This community service project aims to train students of SMK Darussalam Karangpucung in writing short stories that contain local culture. This project recognizes the challenges students face in writing short stories, including difficulties in generating ideas and a lack of interest and motivation. Traditional teaching methods focus on lectures and analyzing existing stories, leading to a lack of hands-on experience and boredom. The project implements a five-step approach: preparation, pre-activity surveys, material delivery, writing practice, and question and answer sessions. The material presented includes the essence of short stories, their components (intrinsic and extrinsic elements), imagination techniques, writing tips, and the integration of cultural elements. The students enthusiastically participated in a short story writing practice session with the theme "Personal Experience" and blended local culture. Question and answer sessions allow for open discussion and problem-solving, which further increases student engagement. The project successfully achieved its goal, improving students' writing skills and interest in literature. The active participation of students, especially during writing practice, shows a renewed enthusiasm for the subject. The project also highlights the need for ongoing support and follow-up activities to strengthen the skills acquired. The success of this project is further evidenced by the full participation of the 30 target students, the successful completion of the planned curriculum, the students' real understanding of the material, and their high level of enthusiasm throughout the activity. Although time constraints limited the question and answer sessions, students' willingness to ask questions and their ability to generate creative stories during the practice sessions clearly demonstrated the positive impact of the project.

Indonesia is currently facing various health and nutrition problems. Indonesia experiences a triple burden of nutritional problems, namely malnutrition, excess nutrition (obesity) and micronutrient deficiencies. To overcome this nutritional problem, it can be done by implementing balanced nutrition. Balanced nutrition is a daily food composition that contains nutrients in types and quantities that suit the body's needs, taking into account the principles of food diversity or variety, physical activity, cleanliness and ideal body weight.Objective: Service activities are carried out to increase knowledge about balanced nutrition, determine nutritional status, and as a training tool for nutrition students in providing nutrition and health education to the community. This activity is expected to increase knowledge of balanced nutrition for children and adolescents at the Qurrotu A'yun Batam Center Orphanage.Conclusion: This counseling activity was carried out at the Qurrotu A'yun Batam Center Orphanage, Batam City, which was attended by children and teenagers. The activity consisted of an opening led by a team of lecturers and continued by reading material presented by a team of lecturers and students. Then the moderator returned to the event for a question and answer session and continued with measuring nutritional status and providing snacks to posyandu participants.

Lactation management is needed to support the successful management of breastfeeding. Failure of the breastfeeding process is often caused by some mothers who do not understand the correct way to breastfeed. Based on UNICEF data, only 30% of post partum primiparous mothers provide exclusive breast milk, this shows that babies in Indonesia still receive non-exclusive breast milk. The aim of this service is to increase knowledge about lactation management which consists of how to breastfeed, the benefits of breastfeeding, the correct breastfeeding position. The activity was carried out at the Bara Baraya Community Health Center, Makassar City on December 9 2022. The method used in this service was lecture and question and answer which began with a pre-test then providing information and then a post-test with a total of 7 participants. The results of the activity showed that those who had good knowledge before the counseling were carried out were 3 people (42.85%) and after the counseling it increased to 7 people (100%), this shows that the counseling was effective in lactation management for Primiparous Postpartum Mothers..

Mainstream work activities that are generally carried out in rigid office spaces sometimes cause boredom for workers. Variations in ways and places of working need to be accommodated to avoid boredom. BeeHive Co-Working was built with the aim of providing a new place to work and socialize which is expected to provide enthusiasm in carrying out work activities. The design method applied is through a process that begins with the problem of how to create a flexible, relaxed, and unpressured work environment. The idea of Co-Working design is proposed to answer the initial problem. Green Architecture theme is proposed as the main theme of BeeHive Co-Working design. The concept of Green Architecture used in this design takes the main focus as a building that is energy efficient, minimizes expenses and increases the added value of the building. The position of the building in green architecture is related to (1) being able to adapt to solar circulation and wind direction, (2) extending from east to west, blocking solar radiation on transparent walls, (3) reducing heat transmission from massive walls exposed to direct solar radiation. The design of BeeHive Co-Working, which applies the concept of Green Architecture, is realized in the form of a modern design transformed from a rectangular mass form with a front view that uses an additional honeycomb-shaped facade. BeeHive Co-Working facilities that support the function of casual work are accommodated by the provision of furniture designed for the convenience of working while relaxing. The commercial function is supported by the provision of café shop facilities. This design is expected to be a place for workers to restore energy from the fatigue of busy work activities.  

Family communication that exists is very important in the personality of the child. Therefore, the patterns of communication and interaction carried out by a family are of great concern. The purpose of this study was to read and analyze and find answers to problems in family communication in shaping children's personalities. This research uses family communication factors variables which have four dimensions, namely communication sources, messages, media, and recipients. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. Population and sample stated 34 people who are elementary school students. The results showed that something was lacking in the factors of family communication carried out by their families. This can be seen in the lowest intentions, namely messages with scientific indicators, while the communication that occurs face-to-face to their families is maximized.

In prescriptive, legal science studies the purpose of law, the values of justice in a law, the good and bad of the rule of law, legal concepts and legal norms. While in applied science, law establishes a procedure, provisions, and limitations in enforcing a legal rule. The purpose of this study is to show that placing the law as a social phenomenon that is only viewed externally; Rather, it enters into the essence of the internal side of the law. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that in each such discourse, the question will be answered: Why is law still needed when there are already other social norms? What does the law want? In a discourse like this, legal science will open a study of legal purposes. So that what is actually going to be deal with is ideal.

