This research aims to: Find out the role of PPKn teachers in instilling moral awareness in students at the Imelda Medan Private Middle School. Researchers used qualitative descriptive methods. This research data is the basis and main capital for forming students' character and strengthening national identity, namely the cultivation of morals in education. The role of civic education teachers in instilling students' moral awareness is to provide learning motivation for students. The three moral components are knowledge, feelings and actions. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher concluded that the solution to the problems faced by teachers in fostering students' moral awareness is by teachers becoming good individuals so that students can emulate them.

Environmentally Caring Character is an attitude and action that always strives to prevent damage to the surrounding natural environment, and develops efforts to repair natural damage that has occurred. Based on initial observations, the facts that the author found in the field are that there are still some students whose character is still far from what was expected, even though they have received PAI learning at school, such as there are still some students who like to throw rubbish carelessly, there are still some students who damage facilities. At school, there are still some students who are reluctant to be involved in cleaning the school environment and there are still some students who lack awareness in maintaining and maintaining gardens at school. The aim of this research is to determine the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming environmentally caring character in class VIII students at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in forming environmentally caring character in class VIII students at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi. The research in this thesis uses qualitative research. This research is descriptive qualitative field research as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people and behavior being observed. Based on the results of this research, it was found that the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming students' environmentally caring character at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi were carried out in various ways, starting from the school principal's efforts in providing support and appreciation to students and parents, teachers' efforts in synchronizing learning materials with the character of caring for the environment, reminding students when someone behaves that does not reflect concern for the environment and modeling and providing an example to students. Supporting factors in the character education process at SMP N 1 Bukittinggi are good, namely the presence of pre-school experience, the existence of good learning motivation, the existence of students' attitudes and habits in learning, the teacher has the ability to deliver the material and can adapt it to the needs of the students, the teacher has high enthusiasm. in teaching. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor: the bad habits of some students from home who are brought into the classroom, thus affecting other students.

This research seek to show how social studies teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere help class VII students develop an honest, disciplined, pious, and responsible character. This study employs a qualitative methodology and uses methods including observation, interviews, and documentation to gather data. According to the study's findings, teachers play a significant impact in influencing class VII students' character development, particularly when it comes to social studies instruction. Because teachers not only instruct students in moral principles on a theoretical level, but also set an example for them, their job in forming students' character has been optimally carried out.

