The first revelation in Q.S. al-'Alaq: 1-5 in rejecting ignorance, injustice, and monopoly, and emphasizing education to form intelligent individuals and Qur'anic characters. The verse inspires the formation of a progressive and civilized society. Ideal education should not only rely on empirical theories but should also integrate essential metaphysical concepts. In Arabic, educational terms such as ta'lim, tadris, and ta'dib have different but complementary meanings, highlighting aspects of teaching, formal instruction, and moral education. Islamic education combines scientific knowledge with spiritual values, forming individuals with morals and integrity. The thoughts of Ki Hajar Dewantara and K.H. Ahmad Dahlan were instrumental in shaping Indonesian national education, emphasizing character, religiosity, and modern knowledge. This integrative effort reflects an education that is inclusive, equitable, and encourages students' creativity and independence to face global challenges.

Mathematics is one of the important subjects. Mathematics is also a subject that is difficult to understand. Understanding concepts is the most important part of learning mathematics, meaning that in studying mathematics students must first understand mathematical concepts in order to be able to solve problems and be able to apply this learning in the real world. Based on direct observations and interviews with grade 6 teachers at SD Negeri 02 Getas, teachers have difficulties in the theme of lesson 3 about "Building Space" with basic competencies; 1) identify & compare geometric shapes; 2) calculating the surface area of the geometric shape; 3) calculate the volume of the geometric shape. This is what drives the need to develop game-based mathematics learning media. This game was created using Construct2 software as a 2D video game engine. The method used in this study is the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method. Mathematics is one of the important subjects. Mathematics is also a subject that is difficult to understand. This research discusses the legal and economic aspects related to Sales and Purchase Agreements in the context of debt settlement. The main focus is the legal analysis of Sales and Purchase Agreements which is based on Debt-Receivable or Money Lending and Borrowing Agreements, as well as its impact on legal certainty and protection for the parties involved. This research also investigates the provisions of Articles 1457 and 1458 of the Civil Code regarding the validity of sale and purchase transactions, as well as the process of transferring land rights through a Deed of Sale and Purchase carried out by the Land Deed Official. The study results show that PPJB is often used as debt collateral, although this practice is not legally valid because Sales and Purchase Agreements and Debt-Receivable Agreements have different concepts and principles. The use of Sales and Purchase Agreements as debt collateral is considered problematic because it violates Article 1320 of the Civil Code which regulates the conditions for the validity of an agreement. This research emphasizes the importance of understanding the differences between sales and purchase agreements and accounts payable to ensure legal clarity and adequate protection for all parties involved in the agreement.