Field Work Practice is a training facility for informatics engineering students to develop, implement and answer problems faced by their environment. The problem that occurs is where the management and data collection of student data is still carried out semi-systemically because it is recorded in a spreadsheet application so that the data is not structured properly, as a result, information from the placement/assignment process, reporting, and classification of PKL student data is less relevant, accurate and timely. and sometimes human error occurs. Therefore we need a system that is able to make it easier to manage student data from street vendors participants into relevant, accurate and timely information when needed entitled "Web-Based Field Work Practice Information System (PKL). This system is built using the CodeIgniter framework and CSS Layout Bootstrap, then this system will be tested through the blackbox method and compatibility testing. The goal is to get a sense of the shop ambiance, promotions, and customer purchasing interest at Kopitema. The study technique employed is a descriptive and verification strategy. The procedure of gathering data by delivering questionnaires to Old Coffee customers as responses. Even while respondents' answers to promos are fairly positive, there are still low ratings, indicating that they still need to be improved. Similarly, consumer purchasing interest in Old Coffee based on respondents' comments is deemed strong, but the evaluation remains low and has to be improved. Breast cancer is the first cancer in Indonesia and is one of the first contributors to death caused by cancer. Breast cancer reached 68,858 cases out of a total of 396,914 new cases in Indonesia. Unfortunately, around 70% of cases are detected too late and are at an advanced stage. The impact for Indonesia is of course not only an economic double burden but also the level of public health. Therefore, there is a need for pro-active efforts by academics to help reduce breast cancer cases. One way is through health promotion by educating people about the dangers of breast cancer. Group counseling method. Counseling participants with a population of 35 people. The media used were power points and leaflets, which lasted approximately 50 minutes. The results of community service show that after education, 77.5% of people can answer questions about breast cancer well. And there is enthusiasm in asking questions in detail. Counseling participants can understand and increase their insight into the dangers of breast cancer. Counseling can be done at a later time.

Preparedness is the key to safety. This shows that there is a need for an earthquake and tsunami disaster preparedness plan so that losses can be minimized. Earthquake and Tsunami Disaster Preparedness education was provided on November 18 2021 at Bawakaraeng High School. The aim of this service is to provide education on earthquake and tsunami disaster preparedness provided by Lecturers and Students of the D3 Nursing Study Program, Makassar College of Health Sciences, which can provide benefits and refresh the knowledge of Bawakaraeng High School children in dealing with earthquake and tsunami disasters. The method used was lecture and question and answer with 50 participants (i) level II (Class XI). The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in knowledge after the education was carried out, namely 96%, so it is hoped that when an emergency disaster occurs students will be ready and understand the things that must be done.

One of the problems faced by mosque youth is organizational and management problems. This is due to their low knowledge or understanding of organization and management. As a result, mosque youth cannot play an active role in participating in the prosperity of the mosque, namely by holding positive activities. This counseling was carried out to provide basic knowledge about organization and management to mosque youth, especially regarding formal organizational structures. This community service is carried out by extension methods, which are accompanied by discussion or question and answer. The counseling was carried out to the teenagers of the Darul Muttaqin Bedog mosque, Donotirto, Kretek, Bantul, Yogyakarta Special Region.

Education is an effort to educate the nation's life so that they become fully human with the spirit of Pancasila. The learning process carried out by teachers tends to achieve curriculum material targets and emphasizes memorization rather than understanding. In terms of improving learning achievement, creative teachers are needed who make learning interesting and liked by students. SAL Type Cooperative Learning is a teaching method by distributing question and answer sheets with available alternative answers. The aim of this research is to improve learning outcomes for Indonesian Social and Cultural Diversity Material using SAL Type Cooperative Learning for Class VIIA students for the 2022-2023 academic year at SMPN 12 Surabaya. This research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach consisting of two cycles. The subjects of this research involved 30 students of class VII A. Qualitative data was collected through student activity observation sheets. Meanwhile, quantitative data was collected from learning outcomes tests. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in the learning outcomes of Class VII A students at SMPN 12 Surabaya, the average score for cycle 1 was 72.3, with the highest score being 90, there was 1 person, and the lowest score was 55, there were 4 people with learning completeness of 80.0% and the incomplete 20.0%. Meanwhile, the average score obtained for cycle II was 79.5 with the highest score being 100, there were 2 people, and the lowest score was 60, there were 2 people with 90.0% learning completeness and 10.0% incomplete.

This work is the result of research that describes the application of the law described in the Quran and Al-Hadith as well as the Law of IHL in addressing the concepts of Iddahh and Ihdad for career women. Usually, a woman not only becomes a housewife, but also contributes to the family home by working outside the home. The discussion in this study aims to uncover everything related to women's freedom to carry out activities outside the home, but there are also demanding and restrictive religious prescriptions that must be informed by research. The research method used is qualitative field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. To get these answers, researchers used primary and secondary data. Both data were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. The underlying problem is career women who do not go through the period of Iddahh and Ihdad according to Islamic law. Based on research in Jambesari Hamlet, Jambesari Darussolah District, it was found that many women whose husbands died or were divorced did not know the period of Eiddahh according to Islamic teachings. They only follow the local village customs. From the above results it can be concluded that a wan.

The method used in this study is a quantitative method, using statistical methods using questionnaires given to respondents. Respondents will answer by choosing numbers from existing statements about the influence of Competence and Motivation on the Performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. This research uses the study of library methods, questionnaire methods which are then processed with SPSS  for windows 25.0. The sample of respondents in the study was 78 people. From the results of research both variables can be known motivation is shown as a variable that has the highest influence on employee performance in RSUD.