Classroom management is a very important teacher competency to be managed in the context of learning. Therefore, every teacher must have the ability to manage the class. The purpose of this study was to identify the strategies and constraints of Islamic religious education teachers in implementing classroom management skills at SDN 54/VI Lubuk Birah Jambi. This research is field research, the purpose of which is to describe accurately the factual description of the phenomenon under study. In this study there were two informants, namely key informants, Islamic religious education teachers, and supporting informants students and school principals. The results of the study conducted at SDN 54/VI Lubuk Birah Jambi show that teachers use their classroom management skills to implement various strategies, namely:Structuring the learning environment, making lesson plans (RPP), how to teach teachers, building student cooperation, creating a learning atmosphere, shaping behavior and motivating students, evaluating learning. The following barriers were observed in the implementation of classroom management skills: student factors, teacher factors, and facility factors.  Student factors, teacher factors and room factors.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Bagaimana manajemen keuangan pada pondok pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid Desa Sumbersari Kecamatan Tungkal Jaya Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan . Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif adalah fokus dari jenis penelitian ini. Data primer dan sekunder merupakan sumber data yang digunakan. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selama langkah analisis data, yang meliputi mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan.   Sistem pengelolaan keuangan di Pondok Pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid dilakukan melalui proses perencanaan, pengorganisasisan, pelaksanaan, pegawasan dan evaluasi penerimaan dan pengeluaran dana Pondok Pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid. Merujuk pada laporan keuangan ( anggaran pendapatan dan belanja ) Pondok Pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid tahun 2022 di kelompokan diantaranya iuran bulanan santri (SPP), pemasukan aset pondok, sumbangan, dan pemerintah. Untuk pengeluaran atau penggunaan dana Pondok Pesantren Guppi Nurul Jadid sudah di atur dalam rapat tahunan yang diadakan setiap tahunnya oleh tim khusus guna melancarkan agenda tersebut dana dana tersebut dialokasikan sesuai dengan anggaran dan divisi yang sudah ada mulai dari Bidang konsumsi (makan santri), Alokasi Pendidikan, Alokasi Pembangunan Dan Perlengkapan, Alokasi Keuangan, Alokasi Keasramaan, Alokasi Dewan Guru, Alokasi Keamanan.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of public facilities on tourist interest in visiting the Guruh Gemurai Waterfall tourist attraction in Kasang Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The method used in this research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population is all tourists who visit the Guruh Gemurai Waterfall tourist attraction and the total average number of tourists in January-June 2023 is 100 tourists and the sample is set at 30 people. Data was collected using positive closed items totaling 22 items, namely 12 items for variable Riau Province: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.461 > rtable(α=0.05,n=30) = 0.361, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained a value of tcount= 2.746 > ttable(α=0.05,dk=n-2=28)= 2.048, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. c) Test the regression coefficient of determination ( r2) = 21.2%. 2) Influence test: Regression equation test, obtained regression equation. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of the school principal as a leader in enhancing the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The method employed in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the school principal and teachers. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research describe the role of the school principal as a leader in improving the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The roles of the school principal as a leader involve providing guidance and supervision to all educators by holding joint meetings, enhancing the willingness and capabilities of educational staff through specific evaluations conducted three times a year to enhance the professional competence of teachers, establishing two-way communication by engaging in regular communication with all educators almost every day, and delegating tasks to all educators and educational staff, such as carrying out learning evaluations for all teachers, students, and all personnel serving at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong with the aim of enhancing the professional competence of teachers.

The background of this research is that students feel that the methods used by the teacher are less varied so that students feel bored, then the teacher rarely connects learning material with student interests. In addition, the teacher explains more about the lesson than the students. The teacher only conveys material to students, while students have different abilities in understanding the material. The research objective was to find out how the principles of motivation, activity and individuality were applied by PAI teachers in class 2A at SMP N 1 Singingi Hilir. This study uses a qualitative approach. With data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The key informants were PAI teachers and the supporting informants were class 2A students. Data analysis in this study was done by reducing data, displaying data, and then drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study it was found: (1) Principles of motivation: teachers rarely choose teaching materials that suit students' interests, teachers rarely use teaching methods and techniques that students like, teachers rarely make corrections as soon as possible to student work and share the results with students. (2) The principle of activity: teachers rarely use multi-methods and multi-media in learning (3) The principle of individuality: teachers rarely use methods that are able to serve the needs of students according to their characteristics, then teachers also rarely use media in learning, then teachers rarely determine the right treatment for the students concerned

Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia that grow and develop in society. Apart from having a role in Islamic religious education, Islamic boarding schools have a role in improving the economy. The business unit is a forum for Islamic boarding schools to be able to develop an independent economy and be able to provide welfare for teaching and education staff. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze business unit strategies in improving the welfare of teachers at the Al-Kinanah modern Islamic boarding school from a maqashid sharia perspective. The method used is qualitative with data collection methods using observation, interviews, documentation and strategic analysis through SWOT analysis. The informants in this research were Islamic boarding school secretaries, business unit managers and teachers. Based on the research results, it shows that the business unit's strategy is to involve teachers to contribute directly to the business unit. Meanwhile, teachers who work at the Al-Kinanah Islamic boarding school are already prosperous, because the indicators in maqasid sharia have been met. Gratitude is the key for teachers who work in Islamic boarding schools. The business unit's obstacles are the position of the canteen which is not strategic and the condition of the canteen room which is less supportive and adequate.

