness of the use of the Electronic Medical Record information system on the provision of outpatient medical records.

Kukuh Village in Kerambitan District has a hilly topography, large rivers, and high rainfall, which makes the area prone to disasters, especially floods, landslides, and extreme weather. In order to overcome these problems, the Community Service Program (PKM) aims to: 1) create a Disaster Prone Map, Safe Zone Map, Evacuation Route Map, and Temporary Refuge Map; 2) build an informative, interactive, effective, and efficient village disaster information system based on digital technology; 3) organize counseling and training on disaster management to improve community preparedness; 4) provide disaster support tools. The implementation of the community partnership program uses the Knowledge Transfer approach through counseling and training, Technology Transfer through participatory mapping, and Diffusion of Science and Technology through the creation of the SIKADEK application (Kukuh Village Disaster Information System). The PKM results include a Disaster Map that is integrated with the SIKADEK application as a Disaster WebGIS feature, including weather information, distribution of disaster-prone areas, disaster history, and Balinese lunar calendar information (Sasih). Training and counseling increased the capacity of Pokdarwis with knowledge about disaster-prone locations, safe zones, rallying points, evacuation routes, utilization of disaster features in the SIKADEK application, as well as knowledge about disasters, vulnerable areas, management, and disaster mitigation. In addition, disaster support facilities such as signs, water rescue packages, and first aid packages have been fulfilled through this activity.

Land ownership disputes are one of the legal and social problems that often occur in various countries, including in Indonesia. These disputes generally arise due to ambiguity or inaccuracies in the administration of land ownership. One of the main causes of this dispute is the absence of a letter or proof of legal land ownership, in addition to this can occur in the distribution of inheritance caused by internal factors, such as parental grants to prospective heirs, but it is unfair and not accompanied by a grant deed, married couples (as prospective heirs) who do not have children or descendants,  the greed of the heirs, the incomprehension of the heirs, the mistake in upholding the siri' and the delay in the distribution of inheritance. The WEBGIS-Based Land Inventory System makes it easier for village or district government officials to record land ownership so that the increase in fulfillment of leter C is reduced, the process of searching and changing data does not take long and the public can find out land information along with the history of ownership transfer shown on the online map.