The internet has a broad impact in the world of education, changing traditional ways of education to modern ways. The presence of the internet can overcome and change the limitations of distance, learning resources and information sources, so that students can be active in understanding the subjects taught by teachers to students. Utilization of the internet network as a source of basic education and training. Searching for teaching materials and sources of information in learning can be implemented through browsing, resourcing, searching, consulting and communicating. Utilizing the internet by utilizing the web in learning can be done through web courses, web centric courses, and web enhanced courses. The use of the internet must be done with full awareness so that the presence of the internet can truly support learning activities, especially for elementary school teachers in the Baki sub-district, Sukoharjo district. Internet misuse can have a negative impact on learning due to inaccuracies in the data or information presented. Therefore, internet users must be selective in choosing learning sources and information presented by the internet.

The aim of this research is to determine the achievements of classroom management carried out by PAK teachers in increasing the learning interest of class XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that classroom management by PAK and Budi Pekerti teachers will increase the learning interest of class. Hypothesis testing using the t test formula obtained the value tcount=4.091>ttable=2.021. The tcount value is in the curve area of ​​rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. Thus, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely classroom management by PAK and Budi Pekerti teachers in increasing the interest in learning of class The achievement of classroom management by PAK and Budi Pekerti teachers in increasing the interest in learning of class.

Edupraner adalah salah satu mata kuliah wajib yang dipelajari oleh mahasiswa semester VI di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar. Mata kuliah ini kompetensi akhir yang diharapkan yaitu, mahasiswa mampu memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, kemampuan manajerial, kemampuan membangun jaringan, menguasai jenis produk, cara produksi, operasi untuk pengadaan produk, pemasaran, serta operasi permodalan. Edupraner secara etimologisnya diartikan sebagai pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam teori dan praktinya diterapkan oleh mahasiswa melalui pelatihan, simulasi, dan magang. Hal ini dilakukan agar mahasiswa mampu untuk menciptakan produk yang inovatifi dan kreatif, memiliki pengalaman berkreasi, serta belajar untuk mempertimbangkan segala risiko. Pendidikan kewirausahaan mengajarkan mahasiswa untuk memiliki kreativitas yang tidak hanya mumpuni pada bidang pengajaran di kelas formal, tetapi juga mampu menciptakan ruang usaha mandiri. Untuk itu pada mata kuliah edupraner mereka dibekali ilmu pendidikan berwirausaha, capaian akhir yang diharapkan mereka dapat merancang manajemen produksi produk mandiri dan memasarkan. Kegiatan ini terangkum dalam acara ‘Market Produk SD dan Workshop. Pengabdian masyarakat yang berelevansi dengan mata kuliah edupraner dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat gerabah dan market produk menggunakan metode instruksional. Di dalam metode tersebut, terdapat beragam jenis-jenis metode kegiatan, namun pada riset pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan disesuaikan dalam proses perkuliahan yang capaian akhirnya belajar pendidikan kewirausahaan melalui pelatihan membuat gerabah, kemudian memasarkan, selanjutnya belajar mandiri membuat produk yang disukai oleh anak SD, sehingga orientasi dari hasil produk tersebut di jual melalui kegiatan ‘market produk SD dan workshop’. This research is based on problems encountered by the author in the field, especially at the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, namely that the Al-Qur'an hadith subject teachers at the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School are quite good. Starting from the beginning of learning which reminds them of memorization by reading it together and memorizing the Al-Qur'an and Hadith at the beginning of each week's learning, it's just that students don't use the best possible time to memorize the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. The aim of this strategy is that it is hoped that it can improve the ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an Hadith of students at MTs Nurul Hidayah. This research is descriptive research and the type of research is field research. The research is located at the Nurul Hidayah Simatorkis Islamic Boarding School. The key informants were Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers and the supporting informants were class IX students at MTs Nurul Hidayah. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that teachers in improving the memorization ability of students at MTs Nurul Hidayah use strategies, namely methods and techniques. The methods used by teachers in learning are the takrir method (repeating by rote), the kitabah method (writing) and the sima'i (listening) method and the technique is to use the teacher as an instructor in guiding students so that they can improve their ability to memorize Al-Qur'an Hadith at MTs Nurul Hidayah. And the things that a teacher considers in using strategies are seen from considerations related to the goals to be achieved, seen from considerations related to learning materials or materials, seen from considerations from the student's perspective.

The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of a positive and significant effect of PAK Teacher as a Facilitator on the learning motivation of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Pakkat Kab. Humbang Hasundutan Learning Year 2023/2024. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method. The population was all seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Pakkat as many as 54 people and the entire population was used as respondents in the study. Data were collected using a positive closed questionnaire of 34 items, namely 13 items for variable X and 21 items for variable Y. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of PAK teachers as facilitators on the learning motivation of seventh grade students of SMP N 3 Pakkat Kab. Humbang Hasundutan Learning year 2023/2024: 1) Analysis requirements test: a) positive relationship test obtained rxy = 0.529> rtable (=0.05, n=54)=0.226. b) significant relationship test obtained tcount = 4.497> ttable (=0.05, dk=n-2=52)=2.000. 2) Effect test: a) Regression equation test, obtained regression equation Y ̂="2" 9, "37"+0.88X. b) Regression determination coefficient test (r2) =28%. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between teacher social competence and the learning motivation of class VIII Christian Religious Education students at SMP Satu Roof Negeri 5 Pangururan. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative research method. The population is all 102 students of VIII SMP Satu Atap Negri 5 Pangururan for the 2022/2023 academic year and a sample of 35 people was determined using a random sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 31 items, namely 20 items for variable data as follows: 1) test the positive relationship obtained by the value rxy = 0.574 > rtable(a=0.05,n=35) = 0.334, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test the relationship The significant value obtained is tcount= 4.026 > ttable(a=0.05, dk=n-2=33)=2.042, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. So Ha says there is a relationship between teacher social competence and learning motivation Class VIII Christian Religious Education students at One Roof Middle School 5 Pangururan were accepted and H0 which said there was no relationship was rejected.

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between teacher social competence and the learning motivation of class VIII Christian Religious Education students at SMP Satu Roof Negeri 5 Pangururan. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative research method. The population is all 102 students of VIII SMP Satu Atap Negri 5 Pangururan for the 2022/2023 academic year and a sample of 35 people was determined using a random sampling technique. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 31 items, namely 20 items for variable data as follows: 1) test the positive relationship obtained by the value rxy = 0.574 > rtable(a=0.05,n=35) = 0.334, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test the relationship The significant value obtained is tcount= 4.026 > ttable(a=0.05, dk=n-2=33)=2.042, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. The study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the Principal's transformational leadership on improving the performance of teachers at SMAK Ebenezer Hutabalang. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between the transformational leadership of the Principal on improving the performance of teachers at Ebenezer Hutabalang High School in 2023. This research method is quantitative. The population of all teachers at Ebenezer Hutabalang High School in 2023 amounted to 20 people. Sampling is the entire population so that this research is population research. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire. The results of the analysis requirements obtained the value of rxy = 0.631> table = 0.444 indicate a positive relationship between the transformational leadership of the Principal with teacher performance and obtain a regression equation. Hypothesis testing obtained Fhitung = 11.92> Ftabel = 3.55 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The study concluded that there is a positive influence between the transformational leadership of the Principal on improving the performance of teachers at Ebenezer Hutabalang High School in 2023 by 39.82%.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of teachers' interpersonal communication on students' interest in learning in the Christian Religious Education and Character Education subjects for class VIII, even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method is quantitative with a descriptive inferential approach. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 190 people and a sample of 32 people was determined using the probability sampling method with simple random sampling type. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 32 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of teacher interpersonal communication on students' interest in learning in the subjects of Christian Religious Education and Character Education in class VIII, even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Sipoholon for the 2022/2023 academic year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) test The positive relationship obtained is rxy = 0.593 > rtable(a=0.05,n=32) = 0.349. b) Testing a significant relationship obtained tcount= 4.037 > ttable(a=0.05,dk=n-2=30)= 2.042. 2) Test the effect: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="21","28"+0.58X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 35.2%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=14, dk denominator=n-2=32-2=30) namely 16.28 > 2.01. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
